Chapter Thirty-Eight
Meanwhile inside the building the Hamato Clan and the Sharks went to explore the labs to find what they were looking for.
Monalisa lead Ripster, Raphael, Jab and Michelangelo to the first lab, they kept their backs to the wall and hid in the shadows and behind furniture and large ornaments as well as watched out for any security cameras which they had been informed by April and Bends as they entered, had been disabled.
"Trust me Ripster, Jab." Monalisa whispered softly to the two sharks "If you encounter any of the scientists don't let them overpower you, as once Dr Arden has you in his syringe covered hands, you'll be praying for death!"
Ripster and Jab looked at each other and gulped nervously.
Monalisa then saw a couple of scientists walking towards some large doors.
Raphael glared and held up a small pair of binoculars to watch them key in a code then whispered it to Monalisa.
Michelangelo swallowed hard feeling scared as he looked at the doors knowing what evil and abominations stood behind it.
After the scientists walked in, the two turtles and Monalisa slipped out of the shadows and keyed in the code causing the doors to open.
No sooner did they do so than Michelangelo stealthily crept up to the Scientists and knocked them both out with his nun-chucks then caught them before they hit the ground and propped them against the wall.
"Nice work Mikey!" Monalisa whispered as she texted Leonardo to say she and the others had entered the first Lab.
"Heh! It's a ninja thing!" Michelangelo winked.
"Shhh!" Raphael hissed then looked around.
"Okay guys." Ripster said "Let's split up and search the place."
"Split up?" Michelangelo asked nervously.
"It'll be quicker if we do!" Raphael agreed.
Michelangelo chewed his lip as he walked around and saw the many machines as well as capsules filled with deformed bodies and half mutated humans.
"This place makes me want to wet myself." He whispered.
"You and me both!" Jab said, "This place…I can't even describe it!" he walked up to one capsule where he saw what looked like a human man covered in green and red scales as well as a large underbite.
"What kind of sick man does this sort of thing?"
"Someone with no heart, remorse or conscience!" Monalisa snarled.
"What's with this Dr Arden anyway?" Ripster asked "He makes Paradigm look like a pussy!"
"We don't know much about him exactly." Raphael replied, "Like how he came to work with the Foot, all we do know was he was a young, gifted doctor who did illegal practice and experiments on his patients who trusted him when he had his own practice, got his licence revoked and was imprisoned, but he escaped, and he ended up here."
"Jesus." Ripster breathed "Sounds like he could have been a great doctor if he used his skills to do good instead of evil."
Raphael nodded.
"But no." he said, "Half the time, we agree he's worse than the Shredder."
"Guys!" Monalisa hissed "We better get moving! Search the place before someone arrives!"
Ripster and Raphael were pulled from their conversation and began to search the lab.
"Remember, if you're confronted." Raphael said as he gripped his sai "Don't hold back!"
Ripster nodded and began to search the lab as well as wondering how his brothers and the other turtles were doing.
In the other lab, Leonardo, Donatello, Slammu and Streex were also looking at the many machines as well as tubes and chambers where they too saw the many abominations Dr Arden had been working on, as well as Paradigm.
"This place is a nightmare." Slammu said quietly.
Streex nodded as he placed his hand on a tube that had a half-mutated man within, this one had his head swollen to twice its size and his arms were slowly mutating into tenacles.
"Is this how you create mutant warriors?" he asked.
"This is how you play God!" Donatello replied in a sickened tone as he looked around.
"If I were Paradigm." Streex mused as he scratched under his chin "Where would I hide this gene slamming formula?"
"It could be anywhere!" Leonardo said "But we're not giving up until it's found! New York and the World depends on us finding it!"
Donatello walked over to a machine and started typing in a few codes.
"If I can override the system, maybe I can find out the sources!" he said.
"Good idea Don!" Leonardo said then turned to Streex and Slammu "Keep looking and keep your eyes peeled for trouble!"
"Got it Leo!" Slammu agreed then began to look around despite the sickness he felt looking at the many abominations in the room.
"When I get my hands on Paradigm." Streex growled "I'm gonna chew him to bits!"
Unknown to the Sharks and the Hamato Clan, Shredder and Arashi were sitting in the throne room watching the ninja train as they always did as well as drinking saki.
Both had been concerned about their enemies breaking into the Headquarters after they found out from the Venomous Five and the new Seavites that they had caught one of the ninja and interrogated them but they were determined to make sure they didn't try to break into the Headquarters not with the high security they had, and should they try, they would be outnumbered, especially with their new partnership with Paradigm.
Their peace didn't last long when the doors were opened, and Dr Arden walked in along with Dr Paradigm.
Arashi instantly turned to the Doctor and Shredder glared.
"William? Luthor?" Arashi asked in surprise.
Both Doctors were smirking and looking rather pleased with themselves and before Shredder or Arashi could speak, Dr Arden spoke up.
"My Masters." He bowed to them "Luthor and myself, have come bearing gifts!"
"What have you brought?" Shredder growled as he stood up and it was then Dr Arden turned to the doors and the Venomous Five walked in with Casey, April, Splinter and Bends in their clutches.
Komodo Dragon was carrying Casey and Bends who were both struggling.
Nile Monitor was carrying Splinter and Gila Monster had April, whilst Black Mamba and Cobra followed behind them, with Cobra grinning like an excited child as she was swinging Pandora's weapon she had swiped from the Hybrid.
"Let go!" Bends shouted as he tried to swing at Komodo Dragon, but the large lizard mutant held him at arm's length as he did Casey as the human man kicked out.
April tried to bite Gila Monster as he had his hand over her mouth, but the Lizard held onto her tightly.
Splinter had tried to break free, but each time he did, Nile Monitor dug his long claws into his body as the large lizard was able to hold him around the waist with one hand.
Shredder and Arashi stared in amazement, then Shredder smirked.
"The turtle's filthy rat! And their human allies!"
"And who is this new one?" Arashi asked as he looked at Bends.
"The Shark's human stooge!" Dr Paradigm growled "A proper thorn in my side for a long time! He was the one I tried to inject with piranha DNA, but it got me instead!"
"And it was worth seeing you turn into an ugly freak!" Bends spat "You deserved it! After what you did to my friends and their father!"
Paradigm glared and his face started to contort into his piranha features, he then reached up and placed one of his clawed hands on his exo suit to Bends.
"You won't be defiant for long Bends!" he snarled "I plan to do much to you!"
"As I intend to do the same to you three!" Arashi growled at Casey, April, and Splinter.
"Fuck you!" Casey shouted, April only muffled something behind Gila Monster's hand and Splinter glared daggers at Shredder.
If looks could kill, both Shredder and Arashi would be obliterated.
Cobra giggled.
"Oh, you're all in trouble!" she sang as she swung Mr Swinger around "Can't wait to see you all writhing in agony!"
Black Mamba just smirked and hissed.
"It's going to be one hell of a show!" she agreed.
Cobra laughed again and swung the weapon.
"And I love my new toy!" she squealed yet as she swung the ball it hit the side of her head making her stumble.
Black Mamba cackled.
"Yet you don't know how to use it, you moron!" she spat.
Cobra glared at Black Mamba but before she could say anything Dr Arden looked over.
"And where did you acquire that?" he asked.
"The Hot head and Lizard whore's little brat!" Cobra replied.
"What?" Shredder asked, "You mean to say that the hybrid child freak is in the field as well?"
Black Mamba glared at Cobra.
"And she is out there?" Shredder added in a threatening tone.
"Way to go big mouth!" Black Mamba spat.
Casey smirked seizing his chance to piss the Shredder off.
"Yeah! Didn't know that did you Shred-head?" he questioned "Raph and Mona's jewel of their eye is out there!"
Bends soon caught on and he too smirked.
"Some good mutant scouts these freaks are!" he gestured with his thumb to the Venomous Five "They couldn't even catch a couple of kids!"
Komodo Dragon snarled and squeezed both men with his large hands making them gasp in pain.
Dr Arden, Arashi and Shredder looked furious.
"You mean to say that Pandora and Kemeko are out there?" Dr Arden demanded "And you blundering fools didn't catch them as well!?"
"Master, they are just kids!" Nile Monitor spoke up "What can they do?"
"They're not just kids you idiot!" Arashi snapped "They're the daughters of the Hamato Clan! They have been trained since the day they could walk!"
"And haven't you morons forgotten what that Hybrid brat did to you that Christmas ago?" Dr Arden shouted.
The Venomous Five paled and looked embarrassed to which Casey decided to add more salt to the wounds.
"She pretty much kicked your ugly butts!" he gloated "And she was just a kid!"
Komodo Dragon squeezed Casey again making him cough.
"Shut up!" he snapped 'What I wouldn't give to bite your cocky head off!"
"You will do no such thing!" Arashi snapped "Get the humans and the rat to the dungeons!"
Komodo Dragon nodded and gestured the other Venomous Five to follow him.
"Mark my words Shredder!" Splinter shouted as he was taken away from the throne room "You will not win this! You underestimate my sons, daughter, and the Sharks!"
Shredder smirked at Splinter.
"We shall see, Rat!" he said then after seeing the Venomous Five leave with the prisoners, turned to Arashi, Dr Arden and Dr Paradigm.
"If the humans and the Rat are here, then it is without doubt that the turtles, the lizard and the Sharks are within the headquarters!"
Arashi glared.
"I will put the ninja on full alert!" he said taking out a walkie talkie "If they're in here, they won't leave alive!"
Shredder nodded in approval.
"Send the scouts into the city and search for Pandora and Kemeko!" he ordered "I want them both alive! They can rough up the hybrid freak! But Kemeko! I want her alive and unharmed!"
"I will make sure of that Master." Arashi answered bowing to the Shredder who then turned to Dr Paradigm and Dr Arden.
"Once the Freaks are in our possession, we will carry out the next phase!" he hissed.
Dr Paradigm smirked then picked up a cell phone before sending a text to his Seavites.
"Now the games begin…." He whispered under his breath.
So the Hamato Clan and the Sharks are searching Dr Arden's Labs! And the Shredder, Arashi, Dr Arden and Pr Paradigm are now aware of the Sharks, Turtles and Monalisa being in the building, as well as the fact that Pandora and Kemeko are on the loose!
Looks like things are looking bad for our heroes now the bad guys are aware! Yet where are Kemeko and Pandora in all of this?
