At entertainment productions Total Drama Island's six producers were talking amongst themselves on what the fourth challenge would be.
Producer 1: alright people we to come up with something for another challenge
Producer 2: so, what exactly will be the next challenge
Producer 3: well, what's the whole reason they joined the show aside from the money and fame
Producer 4: well, a lot of them thought this was going to be a talent show
Producer 5: yeah nearly all the audition tapes depict everyone singing, dancing, playing an instrument or doing something impressive
Producer 6: then why don't we give them what they want
Producer 2: and what is that exactly
Producer 6: a talent show
Producer 1: this could work actually
Producer 3: yeah shows like "The Voice" are proving popular
Producer 4: even foreign talent shows such as "Britain's Got Talent" are proving to be popular even here in Canada and America
Producer 5: alright it's settled we're doing a talent show but how's it going to work
Producer 3: our episodes are limited to 22 minutes of air time including credits, so I say both teams choose three members to take part in the challenge
Producer 2: what about a judge, should we bring in a celebrity guest
Producer 6: I'm afraid that's not in our budget so we'll just get Chef to judge because looking at his resume he once worked as a judge for a local talent show
Producer 4: oh, let's also have a large amphitheatre stage to perform on to get that real talent feel
Producer 1: ok then I say we have a challenge
Meanwhile on Wawanakwa Island Chris was clipping his toenails which were really disgusting until gets a phone call.
Chris: Chris speaking…a talent show…go big or home am I right….alright we'll get right on it
Chris walks out his cabin and grabs his bullhorn.
Chris: all interns report to the east side of the forest
Once all the interns arrive, Chris wearing a hard hat stands in front of piles of stacked wood, two large, folded curtains and spotlights.
Chris: okay people we a big stage to set up for a talent show so let's get to work oh but Harrison, Demetri, Melissa you guys are in charge of spotlights and electrical wiring and Chef the producers decided you'll be judging the contestants talents
Chef: please just by one good like I can tell these darn kids are all terrible I've happened to judge only the finest of talents
Chris: then why does your resume say you judged once at a local talent show in which everyone was bad
Chef: why I have to include that
