When the rangers returned to the ship, Rina was waiting for them. While visibly shaken, she put aside her thoughts and concerns about Zhane to help her friends treat their wounds in the med bay. Her lips pressed together while working on a nasty looking cut on Cassie's back.

"Hey, you okay?" T.J. questioned, cutting through the girl's thoughts.

"Huh? Yeah. I'm fine," Rina assured, finishing bandaging the pink ranger. "Why?"

"Because those freaks sent Zhane after you." Carlos cringed as his dislocated shoulder was put back into place.

At first, she was silent, trying to think how to answer. Did they know that Zhane wasn't in control of himself?

As if he was reading her mind, Andros spoke up. "We know the Psychos did something to him. We just don't know what?" He watched as their non-powered friend wrapped her arms around her stomach and looked up at them.

"I don't know what they did, either," Rina admitted, her voice trembling.

"Did he try to hurt you?" Ashley sounded shocked at the very idea.

A look of shame and guilt crossed Rina's features as she looked down, tears filling her eyes as she nodded. "He aimed his super silverizer at me." A mix of expressions ranging from shock to concern appeared on the faces of the rangers.

In an attempt to comfort her, T.J. placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. When she looked up at him, he offered her a reassuring smile. "Whatever you did to defend yourself, you know that he's not going to hold it against you."

"I know," Rina whispered. "I'm just worried I might've hurt him pretty badly."

"Why would you think that?" Cassie asked, concern lacing her voice.

"Because I used a metal pipe," Rina sheepishly answered. She blinked at the round of laughter coming from her friends, none being louder than Andros.

"I honestly wish I could've seen that." The stripe haired boy admitted, holding his ribs which ached more from laughing so hard. "Zhane was always saying he worried you might be better off not being involved with us. I bet he's changed his tune about that."

Hearing that, Rina smiled faintly. "Well, in the future, he's going to have to remember I'm not some pushover."

"Damn straight," Ashley agreed.

As the others cheered and commended their friend for her bravery, Andros noticed that something else seemed to be on her mind. He gently touched her hand to get her attention. "Something else happen?" He asked.

"I'm not sure." Rina's brow furrowed, wondering how she could explain what she had experienced. "Right before I knocked him out, I thought I heard Zhane's voice."

"What did he say?" T.J. inquired, sounding hopeful that maybe his silence earlier was some kind of ploy.

"I couldn't make it out. It…he sounded far away and kind of…echoey."

The four earth born rangers looked at one another while Andros kept his gaze on Rina, his mind making sense of what had just been told to them.
