It's been 84 years…

But..

I'M BAAAAAAAAAAACK!

Hello there, welcome to the new chapter of "The Avenger's Titan", now it's time for the legendary Godzilla movies starting with the 2014 movie. You know the drill by now, let's check the reviews from the previous chapter.

Matthorserider40: Okey dokey :)

Guest 1: First of all, why a kid? Because I can and because I want to. Don't like it? You can go to another story. Second, I don't know what kind of stories you read but if I may quote "We don't do that here." he's a kid from a different species, the former is like an aunt to him and the latter would be more like a big sister so a big no for anyone like that. And lastly I have neither the sufficient knowledge or interest in that series to make a story about it.

Dragonslayer90: Of course he will, I'm not about to make the Godzilla movie without the title character meeting his son again.

Guest 2: I know…

060896: I will take it into consideration the whole Bruce lee thing. Well I guess you'll have to wait and see, and yes he will.

So with that out of the way let's dive into this new chapter.

Chapter 9: Awakening

*In the middle of the Pacific Ocean at night*

In the ocean lies many secrets to science, humanity has discovered more about what lies beyond their world than what lies in the depth of the oceans. What secrets are hidden away from the darkness of the seas? What otherworld-like beings swim in there?

One such creature is one that very few know of, being older than any other living creature today and much, much bigger.

Those who knew of him had called him many names, king, monster, god. But the most recent one yet was Gojira.

But he didn't care about such trivial things such as how others called him or what they thought of him. All that matters to him is something greater, a duty to the world and all living creatures. He was a guardian of Earth, a force of nature, making sure that the world is in balance, and should anyone disrupt the balance of the world's nature or tried to stand in its way, would face his wrath.

Ever since waking up from his slumber a few decades ago, he had discovered that the world had been covered with different species from the ones he knew, all much smaller yet there was one that had caught his interest and unease. Humans called themselves. Small but had created things he never had imagined nor understood or cared, but he had seen how they had disturbed nature to a degree.

And while they hadn't completely altered the balance of nature, yet, he was looking at them wondering, clearly he had modified the world in many ways, should he destroy them now? Before they cross the line? Or should he wait to see if they can find a way to fix their mistakes before he had to intervene?

Maybe he shouldn't think about it too much, he already has a plan in motion after all, he just needs to wait, to wait if the signal gets cast, that's all he will need to know to start to get rid of the humans.

While he was thinking about it, he then heard something, a signal? Was it time?

No, this was something else, he heard something that worried him.

For a moment he paused, floating in the depths of the ocean, wondering if he had misheard. He then heard another call.

He recognized the calls, their meaning and who had made them.

There were still enough of them to make a mating call and to be answered?!

This was troubling indeed, he has to act fast if he is to stop them before they can meet.

With the whole human debate pushed to the side, he started to swim as fast as he could in order to face his old enemies and put an end to their plans before they could happen. He only hoped he had heard them as well and he would make it in time, for he would need all the help he could get against two of them.

*Earlier that day, Washington D.C.*

It was early in the morning at the Smithsonian museum, the sun barely peeking over the horizon. Most people were just waking up, but a figure could be seen jogging around the massive park of the museum along one of the many lakes.

The figure was a male of black color skin, visibly focused on his morning routine. But it wasn't long before a taller man could be seen running catching up with him.

"On your left." The taller man, now revealed to be Captain America, said as he overtook him

The man merely acknowledged him, never stopping, but soon after another figure, this time a smaller one, ran past him.

"Hello again." The little figure, this one being Ian, said as he ran after Steve. The man sighed as he kept running around the park, waiting for the next interaction with the duo, and a few minutes later.

"On your left."

"Uh-huh, on my left. Got it."

"Hello again."

"Hi again."

This was really starting to annoy him, and sadly this went on and on, and by the time he was near the Lincoln memorial, he saw Steve right behind him.

"Don't say it. Don't you-!" the man, looking more tired both physically from the running and from Steve's constant taunting, tried to say.

"On your left." Steve said, running past him.

"Oh come on!" the man said in frustration, only for Ian to run past him as well.

"Hello again."

"That's it! You two get back here!" He screamed as he ran as fast as he could after the duo, but losing sight of them shortly after.

He had run enough and tiredly went to sit under a tree breathing hard, those two were crazy. After catching some breath he started to think about them, he had figured out that the man was Captain America, not that hard to figure that one out and boy he had always imagined him to be crazy strong and fast but this was ridiculous.

The one he was having a harder time figuring out was the kid, while he wasn't a hundred percent sure, his best bet was that he was the kid from New York that helped Cap and the Avengers. I mean what other kid has a chance of keeping up with the super soldier?

Before he could ponder more a person walked up, looking up he saw it was Steve and beside him was Ian wearing his big hoodie with a mask on.

"You need a medic?" Steve asked him, the man only laughed at his question.

"I need a new pair of lungs. Dude, you two ran like 13 miles in 30 minutes."

"I guess we got a late start." Steve commented

"Oh yeah, you two should be ashamed of yourselves. You should take another lap…Did you just take it? I assume you took it." He joked

"What unit are you with?"

"58th Pararescue. But now I'm working at the VA. Sam Wilson." Sam presented himself as Steve helped him get on his feet

"Steve Rogers."

"Yeah I figured. And who are you buddy?" he said looking at the kid besides Steve, offering a handshake

"Ian Rogers, nice to meet you Mister Wilson." Ian answered

"Please, call me Sam. Rogers huh? Didn't knew Captain America had a kid."

"Well, it's complicated. Ever since the invasion of New York, you could say we connected, and I saw a lot of myself in him, he was another soul lost in a world too big and too complex to understand. So I took him in, and together we managed to carry on, I guess we both have helped each other in more ways than one. Now we're more than friends, we're family, and I wouldn't have any other way." Steve said, giving Ian a one arm hug, which the boy gladly responded. Sam could only smile at the scene.

"It's good to know you're managing. I mean it must have really freaked you out, coming home after the whole defrosting." Sam said

"It takes some getting used to, luckily I'm not alone." Steve responded looking at Ian

"It's good to meet you Sam." Steve said as he and Ian were walking away but Sam called out to them.

"It's your bed right?" His question seemed to confuse the two

"Your bed is too soft right? When I was over there I used to sleep on the ground, I used a rock as a pillow, like a caveman. Now I'm home, lying on my bed is like…" Sam said, trying to figure out the words.

"Like being in a very soft cloud right?" Ian asked him

"Yeah, you too?" Sam asked him

"Yeah before all I had was a trash bin, it was very cold, I could barely sleep as every time I moved it would make noise. But when I slept on my first bed, it was so soft and warm I slept for over a day, when I woke up and found out I kind of freaked out a little bit." He said a little embarrassed.

"But he quickly calmed down, after eating the entire pantry." Steve teased making the boy more embarrassed, blushing behind his hoodie, getting a chuckle out of Sam.

"And do you miss the good old days?" Sam asked Steve.

"Well, things aren't so bad. Food is definitely better, we used to boil everything. No polio is good. Internet so helpful, we've been reading a lot of that, trying to catch up, but sometimes it's…difficult to say the least." Steve said

"Yeah, sometimes it is very weird. But there's also a bunch of games, so I guess it is not so bad." Ian added

"Heh, don't worry, you'll get used to it. Now, for the two of you, look up Marvin Gate, 1972, Trouble man soundtrack. Everything you missed, mashed into one album." Sam said,

"Oh! Let me put it on the list." said Ian as he began to write it down in a small notebook he had in one of his pockets. Inside the notebook was a list of the things he and Steve wanted to look up, from historical moments, music bands, TV shows, movies, even some food they wanted to try.

Steve's phone started ringing, and saw a message pop up. It read "Mission alert. Extraction imminent, Meet at the curb. :)". Pocketing his phone he turned to Sam to say goodbye.

"Alright Sam, duty calls. Thanks for the run. If that's what you call running." Steve teased while shaking his hand.

"Oh? So that's how it is?" Sam said in a faux offended tone.

"Nice to meet you Sam." Ian said, offering a handshake of his own.

"Nice to meet you Ian, and do me a favor, be sure to keep an eye on him alright? Make sure he behaves and maybe you can help me out next time we run?" Sam joked, whispering the last part.

"Don't worry, I will make sure he eats many candies so that you can win next time." Ian whispered.

"I like the way you think, kid."

"You two done conspiring against me?" Steve told them trying to look serious, but couldn't stop the smile that formed in his face.

"See you around kid." Sam said, patting Ian's back, as the kid went with Steve and started to walk away.

"Any time the two of you want to stop by the VA to make me look awesome in front of the girl in the front desk, just let me know." Sam told them.

"We'll keep it in mind." Steve said as a black sports car parked in front of them. The right side window opened revealing the driver to be none other than Natasha Romanov, aka The Black Widow.

"Hey fellas, do any of you know where the Smithsonian is? I'm here to pick two dinosaurs." She joked. Seeing who it was, Ian ran at the car quickly getting inside and giving her a big hug.

"Nat! So good to see you." the boy said while hugging her, making her chuckle.

"Hey tough guy. How's my favorite dino kid?" she asked as they broke the hug and Ian went to the back seat.

"I'm great. Guess what? Steve and I made a new friend! His name is Sam. Apparently he was a soldier like Steve, but now he's working at something called VA." Ian said.

"You don't say? Glad to hear you meet someone new." She said, as Steve got in the car.

"Hilarious." Steve said as he didn't forget the fossil joke.

Sam looked at the passengers inside the car and waved at Natasha.

"How you doing?" he said

"Hey." She answered

"Can't run everywhere." Steve said with a smile

"No you can't." Sam said, from Steve's window, Ian's arm can be seen waving at Sam.

"Bye Sam!" The boy called out.

"Take care kid." The car then drove away from Sam.

"So how's your new friend? Ian told me he was a soldier?" Natasha asked Steve.

"He was a pararescuer. He's a good man. Good company." He replied with a small smile.

"That sounds nice. And you Ian, anything new?" She asked as they continued to drive off.

After a few minutes of driving the three of them arrived at Steve's apartment to drop Ian before heading to SHIELD.

"Alright kiddo, this is your stop." Natasha said as she parked the car. Steve got out of the car so Ian could get out, not before he gave a quick hug.

"It was good seeing you Nat." Ian said

"Nice seeing you too kid, take care of yourself." She said as Ian got out and walked up to Steve, who was waiting for him.

"See you tomorrow." He said as he hugged his now adopted son.

"Still wish I could go with you."

"You know kids shouldn't go out on missions, they should have fun and play around, not work."

"I know, but I worry about you, that you might get hurt or worse. That you might not come back."

"And I would worry about you too if you came with me. But knowing you're home safe and sound, is what motivates me to be very careful so I can finish the mission and so I can go back home to be with you." He said, grabbing his shoulder.

"Okay. But if you need help, I'm always ready to watch your back."

"I promise that if I need help, I'll call you. And besides, Natasha is looking after me as well so don't worry, okay." Ian nodded. Steve then handed him the apartment's keys.

"Here you go, do you remember what to do?"

"Lock the door at night, never talk to strangers, don't answer the door to strangers even if they say they're your friends, if someone tries to break in, call 911 or Miss Kate who's next door, and only use my powers if there's no other option. Oh! Money for lunch is under the TV, dinner is either in the fridge or in the oven, and go to sleep before 12."

"Before 10." Steve reminded playfully

"Hey you just said that kids should have fun and play around."

"Yes but kids also have to go to bed when it's time, otherwise you'll be too tired to have fun."

"Hmm…11:30?"

"10."

"11:15?"

"10."

"11? Please? Pretty pleeeease?!" Ian said, pulling out his deadliest weapon, the puppy eyes.

Steve regretted ever letting Natasha tell him about it, she argued that she did so he could have some bargaining power for situations like this, and with Steve's gold heart, he would have more luck fighting another alien army than withstanding those eyes. With a sigh, Steve submitted to the boy's demand. Damn those eyes.

"Okay, 11 pm. But no candy during dinner okay."

"Yay! Thank you."

"Yeah yeah. See you tomorrow son."

"See you tomorrow Dad." He said as they hugged before Steve got back in the car and left while Ian went to their apartment. As he was about to enter, the door behind him opened revealing their neighbor Kate, just walking outside.

"Oh hi miss Kate." The boy greeted, getting the attention from the blonde.

"Oh hi Ian. How are you doing?"

"I'm fine, how about you?"

"I'm good, thanks for asking. Let me guess, your dad had to go?"

"Yeah, like he says duty calls."

"Yeah, I know what it's like. Speaking of which I have to go to work as well, but if you need anything you can call okay?"

"Thanks Miss Kate. Good luck at your work."

"Thanks. Oh and tell your dad that…if he ever wants to…I don't know…grab a cup of huh coffee one day with me…"she started to blush the more she went on

"Sure, I'm sure he'll like it." Ian replied, understanding the meaning.

"Thanks, well I'm off, see you later." She said before walking down the stairs.

Ian quickly entered the apartment and since he is now alone he removed his hoodie and shirt letting his wings open.

"Oh feels good to be able to stretch, as cool as the hoodie is, it's a little tight. And hot. Now's time for kids to have fun." Exclaimed as he went to the living room and turned the T.V. on and waited for his favorite show to begin, Transformers prime.

He had recently started watching the series as one day was bored and while scrolling around he saw the show and curious of the title he decided to watch the episode airing and fell in love with it almost instantly. And from then, he would play around as he managed to get an optimus figure, quoting the show and memorizing at what time the episodes would play. He had turned into a geek for the show.

He waited until his stomach groaned in hunger, leaving the couch. He went to the phone and made calls at different restaurants. Since Steve would sometimes be absent due to being on a mission, he taught Ian how to order delivery food from a list of restaurants they visited, how to use the phone, what to say when ordering and how to make sure people don't recognise him when he goes to answer the door, which admittedly Steve had to learn first from Nat.

And approximately one hour after calling various restaurants, he had finally approximately enough food for lunch and dinner, which was the equivalent of a 10 person meal going from fried chicken to Italian food.

He went to the bathroom to wash his hand ready to finally watch his show while eating, but saw something that caught his attention. A spider. A little spider in a corner of the bathroom, he walked towards it and examined it. It had a brown color with a few black dots.

He remembers seeing spiders like this, back when he was in the streets, he used to eat them, when he had nothing else, when he ate spiders along with other creatures to survive. This one reminds him of a specific dark night.

Flashback:

*New York, 6 years ago*

In the middle of the night in the city that doesn't sleep, a small figure wearing a torn shirt too big for him, so big that it reached his knees as well as a beanie, could be seen running around in the shadows.

The many lights from the building revealed that it was a small and rather thin 6 six year old Ian desperately looking for something to eat in some garbage bins. As he continued, he saw that it was starting to rain, so he made his way to his usual spot near a garbage center. But when the rain got worse he started looking for somewhere to cover from the rain.

At this point the small boy barely understood anything about humans, except that they don't like strangers in their territory, not understanding their language and costume beyond wearing clothes to hide among them easier, besides that all he could do was hide and try to rob their food whenever he could, or hunt for whatever animal he could get his hands on.

As he tried to cover from the rain he stopped at an alley with a few boxes and grabbed some of them to try and cover himself. As he continued to cover himself, he then spotted a spider running beside his leg and ran, he followed the spider with his eyes and saw it going into a hole on the ground, a manhole with the lid open.

Curiosity getting the better of him he approached the hole and peaked inside, he could hear the water from the falling below but he also heard a squeak from a small animal, maybe a rat? Finally, something to eat.

He jumped inside and discovered he was in a massive tunnel with a big flow of water running in the middle, the only source of light inside was coming from the manhole, this was not important for him as he had night vision. He had to admit this place didn't look so bad, it was underground so people wouldn't see him and it was much quieter than above.

The thing he noticed was the smell, it smelled very bad, so bad that it almost overwhelmed him, but he then heard the squeak again, so he tried to ignore the smell so he could find the origin of the sound. Since the smell was bad he couldn't track the rat with it, so using his eyes and ears began running to where he last heard the rat and who knows there might be more.

What he didn't notice was a pair of animalistic eyes emerging from the water that showed similar emotions, hunger and maybe desperation for something to eat, settingits gaze on the young boy before submerging back in the water and going after him.

As Ian approached the origin of the sound, he started slowing down and got on all four trying to be as quiet as possible, he then saw it, a big rat, bigger than his hand just a few feet away from him looking in the opposite direction he was coming, sure it would hardly fill his hunger but it was a start. The rodent raised his ears and the kid stood still.

He remained unmoving, focused only on his prey, the eyes filled with hunger waiting with anticipation for the moment to jump at the unsuspecting little creature right ahead. Silence filled the tunnels. Not a squeak not sound could be heard at the moment, readying himself, he backed up, in a swift move he jumped as further as he could and caught his target.

In a matter of seconds Ian passed from being the hunter to the hunted as a massive crocodile, more than twice his size, jumped from the water in front of him, and trapped his arm with its powerful jaws.

One would wonder how come a crocodile is in the sewers of the big apple, well the answer is the same as the rest of the others. Bought as a pet by a teenager, tossed down the drain by the parents and grew up in the sewers eating anything he could to survive. Normally he would've never approached Ian, for the mere presence of the titan made his survival instincts shout to get away from him as fast as possible, but they were overpowered by his hunger, tossing any precaution he had away in an attempt to get food.

With the arm in his jaw, the crocodile began tossing the boy around like a ragdoll before performing his famous spin of death trying to tear the arm out of its socket. The boy cried in pain as ever since arriving to the human territory, he had never encountered this kind of creature, even less fought one like this.

Using his other hand, he clawed at the reptile's face letting his arm go and held it close to his chest. He saw that one of the teeth had actually pierced his skin and a little red came out but it was a flesh wound, but the initial shock and surprise of the reptile's assault made the feeling even worse.

He looked at the beast in front of him, who was slowly approaching him with jaw slightly opened. He wanted to run but his hunger didn't allow him, it forced to look at the threat as a possible source of food and to stand his ground.

The crocodile was now growling, readying itself to carry on with the attack. Ian got on four and released a defiant roar, he would not be anyone's prey tonight.

The two predators stared at each other in the eyes, eyes that mirrored hunger and desperation, willing to fight and kill if it meant to survive the night and see the light of another day.

In a burst of speed, the crocodile launches himself, his mouth wide open aiming at the boy's head. Ian reacts quickly and grabs the two ends of the mouth keeping it from biting him. The crocodile desperately shakes all over the place, but Ian gets on his back and using his feet, launches the reptile against the roof, making the crocodile land hard on its belly, giving the boy the chance to get on its back and start to bite and slash the beast.

The crocodile was shaking desperately trying to get the boy off of him, twisting his head as much as he could hoping to bite some part of him. He then tried spinning, which caught the boy by surprise and fell off the crocodile. He quickly got back on four just as the crocodile went for another bite and grabbed the jaws stopping it from biting him. As he pinned the crocodile, he flipped it slamming him in the ground and this time went for the belly. With one precise strike with his claws at the neck of the reptile, the crocodile fell.

Once his opponent stopped moving, Ian released a victor roar before dropping on top of his prize out of exhaustion breathing heavily. Once he rested a little, his instinct took over and started to eat the reptile and despite the awful taste, due to the crocodile living in sewer water for years, he kept eating as much as he could until the taste and smell became too much for the young titan to tolerate, he decided to leave the halfway eaten corpse there for someone else to find and decided to go back to the surface.

If that place had these kinds of creatures and if they all had the same taste, it wouldn't be worth it living down there.

He made his way back to the manhole he had entered and luckily it had stopped raining. Once outside he felt nauseous from the crocodile he ate and went to the nearest trash bin and proceeded to lose his lunch. Felling to the ground breathing hard he looked to the side and saw the same spider that had led him down there, and in a swift moment he grabbed it and ate it in a fit of anger for what he went through.

*Flashback ends*

As he stared at the spider he could swear he could still taste the crocodile, remembering the whole thing. But he then remembered all the things after, meeting Steve, the Avengers and all he had now.

He simply smiled at the spider and left it there for he had no interest in harming it and returned to enjoy his meal and finally going to see how Optimus and the others autobots were going to defeat Unicron.

*11: 01 pm*

After dinner, Ian decided to watch some movies from a guy called Indiana Jones, but as he watched the movie, the phone rang. He went to pick it up and saw who it was.

"Hi dad."

"Hey son, how are you doing? Everything okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, how are you?"

"All good, just checking if you're ready to go to bed."

"Aww, but I was watching the Indiana Jones movie."

"Remember what we agreed?"

"That I would go to bed at 11:30?" Ian said with an innocent tone, but it's safe to say it didn't fool Steve.

"Nice try but you promised me you would go to bed at 11."

"*sigh*Okay, I'll go to bed." Ian relented.

"Thank you, I'll see you tomorrow probably before you get up."

"Alright, see you tomorrow. Good night dad. And good luck with your mission"

"Thanks and good night to you too, sleep well." Steve said before hanging up.

"Okay, sorry Indiana, it will have to be another time." Ian said as he went and turned off the T.V. and went to his bedroom, not before going to the kitchen and grabbing one small chocolate bar. "He didn't say I couldn't eat a candy 'after' dinner right?" he said with a smirk as he ate the chocolate with gusto before going to his room for real this time.

As he put his pajamas on he wondered if he could manage to get Steve by surprise when he arrived home and started to plan how to do it, unfortunately the moment he touched his pillow the boy fell to sleep.

A few hours later while he was in dreamland, a sudden male voice woke him up.

"My mate. The time has come. I'm finally ready."

He woke up ready to face whoever had snuck into his room, but to his surprise there was no there.

"Who's there?! Show yourself!" Ian shouted, silence was the only thing he got for answer, but he heard it as if it was in front of him. He got up and started to look around the house, looking, hearing and smelling whoever it was that spoke, but to no avail, there was no one else in the house.

As he returned to bed, he started wondering if it had been his imagination, maybe he had been dreaming about it?

As he returned to his room his suspicions were thrown away when a second, now female, voice spoke.

"My mate. Come to me. It's time to accomplish our purpose."

"WHO'S THERE?!" Ian shouted looking around, ready to fight his instincts kicking off. And yet again, his only response was silence, nothing. "Why are you doing this? What do you want?!" he desperately looked all over the place trying to find an explanation. But he was alone, or so it would seem.

Now on high alert, Ian went to his room and sat on his bed ready to engage whoever they were the moment he would see something. He didn't know why but the voices had really unnerved him. He knew those were the voices of enemies, of challengers in the most primal sense of the word.

Sure, hearing voices of strangers in your house was disturbing to say the least, but these voices had somehow triggered a response in the boy's subconscious that reverted him into the most raw fight or flight response he ever felt.

He wasn't going to leave. He would fight.

He would stay in his bed all night, awake, tense, vigilant and ready for combat.

All night…

*The next day; 6:45 am*

Steve had finally made it back from his mission, and hadn't been the most complex mission rescuing the boat and capturing Batrock, but he was a little frustrated with the fact that Fury didn't tell him about Natasha's secret mission, he would definitely have words with him later.

He thought that Fury trusted him enough to know that his teammate had a second mission, that Fury was above keeping things secret.

As he was thinking about it he went and opened the door to his apartment, he made sure to be quiet so as to not wake up his kid, who at this time was still asleep. He closed the door and went to his room to change clothes, on his way he noticed Ian's door was open and the bed was empty.

He went inside looking for the boy but to his surprise, he wasn't there.

"Ian?" he called out, getting no response. He started to get worried, where did he go? What happened?

"Ian? Ian?! Where are you?!" He shouted running to the living room. Midway there something tackled him pinned him to ground, he then felt it stabbing him multiple times in the back.

Steve managed to get his assailant still in his back, and slammed him against the wall, making it lose its grip before throwing him against the opposite wall hard.

He finally got a good look at who it was, and was baffled by what he saw.

Before him was Ian growling, his claws were out wing open as much as they could and his eyes now were as thin as a cat, with a feral look he had never seen in the boy before.

"Ian?" he quietly asked, which apparently finally snapped him from whatever trance he was, his pupils slowly returning to normal size, recovering his senses and realizing who he had just attacked.

"D…dad? *Gasp* Dad!" Ian said before running at him and hugging "Dad! I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean to hurt you I-I…!" Ian was now crying and kept on apologizing for a while.

"Ian, it's okay it's over, and alright okay?" He comforted the boy, hugging him and letting him cry on his shoulder.

"N-no it's not okay! I hurt you without knowing it was you."

"Hey hey! I'm alright, this would hardly be the worst someone has done to me, and you didn't mean it, so calm down, breathe." Steve said, grabbing him by the shoulders and looking him in the eyes. He then started to take long breaths, Ian now breathing slowly, both went on for a minute before Ian calmed down.

"Better?" Steve asked, Ian nodded in response. "Can you tell me what happened? Why did you attack me?" Ian looked away before talking

"I don't know! Ever since last night, I've been on edge as if I knew something bad is going to happen. As if something that wants to take over my home and I can only feel like…like I have to fight, I have to fight and kill this thing or whatever. I don't know why I feel this, but I hate it, I don't want to have it." He looked at Seve in the eyes, tears almost coming out "Dad why is this happening to me?" Steve grabbed one of his shoulders.

"I don't know, but I promise you we'll figure this out."

"But how?! How can you help me when we don't even know what's happening!"

"I know we'll figure this out, because I won't stop looking for a way to stop whatever you're feeling." Ian stared at him before a small smile appeared on his face "Thanks dad." he whispered.

"You're welcome." Steve nodded, and got back up, only for him to gasp as he had forgotten the scratch marks on his back.

"I'm sorry." Ian said, covering his face in shame. "Don't worry just…help me get to the bathroom to get something to clean them." Steve said as he and Ian went to the bathroom to get some bandages.

The next day

Steve was riding his bike entering the S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters just as he used to whenever he had been assigned a mission, but unlike those times, he had a passenger.

Ian was coming with him due to the fact that it was Fury who had asked to bring him along as there was a situation that required his assistance. At first Steve was skeptical at the request, but when he asked why all he got for the answer was "I don't know, I only know that he's needed." He still was a little unsure, considering Ian's condition, but the timing of it? Maybe there was a reason for Fury's request and Ian's situation. If it meant that his little boy could get better, then he would take it and if it wasn't he would just take him away back home.

The two of them entered the massive building and went straight to Fury's office. They reached the office as Steve knocked on the door.

"It's open." Fury's voice could be heard, the duo entered the room greeted by Fury. "Rogers. Thank you for coming on short notice, both of you." Steve closed the door as they approached the director.

"It's okay. You're going to tell us what this is about sir?" Steve asked, Fury went to his desk and sat before typing something on his computer.

"I have to admit, before I met him I really wasn't so…interested in monsters but after New York that changed. I've been keeping in contact with a group that overlooks all about the giant lizard that's your father, kid. And it's because of them that I call you here." Fury said before a screen turned on and an asian man appeared on said screen.

"May I introduce Dr. Serisawa, an old acquaintance of mine and one of the chief scientists at MONARCH. He's the one who would like to request your assistance."

"Greetings, it's an honor to speak to the both of you." Dr Serisawa said.

And cut

Wow this took so long, this time though it was mostly laziness, sorry about that.

We're now officially into the Legendary 2014 Godzilla movie, finally the long reunion between Ian and his old man is upon us.

After I finish the next chapter of "A saiyan among aliens", it's one chapter per story at the time.

Well I would like to hear what you think of this chapter, was it good? Was it bad? Was it as good as your cup of coffee in the morning? Or was it as bad as hitting the nerve in your elbow. Please review and let me know.

But that's all from me for now, thank you so much for the patience, hopefully the next upload happens before next year.

Bye bye.
