He slowly raised his head, his memories were murky yet they were slowly coming back to him. The cave he was in was dark yet he could still see. The dark side fueled through him. Then it all came back to him. He collapsed on the ground, his head lolling to the side.
Pain.
Betrayal.
Them.
His eyes slowly opened. Even as the dark side supported him he couldn't get up, he felt weak, for the first time in his life, he felt weak, pathetic, useless. He would murder whoever did this, not quickly, but slowly, painfully, he thought what he would do, decapitation, drowning, no he would cut each of their limbs off, one by one. Something was here, he sensed something behind him, far away, but closing the distance fast. Get up, he yelled at himself yet he could not. He could hear it now. The thump as its feet hit the ground of the cave. He tried to pull his body up, yet could not. Screaming in pain, he lifted his arms and found a small ledge on the cave wall in front of him. He pulled with all the strength in his arms, yet it was not enough. He tries again, this time managing to lift his knee before falling. The creature was almost to him now. He lifted his head up again and leaned on the wall. Slowly getting up, until he was standing. He roared triumphantly, just as the beast came crashing down on him. He slammed into the wall, his head taking the blunt of the blow. His last thought before he submitted to the world of darkness was Shyrack.
He woke up with his head screaming, his eyes glancing at his leg. It was bent in an unnatural position, however it was probably only a minor fracture. However his right arm was a different story. The arm was bent in numerous ways, almost like a child's drawing. His eyes scanned the cavern he was in. There was some hay-like material on the ground and stalactites sticking out from the ceiling. He rolled to his right as screaming pain bursted out from his side. His rib was shattered. He chuckled to himself and delved into the dark side. Yet it was not there. It wasn't as if he couldn't get to it, it was just like it had disappeared into thin air. He had to leave before the Shyrack returned. Yet he could not get up. He shamefully started to crawl to the nearest wall. Like an idiot he thought. His fingers dived into the hay and each time it made pain shoot up his right side. Yet after what seemed like hours he managed to get to the wall. He shifted his body like before, yet he managed to get up on his first try this time. He smiled as he slowly regained strength. He scanned the wall, carefully this time and saw a crevice near the top of one of the walls. He bent down as the force swirled around him and jumped.
As he was rising his leg hit the wall hard. His leg screamed in pain, yet he did not realize this until he slammed into the crevice wall with his right side. The pain seemed to come at once, from his leg and from his rib. He muffled a scream as it came out, causing it to sound like wind coming out, like a murmur. His world dimmed almost to boack, and then slowly came back. He sat there for a few minutes, still, almost like a statue. He eventually managed to stand up, bumping his head on the crevice ceiling, which was about 4 feet from the ground. He then fell to the ground, this time not reinjuring any of his broken bones. He moved his head, now sweaty forehead to look at the crevice, it was about ten feet forward and then dropped. He moved his right hand. Then left. Then right and after what seemed like forever he managed to get to the end.
When he saw the drop he moaned softly. It was about one hundred feet down. Yet he still moved to lay on his back. This took him about two minutes. Finally, he pushed himself off and fell. Heused the force to slow him down, yet even when he tried not to, his left leg to the brunt of the fall. He yelled this time, not able to hold it in. Yet when he looked forward he saw light, from a desert planet. He stumbled forward, just as the Shyrack shadow towered over him.
The beast looked shocked, as if not expecting to see its prey gone. Yet this was only temporary. It veered and charged at him. He dived to the left, yet the beast managed to slam into his legs, breaking multiple bones in his usable leg and several in his unusable one. He screamed. This also managed to shock the beast, yet for less time than before. It veered again and charged. He was too tired to dive this time as his world started to fade to black. He lifted his hand, still usable and clenched it into a fist. He heard the satisfying crunch as its neck gave way just as its carcass slammed into him.
His eyes opened slowly. He could only see black. His head and his entire body screamed as he shuffled. There was something on top of him. He spread his fingers apart and lifted whatever was on top of him. Yet nothing happened, he realized that nothing had happened and his hand was not moving. He tried again, but failed. He lifted his other arm, hurting but still usable and pried his other hands fingers open. He then used both his hands to lift the heavy weight. It was a carcass, he slumped back as his body gave way. It all came back to him suddenly. Causing him to lapse and slide down the wall. He moved slowly, causing something in his body to scream in pain, yet in his exhaustion he could not identify the source. He slowly moved his hands and pushed against the ground with all his might. It was barely enough and he just managed to get up, he took one shaky step and then collapsed on the ground again. He tried again, took three steps this time, and then tried again, getting up and slowly taking steps one, two, three, four, five he counted, and then he was basking in the light. His eyes stung and he was blinded for about ten seconds. After that he then slowly started to see again. His eyes squinted to see structures. Sith structures he thought. He then thought for a second and looked up at the orange sun. "Korriban," he muttered to himself. His lips touched and he smiled, it was not a joyful smile, it was a cruel smile, and it only seemed to touch the corners of his lips. He then burst into a grin. A crazy, lopsided grin, and chuckled to nobody, but maybe it was not known to this man. "This will do," he muttered again, this time slightly louder. "This will do," he said as he collapsed, unconscious before he hit the floor.
Author's note: Sorry this is a little late, but I was busy, I am starting to get back into it and I finally have decided to make my short ass chapters longer. I wonder how many comments there will be about guessing who the sith is, and yes i have picked one already.
Peace, Mr. Rickroll
