Author´s note:
Another chapter? So fast? Why yes.
Okay, this was going to be a much shorter chapter, since I had to split it up with the past one. But it didn´t feel fair to just let it finish where it did.
Mature themes ahead. You have been warned.
Chapter X
Birth-day
They had to sneak back into the city in a rather unorthodox fashion. Since Link had gone and romanticized a critical meeting, they couldn´t just go back through the main gate, as they had planned. Instead, Zelda had suggested that he take off his shirt (much to everyone´s excitement) and that he wear her white cape. They would all have to play drunk, especially him and Riju. Since many people saw her kissing him and leaning on him earlier, they could play the card of 'one night stand' very well. Link had protested all the way through and she could see him blushing furiously to a deep shade of purple, which she guessed helped sell the image of a drunken escapade outside the city. Riju had told them that many Gerudo did this in order to bed any possible suitors.
Link had to play his part or everything would fall apart. Riju had walked them through the plan as they left the ruins behind.
"Link you must act like a vai, the most important thing you must keep in mind that if any of your 'excitement' shows, we will all be in deep trouble, especially me. Do you know what to do then?".
"I will conceal my excitement underneath Zelda´s cape, you will be all over me, and no one will look at us twice because you have made sure to talk about me in a sexual way for the past three days", Link droned on, "and because it is normal for any gerudo to look for 'relief' they will even think I am some ind of prize you finally obtained". He finished with a deep sigh. Zelda felt for him.
"And you princess?", Riju pierced her eyes with her own.
"I´ll be too drunk to notice anything, because everyone saw me drink that enormous cup at the feast. So it wouldn´t be strange if Buliara and Aoane escorted me to my chambers". She found that out of the three, she had the better part of the bargain, as far as faking something went. She merely had to remain limp, and Buliara or Aoane would carry her on their shoulder. Easy.
Link on the other hand, had it the most difficult, but she would have been lying to herself if she didn´t find it amusing, and maddening at the same time. 'The Gerudo would not only grow suspicious of you too going at it, but rather they would take it as an offense to myself, Princess. I´m sorry, but it will have to wait'. Both, Link and herself had blushed and averted their eyes from each other.
Surely enough, when they were on eyesight, Zelda started to act as drunk as she could (she had never been drunk before, so she did what she had seen at the feasts at the castle and what little experience she had at the night´s feast. Shortly after, Buliara grabbed her like a rag doll and carried her bottom-first on her shoulder.
"Would be wise if you protested a little bit, Highness. It would be more accurate.", she heard her whisper.
"Put me down I say, you brutish woman!" She said kicking and punching wherever she could. Her cheeks were burning withsomething close to shame, because she was very aware of her backside being exposed to the guards at the gate. "And why on earth are you parading my royal ass for everyone to see! Put me down this instant, or the Matriarch will hear about it!", she demanded. She took special care of slurring her speach as much as she could.
"Hylians.", grunted Buliara to the guards. They both laughed and beckoned her to go inside.
"That was perfect", whispered Buliara once they were out of earshot.
"Sorry for calling you brutish...", she said sheepishly.
"Don´t be, that was the masterstroke". She felt Buliara´s shoulders go up and down, she must´ve been laughing. "As for your royal ass, I guess there is not much that can be done about that. I´m sure Lady Riju told you we do use underwear, so that one is on you". Zelda exhaled in defeat.
"Yeah, I guess you´re right". She had proped herself up against Buliaras muscular back, to see the show the others were putting. And they didn´t disappoint.
Link and Riju were deep in the wildest kissing she had ever seen. Had she not known it was the two of them, it just looked like an eight limbed creature stumbling and moaning in pain. She noticed that Riju was careful to keep her hips close to Link´s, just in case they got carried away. They now were arriving at the gate, and Link was carrying Riju in front of him, his hair was disheveled, as were parts of Riju´s titanic braid. She saw them exchange a couple of words, but Riju started kissing him on the neck and his chest. Both guards exchanged looks, but ultimately let them pass. Aoane followed them all closely. As soon as the others were inside, Riju turned her head to where Zelda and Buliara were and winked at her. She returned the wink, and sighed heavily. Link was still carrying her and Riju´s hips were rocking back and forth again...
A short while later, Buliara put her down just outside of her bedroom, taking care of not pulling anything up in the process. She thanked her honestly and Buliara bowed to her, not without winking. She took her leave and turned around. Just as she was leaving she heard a high-pitched fit of giggles. Buliara´s body language told her all she needed to know. She rooted her feet where they were and waited for them in the hallway.
Surely enough, Link was still carrying her, although they weren´t kissing the were seemingly quite close.
"Well, it´s been quite a ride.", she said to Link, but loud enough for everyone to hear. Link laughed at her remark but said nothing else. He put her down with the same care that Buliara had done. Riju bid everyone good night and stepped inside her room. Buliara left the hylian duo alone with a quiet "good night". A rather awkward atmosphere surrounded them now.
"That went well, I´d say", he said smiling at her sheepishly. She found it difficult to return the smile, she turned to the railing and replied "Nothing is well after what I´ve heard, Link.", and she meant it.
She couldn´t see him, but the silence that followed told her that his expression was a grave one.
"Maybe not, but we´ll make it right!", he whispered. He leant on the railing beside her. None spoke for a long while, merely sighing or the ocasional throat clearing. It was a mixture of companinable and tense silence.
"I won´t let anything happen... to you", he said after an eternity. She felt the very same way.
"Nor will I", she replied. She reached slowly for his hand, and when she found it, it was like electricity emanated from it. He opened his palm and their fingers intertwined, he squeezed her hand tightly.
"We will deal with whatever comes our way, together", his voice had lost all trace of pretense, stiffness and protocol. If anything he sounded vulnerable. It was the first time he acknowledged there was more than Link the pumpkin farmer, or Zelda the Princess regent. There was an us, she didn´t dare to think it meant anything else, but she found that very hard to do.
Zelda often wondered what Link felt and thought, she finally turned to her right to see his face. The early morning sun was begining to rise and his features had weird shapes and shadows, but not a trace of worry was found in them. He didn´t lock eyes with her, but rather squeezed her hand again, as if saying 'I know'. The memories of him falling to the ground in a pool of his own blood and the certainty of his death came to her mind once more and a single tear found its way out of her eye. He didn´t seem to notice. If they took what Riju had confided in them as the truth, they would be very fortunate to come out of the ordeal alive.
"How do you do it?", she asked, her voice broke at the last words.
Link turned to her, his hand still held hers. He sighed, as if he could read her mind.
"I had something to fight for." He looked at her with an intensity that reminded her or how he looked at her when they had defeated Ganon. "Or rather... someone", he said in a quiet voice.
"I don´t know what I would do if I ever lost you again", she found herself saying out loud. It was too late to take it back now, but Link merely smiled and caressed her face, his touch light as the morning breeze.
"You won´t", he said before leaning in and kissing her not quite on the cheek, and not quite on the mouth. It was as if he was making a promise. She dared not open her eyes just yet, the memory of breathing came back to her and air had never tasted so good. Her heart felt like a little sparrow fluttering everywhere, fighting to get out of it´s cage. When she finally opened her eyes, she found his blue gaze looking at her.
"You won´t", he repeated. He bowed at her. "You should get some rest, Princess. We have a busy schedule ahead of us". She doubted sleep would come to her after this recent developement, but she nodded at him nonetheless. It was odd, she felt excited, but not nervous. A certain something inside her stomach was turning and flipping, but it did not hurt. Link left rather slowly, not wanting to part his gaze from her. He stumbled on a pot that was just outside Riju´s bedroom. He smiled sheepishly and disappeared from her sight.
"Vassamatta?" asked a ver sleepy Riju, from what she could make from the outside, she wore a sandseal pijama with a matching cap.
"The sun is rising", replied Zelda with a broad smile that no one could see.
She was falling in love with Link, and not even Ganondorf could take that away from her. As Link had said, they would deal with whatever came, together.
Link spent the rest of the morning laying on his bed, thinking of Zelda. He could not delude himself any longer, nor he wished to. He loved her. How was it that saying such a small word took that much of an effort? While playing that odd game that was carrying Riju while fighting against an erection, they had talked a lot about Zelda. Riju had told him how jealous Zelda had been of her, and how much she was going to hate this plan. Link had been none the wiser, not because he didn´t feel anything, but because he wasn´t certain that his feelings were requited.
"Are you really that thick?" she had replied to his 'Are you sure?'. She had laughed openly at him, which he supposed helped sell the idea that they were having fun.
"Link, the woman waited a century for you, not even I would be capable of that epic feat. It is so obvious that the only people that refuse to see it are the both of you. It´s endearing, really."
I am sure nothing bad could come of you being open about your feelings, nothing bad can happen if you are honest with yourself. Trust me, as your friend, I know that nothing good comes from bottling up your feelings. What use are they inside you, when you could share a lifetime with the person you love?!"
Even the sound of the word made it uncomfortable for him. "It´s just that, I feel like I took a hundred steps back". Riju raised a brow, followed by a very passionate kiss, for they had just reached the gate.
He could feel her rubbing against him. "Remember the plan!" she said in between a kiss. He kissed her back, and his body responded to her closeness, as expected, but he didn´t feel anything else inside. The physicallity of it all couldn´t match the closeness of the conversation he had had with Zelda around that makeshift fire all those weeks ago. Nothing could beat the memory of their inside joke with the bacon. With such thoughts, any guilt he could have felt for doing this, ebbed away as fast as it had come.
They had crossed succesfully after Riju had told the night guards that they had been planning this since before his arrival and that they hadn´t wanted to disturb the sleep of anyone with all the noise they had made. The guards were a bit taken aback, watching their Matriarch with her legs around a hylian woman´s hip. They merely nodded and one of them cleared her throat.
"Lucky bitch" he heard one of them say. Riju giggled, while still kissing him. "They´re talking about you, dearest Link", she said and she rocked her hips against his again.
"Is that really necessary?", he asked while fighting with all his might against his own bodily reactions.
"No," she stated simply. "But I´ll take what I can before the Princess snags you from us forever", she kissed him one last time and smiled at him. "You know, she is very lucky". Link was the one raising an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?", his mind had given the question a double meaning.
"I mean just that, she is very lucky. And you are very lucky, too. Love is a very fickle vai, if you catch my drift". He most definetely did not catch her drift.
It was funny. He didn´t remember what Riju´s lips tasted like. But he could not take away the sensation the kiss he had given to his princess, her scent, the taste of her on his lips after he bid her goodnight, the sound of her breathing, he could even recall the odd shape that was the corner of her lips. That kiss alone had sent him to the moon. It was good that she had stayed with her eyes closed that long. Even thinking about it now, it made his heart pump fast and beat against his chest as hard as a racing horse. It had been the closest he had ever been to anyone, ever.
"I love her", he said to his room´s ceiling, just as someone knocked on his door.
Kaheru woke up in the middle of the night, shivering. She was not allowed to sit, lay down or even shuffle her legs. Her Mother Serpent had chained her to her chamber wall. Her back had become to familiar with two things, the coarse rock wall, and her Master´s games. Sometimes it was a whip, sometimes it was her nails. Vawatai had allowed her to wear a very simple pair of Harem pants. They were not new, and had belonged to what Kaheru believed was a former 'servant' she could make out some dark stains all over them, but tried her best not to think about it. Her chest, on the other hand was exposed at all times, and the Mother Serpent was sure to at the very least look at it the way a preadator looks at a dead animal. Her hair was mated now and she reeked of different things, sweat, among others. She couldn´t see herself, but dried up tears had formed some sort of crust over her otherwise unscathed face. The one thing she missed the most, was her arm, Vawatai had given her a new, powerful one, but whenever her master was absent, the otherwordly light and arm disappeared.
Down at her chained feet, lay a plate with some food, which if she was honest, didn´t taste bad, and she had never gone thirsty. It was odd that she was held captive like this and still, she had never begged for food or water.
"You´re of no use to me if you can´t move", Mother had said. She was to respond each and every time Vawatai spoke to her with a 'yes, Mother'
Vawatai was a volatile being, Kaheru quickly found out. Some days, she would invite her to her bed, and she almost let herself feel something close to pleasure. As her master (she had punched her in the gut the one time she had called her mistress), devoured her, and she could feel her tongue searching for something it never found, it all stopped only after she had almost passed out and could not stop squirming, writhing and moaning.
Yet there were other times, which were most of the time. When Mother didn´t do any of those things. She found pleasure in hearing her scream and cry. As of late, whenever she had been in an agressive mood, she whiped her until she passed out from the pain, only to wake up sometime later with some food and water in front of her. Other times, she tortured her telling her that her sister was to be dismembered if she failed her mission, or that she would join her and that they would both have to please her every night.
The only upside to being tied to the personal quarters of her master was that she often spoke in her sleep, very much like tonight. She never dared to stick her head up to her bed, but instead rolled herself a little so she could hear whatever she was mumbling.
"Our child, you lost him", she wimpered.
"It was that bastard", she mumbled in a coarse voice. It seemed to be repling to the first one.
"What did they do to our son? Where is he?", she could hear the sheets shuffling, so she hastily rolled back to her corner.
"She will find him for us", she said. And she remained silent for the rest of the night.
Vawatai woke up with the first light, taking care of her white hair, which was always in a long ponytail. She would often whip her face with it in a playful manner, whenever she wasn´t out for blood.
"What will it be today, Kaheru? Red, or blue?", she asked. Vawatai had a very slender and lean body, she never wore clothes inside her chambers. Kaheru often had to second guess herself, that one time she could have sworn that her skin was green as a corpse...
"B-blue, Mother", she replied. Bowing down as much as she could. For the first time since her imprisonment, the Serpent Mother had crouched in front of her and held her face up.
"Do you know what day it is today, child?", she spoke softly. Today was one of her good days.
"No, Mother. I am sorry", she tried to hide her face, but her master´s grip was as strong as a mountain.
"It is our birthday", she said. A cold smile appeared on her face. "This is a special treat, for you", she said at the same time as she clapped her hands. Two maids, covered head to toe in white linen held out a bundle of sorts, to her.
"Do you like it, Kaheru?", she dared to look up at Mother. It was a blue linen top with matching trousers. She also held what appeared to be a saphire circlet in her left hand. Blue had always been her favorite color, so she wasn´t lying when she nodded curtly. Vawatai clicked her tongue.
"But we can´t dress you in this in your sorry state", she merely looked at the two maids and they unchained Kaheru, they took of her used pants and pulled her out of the room. Her master´s eyes never left her face. This was odd.
They walked along a dimly lit and very long corridor, she felt the all too famliar stone floor, and the sounds of footsepts was the only sound inside it. It was unfamiliar to her, because she would normaly also hear the chains against the stone as she walked. They entered a room to the left, past a dozen doors that held goddess knew what nightmares. All she found inside the room was... a bathhouse, and a huge one at that. She turned around, to see if she was allowed a bath. Mother smiled at her and with her long extended arm beckoned her to step inside.
The two maids, which at this point Kaheru had secretly named Pi and Po -as that was the sound their feet made everytime they walked, took her to a small stone seat just beside the bathing pool. They poured a warm bucketful of water over her without a word and as if it had been their everyday job, Pi and Po started to scrub every nook and cranny of her very dirty body. Mother had leant on the door frame and watched everything from there. Often ordering something like "More under the chin", in a tone that left no room for question. But otherwise, it had been the closest to peace she had known.
Once she was as clean as mortally possible, Pi and Po stretched out their hands and motioned her to enter the pool. Again, she turned to face Mother for aproval. The Serpent Mother nodded.
She welcomed the slight pain that hot water often brought with it, she even dared to wave her arm around, enjoying the feeling and sensation of lightness. She closed her eyes and lost herself into blissful nothingness.
"I will come back for you. I have more surprises in store for us", she heard a whisper in her ear. The lips of Vawatai graced her ears and she felt the hairs of her neck stand of end.
Her stomach was begining to protest for some food, when again, Pi and Po took her out almost forcefully out of the water. They dressed her in her blue clothes and carefuly placed the sapphire circlet over her head. They pushed her lightly and once they were out, took her further down the hallway.
"Where are we going?", she asked. She didn´t bother in hiding her fear. No answer came to her ears.
They walked a longer stretch this time. There was a wide oak door to their right, the only ornament on it was the gerudo emblem, made of iron, haphazardly nailed to the wood. Pi and Po opened it and inside was a chamber the size of the Gerudo Palace itself.
Pi and Po pushed her inside and closed the door without a word.
"Kaheru", said a soft voice across the room. It took her a moment to take the scenery in.
In the furthermost wall of the room was a bed the size of a fountain, to each side of it were four or five decorated sofas, she couldn´t make out the color, but she guessed they were red.
To her right and left chairs of all sizes and shapes stood in an unorderly manner, food lay on the floor, chairs and two tables. The smell of alcohol was strong too. At least two dozen voe and vai were inside.
They were all mating. The sounds of vai and voe filled the whole room. She noticed some of the voe were looking at her in a lustful way, as no vai had looked at her before. She walked among them towards the beckoning voice of her master. Mother laid on the bed with two voe and one vai.
"Which one do you like best. Kaheru?", she said. As one of the voe devoured her and the vai feasted on her breasts.
"I- I don´t understand", she said. Her voice was breaking. "Is this a dream?", she asked. She wished this was a dream and that soon she would wake up and tell her sister all about it. What a story this would be!
Vawatai let out a sound between a moan and a laugh. "My dear child, this is the dream, is it not?" she asked while stretching her arms, as if asking her again.
"I told you, it is our birthday! Celebrations are in order!", she said.
"My birthday is not for another five months, Mother", she almost asked. "I don´t understand", she repeated.
Quite unceremoniously she tossed the voe to the side and pushed the vai off. She walked towards her, her body shone as if covered in pearls with the fire.
Her master cupped her face with her hands. "Oh, my sweet Kaheru. But it is! We shall heal your body and soul!", without another word, her master kissed her in a way that made her lose control over her body and her mind. She found herself laying in bed with an uncertain number of people, she would often hear Mother say atop the moans and groans everyone mas making: "Give yourself in to pleasure my dear child!". And she did. She felt as if she wasn´t herself. She was rather reserved back in her hometown, but right now two vai were feasting on her and she was feasting on a voe. It was as if she was unhinged.
Many hours later, she woke up under a pile of sweaty limbs and snoring people. A faint light came in from the outside, and she wondered if today was full moon.
"You´re awake", spoke her master from a corner. She was sitting on a couch, still naked, even in a chilly night like this one.
"Y-yes, Mother", she replied shamefully.
"Tomorrow, we shall be born, child. You will not feel shame anymore. I have finally found a purpose for you.", she said coldly. Kaheru shivered, but it had nothing to do with the cold.
"Go back to bed", she ordered.
She found a spot between all the snoring and sweat. She snuggled in someone´s chest and slept peacefully for the first time in weeks.
Pi and Po woke her up at night -she was alone in the room, she noticed. And cleaned and dressed her, just as they had the day before. As always any questions she had for them, were met with absolute silence. She also noticed how their expressions were always blank, not as if they had practiced it, rather as if they were absent from their bodies. She supposed it had something to do with her master and spoke to them no more.
"How long have I slept?", she asked. No one answered.
They took her out and walked even further down the hallway. She could make out a faint light at the end of it. She wondered if she was going to be released. She snorted at her own thought, it wouldn´t be that easy.
When they were out, she noticed this was some sort of castle, or fortress. The air felt dry to her, so she guessed they were still somewhere near the desert. Pi and Po had brought her to an ample courtyard. some torches had been lit and placed in a circle. and at it´s center, a hooded figure stood, waiting. The maids pushed her towards the circle, the only thing she could do was walk faster, so they would stop pushing her.
"What´s going on?", she asked. She was shivering again. She could barely make out the features inside of the hood, but she was certain it was Vawatai.
"Mother?", she pleaded.
When Mother spoke, it was much unlike her voice. It was a deep shallow voice.
"Child of the sun, creature of the night. Your birth is at hand". Vawatai flicked her wrist and her left side started to glow. Her light arm had appeared again.
"Child of the sun, creature of the night. Find your true master and do their biding". Her arm started to glow brighter with every passing moment.
"Child of the sun, creature of the night. Prowl the land once more and make it all blight", Vawatai chanted again and again. She felt something cold creep its way from her left shoulder to the rest of her body. The green light had enveloped her fully. Her feet left the ground slowly, but uncontrollably.
"What´s going on?! Please, Mother!", she shouted. Her Mother merely smiled up at her.
"You shall see, soon enough", she replied in the same deep voice.
"Ganondorf sa'atteru. Voe ni vai, Zorai, Ritai, Goroni veh sa´atterai.", the voice chanted.
She heard a shrill scream and the cracking of bones. It took her a moment to notice it was her screaming. Her legs and arm were stretching slowly and she felt her muscles boil. It was as if she was growing taller and stronger, but at the price of what, she did not know. Dread spread across her, when she noticed her body was moving on it´s own accord, and when she spoke again, her voice was nothing but a fearal growl.
What have you done to me?!
"You shall serve us, Kaheru. You will bring us our child. No one will stop you".
Her body began to move, but her mind was telling it to stop. She stumbled and fell to the ground. Mother spoke again and her mind grew numb.
Her only thought from that moment on was only one.
Ganondorf will rule us all, again.
Author´s note II:
Okay, so... that was a gerudo orgy. I guess? Look the cat is almost out of the bag, but I always found THAT character to be a little mature for a game. Also, I should probably say this: You wont find words like shaft, dick, pussy or any of that here. I´ve seen some fics do that in the past and for some reason it just sounds silly. Also-also, where is the fun in that, it´s better to use your imagination. I should go to horny jail, I guess...
Also, Link dropped the L word - what?!
Kaheru is out for BLOOD.
