Aaron's P.O.V.-Thursday Morning-Greendale Middle School
"And when you carry the 2, the answer is divisible by 1.935, which is the square root of the lowest prime number," the math teacher droned on as everyone in the class was bored to the point of almost falling asleep.
However, Sabrina elbowed Chloe and me, pointing at Gem, who was sitting next to Bernard and looking at her hair via hand mirror.
Gem looked back to see Sabrina and Chloe mocking the way she was doing her hair while I was barely able to hold in my laughter by covering my mouth with my hands.
However, a phone began ringing, shocking everyone and causing the math teacher to get so angry, she broke her chalk in half.
"What is that?!" She demanded, looking at all of us.
"I thought I made it clear that were to be no cellular phone calls made or received in this class!" The teacher shouted, trying to figure out whose phone was ringing.
Gem, whose phone was ringing, tossed attempted to toss it into Sabrina's bag. However, I noticed it and use discreet magic to send it back into her bag without her knowing.
Before you all get mad at me for using magic to get Gem in trouble, A.) she was trying to get Sabrina in trouble. And B.) Sabrina already have enough issues this past week, especially thanks to father.
Not to mention her dad and Futura are still under the effect of Salem's spell for the next two days. So, don't get mad at me and be thankful that Sabrina isn't getting blamed for Gem's bull crud.
"Gem, I am so disappointed in you." The teacher said, approaching Gem, who was shocked and dumbfounded that the phone was in her bag again.
"But-" Gem said, trying to find a way to sink Sabrina with her.
"However, since this is your first time, let this be your first, and only, warning. Let's see, who's behaving well?" The teacher asked, turning to glance at me, Sabrina and Chloe.
"Anyways, would you please go up and solve the problem on the board?" The teacher asked Gem, who nodded as she stood up.
"Are you gonna stand for that?" Chloe asked in a hushed tone.
"Yeah, she almost got you detention." I whispered.
"Not if it was the national anthem!" Sabrina told us as she zapped a paper clip, making it bigger. It made Gem trip and fell face-first into Bernard's lunch bag, getting some blueberry pie on her face.
Everyone, except for Sabrina and Bernard, started laughing at Gem.
"Oh no! My blueberry pie!" exclaimed Bernard.
"Ha ha! That blueberry stain is gonna be there till her senior year!" Chloe said, before seeing Sabrina's expression.
"Hey, what's with you?" Chloe asked Sabrina.
"You mean besides everything that happened to her this past week so far?" I asked.
"I mean, why wasn't she laughing? That was primo." Chloe clarified.
"Oh, it was okay. But I really wanted to do something huge, like make all her hair fall out." Sabrina explained.
"So if what you really wanted to do, why didn't you just go for it?" asked Chloe as we began leaving the classroom.
"Because I can't do really big magic. Like I don't have the power to change the major stuff." Sabrina explained.
"What about you, Aaron?" Chloe asked.
"Same." I say.
"What about the shield you have on?" Sabrina asked.
"That's just the slightly advanced magic we can do, and even then, it's not a great option. Unless, of course, you wanna be barbeque by the gods," I explain.
"Darn it! If you and I have our full powers, the two of us could've really zonked Gem." Sabrina complained as she put change in a soda machine.
"You did pretty well. And if Aaron haven't caught on to Gem's plan and threw it back in her face, you would be doing detention. After all, the teachers love Gem." Chloe said.
"It's nothing special," I say.
"Come on, you two always do pretty w-" Chloe began.
"Are you kidding? My powers are totally pathetic for a witch my age." Sabrina said.
"And while I do know a lot of spells, the way I channel them are not perfect either." I added.
"Problem is, we never get to practice because we have to keep it a secret." Sabrina said, as zapped three sodas out of the soda machine.
"Not to mention my parents are taking a break from training me until after the family road trip. Plus, we're swamped with too much schoolwork so we can't practice much magic like we did during summer," I added, accepting a soda from Sabrina.
"Well, look on the bright side. You two are always gonna be way ahead of me, right?" Chloe asked, taking a soda as well and opening it.
Sabrina opened hers only for soda to spray in her face. Wouldn't you guess it, same thing happened to me.
"Right, Chloe. We'll be ahead of you in terms of rotten luck at times." I say.
After school-Sabrina, Hilda and Zelda's P.O.V.-Kitchen, Spellman's Residence
Hilda and Zelda were eating at the table when Sabrina walked in. Luckily, Edward and Futura were out at the amusement park, doing bumper cars. No one was sure how much more they can handle from the two adults that act like 12 year olds. Heck, Sabrina didn't went to sleep till 3 in the morning!
"Greeting, family unit." Sabrina said, closing the door behind her.
"What's up?" Sabrina asked, walking up to Hilda and Zelda before screaming, as she, Hilda and Zelda ducked under a arrow with a note on it.
"A spellogram from the NetherWorld? Whoa." Sabrina said.
"Think maybe we won the Poltergeist Clearinghouse Sweepstakes?" asked Hilda.
"No, it's about Sabrina." said Zelda.
"Me? What did I do?" asked Sabrina.
"It's not what you did, it's what you're going to do. The Witches' Council has decree it's time for you to go to Camp Wicca. Well, you and Aaron." Zelda explained.
"It's boot camp. Part of every witch's, and warlock's, training." Hilda added.
"All witches and warlocks must complete their training at Camp Wicca before their 16th birthday." Zelda said.
"Killer!" Sabrina exclaimed, excited about the prospect of gaining her full powers.
"It's the first step to qualifying for full witchhood." Zelda said.
"Great, this is gonna be fun! I am so ready to amp up my powers!" exclaimed Sabrina, skipping around the kitchen.
Hilda chuckled nervously.
"Camp Wicca is two weeks of sheer torture. But if you don't successfully complete it, you'll never get your full powers." Zelda said.
"Torture?" Sabrina asked, her enthusiasm fading quick.
"My drill instructor once made me eat pinch bugs for breakfast. Plain!" Hilda said.
"I had to collect all the rat's feet for morning spell practice, by myself! In an ice storm." Zelda added.
"Well, I don't care. I'm looking forward to it. For the first time in my life, I'm get to hang out with other kids my own age who are just like me. Aaron is a exception because he's been my friend for life. For once, I won't be a weirdo. When do I leave?" Sabrina asked.
"One transportation spell, coming up." Zelda said, conjuring up a cauldron.
"Now? I need to pack some outfits." Sabrina said.
"What you need to bring is your wits, Sabrina. It may be a little extra rough for you. You're probably the first half-witch they've ever had at Camp Wicca. And Aaron would be the first half-warlock they've ever had." Hilda said.
"They want you to report right away. But the good news is that the time is different in the NetherWorld." Zelda said, zapping a kitchen cabinet so it moved up, revealing a compartment behind it.
"You can do two weeks there and still be home in time for school tomorrow. Not to mention Salem's birthday party later today." Zelda said the last part with a roll of her eyes as she grabbed some plants from the compartment.
She and Hilda put the plant in the blender and turned it on.
"I am so excited! I'm finally on my way to becoming a real witch and Aaron's on his way to becoming a real warlock! This is gonna be such a kick!" exclaimed Sabrina.
"Most of all, it's gonna be a lot of hard work. And you're gonna need to do what your mom always told you to do." Zelda said, holding two dragons that were wearing hats.
"And that'll be?" Sabrina asked, wanting to hear more about her mother. At least Zelda wants to talk about her, unlike everyone else in the family.
"Have the courage to stick to it when things get tough." Zelda advised.
"No sweat, Aunt Zelda. I'm gonna ace it. But thanks for the advice from Mom, though." Sabrina said.
"You're welcome," Zelda said, before beginning the list of stuff for the spell. "One pair of midget dragons." She said.
"One skull of a pirate." Hilda said, holding a skull with a knife in its teeth and a eyepatch on it. "Now, stand back," she told Sabrina as she and Zelda zapped the skull and dragons over the cauldron.
"This is where we get jiggy." Hilda said as the dragons and the skull swirl around the cauldron.
"Spin in orbit like the Sun, spin until you fuse as one." Zelda incanted as the cauldron, dragons and skull became a hand with a door on the top, awaiting Sabrina.
Zelda helped Sabrina onto the hand, which raised up a bit.
"Next time you see me, you're gonna be looking at the hottest thing that hit the world of witches since Back to the Broomstick!" Sabrina exclaimed as the hand raised her to the door, sealing itself, while Hilda and Zelda said bye to Sabrina.
Aaron's P.O.V-Ten minutes ago-Living Room, Dimension's Residence
My parents, me and this Enchantra person, the very same who would be in charge of Sabrina and my evaluations in December, were sitting in the living room.
"So, why are you here, Enchantra?" My dad asked.
"Because I'm here to personally talk to you and your son about sending him to Camp Wicca. Especially since he doesn't have any ancestry here, so he doesn't know what's it all about or how it's work." She said before her eyes briefly glowed once she glanced at me.
"Then again, given how his magic is, I could hardly see the point of doing so." Enchantra said, which caused my dad to almost jumped her if my mom hadn't grabbed him around the waist while I was confused. Isn't my magic the same as everyone else's?
"Jake, no! Remember what she can do to Aaron if we do anything to her!" My mom said, holding him back.
"Yes, especially since I don't really know which one of you two are the magical one. Which means I can punish your son for your actions." Enchantra said.
"Can we get back on topic with this camp thing? Why do I need to go to Camp Wicca?" I asked.
"Easy. It's a stepping stone for all witches and warlocks to complete their training to be allowed to use their full powers. At least, if they complete the camp. And to put it quite frankly, your magic is different than every other witches and warlocks around here, so I want to figure out what it's about." Enchantra said.
"How long will it take?" I asked, while my parents, finally done with the whole 'holding each other back' thing, sat back down.
"Two weeks NetherWorld time. You'll be back in no time here." Enchantra said.
"So, Narnia logic?" I asked.
"I have no idea what this Narnia is, but whatever rocks your model ships." Enchantra says with a shrug.
"What exactly will happen might make Aaron not complete the camp?" My mom asked.
"The camp has torture." Enchantra says.
"Meh. Not as bad as things here, so I'll accept it." I said with a shrug.
"Well, since you accept the risks, it's time to leave. Say your farewells to your parents, because you won't see them for two weeks our time." Enchantra said, as she walked to the living room door, before looking back at us.
"By the way, he must complete training at Camp Wicca before his 16th birthday. And if he doesn't, he'll never get his full powers." Enchantra said before leaning against the door.
"Aaron, are you sure you wanna do this? There might be another way to get your full powers." My mom says.
"Exactly, I think I had a better option." My dad said.
"I'm sure. Plus, whatever agreement you two made to not train me until after the road trip shouldn't be broken because of mention of torture. Plus, this is me we're talking about. I'm pretty sure any torture won't happen to me." I said.
"Well, if you're sure, then we're behind your decision." My dad said as he and mom hugged me.
"Be careful, and stand up for what's right, okay?" My mom asked.
"Sure." I said, hugging them back.
"Time to leave to Camp Wicca, little half-warlock." Enchantra said as the hug ended.
"See you in two weeks." I told my parents as Enchantra send me to the camp via red smoke.
Sabrina's P.O.V.-Camp Wicca, NetherWorld
"Whoa!" exclaimed Sabrina as she fell onto a puddle of purple goop.
Suddenly, Aaron appeared next to her in a puff of red smoke.
"Aaron, how did you got here?" Sabrina asked. She already knew Aaron was coming, but she didn't know he can travel through smoke.
"Enchantra sent me after explaining." Aaron said. Well, that explains it.
Aaron offered his hand, helping Sabrina up.
"Well, I guess we're here." Aaron remarked, pointing in front of him. Sabrina turned and saw that Camp Wicca was in front of them. It had a huge gate and a bunch of cabins. Sabrina gulped a bit.
"This is a little spookier than I pictured it." Sabrina said.
"Not really. Seems like a disappointment of how I picture it. Guess Jason Voorhees won't be coming to make this interesting." Aaron said, disappointed as Sabrina glanced at him.
"Aaron, have anyone told you how much you watch those cheesy horror films?" Sabrina asked.
"No, because I never watched the Scream films." Aaron said as Sabrina was dumbfounded for a moment.
"Okay, you're not gonna let this get you down, Spellman! You're here to conquer!" Sabrina gave herself a pep talk, only for her and Aaron to be grabbed a by huge creature in a camp shirt.
The creature's bad breath hit Aaron and Sabrina, causing Aaron's eyes to water as Sabrina covered her nose.
"Ew. Dude, hygiene. Look into it." Sabrina said.
"I think my sense of smell was burned." Aaron said.
"New recruitment reports, now!" The creature said, dropping the two.
"Okay, okay! Don't get your wart hair all twisted!
"I think they are." Aaron said.
Soon, Sabrina was cleaned up and getting her hair done, put into witches robes and hat, having to grab a huge backpack and assigned to a bottom bunk, where she spent the night awake. Aaron was taken to the other side of camp, and while Sabrina has no clue what was going on, she was pretty sure he was going through most of the same stuff as she was.
Meanwhile with Aaron
...Aaron was asleep on the bottom bunk. Nothing interesting going on here, folks.
Sabrina's P.O.V.-The next day
Sabrina, who had bags under her eyes, and a bunch of witches were outside, lined up and backpacks on their backs with wands in their hands.
"Wow, this isn't turning out exactly how I expected." Sabrina said.
"Is it just me, or it this whole look a little busy?" Salem asked, popping out of Sabrina's backpack.
"Salem, what are you doing here? And how?" Sabrina asked.
"Just thought I'd dropped in and check up on you. And I got here by magic." Salem answered just as the bugle horn was blown.
"Oh, and to mock your humiliation, of course. Such a shame you and the kid are on different sides of camp, I would've mocked him too. Best birthday present ever." Salem said.
"Troops, attention!" The creature said, getting everyone to face him while Salem hid in Sabrina's backpack.
"Presenting your commanding officer, Colonel L. B. Farren." The creature said as the colonel walked up to everyone.
(A/N: I couldn't hear what the colonel's name was, so I just have to make it up. For those who actually heard his name, please let me know so I can fix that.)
"Thank you, thank you, Captain." Colonel Farren before looking at the creature's tag. "Oh, wait, Corporal. Oops, forgot I gave you a little promotion there, heh." He said before turning towards the witches.
"Okay, cadets, uh, welcome to Camp Wicca, your gateway to witchhood." Colonel Farren announced.
"I can't believe how scared I am." A witch next to Sabrina said.
"Me too." Sabrina said with a nervous gulp.
"My name's Sabrina...Spellman." Sabrina said, stretching her hand out for a handshake.
"Pixely Potionson." Pixely said after a moment, shaking Sabrina's hand.
"And on graduation, I look forward to handing out the coveted Golden Wart Award to the best cadet amongst you." Colonel Farren said.
"Make us proud." Zelda said in Sabrina's thoughts. "I will, Aunt Zelda. And I'm gonna do it by winning the Golden Wart." Sabrina replied.
"Now then, I think it's time for my nappy poo. So, I'll turn you over to the young woman with whom you'll be spending every waking minutes for the next two weeks. Your drill instructor, Captain Malissa Forethought. Meanwhile, I'll believe Enchantra wants to watch over the warlocks, so whatever she wants goes." Colonel Farren said as everyone gasped.
A witch took off her hood, revealing her pale green skin, multiple warts, and red hair in three pigtails.
"That's the most hideous thing I'd ever seen, and I seen a lot!" Salem stated.
"Well, what do we have here?" Malissa asked, not hearing Salem...somehow.
"Why, it looks like the biggest group of losers I've ever seen." Malissa commented as she walked up and down, checking each witch.
"I don't think any of you have a chance of completing this training." Malissa taunted.
Salem poked his head out and started making raspberry noises which caught Malissa's attention.
"Got something to share, worm?" Malissa asked Sabrina, thinking she did it.
"No. Not a thing. I was just-" Sabrina began nervously only for Malissa to walk up to her and check the dog tags on Sabrina.
"Spellman. Oh, wait, they told me you were coming. Along with your friend, who is with the warlocks." Malissa said as she grabbed Sabrina by the ears and dragged her, ignoring Sabrina's cries of pain, in front of everyone.
"Troops, I don't believe I introduced you to the company oddball. Private Spellman here happens to be the only half-witch ever to go through basic training in the entire history of Camp Wicca." Malissa said, letting go of Sabrina's ear.
The other witches started muttering about Sabrina, and not in a good way, as she went back in her spot.
"What does that mean? Half-witch?" Pixely asked.
"It means my father is a warlock and my mother was a mortal." Sabrina said.
"A mortal? So who do you live with? Witches or mortals?" Pixely asked.
"Mortals, mostly. But my aunts do help take care of me." Sabrina said.
"You live in the mortal realm?" "Like, how do you use magic there?" "When do you get to act like a witch?" The other witches asked Sabrina.
"Well, I've never actually met a half-witch before, but I've heard they're all the same! Cowards and quitters!" Malissa said, making things worse for Sabrina.
"My cousin told me they don't wash and they steal other people's spells." One witch said to another.
"You, and everybody like you, gives me the creeps." Malissa said.
"How-How can you say that? You just admitted you've never met a half-witch before." Sabrina said.
"Yeah, well, I've heard all the stories and there's no way I'm gonna let somebody like you take her ranks in the places of the true broom riders." Malissa told Sabrina, gripping the front of her robe.
"I got a hot tip for you: don't count on graduating. I'm the one who decides who passes and fails basic training. And such a shame your friend isn't part of my course, because I would've decided the same thing for him." Malissa told Sabrina, who was on the verge of tears and remembered what Zelda told her.
"If you don't successfully complete it, you'll never qualify to get your full powers." Zelda said.
"Oh, this is so not fair!" Sabrina said, tears falling down her face.
Soon, Malissa led everyone on a run.
"I don't know, but I heard tales!" exclaimed Malissa.
"I don't know, but I heard tales!" repeated the witches.
"Mortals had a funny smell!" barked Malissa.
"Mortals had a funny smell!" repeated the witches, as Sabrina started to get exhausted.
The other witches, except for Pixely, covered their noses. "Sorry, Sabrina" Pixely apologized, running ahead of Sabrina, who took a moment to get a breath.
"Mush, mush! I've always wanted to say that." Salem said to Sabrina.
"I'm not in the mood for humor right now, okay Salem? If you wanna help, which you never do by the way, turn into a Jeep and give me a ride." Sabrina said, annoyed as she began running again.
"Tssk, tssk, you shouldn't sass me. Seems like I'm the only one around here you can talk to." Salem said as Sabrina walked towards a tree trunk and sat down.
"I know, and I don't understand why it's you I'm talking to. I thought I'd fit in here. I thought I'd make all kinds of new friends, but nobody will even get close enough for me to talk to." Sabrina said with a sniffle.
"They hate me," Sabrina said, standing up after rubbing her face with her arm.
"They don't hate you. They haven't even met you. They're buying into all this stupid stereotypes." Salem said as Sabrina began running again.
"So you are gonna show them who you really are. And while you're doing it, you gotta keep your head up high." Salem said, only to get hit by a tree branch.
"That is, when you have clearance." Salem said.
"Thanks, Salem. But that doesn't take away that what I'm going through right now is exactly what Aaron went through for six years." Sabrina said.
"Look on the bright side," Salem said.
"And that'll be?" asked Sabrina.
"You only have to deal with this for two weeks. Aaron has to deal with it for the rest of his life, or until Greendale gets tired of him. Whichever comes first." Salem said, as Sabrina gave him a deadpan expression.
"Just trying to boost your spirits." Salem said.
"Thanks for reminding me," Sabrina said dryly.
"Hey, who knows? The kid might be suffering under Enchantra's watch." Salem said.
Meanwhile-Aaron's P.O.V.
"Listen up, all of you! I know all of you might look down on others for their upbringings...or how their magic works!" Enchantra states as every warlock turned to look at each other. Some of them even turn to glance at me.
"However, whatever prejudice you may have, throw it aside! For as you all know, you all are one thing and one thing only: warlocks! So, for the next two weeks, I don't want to hear complaints, taunts or even a peep about how any one of you were raise, where you were raise or your family bloodline! All I want to hear is teamwork! Am I understood?" Enchantra asked.
"Yes ma'am!" Everyone, including me, say.
"Good. Then let's begin with the morning stretches. I found those help with stiff bones. After all, stiff bones make magic stiff as well." Enchantra said as she began showing us how to do the stretches she does.
I wonder how Sabrina's doing, though? Hope she's doing alright.
Sabrina's P.O.V.(Montage of the first week)
Sabrina and the witches were crossing a swamp with their wands over their heads, only for Sabrina to fall in a hole at the bottom. Malissa looked annoyed as she used magic to pull Sabrina to the surface, where she proceed to cough out some water.
Soon, everyone was on broomsticks, just as Sabrina got on hers. However, her broomstick bucked her off like a horse.
Shortly, the witches were doing monkey bars, though the catch was they were the ones to make the other bars appear.
"Next!" Malissa ordered as Sabrina took a running start and jump, grabbing the first bar. She tried to make the second bar appear, but it keep disappearing. Malissa, fed up with Sabrina, used magic to send the bar, and Sabrina, all the way to the other end.
Later, the witches' task is to turn a frog into a bird. Sabrina took a crack at it, only to end up turning the Corporal into a bird.
Later, all the witches were on the brooms again. Sabrina was with them, but she had a helmet on, just in case. However, they laughed at her because the broom she was on had training wheels on it.
(A/N:...Why is that a thing? Who puts training wheels on a broomstick? You know what, the more I question this, the more likely I'll be more confused, so continue on!)
That night, all the witches walked in for dinner.
"All right, worms! Get some food and don't take forever!" Malissa barked out as the witches lined up to get food.
"I'm so starved. What's for dinner?" Sabrina asked. One of the chefs lifted the dome lid off a platter to reveal...nothing.
"This is boot camp! You gotta conjure up your own food." The kitchen lady told Sabrina.
"Oh no, not more magic. Pizza. Hot pizza." Sabrina muttered to herself as she attempted to conjure it up, only for a bowl of soup to appear instead, much to her annoyance.
"Pizza, not pea soup. Let me try again." Sabrina pleaded, as everyone started muttering about her again.
"Food, food, I need food." Sabrina said desperately as she concentrated again, only to conjure up cereal and chips.
"Well, seems like the chef has prepare a bowl of cold cereal and a bag of chips." The kitchen lady told Sabrina as she handed Sabrina the tray.
Sabrina sighed as she walked towards a table. "Well, beats starving," Sabrina said, before her food turned into a bowl of eyes and a bag of tentacles.
"What's happening?" asked a confused Sabrina.
"I changed it, and if you were a real witch, you could change it back." Malissa gloated, teleporting in front of Sabrina.
Sabrina tried, only to zap it away.
"Now grab a seat! Forward! Left, right, left, right, move those feet!" barked Malissa as Sabrina began walking towards a table.
Suddenly Malissa keep teleporting next to Sabrina, giving her 'helpful tips'. "Your shoes are untied." She said as she used magic to make them untie themselves, and wrap around Sabrina's legs, causing her to fall.
Malissa laughed at that, clearly enjoying making Sabrina's life a living H-E-double hockey sticks.
Sabrina didn't even notice that the other witches look hesitant with their reactions until Malissa glare at them, forcing them to smirk at Sabrina.
What she did notice, though, was Pixely walking away. This, combine with the other witches looking down at her and Malissa's being the one to determine her passing or not, cause Sabrina to break down in tears as she hopped away as Malissa cackle like a maniac.
That night, Sabrina had enough. She wanted out.
"Salem, please help me with the transportation spell! I can't do it by myself!" Sabrina pleaded.
"Sneaking home with your tail between your legs. All that does is prove her point." Salem countered.
"I'm going home!" Sabrina persisted.
"You are a coward and a quitter." Salem said.
"Look, I'll get my powers, okay?! I'll-I'll just have to explain things to the Witches' Council. Plus, don't you dare talk to me about being a coward! It's what on your resume." Sabrina retorted.
"First of all, how rude. It's a professional job of mine. And two, those old bats haven't given anybody a break in 800 years." Salem said.
"Then what about Enchantra giving Hilda and Zelda a light sentence? Or are you meaning they don't give breaks to people who tries to take over the world?" Sabrina asked, shooting Salem a quick glare as she dumped shampoo into one of the sinks while waving her wand over it.
"I'm gonna ignore that. But you have to face it, it's this or nothing." Salem said as Sabrina, who had tears down her face, wiped them with her sleeve.
"Well, then, I guess it's nothing, because I can't stay here one more day. I don't even know how Aaron even handles this kind of hate for six years from a town, if I can't handle it for one week. Now, hand me the poison oak." Sabrina said.
"Yeah, right." Salem said, handing Sabrina said oak.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm normally a big fan of quitting, but this isn't the way to go. You need to teach these people a lesson. And, it pains me to say this, if you wanna know how Aaron deals with this, you gotta ask him about it." Salem said.
"First, Aaron and I can't see each other due to the fact Camp Wicca has rules about witches and warlocks being separated until after the two weeks are up. And two, what if she's right? What if I'm not good enough to be a real witch?" Sabrina asked.
"Well, if she is, then you'll never be able to get yourself home, are you? And think about what he would do in this case." said Salem, before frowning at something. "What is that?" Salem asked, pointing at the stuff in Sabrina's hands.
"I'm improvising. Now stand back. If you don't help, you don't get to criticize." Sabrina said as she dumped the stuff in the sink. She then waved her wand, causing the stuff to swirl around in a magical vortex. However, everything started flying out.
"No, no, come on. Keep it together." Sabrina said as everything flew out of the bathroom, hitting the walls, waking up the other witches, breaking windows and generally causing chaos.
Malissa opened the door. "Let me guess who's behind this little shenanigan," she said as she stormed towards the restroom, where Sabrina was.
"Well, look who's making a mess of a perfectly simple transportation spell." said Malissa as she stormed in the restroom.
"If you wanted to go home, you little wimp, all you have to do is ask." She said, grabbing Sabrina by the arm. "I'd be more than happy to send your sorry self packing!" She gloated, throwing Sabrina against the sink.
Malissa then conjure up a cauldron in between her and Sabrina.
"You mean, I can go home?" Sabrina asked.
Malissa answered by throwing a bunch of ingredients into the cauldron. "On the lightning express." She replied before chuckling as she conjure up a pair of dragons and a pirate's skull.
"I can't wait to get rid of the daughter of a warlock who was tacky enough to get hooky with a mortal!" Malissa taunted, which pissed Sabrina off.
It doesn't matter if you make fun of her, she can take it. But make fun of her family, especially her dead mom, and that's when her limit breaks.
"That tears it. No one take shots at my parents, especially at my mom! My dad and mom were awesome, both of them, and neither one of them would run away from a clueless bully like you!" Sabrina snapped as the transportation spell was complete behind her.
"And I'm not going to, either! If Aaron can handle being hated on for six years, I can handle your sorry excuse of a authority for the rest of camp!" Sabrina stated.
"Oh yeah? Well, I'm gonna make the next six and a half days a living nightmare." Malissa said.
"You're not Freddy Kruger, so it won't be a living nightmare." Sabrina said.
"Why don't you hit the road, quitter?" Malissa asked.
Sabrina remembered what Zelda told her, one of the advices her mother gave her.
"And you're gonna need to do what your mother always told you: have the courage to stick it out when things get tough." Zelda advised in Sabrina's head as the latter glared at Malissa.
"Bring it on, you overgrown iguana!" Sabrina challenged as she used magic to control the transportation spell. It seems like it was about to grab one of the witches, but it went back to the source and closed itself up, disappearing.
"Not only am I gonna stay and graduate from this camp, but when I leave, I'm taking the Golden Wart with me!" Sabrina declared as Pixely gasped while the other witches cheered for Sabrina.
Pixely smiled and then walked up to Sabrina, proud of her. "We were all afraid, but you actually have the courage to stand up to her. If all half-witches are like you, Sabrina, they must be completely amazing." Malissa praised Sabrina.
"You'll be sorry for this!" Malissa threatened as she stormed towards the restroom door. "You all will be sorry!" She warned as she stormed out of the cabin.
"Good luck. I'll be rooting for you." Salem told Sabrina, popping out of the sink. "From home," he adds as he went back in.
Sabrina had a determined expression on her face. For the first time, she's gonna prove an adult wrong. ...After she get some rest first.
Everyone's P.O.V.-The next six and a half days(Training montage)
Sabrina used magic to lift up a barbell at a quick pace it would put weightlifters to shame.
Later, she had blindfolds on as she took apart and reassembled her wand.
Soon, she jumped onto a regular broomstick and managed to stay on.
She turned four frogs into birds, went through an obstacle course and did the bars without any issues.
She even helped a witch that fell into a hole hidden in the swamps and even conjure up a towel so said witch can clean off her face, much to Malissa's annoyance.
However, Malissa struck back when it came to Sabrina's bunk.
"What a lovely neat bunk. Spare me!" She snarled as she zapped it so it would be messy.
"Too bad about what happened to it." Malissa said to a witch that was with her, before facing the doorway.
"All right, worms, inspection time! The Colonel will be here any minute!" barked Malissa as everyone lined up. Malissa left briefly to get the colonel, which allowed Sabrina to see the damage.
"Nice try, Malissa, but you're messing with the wrong half-witch here!" Sabrina said under her breath as she zapped the clock to make it seem like it was too early for inspection.
"Uh, well, ladies, it's uh...an hour before inspection time?!" Colonel Farren asked before glaring at Malissa.
"You got me up from my nap an hour early?! You'll pay for this, Captain!" He shouted at Malissa.
"I'm gonna get you, Spellman." hissed Malissa, glaring at Sabrina.
Soon, the witches were making potions with Colonel Farren interested. "Ooh, excellent spirit manifestation spell. Very scary." He chuckled as he looked at everyone's potions.
Sabrina turned her back on her potion for a moment to grab another ingredient, and in the process, Malissa pour something in Sabrina's cauldron while looking innocent.
Sabrina's potion turn red as Sabrina looked back, shock.
"Okay, what would Mom tell me?" Sabrina asked, before grabbing a book.
"Stay calm, Sabrina. Don't panic. Think!" She told herself as she found the page.
"Ghost spell. Replacing and repairing. Improving and multiplying. Yes!" Sabrina exclaimed with a smirk as she threw three bottles into the potion, causing a huge amount of pink smoke to burst.
Colonel Farren glance to his side, only to see two ghosts. One was Abraham Lincoln, the other was Albert Einstein. "Why, Abe, Albert, it's been forever! Get your ectoplasm over here!" Colonel Farren said as he pulled the two ghosts into a hug.
"Good show, soldier. Those powers are coming along nicely." Colonel Farren praised Sabrina.
"That girl's really going places." Colonel Farren told Malissa as he walked off with the two ghosts. Malissa glared at Sabrina, more annoyed her attempts of making her fail were, well, failing.
Soon, Sabrina was taking a walk just as Malissa stormed up to her. "This camp isn't big enough for the two of us, Spellman!" Malissa snarled.
"Then go on a diet! Poor thought." Sabrina retorted with a smirk.
"You know this was coming!" Malissa said as she and Sabrina took three paces backwards.
"Draw!" exclaimed Malissa as she and Sabrina pulled out their wands.
Sabrina attempted to zap Malissa, but the drill instructer ducked, causing the tree behind her to be turned into a bird.
Malissa then conjure up some snakes, sending them towards Sabrina. However, Sabrina blocked them with her wand and jumped behind some rocks.
"Oh, playing rough, are we?" asked Sabrina as she conjure up a winged creature in front of Malissa, who got scared off by the latter's shriek.
Sabrina looked from behind the rock to see Malissa above her, conjuring up a spider on a string. However, Sabrina ran past her, and started running away as Malissa attempted to blast her with magic.
Sabrina shot some magic over her shoulder, but Malissa jumped over them. Only for one to hit her shoes, giving her fuzzy bunny slippers.
Malissa, wanting to get rid of Sabrina, conjure up a huge spiky ball of magic and hurl it towards the 12 year old.
However, Sabrina conjure up a mirror to send it towards the trees, cutting through them and towards the sky.
Though, a huge tree branch was about to fall on Malissa.
"Watch out!" warned Sabrina. She may not like Malissa due to the latter hating her for no reason(now that Sabrina thinks about it, Malissa and the mayor of Greendale should get along just fine), but she doesn't want the drill instructor to get hurt.
Okay, fine. A small part of her was tempted, but she know her mother wouldn't want her to allow someone to get hurt if she can prevent it.
"Nice try, green one!" Malissa said in disbelief. Also, who was she calling green?
Anyways, Sabrina zapped Malissa out of the way, just in time for the tree branch to fall onto the ground.
All the witches crowd around Sabrina and Malissa.
"Why? Why did you do that? How could you help me after all I've put you through?" Malissa asked, shocked that Sabrina would save her at all.
"Because the right thing to do is to treat people like you'd want them to treat you. I learned that from my mother, the mortal. She also taught me not to judge other people before getting to know them." Sabrina said, helping Malissa up.
"I don't know you very well, but I do know you're a master at witchcraft. I think if we were friends, I could learn a lot from you." Sabrina said.
"How can you be so nice to me?" Malissa asked.
"Like my mom, dad and friend Aaron, a half-warlock, always say, no matter what the outside looks like, inside most people, you can usually find something nice. But you've gotta take the time to look." Sabrina said as she and Malissa started walking together.
Later-Sabrina's Bedroom, Spellman's Residence(Still Thursday)
"We are so proud of you, Sabrina." Zelda praised as Sabrina put the Golden Wart Award on a shelf.
"Major ditto." Hilda adds.
"Ahh!" Chloe exclaimed as a note, this time with a flaming arrow, hit the wall near her.
"It's okay, Chloe. Just a message from the Witches' Council." Zelda assured as she grabbed the note.
"Sabrina, it's for you." Zelda said after reading it.
Sabrina accepted it and read it.
"It's from Malissa. She says she thinks we can be good friends and that she'd love to come and visit sometimes." Sabrina says, summarizing the note.
"Hey, get her to come now! I mean, who better to zap Gem once and for all?" Chloe asked.
"Hmm, tempting. But, nah. I learned a lot about prejudice at camp. Maybe underneath Gem's meanness, there's a nice person waiting to be discovered." Sabrina said.
"And just what do you think the chances are of that being true?" Salem asked.
"Um, I'm gonna have to get back to you on that one, Salem." Sabrina said with a shrug.
Plus, since I now got a small taste of what Aaron goes through on a daily basis, I know how to help him better. That whole 'taking over the town' bit was too extreme, so I need to start small. But what do I do first? Sabrina asked in her thoughts.
Aaron's P.O.V.-Living Room, Dimension's Residence
"So, how was Camp Wicca?" My mom asked.
"Good, I guess." I say with a shrug.
"Anything interesting?" My dad asked.
"Enchantra wanted to figure out what makes my magic different, but hasn't figure it out yet. Says she'll save it for the evaluation. Anyways, gotts head over to Sabrina's house for Salem's birthday." I said as I left the room, while my parents were shocked by my answer.
Jake and Mary's(Brief) P.O.V.
"Oh, no." Jake said, knowing what will happen.
"I know." Mary said.
