The personnel of the 4077th are enjoying their new Officers club. They got the new building after they operated on a general's son, it was his thank-you present.

Chris didn't understand but for some reason, Radar was upset about it at first and Chris didn't understand why Radar and some people weren't allowed in there. But after his dad fixed that, and everybody was allowed in, Radar seemed to love it as well.

And even though it's not officers only, it's still called that way. Chris thought it was silly, they should just call it a club. But the adults didn't agree, because they kept calling it the officers club.

Chris didn't mind. He loved this club, it had music and even a pinball machine! He had never seen one of those before and after his dad showed him, he was hooked. There was also a gambling machine but Chris didn't understand that one at all. You had to throw money in there and the thing spins one or two times, it's stupid. The pinball was a lot better, but he still needed some money for that, so his dad agreed to give him a small allowance if he did his chores and his schoolwork like he was supposed to.

The doctors just had hours of surgery done and they were trying to relax a bit before heading to bed.

At the moment, Hawkeye is playing on the pinball machine with Chris watching as he played, the boy sat on his knees on the chair to be able to see the whole pinball table better, he wasn't allowed to stand on a chair but sitting on his knees was okay, the small boy had trouble with seeing the upper playfield of the table, and it made him lose games. So Hawkeye suggested this, and it did seem to help.

They switched if the person playing lost a ball. This way Chris wouldn't need to spend his allowance all at once and they could play together.

Chris seemed to love the game, with all the flashy lights and bright colors, his excitement shone in his eyes just like the color of the flashy light reflected in them as he was drinking his Peach Nehi and watching his dad play.

Radar liked the Grape Nehi better, but Chris liked the peach ones. Radar joked that the peach flavor was for girls because of the pink peach color, but Chris liked the color very much, it was bright and cheerful. But after Chris told the clerk that, he got a confused look back, so Chris just shrugged.

It was nearing Chris's bedtime as they headed back to the Swamp. It was freezing outside and Chris was wearing several layers of clothing, he got a pair of Long Johns from his grandfather and big fluffy socks from his grandmother, on top of that he wore thick warm pants and a wool sweater, and on top of that a jacket, wool hat, and gloves, which he received from his dad.

Chris wasn't cold at all, but the other staff of the 4077th are not that lucky. The supplies were late for some reason, and most people were waiting for more winter clothes and blankets, but not only that, but also wood, toilet paper, and oil.

So as they were walking over the compound, Chris looked around him and saw people huddled together over the open fires burning in big fire barrels, people wearing as many coats as they had or could, as they tried warming their hands.

The next morning, Henry called in an officer's meeting, everyone was already there as Hawkeye and Chris entered. As Hawkeye walked in he shouted TEN-HUT! Making everyone jump up and stand in a military stance before they noticed it was only Hawkeye. The man snickered as he got a couple of angry looks back his way.

When everyone was seated again Henry announced the supply line had been cut by the enemy and they wouldn't be getting a long list of vital supplies like firewood, winter clothing, food, blankets...and shuttlecocks.

"That does it!" Trapper said

"How do they expect us to fight a war without shuttlecocks?" Hawkeye voiced as well, acting as if he was outraged. Chris looked at his dad and it took a minute for the boy to understand his dad was joking. It was so difficult sometimes.

Chris was working on his school work, as Henry started talking he moved to Radar's office, He needed to wait till the meeting was over or till Radar was dismissed from the meeting because he wanted to ask his friend to help him with his biology schoolwork, Chris didn't understand all the words and he always had fun asking Radar to help, because they sometimes ended up looking words up together in the dictionary, Radar didn't always know the very big words either, and even though his dad did, especially with biology, doing it with Radar is way more fun! And Radar liked it as well, he told Chris so! Radar knew a lot and had a fun way of explaining it, especially if it was about animals and such. He just needed to be patient right now.

Henry says each officer is assigned a specific area where they are in charge and enforce strict rules.

Radar is in charge of the housing arraignments because of the cold, they needed to sleep together, to preserve the heat.

"Radar decides who sleeps with who," Henry explained.

"Radar, I would like to see you right after this meeting." Trapper said, making the clerk a bit uncomfortable.

Father Mulcahy gets stuck with improving morale, but the priest didn't seem to mind one bit as he immediately started to organize a bingo game for later in the day.

The priest asked Chris to help him and the child agreed with a lot of eagerness. But asked if it was okay if he did his homework with Radar first, the priest thought that was a very good idea and agreed to meet with Chris for over an hour.

Chris finished his work way faster than an hour and that made him glad, he was having the best day so far.

The child ran to the Swamp; he only needed to ask his dad about helping the priest. He showed his dad his schoolwork and Hawkeye seemed very happy with that, he said Chris did a great job. His dad also agreed that Chris could help The Priest, he thought it was a nice idea for Francis to include Chris, his boy loved to decorate, and it saved the priest a lot of time and work.

After his dad's okay, Chris ran towards Francis in his tent and knocked eagerly.

Francis let him inside with a big gentle smile and explained they needed some decorations to hang around the mess hall, so they collected some stuff and went to work.

This was a win-win situation for the child as this would also count as a chore! So he could have fun and finish his shore at the same time!

Chris got some old popcorn, to make strings to hang around the hall, and with toilet paper, he made little flags. After an hour or so, he proudly showed the priest his work. Francis was very happy with Chris's help and loved what he did. So Chris felt great, he felt helpful and he loved helping the people he liked.

They took all their newly made decorations and moved everything to the mess hall and together, they hung the strings around the mess hall and got all the equipment ready.

Looking at the result, Chris was very proud, it looked so happy and nice! He asked Francis if he could stay and play bingo and of course, the man said that was alright and even got him two bingo sheets and some coffee beans to mark the numbers.

Chris was happily playing bingo for a while, he sat on a bench swinging his legs back and forth as he looked with full concentration at his bingo sheets. He almost had bingo! He never had bingo before! The next number was called, and Chris noticed he didn't have that one but Klinger next to him yelled he had bingo.

Chris sighed, he was so close! He was a bit disappointed at first but got startled as Frank strode in.

Frank looked around the hall and saw the coffee beans. The man's lip disappeared into a thin line before he started screaming about the coffee beans; he, as the food administrator, did not approve of food being thrown away!

He slammed his hand on the table, messing up Klinger his bingo game as the beans rolled away and a couple even landed on the floor.

Chris flinched, as he looked at the screaming red-faced man, Chris felt very scared as he and Frank weren't friends and he didn't know how to deal with his anger. The young boy started to tremble in fear as he tried to fight his subconscious mind telling him to run and hide, this man was dangerous!

Before Klinger could say something to Frank about his bingo game, Frank saw the popcorn strings and in a fit of anger, he pulled them from the wall, snapping the string and flying popcorn all over the floor.

Tears sprung into Chris's eyes, he made those! He worked hard on them, and Francis liked them very much.

His breathing started to speed up, his hands began to shake, and tears fell down his cheeks as he tried to get his breathing under control and not slip into his upcoming panic attack. He knows he needs to fight his fear, but it was hard!

" Aren't you people aware of the current food shortage! Are you all stupid! Popcorn strings! " the doctor continued his rampage.

People are a bit edgier these days because of the cold and boredom, but Frank took the cake.

Chris started to have more difficulty breathing, he forgot about the food shortage, he knew about it and he forgot! He was so stupid! It felt like his whole life around him crumbled away and he felt himself fall into a deep black hole! As his fear took over his body, he turned around and just ran, giving in to his fear and urge to run.

"Now see here!" The priest started firmly but got interrupted by Klinger, who also had something to say to Frank. The man jumped up and got in front of the angry Doctor. Klinger was wearing a thick fur coat with a feathery hat.

The two of them started arguing so Francis sighed as he didn't think he was needed anymore, but as he turned back around, he noticed Chris had disappeared.

"Oh Lord," He thought, running to the door and peering out into the compound. Chris must be devastated, or at least very upset about his popcorn strings.

The child could not have gotten far, he thought as the priest looked around but couldn't find the boy anywhere. After searching for about five minutes he decided to look if Chris went back to his dad.

He entered the swamp as he heard Hawkeye say,

"Damn the staples, man. This is war! Everybody has to live dangerously."

Hawkeye and Trapper were cutting magazines into pieces for burning material. They sat next to their fire barrel, trying to stay warm while they were working.

They collected everything they had, but left Chris's stuff alone, cutting the child's comic books would be very cruel, he only had like seven of them, and was so proud of them also.

Francis first looked around but no Chris to be seen.

The priest got very worried and quickly explained to Hawkeye what happened, the last thing he knew was Chris standing there and disappearing right before Frank had finished with his angry tantrum. Destroying Chris his well-made popcorn strings.

"The boy seemed so proud of them, he was glowing when he was showing them to me." The Priest expressed

Hawkeye got very anxious at once, Chris always came to him if he was upset! Why was this time different? He thought as he instantly got up to find his son.

The doctor almost ran outside to look for his kid, he just hoped Chris was smart enough to stay on base at least, Hawkeye didn't want to think about Chris being alone out there in a war zone, three miles from the front.

His mind was racing, where would Chris go? And why didn't he come to him? His heart began to beat faster as he looked around with precision for his son. They called him Hawkeye for nothing.

As he looked at the officers club he saw Radar step out and look around, Hawkeye immediately headed that way, as he came closer the worried-looking clerk saw Hawkeye, he nervously gave a little wave to get the men's attention. 'That must be a good sign', Hawkeye thought.

"Chris?" Hawkeye asked at the same time Radar said " Inside under the bar counter!"

Hawkeye walked straight to the bar, with a nervous clerk walking close behind him.

"He just ran in and leaped under the counter! He's very upset, Hawkeye... " Radar explained. Hawkeye knew the clerk was worried about Chris. It was always very scary to see the small boy during a panic attack.

" I couldn't get him out from under there! Jees!... he's even breathing funny! " Hawkeye, thanked the late teen because he was very grateful for his help but also to stop Radar from rambling on, right now he needed all his attention on his kid.

Looking underneath the counter, he saw Chris curled up with his knees close to his chest, staring out from behind his knees. His body shook slightly as he softly rasped for air. Although he had been crying, he wasn't crying now, and that worried the doctor. It would mean that Chris was having a full panic attack or was very close to one.

Chris didn't look good right now, it seems that he was right in the middle of one of the worst panic attacks he'd seen from his son, and it broke his heart to see the pain and fear in those young blue eyes.

He crouched beside Chris, who didn't seem to notice him, Hawkeye could only see the top of Chris's eyes but they looked terrified.

"Hey kiddo, what are you doing?" Hawkeye whispered. But Chris didn't respond at all, so Hawkeye tried the direct approach. He needed this done quickly, Chris was breathing very shallow.

On his knees, the man crawled underneath to reach his very frightened child. Chris flinched as Hawkeye touched him at first and his breathing got worse but he still let himself be pulled away.

"Chris, hey, it's dad. I came to get you, are you ok?" He said quietly.

'Ok, ok I can work with this.' Hawkeye thought, 'he is not fighting me or anything. So it could be worse!' he told himself even though he felt very worried, he had never seen Chris this bad.

Hawkeye slowly pulled Chris out from under the counter and sat down on the floor as he lifted the boy on his lap. He carefully moved the child around to face him so Hawkeye could look into his eyes. His eyes were so large, it was frightening, as the familiar look of scared wildlife looked back at the doctor.

Hawkeye's heart broke as the child grabbed his jacket and clung to it as he tried to breathe steadily again.

He kept talking to the child while looking at those big scared eyes until he saw Chris recognize him a little as the wildlife slowly disappeared and the blue eyes filled themselves with tears.

A small sob broke through. And Hawkeye felt very relieved, the attack often was over if Chris started crying again. Hawkeye hadn't seen Chris look like this in a long time.

"I'm sorry," Chris whispered before he broke down and started crying earnestly.

The man quickly scooped him up into his arms, embracing him tightly.

Chris sobbed as he buried his face in Hawkeye's chest as the man carried him to a bench, and sat down. He positioned Chris to sit comfortably on his lap. This was better than on the cold floor.

"Shhhh..." The man murmured, as he let Chris cry out "I've got you."

"What happened? Why are you sorry?" Hawkeye asked gently, rubbing the back of his little head. Chris just sobbed and barely shook his head.

Chris whispered something the doctor couldn't understand between his almost uncontrolled sobbing, but at least he was breathing better.

Francis explained softly to Radar what had happened.

Chris froze as he heard the word popcorn string. He was so stupid wasting food like that! Hawkeye's shirt still grabbed tight as he sobbed harder into the man's chest.

They all must hate him! The child thought as his fists clenched his dad's jacket, afraid that the man would leave him.

Hawkeye was very worried about this, as he looked at the two other unknowing men. He couldn't get Chris to calm down! He didn't understand what was bothering him. He needed answers, he gently lifted the child's face to make Chris look at him. As he looked at his red puffy eyes he said clear but gently.

"Look at me please, can you tell me what's wrong?"

In between sobs, Chris managed to whisper "I-I-am... *Sob* stupid!"

'What?' Hawkeye was dumbfounded! He didn't expect that. And Radar as well as the teen made a questioning sound.

Francis however understood what the child meant and started explaining it.

Hawkeye was very grateful he had friends who helped him with this, Francis's explanation made a lot of sense, if Frank screamed about people being stupid for wasting food, of course, Chris would blame himself, Chris always blamed himself.

With finally knowing what was wrong, Hawkeye talked to Chris about the popcorn, it was old anyway, he didn't waste anything, and even if he did waste anything then it wouldn't be such a big problem! He was not in trouble, and he still loved him! Hawkeye even told Chris he loved him in Dutch, Chris always seemed to cheer up from that, except as he used the Dutch spanking threats, which of course the child did not like at all.

Chris let out a deep sigh as he felt very relieved, he still felt sad and embarrassed for acting like such a baby, and a little upset about his popcorn strings! But his dad was right! It was old stale popcorn and nobody would've eaten them anyway, his dad was so smart!

Chris finally calmed down a little as Hawkeye heard and felt the child sobbing slow down. Francis left after that, people were still waiting for him at the Bingo game, Hawkeye quickly thanked him before the priest walked out.

Hawkeye felt anger toward Burns, he will get back at the man! He wouldn't hurt the man, and he wouldn't be mean, not too mean, but he will make Frank's life difficult for at least a month.

Frank was very insensitive and just plain stupid sometimes, he needed to watch what he said especially near his kid.

As Chris stopped crying he could see the relief on Hawkeye's face. He couldn't help but give a small smile to him. Chris wiped away tears from his eyes and took a deep breath.

Chris looked dead tired like he always did after a panic attack, Hawkeye thought of putting Chris to bed for a nap, Chris would want to stay close, and he had to work in the Swamp anyway.

Hawkeye made sure Chris got something to eat before he put his son in bed. It was very late already but an hour of sleep now, wouldn't hurt the boy's sleep later.

Chris was asleep the moment his blanket had reached his chin. As Hawkeye tugged him in he brushed the blond hair out of the boy's face. Chris was always completely drained after a panic attack, so sleep would be a good idea.

Radar entered about an hour or so later, startling the child awake.

The clerk and two enlisted men came in carrying a couple of extra cots.

Radar explained they needed to preserve heat and sleep with more people in a tent, so they needed more cots. The doctors didn't seem happy as Trapper grabbed the clipboard away from the smaller man and threw it in their fire barrel.

Things were looking grim, as the personnel of the 4077th burned everything around them to stay warm. People stole the legs of Henry's desk and a lot of drawers went missing from several dressers.

All paper was gone, and Hawkeye had to lock away Chris his schoolwork, books, comics, and other writing away as a precaution, Hawkeye trusted most of his friends, but he couldn't take the chance with the whole camp.

He hoped Wally was fine from these people, but Chris held the stuffed animal close as he also seemed to notice things disappearing.

It was necessary to keep people alive, so Hawkeye couldn't blame them, but it would break Chris his heart if Wally got burned, hopefully, nobody would be so cruel as to steal a stuffed animal from a child's hands, to burn it, at that!

It was later in the evening as people made themselves ready to go to bed, Chris would be sleeping with his dad together on a cot tonight. Hawkeye explained to Chris that they needed to make space for the extra cots in their tent, and they needed to preserve the heat.

Chris his cot would be used by an adult needing more room than a small boy needed. Chris didn't mind that much, but he was a bit nervous about all the different people sleeping here tonight.

His dad explained to Chris that he knew everyone sleeping here tonight. Radar arranged it that way, especially for Chris. Otherwise, it would be organized by rank or alphabet. Hawkeye would thank Radar later by buying all the nehi he could drink for a whole evening.

So Chris got told by his dad that the people staying here tonight were, Frank because Chris was used to him, Radar explained after Hawkeye gave the man a questionable look, Radar himself, Colonel Blake, Klinger, and Father Mulcahy and of course us two and Trapper. Chris felt himself relax a bit, he could handle that.

Later in the evening, Chris was already asleep as Hawkeye warmed up a brick on their fire barrel. The doctor put the brick into a bedpan and let it stand on the fire for several minutes. It was a clever way to warm the bed, just put a heated brick near your feet.

Chris didn't seem cold wearing his Long Johns under his pajamas topped off with an extra jacket, thick socks, and gloves. He was stretched out over the cot lying on his back, the blanket was almost completely covering him.

Hawkeye gently positioned his son more to the side and put the boy's limbs back next to him in a more normal pose, as he got down next to him. The man was wearing two sweaters, a jacket, gloves, and even a big fluffy hat as he got into his bed.

The cot was small but Chris was almost tiny for his age, so they didn't have trouble fitting on there.

First Father Mulcahy came in, opening the door as the icy cold wind blew through the tent. Hawkeye and Trapper made some complaining sounds at the cold getting in.

Hawkeye reminded the man that Chris was already asleep and they needed to be quiet, as Klinger entered the Swamp.

He was wearing a very bright light blue feminine bathrobe. Chris would love that one, especially the bright color, Hawkeye thought to himself. But his kid liked all of Klinger's clothes.

Klinger was putting cream on his face, dabbing it with a powder brush. Hawkeye rolled his eyes at the man.

Frank marched in, a bit loudly as Hawkeye immediately shushed him, the man looked a bit offended but let it go, instead, he turned to Klinger and got upset about sleeping near an enlisted man.

As Frank was getting ready to start his tirade, Hawkeye cut him off by faking a fart sound. After getting Frank's attention Hawkeye then looked at Burns with his scariest expression and told the man in a clear and steady voice, that he was not a happy man right now, because someone made his kid cry today and that someone was now disturbing his sleep, so if that someone was smart enough, he would shut up and go to sleep!

"That's an order!" Trapper said

"A captain can't give a major an order!" Frank said

"Then it's a threat!" Hawkeye said

"Oh, that's different," Frank said as he shrugged before he walked to his cot and got in. Mumbling "It was a great war until you guys showed up."

Henry entered the Swamp followed by Radar, as Radar let the door slam a little, Hawkeye shushed him and again explained to all the people there that Chris was already asleep.

Radar mumbled an apology as he made his way to his cot, the clerk was carrying his bear with him and Hawkeye couldn't help himself to make some stupid remarks.

But after his first baby joke, Henry interrupted him by telling the people in the tent, he could be on the Olympic Snoring team.

Radar's bear completely forgotten, Hawkeye groaned and let his head fall to his pillow. He felt Chris stirring a bit, but the boy stayed asleep. It was a good thing his kid was completely worn out today, even though the reason for that was not!

"How are we supposed to sleep then?" Hawkeye let out.

Henry explained, " if it gets too bad, just do what my wife does! "

"What's that?" Hawkeye dared to ask.

" Hold me close!" The man said, throwing his blanket over him as he laughed.

Hawkeye sighed, as everyone finally got quiet, and ready to go to sleep.

It was perfectly quiet for at least two minutes before Henry said

"Ohh, rats! I have to go to the sandbox!" The man sighed before he slowly got up, but ended up throwing his blanket in Radar's face. "Ouch!"

"Shhhhh! Be quiet!" Hawkeye whispered back.

"He hit me! " The clerk grumbled.

But Hawkeye couldn't answer something back as Henry almost walked over Klinger and Frank in his progress to the door. A cold wind blasted through the tent as Henry opened the door.

Hawkeye sighed, this was going to be a long, long night!

Klinger was still doing his nails as the door opened, and again, a gust of cold wind flew throughout the tent. Everyone inside had their way of expressing their displeasure as Henry, who again almost walked over Frank and then almost bumped into Klinger, who could just in time save his nails.

Hawkeye thought he could finally sleep as everyone got quiet again, but then Francis started praying.

Hawkeye felt very disgruntled by now, but he couldn't get mad at a priest for praying! So he waited patiently till the man finished. He couldn't resist making a small joke at the end of it and even got some laughs out of the people at this slumber party.

Francis laughed before he seemed to recall something.

" Let me see if I can recall the prayer. " The Priest said

"Now I lay me down to sleep, a bag of peanuts at my feet.

If I should die before I wake, give them to my brother Jake."

Francis laughed which made Hawkeye laugh as well, Radar and Henry just looked at the priest confused, that made no sense at all!

Which made Hawkeye laugh a bit louder, and got several more to laugh with him before they finally got settled down again.

This time, it was quiet and peaceful for about eight minutes before the intercom came to life, and told the personnel about incoming wounded, they were expected within the hour.

Everyone groaned.

"They said there weren't going to be more casualties," Frank said, outraged.

"If I were you, Frank, I would sue North Korea for every penny they got!" Hawkeye told him sarcastically.

Everyone got up and started getting ready. Radar was the first out the door, as the rest followed.

Chris mumbled something in his sleep and Hawkeye quickly soothed him as he kissed the boy's blond head before walking out as well.

The O.R was bustling with people, as the doctors worked on their patients.

" For guys, who aren't supposed to be wounded, they're doing a very good imitation!" Hawkeye said as he removed a piece of iron out of a belly from a young man, Barely nineteen, if not younger. He hated this place so much!

As everything ran out, they only had a couple of lamps available, barely any sutures, almost all plasma was gone, and they were freezing!

The next day, Hawkeye made sure Frank woke up, stuck between two cots, bound together, let's see how the man got out of that one, one of many little paybacks heading the man's way.

But on a sadder note, supplies were still cut off, it was still freezing and things looked a bit desperate. Hawkeye loathed the fact that his son was in this whole mess, he should be at home watching cartoons with his grandpa! But instead, the child was huddled against his dad against the breeze.

It turned out that getting out from between two stacked cots took Frank two hours. After that Frank found the two doctors and was angrily demanding answers.

Hawkeye just shrugged and said.

"They seemed to like you, you seemed to like them, we gave them our blessing, and they jumped on you like that. Who am I to intrude in your life, Frank."

He quickly left the confused man behind.

Tonight, the sleeping arrangements are even worse! Frank was sleeping in a hammock and kept swinging, he and Chris were moved more to the back and Hawkeye tried to sleep as he saw Frank's feet swing above his face.

They reorganized the tent so that everyone fitted without bumping into everything, trying to get out and in to go to the latrines at night.

Hawkeye put Chris in bed an hour ago but the boy woke up thirty minutes earlier as people started walking in.

It took another half one hour for people to be silent. That took about four minutes of silence as Henry started whispering about going to the latrines.

"I'd give five bucks if somebody would go to the latrine for me." the colonel said.

"I'd go," Radar said, he even seemed serious.

"That'd be 2.50, Henry, " Hawkeye said. Radar's mouth fell open as sat up and looked at Hawkeye indignant.

Chris giggled a bit before he stopped to yawn.

Henry got up, just as Klinger barged in. Making a whole commotion in the tent as he was supposed to be back hours ago and when he didn't come they thought he would sleep somewhere else, but apparently, he was thrown out of the nurses' tent.

Klinger got to his cot as Henry made his way outside, the man looked briefly at Chris's drawing and little writings displayed next to the door before he walked out.

Trapper made a sound that for some reason had Frank start to argue with the other two doctors and that made Francis tell them about forgiving each other just as Radar interrupted, Francis his bible was sticking in his side, and just like that everyone was talking again.

"Frank, why aren't you sleeping with a blanket?" Hawkeye asked as he looked at the doctor hanging partly above him.

"None of your beeswax!" Frank snapped back. He then tried to explain that he had very low blood pressure, that's why he wasn't cold.

Hawkeye didn't trust the man for a second!

Trapper felt the same way as his hand touched the hammock and found out it was warm! Almost hot even!

Everyone except Chris got up, he didn't dare to interfere anyway.

Frank is discovered to have battery-powered hunting socks as Hawkeye and Trapper attack his feet like wild dogs.

Francis sighed, he wouldn't get any sleep like this anyway so he got up to start setting up for the bingo game today. The priest passed the two struggling doctors trying to steal Frank his socks, and Frank trying to save them. The priest wanted to say something but everyone seemed very busy, Klinger offered the man his fur coat which he took gratefully.

The next day people were even more cranky than the days before, making the whole day crawl by very slowly. Even Hawkeye was extra cranky today, he even gave Chris a swat on his behind after the boy asked for the second time if he really had to do his homework after Hawkeye told him to do so. It was a light tap, but Hawkeye still felt bad, normally he would have had way more patience with Chris.

The O.R that day was almost impossible without most of the stuff they needed, and with a lot of very bad-tempered people, it was a miracle they got almost every wounded soldier that came in here, stable enough to be transferred.

Trapper and Hawkeye were just working on the last two, as Radar opened the door and asked for the colonel's attention, a surgical mask held in front of his face, and Chris peeking out from behind the clerk.

After getting the attention of the people in the room, Radar let them know that supplies are finally on their way over there.

Everyone cheered and laughed, this was just what they needed!

The next day, Henry was on the phone with HQ, he thanked them again for all the supplies, but also explained that he needed a lot more stuff as well, because, during this crisis, people didn't want to freeze to death so they burned everything that had!

He listened to the recovery of the phone as he sat on his floor and looked around his empty office, no desk, no chair, no cabinets! Only the fake skeleton remained standing.

That's what you get after a crisis.
