Pansy

There is always some incomprehension among everything, which is a normal natural phenomenon.

For example, Harry did not understand why Ginny liked to live in the cupboard; Ginny did not understand why Harry would get up on time every day to make breakfast; they both did not understand why Luna could exploit the surplus-value of others more than any capitalist.

Luna held an emergency meeting early in the morning the second day when the guests moved into Lovegood Castle. The main content of the meeting was:

"Since you owe me, you will use your body to repay the debt!"

The two were frightened to death by those words.

Luna took out a large stack of work permits and lists and shared them among the two people.

"You go deliver milk, you go deliver newspapers, you go help walk the dog, you go mow the lawn, you go read to Grandma Emma, you go play chess with Grandpa Ingrid… "

You go… you go… you go… you go…

"After the work is assigned, the housework will be assigned below… "

You do… you do… you do… you do…

Luna pointed her fingers a few times, and all the work was dumped on the two. She clapped her hands with satisfaction and posted a large responsibility chart and work schedule on the wall.

"People, work hard!"

"Aren't you gonna get bored if we've already done everything?" Harry objected.

"No, no, I have a heavy responsibility and I am responsible for supervising you."

Under Luna's supervision, they began a "hard-working" life.

To be honest, Lovegood Company's treatment wasn't bad. Food, accommodation, and insurance (but all the beneficiaries are Luna) are provided, and a car for the employees, an old women's bike.

Every morning, Harry would make breakfast and ride the bicycle to take Ginny to the newspaper factory. Next, he would go to the nearby dairy factory to collect milk. After delivering the things on the list, one would mow the lawn and the other would walk the dog. At half-past eight, the two of them would go to pick up six or seven kids each and bring them to Lovegood Castle, where they do morning exercises together, and then help them with their homework and play games with them. At four o'clock in the afternoon, the children would be sent home on time, and the two of them would do the housework. In the evening, Ginny and Harry would visit with two elders in the town, play chess with them, and read books to them. When they come back, they would help Luna organize the materials for next month's The Quibbler.

In short, life was very fulfilling and rewarding.

In the past, when the alarm clock rang, Ginny had a habit of slamming it into silence and continuing to sleep, but since Luna put three mouse traps next to the alarm clock, this habit was forced to abandon.

Dear Ottery St Catchpole wakes up to a new tomorrow by school workout music every day. A group of children around six or seven years old and their "Brother Glasses" and "Sister Carrot" would be doing stretching exercises vigorously.

Ginny once complained about this kind of life.

"I'm going to rebel with Harry in the future!"

"... Sure."

Luna answered faintly, keeping her eyes on the book in front of her.

"What are you reading?"

"Nothing, human resource management books."

Luna turned the cover over to Ginny, and Ginny's idea of rebellion fell apart.

The name of the book is The History of Torture.

Under Luna's human resource management method, the easiest time of the day was to visit St. Mungo's Hospital.

Xenophilius Lovegood, Luna's father, is currently lying in the spell damage class on the fourth floor of St. Mungo's because of a failed experiment. He flirts, ahem, no, chats with the nurses during the day and thinks about serious philosophical propositions at night. He eats patient meals delivered by his daughter twice a day. Life has been very good.

"Hello! Mr. Lovegood!" Ginny greeted him warmly when she first met him.

"Just call me Commander." Mr. Lovegood put his chin on his crossed hands, looking very mature.

The commander likes to pull Luna into conversations that only the Lovegoods could understand. Every day, after delivering meals, they will chat together incomprehensibly for an hour or two, which gives the accompanying people a chance to wander around and enjoy the joy of doing nothing.

It was Harry's turn to watch the house one day at noon, so Ginny accompanied Luna to deliver lunch. She leaned on the window sill, listening to Lovegood's father and daughter's bizarre conversation, looking at the garden downstairs in boredom. Suddenly, seeing something unexpected, she ran towards the garden.

What attracted Ginny was a young nurse with a long stature, soft and shiny shoulder-length black hair, a caramel skin tone, and a pastel green uniform. She seemed to be a volunteer or an intern. The young nurse was supporting an old lady, chatting with her in a low voice, and walking slowly across the grass with patience.

Ginny followed behind her, trying to recall her name.

I remember that she was the head of that Slytherin girl gang, and she was known for her brutality. And, she's on bad terms with my sister… her name… what's her name? Pan… pan… anyway, the surname is Parkenstein. She looks so… different in this uniform!

The nurse sent the old lady back to the room, gently helped her lie down, pulled up the blanket, picked up the bedside of a novel and read a few pages until the old lady started snoring slightly, and then she was ready to leave. Before leaving, The nurse carefully placed a glass of water on the table and took away the dirty clothes in the corner.

Ginny looked at the back of the figure walking towards the stairs and couldn't help calling tentatively:

"Pan! Um, Pan… "

The nurse turned her head, the clothes in her hand fell to the ground "You… Aqua… "

"What Aqua, I'm Ginny."

It took a lot of effort for the nurse to remember that there was such a person. She nodded at Ginny casually, picked up the clothes coldly and went downstairs, the gentleness before could not be seen at all now.

Ginny was a little angry, so she decided to follow her, from the third floor to the basement, from the laundry room to the utility room. The nurse was also getting angry, and couldn't help turning around and shouting, "Stop following me!"

Several old nurses cast surprised glances. The intern blushed. Although she had a darker complexion, the redness was still obvious. She took Ginny to the vacant medical staff lounge, and said unhappily:

"Fine, what do you want?"

"Nothing really, Pan, I just want to ask… "

"Don't call me Pan!"

"Then… Parkenstein… "

"My name is Pansy Parkinson!" Pansy tried hard to resist the urge to punch the red hair in front of her.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I just want to ask you how did you come up working as a nurse?"

"What? I can't be a nurse?"

"No, no, it's just… hahaha… you're… hahaha… " Ginny looked at Pansy up and down, thinking about the style of the savage girl boss she was known as in the school, and couldn't help but laugh out loud.

She enraged Pansy, who slammed her against the wall, angry breaths coming out of her nose like a bull, and pulled Ginny's collar threateningly:

"Don't. Say. A word. To. Anyone! Swear to me!"

Ginny was taken aback, but before making any promises, there was a rush of footsteps in the corridor, the door suddenly opened, and a panting nurse said anxiously:

"Miss Parkinson, great, finally found you! Patient 406 in the psychiatric department… "

Pansy rushed upstairs, didn't even finish listening to the other nurse. Ginny was stunned and caught up in a daze.

In the part particularly for the psychiatric department of the fourth floor, a shrill cry made Ginny withdraw. That voice grabbed the human heart and pierced it fiercely with a long needle as if she had been full of sorrow all her life.

The cry of the adult is the most terrifying.

Ginny blocked her ears and walked around the corner. She saw elephant frames, cups, vases, books, many things flying out of a door and hitting the opposite wall. The glass shattered and the pages of the book were flying.

People went hiding in other wards, and Pansy was alone in the corridor. She swiftly avoided the attack and walked into the room.

A few minutes later, the sorrow that was sharp as a knife slowly entered its sheath. Although the desolation was indelible, at this moment it seemed as if a pack of wolves retreated to the depths of the dense forest seeing the rising sun. The crying became a sob, and the sobbing gradually ceased.

Ginny finally plucked up the courage to step forward, the room was in a mess, and the goose feathers in the pillow were still floating in the air. She saw Pansy hugging a woman tenderly, tightly and gently, as if holding her child.

"Don't cry, Mrs. Longbottom, don't cry. Do you want Pansy to help you heal Nevie? It's okay, it's just a small problem, it will be well soon, I promise you... promise... "

"Okay… okay… promise..." There was a terrible scar on the woman's face, her expression was dull, her eyes were red and swollen, and her hair was like dry branches in winter. Only from a torn sketch on the ground could tell what a lovely girl she used to be.

Pansy helped the woman onto the bed and sat down, and picked up a doll by her feet with cotton wool exposed.

"Nurse Weasley," she waved. "Since you are here, accompany Mrs. Longbottom, and I will help Nevie deal with some minor problems."

She turned around and smiled at Mrs. Longbottom and said, "It will be fine in three minutes, it's okay."

Pansy left, Ginny sat on the edge of the bed and was hugged by Mrs. Longbottom, rocking back and forth, like a panda holding a ball.

"Are you Neville's mother?" Ginny remembered Pansy's words.

"Neville… mother… mum … hehe… "

She should be. Ginny guessed. She had heard that Neville's parents were tortured inhumanly during the dark days. They went crazy and had been living in the hospital.

Thinking of Neville's round face, Ginny believed that she was obliged to relieve Mrs. Longbottom, and obediently played the role of panda's ball until Pansy returned.

"Look, Nevie is back, isn't that great?"

The broken doll just now came back neatly with a smile. Mrs. Longbottom smiled too, pushed Ginny away and hugged the doll.

Several adult nurses walked in and restored the room to its original appearance. Pansy peeled a piece of chocolate, put it in Mrs. Longbottom's mouth, and threw a piece of fruit candy to Ginny.

"Oh! Is Alice losing her temper again?"

Ginny heard a saw-like sound and looked up outside. A tall old witch, dressed in a bright green robe, walked in aggressively, followed by a chubby boy, it was Neville.

They thanked the nurse and said hello. Neville was surprised to see Ginny.

"Hi! Neville!"

"Grandma, this is my classmate, Ginny Weasley."

"Hi! Grandma!"

"It's not hi! You should say hello! Don't call me grandma, it's Mrs. Longbottom!" The majesty of Mrs. Longbotton was no less than that of Thatcher.

Mrs. Longbottom was tireless in teaching people and actively filled up etiquette courses for Ginny. Over there, Neville was hugged by her mother. She took the melted chocolate out of her mouth and enthusiastically asked Neville to taste it. Although his face was turning red, Neville still stuffed the candy into his mouth.

"Ginny, thank you for taking care of my mother," Neville said to Ginny, who was busy correcting her stance.

"It's not me, it's actually… " Ginny found that Pansy had already left. The warning of hers echoed in Ginny's ears.

She didn't want to taste Pansy fist and carefully kept the secret. Later, she heard from other nurses that Pansy started to volunteer at St. Mungo's during summer a year ago. Although she's young, she's very good at taking care of patients like Neville's mother. Although she couldn't use magic, she had an innate talent and could see what the patient wanted at a glance.

The chubby nurse said that Pansy would be a good nurse in the future.

After Ginny said goodbye to Neville and his Grandmother, she found Pansy in the lounge. She has just started to eat lunch, holding a few approachable, cute, and timid sandwiches.

"So, Slytherin purebloods eat this too?"

"Does it make a difference after ending up in the stomach?" Pansy disapproved.

Ginny tried to take a bit of the rest of the sandwiches on the plate. Pansy didn't object.

"Pansy, can I call you Pansy?"

"Whatever."

"Really, if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I would never believe you are such a good person."

"I'm not a good person, but I hope that when I am sick, others will take care of me like this." Pansy's voice became quieter, so low that Ginny could hardly hear it. Suddenly, Pansy became particularly interested in the sandwich in her hand and focused on eating it entirely. Ginny chewed on the bits of sandwich she just broke down and stared at Pansy closely, trying to verify if she was Imperiused by someone else.

"I come here often these days." Ginny couldn't see the result.

"Someone sick in your family?"

"It's not my family. Can I hang out with you in the future if I have nothing to do? Don't worry, I won't disturb you while you're working."

"Whatever, but when you go back to school, please pretend you don't know me. I don't want my friends to misunderstand that I am familiar with the Gryffindors."

"You are really frank."

"That's the only good part in me."

Pansy smiled at Ginny for the first time. It was a smile with a little mayonnaise stain.

After returning home, Ginny told Luna and Harry what happened today. Luna was not surprised that Pansy had such a side.

"Because she is a commoner among the nobles-if you know what I mean-her parents passed away when she was a child, so she lived with her grandfather and relied on her uncle to support her economically. However, the relationship between her and her uncle was not very good. Somehow she got cold-shouldered. Her grandfather suffered from Parkinson's disease and died soon afterwards. Pansy should now be living at her uncle's house. I'm guessing her uncle does not approve of her voluntary work."

"How come you know everything?" Harry was curious about Luna's knowledge range.

"I have a talent for media." Luna pointed to her head.

"Anyway," Ginny said optimistically, "this is my first Slytherin friend."

"A friend in life, an enemy in the environment."

Although Luna poured a little cold water, a lovely image of Slytherin still formed in Ginny's mind.
