Stella's POV: it's been a couple weeks since Kelly's family made yet another surprise visit to us But I was so glad they came to see us because we finally got to meet Katie and Jackson's baby girl name McKenna. She is just the sweetest the kids love their new cousin right now Kinsley and Karter are four months old and they just started laughing and rolling over the last week and a half, The older kids start Thanksgiving break this week so today me and Kelly are taking the twins to their cardiology appointment

K= hey babe what time is their appointment
S= it's at 10:30
K= all right that gives me enough time to jump in the shower
S= oh yeah
( 10 minutes later and knocking on the door) hey guys
CA= hey Stella
CZ= hey Stella where is Kelly
S= he is getting a shower, Chloe you look great
CA= thank you Stella
S= you're very welcome
K= hey babe who's here
CZ= hey boss
CA= hey Kelly
K= hey guys thanks again for watching Greyson for us today
CZ= it's no problem he's pretty great
S= yes he is so babe are you almost ready we need to leave here soon
K= yeah give me a second to grab my things
S= all right

We leave and head to the cardiology. We arrive within 25 minutes we sign both kids in and wait to be called back, we get called back to do an echo on both babies, also a EKG about an hour later we are waiting on the doctor ( knocking )

CG= hey guys doctor Gladys
K= hello nice to meet you dr. I'm Kelly this is Stella
S= hello Doctor nice to meet you
CG= same here so these must be your twins Karter and Kinsley
K= yes they are
CG= all right let me check them both out
S= all right

She takes about 10 minutes to look over both babies

CG= so overall the babies look good
K= well that's good to hear
CG= yes but according to the echo and EKG we did on both of them Kinsley needs her second open-heart surgery in the next week or so
S= Oh really that soon
CG= yeah sadly
K= so how is Karter then
CG= he is doing a little better than Kinsley he doesn't need any surgery at the moment
S= well that is at least some good news
CG= yeah so everything looks good I'll leave you guys so you guys can schedule Kinsley surgery
K= all right thanks doctor
CG= it's no problem see you guys later

Once the Doctor leaves we get both kids dressed while a nurse comes in to schedule Kinsley surgery then we head home later that night

S= what a day
K= oh yeah why does each day seem longer and longer
S= maybe because we have a lot of kids
K= oh yeah maybe that's it so what are your thoughts on the doctors appointment today
S= it's crazy Kinsley need surgery again
K= yeah we knew she would probably need another surgery
S= yeah down the line but I didn't think that soon
K= yeah me either
S= she looks so healthy she's a happy baby
K= yes she is but that's the thing about her heart we can't see it if it's working or not because it's inside her body
S= guess your right
K= say that again
S=
( laughs) not happening
K= well I got a smile out of you so I did my job
S= I guess you did so what are we going to do with the kids since her surgery is in two days and since the kids are out of school at that day it's also shift days do we really want to ask Nanny to watch them so close to Thanksgiving.
K= yeah that's a good point she needs a break sometimes
( phone rings ) hold on ( answer phone) hello
JS= hey Kelly how are you, Stella and the kids
K= we are good
S= who is it
K= it's my mom
S= all right

S= they will be so happy to see you
JS= same here so how was Kinsley and Karter Been since I was here last month
K= well they can roll over and they both love to laugh so much
JS= that's good to hear so how has their Health been
S= well speaking of their health
K= we just had a check up with their cardiologist today
JS= you did what did the doctor say
S= well good news is Karter he's doing amazing where he doesn't need surgery for right now
JS= thats good to know what about Kinsley
K= well that brings us to the not so happiness
JS= oh no what is wrong
S= so miss Kinsley's heart isn't doing that so she needs to have her second Open heart surgery
JS= oh no when does she have to have her surgery like how soon
K= well the doctor wanted it done as soon as possible
S= so it's scheduled for Tuesday
JS= wow that soon
K= yeah actually it's a good thing you showed up to visit
JS= it is why
S= well we were just talking about how we don't want to call our nanny on Tuesday to watch the other kids because he already is going on vacation for Thanksgiving
K= besides nobody at work can watch the kids because that's a shift day for them and we need somebody to watch the kids while we deal with Kinsley on surgery day
JS= well good thing that grandma decided to show up to watch my grandkids
S= I guess you had perfect timing
JS= yes I did

We catch up with Jennifer for a little bit and then we all decide to head off to bed

Kelly's pov; it's been about a month since my whole family made a surprise trip yet again and we got to meet my niece McKenna for the first time, The kids love her we got to hang out with my family and enjoy trick-or-treat together. Right now Kinsley and Karter are four months old, they have been hitting a couple milestones other day we took them to the cardiology and we learned that Karter is doing pretty well but Kinsley is good on the outside but her heart needs another surgery which we scheduled while we were there and later that night me and Center were trying to figure out who would watch the kids while we were with Kinsley but lucky for us my mom made a surprise trip down to see us. Right now it's the morning of Kinsley surgery day me and Stella get up and get ourself ready about 30 minutes later

K= do you think we got everything
S= yeah I double checked everything last night
JS= hey good morning guys
K= good morning mom

S= also if you have any trouble with the kids just call us
JS= no worries I got it handled go take care of Miss Kinsley
K= all right bye mom
JS= bye guys

We leave my mom and head off to the hospital we arrive within 20 minutes, we get checked in and get called back to room waiting up waiting a little bit before someone came to talk to us about the surgery. Another 30 minutes later after the doctors told us what was going on Miss Kinsley was took an away to surgery

S= why do I feel so lost
K= maybe because she hasn't been away from us since she was born
S= yeah maybe
K= how about let's go get some fresh air to see if that will help us
S= all right let's go maybe get some coffee to
K= all right we can do that

We go and grab some coffee and hang out outside for a while to enjoy the fresh air, then we head inside to wait until Kinsley comes out of her surgery. About two hours later she comes out and everything went perfect Kinsley had to stay in the hospital for a couple days to get monitored

S= yeah baby girl we get to go home today

We all sit down and eat our Thanksgiving and enjoy each other's company's. About two hours later everyone leaves, then my mom decides to take all the older kids to the park so we can have a little peace and quiet at home with Kinsley

S= can you believe we have amazing friends and family that would do the stuff for us
