Chapter 3: Chain of Occurence.
One night, on a peaceful time in a port town, everyone was enjoying themselves. Suddenly, out of nowhere, something flew out of the sky and struck a building, followed by many others, causing a panic. Amongst the panic, Jack Sparrow had arrived in a dinghy.
"HAHAHAHA! Once again, the seas are mine to rule!" said Davy Jones from aboard the Flying Dutchman.
"Of course it would be under attack. Now, to find a dock without being noticed…" Jack Sparrow said as he navigated the cannon fire in an attempt to find a dock.
Elsewhere, two monsters were on their way to Monsters University.
"Can you believe it, Sulley? It's our first "Fear-It Week" as MU students. Can't you just smell the excitement in the air?" Mike asked.
"Yeah, I think that smell is you, Wazowski. What's the big deal about Fear-It Week, anyway?" Sulley asked before he noticed a monster with a mustache.
"Morning, Don." he said.
"Oh, hey there, Sulley, and a big hello to you, too, Mike." Don Carlton said.
"Yeah, yeah, hi, Don. What's the big deal? It's the one time of year that the entire student body bands together to show those lousy Fear Tech goons that Monsters University is…"
"A mess!" Sulley said.
"Exactly! Wait, what?" Mike asked as they looked to see a campus inhabited by several otherworldly-looking creatures was constantly being pranked or under attack by their rival, Fear Tech. Trees were toilet-papered all over the place.
At the same time, in a Western town, gangsters were running around town creating havoc as their leader, who had a scar on his face, watched.
"Looks like we got ourselves a town, boys." Cavendish said as his gangsters cheered.
From a distance, the Lone Ranger and Tonto watched, grimacing at Cavendish's antics.
Back in Eric's world, he was at his school's principal with his parents.
"I'm serious! This thing started glowing and then I just hit him into the ceiling when I was trying to knock him back!" Eric said.
"Eric, we understand that you were trying to defend yourself, but did it warrant injuring him?" the principal asked.
"Eric couldn't have hit him that hard. He wouldn't hurt another student on purpose." his father said.
"Eric, what exactly is that thing you found this morning? It must be something extraordinary if it helped you do that." his mother said.
"I don't know. All I do know is that it's weird." Eric said before it started glowing and shaking in his hand.
"See?" Eric said before it stopped. Then, everyone noticed a blue swirling portal underneath Eric's feet.
"Wha-?!" Eric asked before he fell through.
