Dragon Warriors
in Escape from the Treehouse
At the catacombs, Connor was preparing himself for a fitness test by Vault.
"So, what is Connor doing again?" asked Indigo.
"Connor's about to ram a wooden wall to test his strength." Vault answered to Indigo.
And so, Connor ran with speed and then, he ran right through the wall without a scratch on him.
"Whoa, how did he do that!?" exclaimed Sunny.
"Simple, I trained him." said Vault. "I taught him how to be a strong knight back in Eostia." he said.
Flashback:
About five years ago in Eostia, Vault is teaching Connor the basics of knighthood.
"Now the first thing about being a knight, is to be strong like me. See this tree over there," Vault pointed at a tree.
"Yeah," spoke Connor.
"That tree will test your strength when fighting Origa." he said.
"So you want me to hit a tree?" Connor questioned to Vault.
"Yeah, but first we have to get you into fighting shape-," But before Vault can finish, Connor ran towards the tree. "Wait, not now."
But it was too late, because he rammed right into a tree, only to injure himself.
"Oh no, no, no!" yelled Vault, and Connor slid down the tree with a pained look. "Heads up!" then a branch fell down on his head, and Connor fell down rendering him unconscious.
Flashback end:
"He's like a rampaging rhino." said Sugarcoat.
"Yeah, but he's still a great guy." said Vault. And then the computers turned on.
"What's happening now, Alicia?" Grave asked.
"There's a burning treehouse Palissey St." said Alicia.
"It must be Origa, come on guys." said Connor and the Warriors left.
Later, the Warriors put out the fire, and it's a good thing no one was inside. But unfortunately, the treehouse is destroyed.
"Well, that was unexpected." said Maia.
"It could've been a warning from Origa," said Claudia. "She always destroy things before she attacks, back in Eostia." she explained.
"What happened to the treehouse!?" then the Warriors spotted Rainbow Dash and with her is a boy, he has blue hair and is wearing jeans, his blue t-shirt has a rainbow on it and a cowboy hat. And his name is Echo Dash.
"Rainbow Dash?" said Connor. "We didn't know you lived here." he said.
"Actually, me and the girls live here. We have our own fraternity house." said Rainbow Dash.
"Alright, then whose that kid?" Luu Luu pointed at Echo.
"This is Echo Dash. I, adopted him." explained Rainbow as he pet Echo's head.
"Yeah, we know the story. Dragons attacking homes by Origa." said Vault.
"Did Origa burned my treehouse?" asked Echo.
"Yeah, sorry kid." said Grave.
"Don't worry, we'll fix it!" Maia smiled.
"What!?" the Warriors questioned.
"Come on, guys. We rebuilt villages, right?" she said.
"Yeah, but we rebuilt villages when the dragons attack in Eostia." Connor said to Maia.
"Well now, we're rebuilding villages in East Liverpool."
"But how are we gonna do that, we don't have any money." said Kaguya.
"Don't worry, I'm sure Bobert will help us out." Maia added.
"Sure, like that'll work." Connor sarcastically said.
The next day, after a talk with Bobert, the Warriors began rebuilding Echo's treehouse.
"You're doing a great job Connor." said Sour Sweet. "If you could work faster," she added with sour tone.
"Hey, I don't know how these electric tools work." said Connor as he hammered a nail.
"Jeez Connor, they're only power tools." said Lemon Zest.
"Well, the basic work is easier for me." he said.
"Hey Connor," Luu Luu called. "Help us put the wall on!" she said.
"OK." Then Connor climbed up to the treehouse, and the Warriors pulled the wall to the house and Vault and Grave drilled it to seal it shut.
"That's that, now to get some drinks." said Vault.
Until the Warriors spotted that there's no door on the treehouse, only a drawing of a door, and Connor know just who did it.
"Uh, Luu Luu." Connor spoked.
"Yeah," said Luu Luu.
"Where's the door hole?" he asked to Luu Luu.
"It's right there, I drew it with a magic marker." she said.
"You were supposed to cut it with a power saw." Prim said in frustration.
"I was gonna do it."
"Then go get the power saw." said Maia.
"Alright," Luu Luu said to Maia, and she walked toward the drawn door only to be hit by it. And then Luu Luu realized that the magic marker wasn't magic at all. "I see it." she said with worry.
"Oh, ya think!" yelled Connor in anger. Then he popped out of the window. "Girls! Girls! Girls!" he yelled.
"What's the problem dude?" asked Lemon.
"Luu Luu forgot to cut the door out so we're trapped in here." Connor explained. "So can you give us the power saw?" he said.
"We would but, the power saw is out of batteries due to using it too much." Sugarcoat bluntly said.
"We were going to the store anyway to get new batteries, and besides, that place has the best snow cones." said Sunny Flare, and she the rest of the Shadowbolts left.
"Good." said Connor with a smile. Until he realized something. "Hey, wait a minute. What about us!?" he said.
"Girls! Girls! Girls! Girls! Girls!"
"At least get me snow connie!" Luu Luu yelled.
"Cone!" Connor yelled.
"Oh whatever." she said.
A few hours later, the Warriors are still stuck in he treehouse with no way of getting out.
"What is the world is taking the girls so long?" Beardsley questioned.
"I know, they've been gone for three hours." said Connor and he began to pop out of the window again. "Girls! Girls! Girls! Girls! Girls!" he yelled. And the Shadowbolts came back.
"Don't worry Connor we're here." said Sunny Flare, as Sour Sweet replaced the batteries of the power saw.
"One power saw with fresh batteries coming up!" said Sour Sweet and she threw it at Connor and caught it.
"Good. Now plug it with the extension cord and we'll be out of here." Connor said to the girls, and the last part of what Connor said surprised them.
"Extension cord?" Lemon asked.
"I knew there was something on my mind." said Sour Sweet.
Then Alicia popped her head out of another window in frustration.
"Connor asked you if you had anything!" yelled Alicia.
"There was a sale on make up, that might've slipped our minds." Sugarcoat exclaimed.
But Vault got an idea, which involves a different tool.
"I got it." said Vault as he took out his sword. "My sword and act like a saw." he said.
And then, he pierced the wall with it without ease. But he was struggling to pull the sword out, he pulled, and pulled, and pulled. Until he finally, he got his sword out, only for him to crash head first to the back wall.
Later, Maia is trying to get out of the treehouse through the window with the help of Connor and Prim.
"Be careful! You better watch where you're touching!" yelled Maia.
"Well maybe, you should try fixing that problem!" Connor struggled, but the next escape plan failed and they got Maia back into the treehouse.
"It's no use," Luu Luu spoked. "We might have to blast." she said. And then they started to hear a chirping sound, they turned and spotted a Terror.
"Let me guess." Claudia said with a deadpanned expression. "We're gonna send a Terror for help?" she said.
"Exactly." said Beardsley, and he took out a paper and pencil and write an S.O.S. "All I have to do is write a message and tie it to the dragon's tail." he said as he took out a string.
Then he slowly walked toward the Terror and just as he's about to tie the string around it's tail, the Terror bit him in the hand and Beardsley screamed in pain.
"Bad dragon! Bad dragon!" Beardsley yelled as he wiggled his hand to get the dragon off of him, he yelled and wiggled his hand around with a pained howl. And the Terror let go and flew away as Beardsley held his bitten hand.
"OK I know you're hurt, but that was really funny." said Connor as he's trying to hold back his laughter.
Then Beardsley began to chase after him.
A few more hours later, the sun was beginning to set, and the Warriors still couldn't figure out how to get out the tree house.
"Let's face it guys," Luu Luu spoked. "We can't get out of here, this is our new home now." she said.
"Oh no, we are not living here! There's no privacy for a woman's need!" yelled Maia in fury.
"Calm down, let me think." said Connor and he started to think, until, he got an idea. "I got it. My training. If I can ram the front wall with enough force, the impact will make a hole." he said.
Then Connor walked to the back wall and he began to prepare himself.
"One, two, three!" then Connor ran towards the wall and slammed it. But the wall didn't break, and he shook his head. "I think I heard a crack." Connor said.
"Alright, then let me do it." said Vault, and he started to go next. "One, two, three!" he said, and he too slammed himself to the wall. But the wall didn't break at all.
"Alright, then we'll both do it. That'll break the wall down." said Connor.
"Now you're using my brain," said Vault.
Then they backed up together to get it right.
"One, two, three-,"
"Hold it!" Alicia yelled as she grabbed the backs of their clothes. "If you two ram the wall, then the force of it will knock the tree house down and we'll still be trapped." she said to the duo.
"You're right," Connor sighed. "Let's try to find another way." he said.
Then suddenly, a big wing cut through the wall between Connor and Vault and the wing went back out.
"What was that!" Grave yelled in shock, as so the others.
Then the wing began cutting the wall, until the piece of it fell down.
"I think that was a wing," said Prim.
"Well, there's only one dragon that has a sharp wing..." Connor said, and the Warriors came through the hole and spotted the dragon. "A Timberjack." he said, as they saw a brown Timberjack.
"Hey guys!" the Warriors looked down and spotted Rainbow and Echo, so they climbed down.
"Is that Timberjack yours?" Connor asked Rainbow.
"Yeah, his name's Sawblade. We took care of him last month." Rainbow explained.
"But how did you train a Timberjack?" asked Maia.
"I scratched his back." Echo answered.
"Ah, I see." said Beardsley. "If you scratch a Timberjack's itch, then he's your loyal companion." he said.
"Yeah, and anyway we finished the tree house, just like we promised." Connor glanced to Prim. "And Prim, you're on door duty." he said, which made Prim to smile and Luu Luu to pout.
