Spies' House
6:55 pm
It's been a few minutes since the last of LAMOS, along with James, were arrested as Sam, Clover, Alex, Jake, Nate, and Lee were in the living room of their house with Jerry.
"Excellent work spies," Jerry said, congratulating the spies. "Thanks to your efforts, LAMOS, along with Kyle and James, have been sent back to the WOOHP Containment Facility where they clearly belong."
"It was our pleasure, Jerr," Sam said. She then put her right arm around Jake. "And me and my Beverly Hills friends couldn't've done it without the support of our Daytona Beach boyfriends."
"We've got your backs," Jake said to Sam. He then put his left arm around her. "And we always will."
"Now, it has become even more clear that spy couples make very effective spy teams," Jerry said.
"You really came through with playing Cupid, Jerr," Clover commented, causing Jerry to blush.
"Hey, Jerry?" Came the voice of Nichelle.
"Yes, Nichelle?" Jerry answered as he looked down at Lee's niece who was walking into the living room from the bathroom.
"I was wondering… well, Lee told me this…" Nichelle said, nervously.
Lee soon realized what his niece was trying to say and got Jerry's attention, "Nichelle was very disappointed she was unable to see the rest of the musical, 'Cats', because of LAMOS. I told her that I would see if I could get you to enable her to see 'Cats', again."
Jerry turned back to Nichelle, "I'll make sure you'll get to see the show, again. But you will need to come with me first."
Knowing what Jerry was gonna do, Lee stepped forward, "I'll go with you."
"Where will we be going?" Nichelle asked.
Lee then spoke to Nichelle, "Nichelle, we will be going to… watch Jerry make the arrangements for you to see, 'Cats', again."
Nichelle nodded, "That sounds good."
"I'll go with you too," Alex added.
Alex, Lee, Jerry, and Nichelle then walked out the front door to the house.
"I wonder how Lee's gonna react when Jerry erases Nichelle's memory of what happened," Nate spoke.
"I'm sure Lee will understand what Jerr has to do," Sam pointed out. "But let's hope Jerry will arrange for Nichelle to see the musical, 'Cats', again."
Nate soon remembered something and snapped his right-hand fingers, "Clover, we have to get back to the wedding."
"That's right," Clover agreed. She then shook her head. "And I so don't wanna miss dancing the night away with you."
"And me and Jake plan to meet up with Chelsea and Henri, again," Sam added.
Sam, Clover, Jake, and Nate changed back into the clothes they had on earlier: Sam in her purple spaghetti-strap cocktail dress with black patent mid-heel sling-back shoes, purple butterfly choker necklace, and purple butterfly hairclip; Jake in his purple collard-shirt, blue jeans, black penny Loafers, and green fishhook necklace; Clover in her red strapless dress with left side slit, white leg strap high-heel shoes, and the necklace Nate had given her on their first date; and Nate in his black tuxedo, red bowtie, red vest, and black patent Oxfords.
Just then, Jake's Smartphone rang.
"Hello?" Jake answered. "Hey, Chelsea. I'm so sorry for what happened." He then developed a confused look on his face. "What do you mean I have heartburn?" He suddenly suspected something and continued. "I mean... yes, I did have heartburn, but I'm doing better now. I denied having heartburn because I'm sometimes prone to denial when something happens to me. I'll go easy on spicy foods next time. Okay. I'll talk to you later. Bye."
Jake then hung up.
"Heartburn?" Sam asked, confused.
"Seems Jerry was able to erase Chelsea and Henri's memory of you and me being kidnapped," Jake speculated. "And came up with a cover story of you and me having to go home due to me having heartburn from the spices on those vegan tacos I ate back at, El Mejor."
Just then, Nate's Smartphone rang.
"Hello?" Nate answered. "Hey, Dad. Yes, we've defeated the villains." He then developed a look of disbelief. "What? Oh, I'm so sorry. Tell Janice and George they have me and Clover's most sincere apologies. Thanks for saving us some cake. We'll talk to you later. Bye."
Nate hung up his Smartphone just as Clover asked, "What happened?"
"We missed the last of the wedding reception," Nate replied.
Clover slumped, "So much for dancing the night away with you."
Nate took Clover's hands into his own, "It's okay, Clover. We can always go to Beachside Pierre and dance the night away there."
Sam soon thought of something and asked Nate, "Nate, how come Jerry never erased your parents' memories of all that has happened?"
Nate turned to Sam, "Jerry doesn't have the memories of the parents and relatives of WOOHP spies erased if they are active or retired military since they are pros at keeping secrets."
Sam snapped her fingers, "Of course. Jake told me that you two and Lee have parents and relatives who are retired military."
"So..." Jake spoke, getting everyone's attention. He then changed the subject. "Since we have nothing going on now, what should we do?"
Before anyone could answer, a knock on the door was heard, followed by Alex and Lee entering the house.
"Wow, that was quick," Sam commented.
"So, how did things go?" Jake asked.
"Everything went perfectly," Lee replied. "Nichelle will be able to see 'Cats' again next Saturday night. She was also brought home with no memory of what happened, and the cover story was that the musical was cut short due to an actor spraining an ankle during the show."
Sam looked at the living room clock and noticed that it was 7:00 pm.
"Wanna watch some TV with us?" Sam asked as she turned back to Alex and Lee. "The evening's still young."
Alex and Lee became confused.
"What happened to the get together with Jake's cousins and the wedding of Nate's cousins?" Alex asked.
Jake soon answered, "Chelsea and Henri had their memories of me and Sam's kidnapping erased and were made to believe that Sam and I had to go home due to me having heartburn from spicy vegan tacos I ate."
Nate soon joined, "Me and Clover missed the last of my cousins' wedding reception."
"I'm so sorry to hear that," Alex said with sympathy. She then asked. "So, what shall we watch on TV?"
"'Keeping Up with the Starsmashians' is on at this hour," Clover answered. "Perhaps we could watch that."
"I love that show!" Nate spoke up.
Alex and Lee pulled out their Compowder and Smartphone and used them to change from their catsuits into the clothes they had on earlier: Alex in her purple strapless gown, black high-heel ankle-strap shoes, white faux fur shawl, diamond choker necklace, diamond stud earrings, and diamond bracelets on both her wrists; and Lee in his black tuxedo with black bowtie and black patent Loafers.
"Let's watch!" Alex said in excitement.
After that was said, the six spies made their way to the living room, sat down, turned on the TV, and went on to watch the show about the family of the world's most famous socialite.
