Just so y'all know, I've seen how few stories are here of BleachxIC as well as UlquiIchi and there aren't enough... not nearly enough.

So this is a story me and an IRL friend who goes by Quetzalcoatl_Is_My_Momma here came up with after reading Nocturne's story Shadow's Embrace. WE HAVE GOTTEN PERMISSION FROM Hana Verrier, THE CURRENT OWNER OF THE ORIGINAL FIC, TO PUBLISH THIS STORY!

It's a Fem!Ichigo/Ulquiorra story where instead of losing her powers after doing the Final Getsuga Tenshou, she is sent to Alagaësia where Ulquiorra is as well- for him he's been dead for several years and had suddenly received an influx of Reitsu because of Ichigo's sudden appearance into the world of Alagaësia- while for Ichigo thinks he's been dead for a few weeks after defeating him. Also, Shiro and Ichigo will have come to a decision long ago to work together and not against each other. Old Man Zangetsu is still there, but he came forward long ago about Ichigo's hybrid nature.

STORY INFO BEFORE WE START!

So to really get into the lore for Ichigo's and Ulquiorra's 'people', I've had a head canon that Misaki had some Celtic/Norse blood in her to give her that orange hair, thus Ichigo has the hair because it sprang up brighter then Misaki's in her DNA due to the combination of Quincy, Soul Reaper, and Hollow energy in her. Misaki worked to keep Ichigo knowledgeable on that side of her family history, so Ichigo will have a head start on the customs and mannerisms that her and Ulquiorra's 'people' will have when they lead them against the Empire in Alagaësia.

They are primarily… well, the best way to describe them are 'Desert Vikings' with the lore and culture from real Vikings and everything but they don't need horned hats because their bone fragments are good enough for them- they have varying horn types and have the exotic beauty of the Elves in Ellesmira.

To really start off, the people that see Ichigo and Ulquiorra as their king and queen are sort of cousins to the Urgals but are more in leu with the Elves in their ability to use 'magic' (Reitsu) and their exotic beauty. However, their magic comes from blood Magic and potion work relating to the other side, summoning rituals, and most importantly a type of magic known as the 'Swords Dance', which is just a fancy way of saying they release their weapons/zanpaktou. However, due to the blood magic the Tómir can perform, the Elves had deemed them far too dangerous and cast them out. With no where to go, the people, taking the name Tómir, or the 'Ones who are Full and Empty' (which they are because they obtain a space exactly like a hollow hole somewhere on their bodies when they pass their first summon, which it difficult to do and thus costs something of the caster to bind them to the ways of said summoning) and they settled deep under the Hadarac Desert, making their homes under the sands. Tómir, in their language has a different meaning than what it does in the Bleach verse.

Tómir, or Arrancar as they're called in the Bleach Verse, are both a little and a lot different from those in Ichigo's world. For one, they can reproduce normally and don't need to cannibalize their kin for power. They value strength in fighting and battle, but also knowledge and trusting your instincts. Like I said, They love a good fight but not so much that they'll jump at the opportunity to join one without knowing why, how, and if it's worth it. They can grasp feelings just as well as a dragon, human, elf, dwarf, or even Urgals. They can feel love, hate, anger, happiness, silliness, everything under the sun.

When the Elves banished their people, the Tómir didn't go empty handed. Vrael, who was still alive when the Tómir were banished, had known it was wrong and they NEEDED the manpower since Galbatorix had started to strike against the Riders with his Thirteen Forsworn, but as he was leader of the Riders and not the Elves, couldn't do anything about the unfairness. HOWEVER, he gave them a prophecy and two gifts behind the backs of the Elves. The gifts were two dragon eggs, both opposites of each other in color, one being the child of Vrael's own dragon Umaroth- a white egg but with strange sea-green bands instead of the customary white, and Vrael's wife's own black dragon's child who's egg was a pitch black with blood red veins instead of black, but the same size (about three and a half feet long/tall and two feet wide) as the white/green egg. No, Vrael and his wife's dragons aren't mates- I have a reason for that for obvious reasons.

Vrael told the Tómir that one day, two of their own who had never walked the lands of Alagaësia would come and lead them, rule them, and bring their honor and glory back to the lands of Alagaësia as their King and Queen, with the Queen being their leader in equal strength to the King and vice versa.

So, taking the two valuable gifts, the race known as the Tómir fled the elves who had banished them, some even being Riders on Dragonback deciding to hunt them down, and vanished into the Hadarac Desert, never seen again, save for in stories and bedside tales.

Until Ichigo and Ulquiorra decided to crash the party and turn Alagaësia upside down.

Now, I'm gonna de-power Ichigo hard here because while Alagaësia has magic, it doesn't have an abundance of Reitsu- truly all she'll have is her hollowfied form as her true form complete with the horns and even a tail, Zangetsu and his 'Sword Dance' - which is slower than in canon bleach because again, no Reitsu to fed in the power- her dragon, Ulquiorra and his dragon, his Zanpakto and their 'Sword Dance'. Ulquiorra is powered down as well because he'd wipe out the army and even Urû'baen in one hit with a Cero Asguras, so what would be the point?

He'll have lost his wings since here he has a dragon, but his 'Sword Dance' will enable him to have a bladed tail instead of a furry one.

There is a version of all the 'good' Arrancars here in Alagaësia… maybe the correct term is Counterparts, but for the most part they won't have changed in personality or looks and have the same abilities as their Releases in Sword Dance format.
