Okay. Sorry for being gone without warning. I've been pretty busy. Graduation happened, and I need to get ready for college. So. I hope this next chapter can make up for it.
Also, new cover. I hope you like it. Made it myself :3
So this chapter is actually going to be a bit different from the first two. You'll see why in a bit. I have quite a bit planned out, but I want to make sure not to do too many time skips, even small ones like five months.
Anyways, once again thank you for being patient. Let's continue.

"So, once again, we can deduce that the speed achieved correlates to the force exerted."
Class 1-A listened closely to Ectoplasm as he taught physics. Kaminari was sleeping in his seat. Mineta was busy checking out all of his classmates, like always.
Shoto sat boredly, looking out the window. His eyes scanned over the trees on campus. A few students sat in the shade of one tree. Their mouths moved up and down, chatting about… something.
Katsuki's leg jumped up and down, creating a soft *Tap tap tap*
He was nervous. And of course, Shoto knew why. Ochaco had told him.
The girl knew about the blonde's secret. She hadn't told Todoroki everything. She just told him about the history between Izuka and Bakugo. Bakugo's teacher being All Might. She didn't tell him about the quirk.
One for all.
For several people, that was what filled their heads.
Toshinori, while being only semi functional in life, could visit the mindscape of One For All at will. This was how he taught Bakugo.
Within the mindscape, he was uninjured. He could spar with the boy and the quirk would build his body as if it were a real fight. It was a blessing in the eyes of the emaciated symbol of peace.
Bakugo's days were filled with school. His nights filled with training in the mindscape. The only thing he could think about was the league.
He needed to stop them. At all costs.
Ochaco was constantly watching Bakugo. She no longer trusted him. Her attitude towards everyone was shifting, and it was noticeable.
In training, Ochaco was coming up with more and more dangerous attacks. Her black hole cannon was strong, and deadly. And of curse, there were other moves that she could use to kill or harm easily.
The girl asked Aizawa if she could train outside one day, and he approved it. Around thirty seconds later, an earthquake shook the campus of UA. Ochaco had compressed matter into what she called a "Neutron Bullet". She had actually made several, and created a meteor shower out of them. There were now several very deep holes created by bullets the weight of the moon.
Another example. Ochaco had learned martial arts. She had since improved her technique, and made a few of her own styles. On top of that, she had figured out how to release killing intent.
An intense pressure created by a feeling of bloodlust. What happens when its wielder has a quirk that manipulates gravity.
Answer: Destructive force.
One day, while sitting at lunch, Ochaco had been eating alone. A few students from the support course came over to talk with her.
"Hey Ochaco~" One said in a tone sweet enough to make a person sick.
"What do you want?" Ochaco said back.
"Hey! Is that how you talk to other students now?" The girl pouted.
"Just let her be. She's still mad because she's one of the worst in the lackluster hero course." One student said.
"Did she really think that she would be a decent hero? She couldn't even save the yakuza girl!" Another giggled.
Ochaco ignored them and walked over to throw away her trash. The student giggled and followed her. She fake tripped and spilled trash all over Ochaco.
"Oops! My bad!" she chuckled.
Another student walked up and pushed Ochaco down on the ground. At this point, everyone was watching. A lot of the students laughed. Shoto's eyes narrowed. He tried to help but was blocked by a wall of students.
"Seriously, how pathetic can you be?" the student giggled. "You and your lackluster quirk are only good for being a doormat!" The girl stepped on Ochaco, who remained still. Lunch Rush saw what was happening and called Nezu, before running out to stop the scene.
Unfortunately, he and the teachers who were sent by Nezu were held back by walls of students, just like Todoroki.
Several laughed as the girl opened up a carton of milk and poured it on Ochaco's hair. "Come on Ochaco, doesn't a cow like you want milk?"
An explosion rang through the lunch room. Bakugo walked up. "What the fuck is wrong with you?"
The girl sneered. "Just teaching the cow a lesson."
Ochaco tried to get up, but was forced back down by the girls foot. The girl smiled.
"Why is explosion boy coming to help you? Are you sleeping with him? Is that why Todoroki won't help? Did you abandon him?"
Ochaco tried to get up. The girl stomped, making Ochaco cough. "You're probably a villain too. I can't believe I looked up to you at one point."
Bakugo snarled. "That's enough. Get off of her."
"Or what?" She chuckled.
Bakugo glared at the two. "You won't want to know what."
The girl stared back. "Tch. Whatever."
Ochaco slowly got to her feet. Her hair hung down in her face. The student was walking away, but turned around quickly. "Oh yeah… I forgot something…"
The girl spit in Ochaco's face and turned to walk away again, but was held back. She smiled and turned, Ochaco had grabbed her wrist.
"What's the matter?" The girl chuckled. "You like me so much that you want to hold my hand?"
Ochaco brought her head up and looked the girl dead in the eyes. The student shuddered, before wetting her pants in front of the entire school. Ochacos eyes were a pale pink. All of her killing intent was being released, and it was potent enough to affect the teachers.
Every student in the school was floored. On top of that Ochacos quirk was multiplying the pressure. Katsuki couldn't breathe. In his office, Nezu was on his knees, struggling to stay conscious. Aizawa was face down on the ground, trying to raise his head to stop Ochaco.
The students who had bullied Ochaco were in dents on the floor. Their arms and legs were broken, both trying to scream. They were unable to make a sound.
Finally, Ochaco let her quirk go. What seemed like hours was just seconds, and many students were unconscious. Nezu was holding his head in pain. Recovery girl was rushing to the cafeteria.
And Ochaco just picked up a carton of milk, and poured it over the girls head, before spitting on her and walking back to her classroom.
Most of the school hadn't interacted with her since. The two students both were helped and given a month of detention. The teachers had given Ochaco a week of detention as well, for injuring classmates and causing damage to the school grounds after being given warnings.
Ochaco had been banned from entering the support studio, and was told to find another place to get her equipment.
Todoroki had been angry with the outcome of that day. Ochaco acted in self defense. There was no reason to punish her. And now she had to get her suit somewhere else, which meant she needed to use her own funds.
It was complete bullshit.
As Todoroki sat thinking about what happened to his girlfriend, a crumpled wad paper hit him on the head. He blinked, and saw Ochaco looking at him.
Todoroki picked up the paper and unwadded it, finding a note written to him.
-Shoto,
Meet me tonight in the woods behind the dorms. We're going to start what we had planned. The new gear will be here for me.-
Todoroki blinked at the note, before quickly burning it. Aizawa turned to him.
"Todoroki, please don't burn things in class."
Todoroki nodded. "My apologies, I didn't notice that my quirk was active."
Aizawa nodded before continuing with the lesson.

Nezu sighed as he looked at the files in his hands. Reports from all over the world. Murders, robberies. Everything that might lead him to Izuka Midoriya.
The chimera shook his head and set the files down, before walking over to the window.
'The real shame is that a lot of the hero course isn't ready. They don't have that drive to go out and help as soon as they can. Several are in it for popularity…'
Ezu brought his hand up to the silver necklace that he now wore. 'The ones with the drive have all gone to her side… They've gone to her side because she cared for them. She had the most heroic spirit…'
"I just don't know yet… I would join her… but the hero commission has me on a tight leash."
An apparition of Izuka appeared behind him in the windows reflection.
"They just see you as an animal…"
Nezu chuckled. "Of course they do. But then again, everyone does."
The apparition smiled sweetly. "I don't."
Nezu nodded. "I know."
The chimera walked back to his desk and picked up the files. "Right now… I need to find you… Then I'll make my decision."

Todoroki opened his eyes as his alarm beeped quietly. He tapped the top of his clock to turn it off, before going to his closet.
On the left side, there were two suitcases containing his hero suit, and the gadgets that went with it.
On the right side was a small panel, which he loosened and pulled off of the wall, revealing two identical suitcases. The boy quickly replaced the panel and put the suitcases on his bed.
After locking his door, Todoroki opened the cases and pulled out the contents.
A black hero suit, with white stripes that ran down the sides. The boy slipped it on, and found it fit perfectly. The material was supposed to be tight fitting like a normal hero suit, but super strong. He had sent an order overseas in secret for this. A newer support company in America.
'This is a lot like Hatsume's' the boy thought. 'Who knows… maybe it actually is.'
Next, Todoroki brought out a jacket. It was a little bulkier than the suit, and also loose. It was made out of a similar material as the suit, but less stretchy. Next, Todoroki pulled out a small black device, which he brought to his face. The device expanded into a mask which covered the lower half of his face.
Two small circular objects were on either side of the mask. Todoroki activated his fire and blew a short puff out of his mouth. A soft click was heard, and the objects slid open, releasing two jets of fire, each equal to the amount Todoroki had released.
The boy nodded in satisfaction and opened the second suitcase. Inside were a pair of black boots. They were quite heavy, but Todoroki wanted them to be that way.
The boots rose up to cover his shins, and had several bumps on the back. The bottoms were raised, and as Todoroki curled his toes in them, spikes popped out for walking on ice. The boots were made up of reinforced plastic and steel. The steel parts were the spikes, and a single plate that covered his shin on each boot. They weighed about forty pounds all together. Nothing Todoroki couldn't handle.
He had pushed himself for this.
There were four things left. The first was a belt which todoroki slipped around his waist. The second was a small metal cube. Todoroki clicked it, and it expanded into a two foot pole. The boy smirked and with a click, split the pole into two small handles. He nodded as he looked at them, before clicking them back together, and folding the pole into a cube.
The third and fourth were a pair of gloves, and a pair of bracelets. Todoroki slipped them on quickly, before walking over to his window and leaping out.
Before he landed, he used fire and ice to create a powerful jet of steam, which made him land softly and quietly on the grass. Without hesitation, the boy dashed into the woods behind the dorms.

Ochaco finished donning her second outfit. Her first had been delivered to the dorms. Her second was delivered to her house. The girl now wore a skinsuit made of the same material as Shoto's. A black scarf which looked like one a certain serial killer might wear rested on her shoulders, but covered her mouth. Her hair was tied back into a bun.
On Ochacos hands were fingerless gloves, and on her wrists were two chambers. She had specially designed them for one thing only, making ammunition.
On Ochacos waist was a utility belt with several gadgets, including a staff that would get heavier if she nullified gravity on it. On her feet were boots made of reinforced plastic. The most peculiar thing however, were the small barometers on the back of Ochacos gloves.
Well, maybe not super peculiar. As it turns out, Ochaco had undergone a second evolution. She could always nullify gravity. And now, she had the gravity field around her. Ochacos newer ability allowed her to control the gravity of objects she touched. She could make a pebble have the same gravitational pull as the moon. Naturally, this came with the bonus of changing pressure on a whim. And her eyes were now pink. Quite the change.
The girl turned as Shoto emerged into the clearing. The two nodded at each other, before running into the woods.
After a few minutes, they walked out of the forest, and into the city. The two leapt up onto the top of a building and looked over the skyline. Smoke could be seen in the distance. The two took off towards its source.
The source turned out to be a fire. An apartment fire. Well what did you expect? Smoke normally comes from a fire. Several civilians were outside watching in fear. Down the road, sirens could be heard.
"Where are the heroes?"
"Why aren't they here yet?"
Ochaco pointed to the civilians. Todoroki nodded, and they leapt down.
"Don't worry everyone. It's all going to be okay now." Ochaco said.
"Who are you?" A slightly burned civilian wondered.
"Our names aren't important." Shoto said, his face covered by his mask and hood. "All that matters is your safety."
A wall of ice sprang up from the ground between the civilians and the fire. Todoroki and Ochaco vanished.
"What?"
"Where'd they go?"
"LOOK!"
A civilian pointed up at the building, where ice ramps appeared. Several people with burns slid down and were placed softly with the rest of the civilians.
The flames covering the building flickered, and the building exploded. The civilians screamed and ducked back, but the explosion stopped short of them, before being sucked into a black hole.
Shoto and Ochaco appeared again. "Who here needs immediate medical attention?"
There was only one person who really needed help. Their arm was burned pretty badly, and was broken from a piece of falling debris. Shoto encased the injury in ice as a splint. As the ambulances arrived, so did several heroes.
"Is everyone alright?"
The civilians scoffed and cleared out of the area. Most of them went to the hospital to get treated, or with family that needed treatment.
The heroes looked around in confusion, before spotting Ochaco and Todoroki.
"YOU THERE! IDENTIFY YOURSELVES!"
Todoroki scoffed and began leaping away. Ochaco snapped her fingers and moved her gravity field over to the heroes, forcing them to their knees. Then with a single leap, she too was gone.
The two stopped at several more scenes that night. A break in at a jewelry store. A flood caused by a burst water pipe. A localized earthquake caused by a quirk awakening.
That was a fun one.
Ochaco watched as the child walked over to her mother, who slapped her. Shoto shook beside her in rage. The two silently leapt down as they listened to the woman.
"CURSED CHILD! WRETCHED THING! LOOK WHAT YOU DID!"
The mother was only concerned with how much she would have to pay for repairs. She didn't see that the child was limping. Or that their hands were now shaking ever so slightly.
The woman went to slap the child again, and was knocked back by the girls quirk. The girl looked at her hands in fright, before crying. The mother shouted again and prepared her own quirk, which allowed her to control rocks.
"YOU'RE BETTER OFF DEAD!"
Ochaco leapt in and caught the woman's hand, before twisting and breaking her wrist. With a quick motion, the woman was on the ground writhing in pain.
Shoto knet down next to the girl. Her eyes were the same brown as milk chocolate. Her hair was black. Her skin was incredibly pale, but not in an unhealthy way. Her arms turned solid black halfway down, and had veins of black that twisted up them in a cracking pattern.
"Hey there little one… don't worry about anything that happened tonight okay?"
The girl blinked. "Wh-who are you?"
Shoto lowered his mask and gave a warm smile. "My name is Tsumetai, and me and my friend will make sure that this woman won't hurt you."
The girl blinked, before nodding. Shoto picked her up and placed her on his shoulders. "Let's get them down to the local police station."
Ochaco nodded and picked the abusive mother up in one hand. The group slowly walked to the nearest police station.

Tsukauchi looked at the little girl that was left at the station. The note with her said that the mother had attempted to kill her, which checked out with his quirk. It also contained a recommendation to ask Nezu for help with her.
Tsukauchi had called the mouse, and had been given a strange solution. The girl would stay with the students. Well, maily two. The girl would choose who.
If the girl didn't choose, she would go into foster care.
A simple plan, but who saved her? The girl said that the one who saved her went by 'Tsumetai'. And the description she gave matched others seen in eight different places around the city.
Was it a new vigilante? A new Hero? Or a new villainous threat?
Tsukauchi didn't know. But he knew that he would have to find out one way or another.

Far away in America, Izuka looked up at the stars. A pink pinprick of light, and a flickering spark of red and white seemed to shine brighter than the rest.
"Finally." The villainess smirked. "A pair of true heroes."
"IZUKA!"
The girl smiled and stood up.
"COMING TOGA!"

Okay. So what'd you think?
I want to have a few things going on in Japan to cover time skips in America. I kinda hate the "It's been a year…" Stuff that I have been doing. It just makes the story more empty, so I want to fill that space.
I hope that you enjoyed the chapter. This duo may become four people in total. I'm definitely adding Tsu. I'm debating on adding Shinso.
Anyways, once again, sorry for being gone for so long. I don't know when the next chapter will be as I am getting busier and busier. Just rest assured that there will be more from me.
It's been a while.
Sushi Out!
