Okay. Next chapter coming up.
I don't have many reviews on this second book yet, which is fine. I don't really expect much because I am inconsistent with updates, and everyone also has a schedule.
So the plan is to alternate between Uraraka and the league for the time being. There may be some points where there are two chapters on each before switching, it will go that way until the plan for Uraraka has finished.
So anyways, let's continue.

Rodgers Home: New York
"How did you become Izuka Midoriya's student, and how can I contact her?"
Anna blinked at the hero in front of her. She looked her up and down for a few seconds, before nodding and walking back inside.
"Come in."
Stella followed the girl into her house. Anna motioned for her to sit on the couch and walked off, pulling out a cell phone.
Stella closed her eyes and listened to the conversation.
"Hey, it's me. I have someone who wants to meet you."
Stella could hear a quiet reply, but couldn't decipher what was being said.
"No, it isn't the strange man who's been following you all."
There was someone following them? Was someone from Japan in America, hunting the league?"
"No. It's one of the avengers. One that my brother trusted."
Okay, well that was to the point. Guess she wasn't meeting Izuka after all.
"Look okay, I know how you feel about heroes. Hear me out, this isn't one of the others. This is Stella Strange."
There was silence, before a short reply. Anna walked back into the room. "If you try anything, you'll die."
Stella nodded, and Anna held up her phone. "All right. Come on in."
A misty portal opened in the center of the room, and Izuka stepped through. Stella blinked as the scarred girl exited the portal and looked at her, before sitting on a couch across from her. Anna walked out of the room and came back a minute later with a package of raw ground beef, which she tossed to her mentor.
Izuka tore the package open and picked out a small portion, before eating it.
"What do you want to talk about?"
Stella blinked, before realising. "I-I didn't actually think I would make it this far… Holy shit… you're actually Izuka Midoriya."
Izuka chuckled. "What are you, a fan girl?"
Stella nodded. "Actually, I am a fan of your work. I'm actually quirkless myself."
Izuka's eyes narrowed. "Is that so? I thought you had some sort of energy manipulation quirk."
Stella shook her head. "Actually, I don't. The mystic arts are not a quirk, rather an ancient secret that some can learn. It would be similar to your ascension process, just not to your extent. Also, quirked and quirkless can learn it, if they meet the requirements."
Izuka nodded. "And those requirements would be?"
Stella shrugged. "They are spiritual. It is hard to explain, but I can tell you that neither you nor your students meet those requirements."
Izuka shrugged. "Never needed any extra power anyways. The league has been enough so far…"
"But it won't be eventually." Stella said.
"What do you mean?" Anna asked.
Stella waved a hand. Sparks appeared and became a likeness of a globe. "Your end goal is to revolutionize the world. You will take out heroes on heroes on heroes, and even civilians. Thirteen or so people can't do that all on their own."
"You are correct… We will need to get stronger. If you stand by your information, and can find someone that has the affinity for your mystic arts, I would be glad to welcome you into our ranks."
Stella nodded. "Even then, I can provide you information."
Izuka smiled, her pointed teeth slightly pink from the blood in the meat she had eaten. "Oh I know… I intend to get all I can out of you regardless…"
Stella shivered. "Well… I have some suggestions for you right now… If you'd like to hear them…"
Izuka nodded. "Let's hear what info you have first, then I'll listen to your suggestions."
Stella waved her hand, and a new shower of sparks appeared, becoming a likeness of the state of Texas. A separate ball of sparks became a point, highlighting a spot on the state.
"The state of Texas holds a research facility that has been experimenting on artificial quirks, and the creation of life. Tonya Stark recently contacted them."
"She wants something that they have…" Izuka said, her single eye glinting.
Stella nodded. "Indeed. As it turns out, Tonya has been funding this facility in the hopes of creating a superhuman capable of fighting you."
Izuka chuckled. "It is unlikely that something of this world could do that, but I am not so arrogant. I have sustained damage in the past, and my allies could be wiped out as well by this experiment. Do you have any more information?"
Stella nodded, and the sparks reshaped themselves into a map of the US. Tonya called something in. I don't know what it is, but I know it's route to New York. It will be driven here in an armored car, with several heroes defending it. Tonya never trusted planes."
A line highlighted itself between New York and Texas. Izuka stood up and pulled out a phone, speed dialing a number. "Kurogiri, I need you, Tetsutetsu, Spinner, and Stain here ASAP. Thanks."
A portal opened, and the four villains emerged through it. Tetsutetsu immediately saw Stella and went full steel. "What is a hero doing here?"
"Calm down Tetsutetsu," Izuka said. "She's with me. Now let's get to work okay?"
Tetsutetsu returned to normal. "Okay then, what are we looking at?"
Spinner and Stain walked up and looked at the map. "It's some sort of transport route," Stain said. "Most likely something the heroes are calling in."
"You're a smart one," Stella smirked. "Been doing this for a while?"
Stain looked up at the woman. "Longer than you've been alive. What's the plan boss?"
Izuka pointed to the center of the route. "If Tonya Stark called in this thing, it would be best to head it off near the middle of the route. We'll have a base team of Kurogiri and Tetutetsu stay near the middle of the route, while spinner and Stain run and search for the delivery, down the route towards Texas. Anna and I will run towards New York. Tetsutetsu will be our tank here. With several heroes, a metal beast throwing an armored truck around will make them panic. From there, Stain and Spinner can take the rest out. If Anna and I find the truck first, we'll act on our own and notify you when we're done. Are we clear on the plan?"
Everyone nodded. Izuka smiled. "Then we'll start now. Get your equipment and head out. Oh, and Stella."
"Yes?"
Izuka's eye flashed. "If you even think for one moment that I trust you, you are wrong. If you try anything in an attempt to hurt my family, then I will make sure that the mystic arts die with you."
Stella shivered, before nodding. Izuka smiled. "Good. You may go. We'll keep in touch. Don't find us, we'll find you."
Stella nodded, and the villains all disappeared.

UA High: Recovery Room Seven
Ochaco Uraraka looked out of the window in her room. Recovery girl was busy speaking to Nezu in the hall. Beside the girl was a bed containing Haruto.
Todoroki sat in a chair next to Ochaco's bed. Miburui was with Present Mic and Aizawa for the time being, despite Ochaco's protests.
"Why didn't you tell me the truth?" Shoto asked.
"Shoto." Ochaco said, looking down. "One of use needs to stay safe, so she can stay safe too."
Shoto gently took Ochaco's hand. "I understand that, but wouldn't it be better if the one who was staying safe knew what they were staying safe from?"
Ochaco nodded. "You're right… I should have said something… I just couldn't risk it."
Shoto hugged Ochaco closely. "I know… I know…"
Haruto sighed. "I'm sorry. I was one of the people who was supposed to protect her."
Shoto smiled. "It's okay. Without you, she might have died already on the boat."
Haruto nodded. "Then please allow me to offer my further assistance. My commander has charged me with keeping you safe and assisting you wherever I can. How may I help?"
The door opened, revealing Nezu and Recovery Girl.
"You can start by making sure your crew is safe." Nezu said. "Ochaco, we just got word from the prison you visited before going to Tartarus. Avery Wellhess has been killed."
Ochaco's eye went wide, as the other was missing, and bandaged. "What?"
Nezu nodded. "Indeed. We need everyone on this case to be placed under our surveillance. They are all in danger."
Haruto leapt out of his hospital bed. "I need to make sure that they're all okay."
Nezu nodded. "We'll be sending one of our own to assist you. Meanwhile, Ochaco, do you think that you can stay on the case?"
"LIKE HELL SHE CAN!" Chiyo roared. "WE'RE PULLING THE PLUG ON THIS RIGHT NOW!"
"No…" Ochaco shook her head. "The man who took my eye… He said he would make me suffer if I didn't give him Miburui… I can't do that. I need to bring him down."
Nezu nodded. "The description you gave matches one of the guards employed by the vice president of the hero commission. Unfortunately, it will take some time to get to him politically. We need to attack him at both angles."
Recovery Girl sighed. "I can't say that I like the idea of this. Please, be as safe as you can."
Ochaco nodded. "I know. I will be, but to do this, I'll need help."
Nezu blinked. "Who do you have in mind?"

Izuka sat in a car that had been pulled off to the side of the road, behind several bushes. Anna sat beside her, playing with her hair.
"So… when are we going?"
"Eh, just give it a minute."
Anna shrugged. "Okay then."
Another minute passed by, and A ding came from Izuka's phone. Stain and Spinner had passed the state border of Missouri with no sign of the truck. Izuka nodded and opened the car door, standing up and stretching.
"All right Damascus and Kurogiri. Keep in touch with your teammates. Anna and I are moving now."
Tetsutetsu and Kurogiri nodded. The two walked over to the road. Izuka looked at Anna. "How fast you think you can go?"
Anna blinked. "We'll be at the New York border in less than two hours."
Izuka chuckled and got into a running position. "I'll try to hold back a bit so you can keep up then."
The two dully glowed, one white, one black, before taking off into the distance. The wind whipped up behind them, knocking down a few of the bushes.
Tetsutetsu chuckled and sat down. "Damn."

Eri, Kota, ad Durza stepped into the small elementary school just outside of the city. Mina, Nemuri and Mirko had taught them up to a point, but decided that they also needed regular social interaction.
Izuka and Toga agreed, as did Hatsume. The three children had been enrolled at the school that Anna attended at a young age, by her recommendation.
So now, it was their first day. Their very first day of classes.
Of course, it wasn;t what they expected. They walked into first grade to find kids their age playing with letter blocks and drawing.
Some had meta quirks, others seemed to have emitters. They were all diverse.
There was of course, the quirkless group, which consisted of three children who were playing alone in a corner. The teacher sat with them, smiling happily and attempting to let them open up.
However, it was clear that their lives the previous year had made them act much like other quirkless children.
Eri was immediately afraid as everyone looked at them. Durza and Kota grabbed her hands, and the three walked in. The kids were all interested in the new arrivals. They all seemed to have this presence to them, like they were big kids.
Of course, they weren't, they were just insanely overpowered, and murderers before the age of seven.
The teacher stood up and dusted herself off. "Okay class, please welcome our new students! Please introduce yourselves."
Durza walked up to the front of the classroom. "Hi. I'm Durza. Just call me Durza. Thanks."
A boy with feathery black wings raised his hand. "What's your quirk?"
Dura shrugged. "None of your business."
The boy blinked. "Is it weak or villainous?"
Durza binked back. "Are you deaf or stupid? I said I wasn't gonna tell you. Now, on to the next person."
Kota stepped up in front of the class. "Hi. I'm Kota. Just like Durza, you don't need to know my quirk. Thank you and I hope we'll get along."
Eri shakily stepped up to the front of the room. "H-hi… I'm Eri… M-my quirk… is m-my business… Th-thank you."
Eri sat down, and the teacher smiled. "Thank you, you three. I understand you may not be comfortable talking about your quirks. It took a lot of courage to say that you weren't comfortable, so good job."
The teacher smiled, before starting the lesson. First up was English class, where the kids were learning conjunctions. Eri, Kota, and Durza basically ignored the teacher. The teacher noticed that they weren't paying attention, but instead of calling them out, she just handed out a small paper to do in class. When she got to the trio she smiled.
"You three must be pretty smart. Sometimes we have kids with IQ quirks or something similar, so we use different tests for them. Here."
The teacher gave the three a different sheet than the rest, which they quickly did and returned to her before the rest of the class was finished. The teachers eyes glimmered as she looked over the answers.
"Well. You three are certainly advanced. You can sit and have some free time while we wait for the rest of the students to finish."
Durza and Kota each pulled out notebooks and began writing. Eri began sketching on a piece of paper.
A few minutes later, the class was done. The teacher smiled and rought the class out to the playground. Durza, Eri, and Kota noticed the quirkless kids shrunk back from the ain playground equipment. The other kids seemed to dominate it.
The teacher was trying her very best to contain all of the kids, while still paying attention to them. Kota, Eri, and Durza walked over to the group. They noticed that the three quirkless kids flinched upon their arrival.
"Oh… h-hi…"
Kota smiled warmly at them. "Hi! We're new here, but we could tell that you guys might need some friends!"
The three blinked. "Wh-what?"
Eri nodded. "Yeah! Momma always told us to make friends with the people who need it the most! Because that's what heroes do!"
'Ugh… saying that makes me sick. Modern heroes don't do that.'
"B-but… why would you want to be friends with us?" A little boy with brown hair asked.
Durza sighed. "Let me guess… you guys are quirkless…"
The three students stiffened, before nodding. Durza smiled. "And that's perfectly okay! Do you wanna be heroes when you grow up?"
The three slowly nodded.
"Then go for it! You can be heroes, no doubt!"
"HEY LOOK OVER HERE! IT'S THE REJECTS!"
Durza turned around to see a group of students walking up to them. There were six total. One had hair that they could extend and control at will. One had a quirk that caused immense pain to anything they looked at. One had a quirk that paralyzed others via touch. The other three were unknowns.
"What do y-you want A-Alex…" One of the quirkless kids asked.
The kid named Alex flexed their fingers, their hands beginning to glow. "Well… Teach went in to help a kid go potty… Emma is really doing us a favor distracting her. It's time for your daily beat down."
Durza grabbed the kids hand. "And what do you mean by that?"
Alex hissed. "Get your filthy hands off me. I don't want to be touched by a friend of the quirkless."
Durza's eyes sharpened, and he punched the kid in the face, sending him across the playground and causing him to land in a sandbox.
The remaining five gawked at the kid who just stood up to their leader, before shouting and running at them. Two were floored as Eri ran forward and grabbed their arms, twisting them around their back.
Kota jumped over one and knocked him out. Durza pinned the other two.
"Say mercy."
"M-m-mercy…"
"Not to me…" Durza smiled, picking both up by their heads. "Say it to them."
The three quirkless kids stared in awe as their new friends gave them their bullies pride.
"M-mercy…"
"J-just please, let us go…"
The three quirkless kids nodded. "Let them go."
Durza dropped the two kids. Eri let the two by her go, before rewinding Kota's victim and making him conscious.
Then, the three heard a shout as Alex the Asshat ran back and fired his quirk at Durza. Three laser shots hit Durza in the shoulders and leg. The now awake bully tapped Eri and Kota, paralyzing them with his quirk.
"You stupid weakling… How dare you attack me… I'll make you pay."
"THAT'S ENOUGH!"
The three quirkless kids walked up and stood in front of Durza. "You guys have been so mean to us for so long!"
Alex sneered. "And what are you gonna do about it?"
The three looked at each other and nodded, before yelling and charging at the two bullies, catching them off guard.
"Wha-"
Alex was hit by an uppercut from the first quirkless kid, which sent him stumbling back a little bit. The other two leapt on top of the kid with the paralysis quirk.
"Say mercy!"
The kid whimpered mercy and ran off, leaving Alex. All three stepped up in front of him. "Apologize to our friends."
Alex gulped and nodded a quick apology, before running off. The three quirkless kids helped Durza, Eri, and Kota up off of the ground. They all looked at each other and laughed a bit, before the teacher came back and brought them inside. Eri healed Durza's burns from Alex's lasers, and everything was swept under the rug.
The grown ups never found out.
Well… except for the grown ups in the league, who were very proud of the six children.

The buzz of an alarm rang through the halls of the high security prison. The noise of clattering chains could be heard as the door opened.
The inmate was led into the room and seated before Nezu, Ochaco, and The head of the hero commission.
"I still don't like this idea you two."
Nezu sighed. "Look. If we want to make sure everyone here is safe, and make sure to solve the corruption in your organization, we have to make a compromise."
"Fine… will they be given their freedom afterwards?"
Ochaco sighed. "Look. They'll be joining me in a small group of legal vigilantes. We hope to save as many as we can upon Izuka Midoriya's inevitable return."
"And you're just going to tell me this?"
"What choice do I have?" Ochaco replied. "Face it, it's a better investment than anything the other heroes can give you." The girl looked at the inmate. "Are you in?"
The inmate nodded.
The head of the hero commission sighed. "Fine. Guard, you can release the bindings."
The chains and restraints fell to the floor. The inmate stretched their arms and flexed their hands, causing their joints to pop. "Damn it feels good to be out of those…"
Ochaco smiled and extended a hand. "Welcome to the team."
Lady Nagant smiled at the girl in front of her and shook her hand.
"Good to be on board."

Alright. And there we have it. Sorry for this chapter jumping around a lot. There's a lot to cover and little time to cover it all.
For now,
Sushi Out.
