And we're back yet again. How did y'all like the villain children POV?

This will be back to Ochaco. As said last chapter, I'll be trying my best to move back and forth.

For those of you who are confused about the gravity girl. Ochaco was planning to leave UA. She made her declaration to Bakugo prematurely, but was convinced by Nezu to stay in the hero course. This scene will show up eventually. It's the reason Nezu said "Those are reasons I prevented you from leaving UA."

There may have been a typo in that chapter. You can find the scene in chapter 4.

So let's continue.

"Welcome to the team."

Lady Nagant smiled and shook Ochaco's hand. "Good to be on board."

The head of the hero commission extended a hand. Nagant looked at her, before reluctantly taking it. "I'm sure this was hard for you." The ex convict said.

"I still remember his body. I understand why you did what you did. But you are correct, this is hard for me."

Ochaco looked at the head of the hero commission before shaking her hand. "Rest assured, we will do our best with what we have now."

The president nodded. "You certainly will. Now, get going. You have a case to solve."

The girl nodded and began walking. Lady Nagant followed her through the halls of Tartarus.

"So, first you visit me, then you free me? What's this mission about?"

Ochaco continued walking. "A few days ago, I was operating as a vigilante. I rescued a girl, who I have adopted. The government seems interested in her for some reason."

"I think I know who you're talking about. Miburui…"

Ochaco stopped. "So you do know?"

Lady Nagant nodded. "Only a little bit. But I know enough to understand the danger. That girl you have was supposed to be a supersoldier created to assist the top heroes with taking down unspeakable evils. When I heard of it, it was my last straw. I killed several commision representatives and heroes."

Ochaco nodded. "Given your circumstances I would have done the same thing. The world's gone to shit real fast."

"Wow… what happened to you in the past few days?" The sniper raised her eyebrow.

Ochaco's hand rose to her face, where her eye had been forcefully removed. "I had an eye opening experience…"

"Ugh, gross. Puns." Lady Nagant shuddered. "Kidding. So,"

Ochaco turned to look at the ex convict, who gave her a smirk.

"What's our move boss?"

"Let's start with the basic information."

Nezu stood before a group of heroes in a meeting room at UA. The president and vice president of the hero commission sat with them.

"Several days ago, two of our students rescued a girl who had seemingly awakened her quirk. Upon further investigation, we came to find out that the girl had not one, not two, but seven different quirks."

"Seven?" Vlad King blinked. "And she can still function as a human being?"

Nezu nodded. "Indeed. It is a strange case, which kept developing to the point it has now. Ochaco Uraraka and Shoto Todoroki have stumbled onto something that is comparable to the league of villains in terms of a threat."

The head of the hero commission stood up. "I'll take it from here Nezu. Ochaco Uraraka has continued looking into this case, using every opportunity to its fullest. After visiting Tartarus to speak to an inmate in hopes of gathering information, she was attacked by a hero. A hero who said that her orders had come from the head of the commission. I can tell you myself, that I gave no such orders. While I am forced to give death sentences at times, those would never extend immediately to a child."

"So what you're saying is, there's some sort of operation going on, that even the hero commission doesn't know about?"

The woman nodded. "Indeed. We know the basics. Several years ago, there was a project put into motion by my predecessor. The goal was to create supersoldiers capable of assisting All Might and the rest of the heroes in taking down All For One. Think of them as Anti Nomu's. Several of us were against it, and then word was sent to Lady Nagant, who went rogue over the situation."

"So that's why she went to tartarus?" Snipe scoffed. "Some sort of hairbrained scheme that was more villainous than what we were fighting?"

The commissioner nodded. "Yes… Last I heard, the operation was shut down… but it seems that part of the commission has been working behind the scenes, continuing the project in secret."

"Of course it was…" Aizawa grumbled. "You should have had the entire project dismantled under your supervision. Stuff like this is easy to take advantage of."

The commissioner nodded. "Indeed, however, it completely slipped my mind as immediately after becoming commissioner, the battle between All For One and All Might took place. I was forced to choose, and now I'm paying the price."

Toshinori, who was sitting at the table with a nurse at his side, gave an audible sigh.

"I am… sorry for the troubles… I have caused…"

The commissioner was silent as she looked upon the broken symbol of peace. "It is not my place to say anything about what you have done Toshinori. You served as a symbol of peace for years, it would come with its share of enemies. What happened to you is in part due to our own negligence. Society relied too much on you for its own good."

Everyone present nodded their heads. Toshinori sighed. "I will leave this meeting to you…"

The commissioner nodded as Toshinori wheeled himself out of the room.

"She really accomplished her goal…" Aizawa sighed.

"What do you mean?" The commissioner asked.

"Toshinori is a person overflowing with the want to help others. Being put in his weakened state was hard enough… but now, he's completely broken… he needs to be attended to at all times. He's forced to watch as one by one, all of the smiles he helped make, turn. He's forced to watch the failures of tomorrow, while he himself can do nothing about it. For him, it's a fate worse than death…"

"Terrible… He doesn't deserve it…" The vice president sighed.

"Depending on who you say that to, you could end up the same way." Nezu said. "We respect him because he stood up for us in our time of need. But there are those he didn't stand up for. And that's who he hurt."

The commissioner bowed her head. "All we can do is hold on to the pieces that remain. Our first step is solving the problem at hand. The super soldier experiments."

Nezu nodded his head. "We have a team currently looking into it. We need more hands to work with. Our young squad of vigilante's won't be enough."

"I can work with Hawks on this one." Endeavor said. "A father is expected to help their son, no matter what. We can lend our aid when needed."

"Understood. Everyone else at this table will be expected to assist. You will be sorted into squads that were made by Nezu. We will send the squads information on their parts in this operation. That is all for now, you are dismissed."

The heroes nodded and were given folders by Nezu, telling them how to group up. And with that, the Gaia mission began.

Toshinori Yagi slowly moved down the corridors of UA. His once breathtaking blue eyes, now dull, regarded every door, ceiling tile, and air vent with anxiety.

"You know that you can't predict where I'll show up…"

Toshinori jumped a little, before turning and looking behind himself. Izuka Midoriya stood there, clad in a nurse's scrubs. Her single eye glinted as she looked at the destroyed man's expression.

"H-how did you-"

"Oh come now Yagi… Your nurse is just fine. She just stopped for a bathroom break." The apparition motioned to a door a few meters down the hall. "She'll be in there for a little bit, long enough for us to have some fun…"

"Stay back…" Toshinori croaked.

The apparition cackled. "Oh Toshi, Toshi, Toshi…" His hand was grabbed by the ghostly form of Izuka. "You can't do anything to me…"

"I can-"

"Let's face it… even if you could…" Izuka's form shrunk down to that of a small child. "You wouldn't want to!"

"Stay back…"

Izuka cackled again and disappeared into a cloud of mist, which quickly dispersed. Toshinori's nurse walked out from the bathroom and looked at him.

"Is everything okay Mr Yagi?"

Toshinori nodded and turned back around. "We should get going… back to… my room…"

"Yes sir."

The nurse followed closely as Toshinori continued through UA.

Ochaco sat on a small couch at her parents apartment. Her mother was currently looking at pictures of Miburui, while her father cooked up a dinner of Soba noodles.

"So how did you come across this child?"

Ochaco sighed. "I've been doing night work with Shoto…"

"AH! NIGHT WORK EH?" Ochaco's father shouted from the family's kitchenette.

"PAPA!" Ochaco's face turned red.

"Oi… no daughter of mine can get away with saying 'night work' when speaking of a boy! What kind of night work have you been doing with this 'Shoto'?"

"Oh hush Shuhei… I'm sure our little mochi is just doing your every day hero work!" Ochaco's mother smiled. "So mochi, how much of a hero is he?"

"Mom!"

Both of the Uraraka's laughed happily at their daughter.

"Oh my sweet little Mochi, we're just playing. I'd love to meet this Shoto in the future."

"And this sweet little fish cake that you've adopted!" Shuhei smiled, as he brought the soba to their dinner table. "Alright! It's dinner time!"

Ochaco smiled as her parents danced over to the table. "You two are something else."

Shuhei smiled. "Well, one has to be spontaneous when married to your mother. The great Rieko Uraraka deserves no less!"

"Oh Shuhei, you act as though I'm something special."

Shuhei gave his wife a kiss. "Of course you're special! I could only have a wonderful life with someone as special as you!"

Ochaco smiled and made her way to the table. "Are we going to eat? Or am I just going to watch you two be sweet to each other?"

The two laughed and sat down. "So, on the topic of your work, is that how you got your injury?"

Ochaco nodded and brought a hand to her face. "It was because I'm protecting Miburui…"

"Oh? What does a villain want with your new child?"

Ochaco set her eating utensils down. "After saving her, we found out that Miburui was some sort of test subject. Apparently, those who were conducting experiments on her want her back, and are willing to do anything to make it happen."

"I'm not certain how I should feel about this type of thing…"

"Actually, it's one of the reasons I wanted to see you." Ochaco said. "The villain confronted me and stole my eye… since everything important is happening to those with face injuries, I thought that I should make sure you're safe." Ochaco somewhat joked.

"What would you like us to do?"

Ochaco smiled. "Principal Nezu has offered to let you stay at UA. They'll keep you safe there, and you can help me with Miburui."

"Do we get to meet Shoto?" Rieko asked.

Ochaco chuckled. "Yes mom, you two can meet Shoto."

"WHEN DO WE LEAVE?"

"Let's finish dinner first then we can pack everything and go."

The Uraraka's quickly finished their dinner and began packing. Ochaco smiled as they danced over to the door and called their landlord. He told them to leave their key on the table, and he would find a new resident.

As the family was leaving, Ochaco's phone vibrated. The girl opened it to find a message from an unknown number. Ochaco tapped the message, which started a phone call.

*Brrrt…

*Brrrt…

clk*

"Who is this?" Ochaco asked.

A quiet chuckle came from the other side of the line.

"You should have listened the first time…"

Ochaco's eyes widened as she looked at her parents suitcases. A red light blinked on both of them.

"MOM! DAD! GET DOWN NOW!"

The two dropped to the ground as Ochaco dashed forward. The girl grabbed the suitcases and hurled them away, right before they exploded. The blast shook the building and sent the Uraraka family flying. Ochaco screamed in pain.

And everything went black.

"This is agent Nagant! I'm a member of a hero squad formed by Nezu of UA. I have an individual in need of medical attention. I repeat, I have an individual in need of medical attention. Two more are in need of some assistance! Send help immediately!"

Lady Nagant quickly hung up her phone and picked up the destroyed body of Ochaco Uraraka. "Hang on boss… Hey you two, are you alright?"

The two adult Uraraka's stumbled out of a cloud of smoke. "We're okay!"

"Take care of my baby, Please!"

Lady Nagant nodded. "I suggest you get to UA as soon as possible. One of my teammates should be here soon."

Lady Nagant leapt away with Ochaco as the two Uraraka's began their trek to UA.

As the ex hero made her way there, Ochaco began to stir.

"Hang in there boss, we'll be at Recovery Girls office soon. Come on… Stay alive!"

Ochaco's eye shot open as she gasped. Her brain was overflowing with endorphins to block out the pain. The girl couldn't speak. She tried her best but could only move her mouth and gasp.

"Come on, we're almost there!"

Lady Nagant leapt over the UA gate after running through the streets. She quickly dashed to recovery girls office and burst in with a shout.

"CHIYO!"

The woman leapt from her seat and rushed over to a hospital bed. "GET HER HERE! QUICKLY!"

Lady Nagant placed Ochaco on the hospital bed gently. The girl finally managed to get her voice to work and let out a scream of pain. Parts of her skin flaked off and fell to the floor. Chiyo winced as she prepared a sedative.

"Everything's going to be okay. Shhh… shhh…" Chiyo slowly administered the sedative, causing Ochaco's eyes to roll back as she faded into unconsciousness. Chiyo kissed the girl's cheek, focusing on healing major damage, such as internal bleeding. There wasn't much, but it still needed to be taken care of.

The door opened, revealing Nezu, who looked at Ochaco in horror. "Good Heavens…"

The commissioner walked in as well, her eyes widening. "Horrible… She's but a child…"

Chiyo grimaced. "Commissioner, I need you to work with Nagant. You two need to find her parents. Nezu, I need you for this."

Nezu nodded. Nagant walked towards the commissioner. "Her parents were on their way here. We need to get them to safety."

The commissioner nodded and pulled out a pair of keys. "You go ahead. This will be easier if we split up."

Lady Nagant nodded and the two walked out.

Nezu quickly donned a pair of small gloves that Chiyo had designed for him. "What's her current status?"

Chiyo pulled out a scalpel. "Currently stable. I healed the major damage, meaning her internal organs. What's worrying me is her arm. There's shrapnel from the explosives embedded in it, and it's severely burned."

Nezu grimaced. "That's not good. If there were multiple explosives, some of the shrapnel could be melted into her organic tissue."

Chiyo looked at Ochaco with a sad expression. "Then… we'll have to amputate, won't we…"

Nezu gingerly observed Ochaco's arm. "It's badly burned… any other option would just inhibit her ability to function. On top of that there's the risk of infection."

Chiyo grimaced. "We can't do this without her parents permission…"

"I know." Nezu said. "But there might be one way to get a hold of them…"

Nezu quickly pulled out a phone and began dialing a number. Chiyo's eyes widened. "You memorized their number?"

"I memorized the number of every family's cell phone. Let's hope theirs didn't get destroyed."

Nezu quickly hit the call button. The call was immediately answered.

"Principal Nezu! Please tell us that our baby is okay."

"She's taken a lot of damage, and one of her arms won't recover. We need to take care of it before it gets infected. However, the procedure will need your permission."

"Do what you need to to keep her alive. The woman who took her is right ahead of us. We'll be there as soon as we can."

"We'll be operating to remove her arm then. Mr Uraraka."

"Yes?"

"May luck be with all of us. As soon as you get here, have Nagant take you to the Todoroki's. With recent developments, they have come to reside on UA grounds, and Shoto will need your help getting through this."

"Understood. Now go, save my baby."

The line clicked. Nezu tossed the phone on a table. "Let's get to work."

The large armored truck labeled "Life Foundation" rumbled down the road. It's destination was New York, where Tonya Stark was preparing several different devices and support items to assist with the new threat.

The rest of the avengers worked on their own projects to combat the new threat.

The truck continued to rumble down the road. Two other vehicles with heroes followed behind it. The Speeding hero: Crimson Flash, and the levitation hero: Levitra.

Two individuals clad in red appeared on the horizon. Stain smirked as Spinner held up a phone.

"We have eyes on the target."

"You're good to go. Kurogiri will initiate."

"Understood Izuka."

The heroes trained their sights on the two individuals, as a few armed guards aimed their own weapons at them.

Spinners face broke into a wide grin as a misty portal started to form.

"LET'S CAUSE SOME CHAOS!"

Alright. Sorry for taking so long with chapters. College exists.

I've been having a lot of fun recently, and my own metal health has also started improving. I'll be updating this when I can.

We're almost to the year anniversary of Ghost! And on top of that, we're about a week away from the 1 year anniversary of "Both"

Both was my first story, which went off the rails. I'll be celebrating the anniversary of it regardless, and you may see something special pop up.

But that's enough from me for now. See you all soon.

Sushi Out!
