Okay, so last chapter, Tetsutetsu bonded with Riot. That's figured out and will be fun to write more about.
We have the Ochaco arc to keep reading. On top of that, we have Nezu leaving UA. So there's more stuff to cover.
So much to go over and so little time. Hold on to your hats.
And let's get going!

Ochaco sighed as she hung up the phone. The developer at Zeus labs sounded like they knew what they were doing. The girl sighed as she got to her feet and straightened up. She used her left arm to pull on a sports bra
It was late, and she had decided not to wear anything to bed. It was her body, sue her. She could wear what she wanted.
Ochaco had made a quick recovery after the surgery. Thanks to Recovery Girls quirk, the only signs of the blast other than her arm were a large scar that covered her right side, and a new attitude.
The girl was done with the bullshit. She didn't care who said what. She would save everyone she could get to.
The girl stretched and pulled on a pair of leggings, before walking out of her room. She made her way down to the small kitchen in the dorm building in search of some mochi her parents had purchased.
"Hey Ochaco. *Kero*"
Ochaco blinked and turned to see Tsuyu sitting at the table in the kitchen space.
"Oh hey Tsu, what's up?"
"Oh nothing. *Kero* I just don't really sleep much. Part of my quirk *Kero*"
"That… makes a little sense." Ochaco said, walking to the fridge and getting the mochi. ""Well how have you been?"
Tsuyu croaked a bit. "Oh you know, classes and everything. Mineta's been manageable lately… *Kero* So that's something new."
"Really? I never noticed…" Ochaco chuckled.
Tsuyu croaked a bit more. "Yeah, it's a lot more calm… But that has me more jumpy than I should be. *Kero*"
Ochaco nodded. "I get that… That's the main reason I started doing vigilante work…"
Tsuyu nodded. "Yeah *Kero*. I started doing my own thing too. I was just a little more sneaky about it *Kero*."
"Really? How did you get past Nezu?" Ochaco blinked.
"Camouflage." Tsuyu melted into the background of the kitchen, disappearing completely, before becoming visible. "Pretty easy once I got the hang of it. *Kero*"
Ocahaco nodded. "Huh… maybe I'm not as cut out for this as I thought…"
Tsuyu chuckled a bit. "You really think that? My first mission, I lost my pinkies. *Kero*" Tsuyu held up her hands, showing that she only had eight digits instead of ten. "Nobody really noticed, or they just passed it up as an evolution. *Kero* Either way, I didn't let it stop me… I learned how to avoid more attacks. *Kero*"
"That's pretty incredible Tsu."
Tsuyu croaked happily. "Maybe, but it's just because I trained. Now…" The frog girl lowered her voice. "Are you going to keep doing vigilante work?"
Ochaco nodded. "I ordered a prosthetic from a lab company Nezu recommended. I hope to train with that and then get back to work on this case."
Tsuyu nodded. "Could I join you *Kero*?"
Ochaco blinked. "You'd help me?"
Tsuyu chuckled a bit. "Come on Ochaco, it's what friends do. And besides, I need something more than stopping pickpockets and petty thieves."
Ochaco nodded. "The prosthetic will apparently be delivered tomorrow night. Once I get it, I'm going to start training, if you'd like to help me with training."
Tsuyu nodded. "Of course *kero*"
Ochaco smiled at her friend. "Thanks Tsu. You're a true hero…"
Tsuyu croaked happily. "Don't sell yourself short *Kero*"

Shoto Todoroki sat with Miburui as the little girl ate her breakfast. Enji and Rei stood a ways behind him, watching as he made little jokes and caused Miburui to laugh.
"He's learned how to be a good parent…" Rei said softly.
"You taught him that." Enji said as he gave Rei a kiss.
Rei chuckled. "Oh come now, I wasn't even present for most of his life…"
Enji nodded. "But I wasn't a parent for most of his life. When you were there, he was happy. The faults you had were caused by me…"
Rei smiled. "I guess so… Look at that." Rei motioned at Shoto as he blew a raspberry, causing Miburui to squeal. "I didn't teach him how to do that."
Enji chuckled "You and I both know that it takes a bit of instinct to be a parent."
Rei nodded. "You can say that again."
Enji smirked. "You and I both know-"
"I wasn't being serious, you idiot!" Rei giggled. Enji laughed at his wife's reaction.
Rei motioned to Shoto, who was trying to wave the two over.
Enji ad Rei slowly crept up without making a sound. Shoto made a concerned face. "Oh Miburui… You'd better be careful… somethings coming this way…"
The little girl's eyes widened, and Rei and Enji popped out from behind her.
"IT'S GRANDMA AND GRANDPA!"
Miburui squealed again as Rei whisked her into her arms. The woman gave her son a smile and began walking out of the kitchen to play with her granddaughter.
"You've grown up so fast Shoto…" Enji said. Shoto smiled.
"Well, I learned pretty quickly what not to do."
Enji sat down and placed a hand on his sons shoulder. "I was wrong… You're already twice the hero I could ever hope to be…"
Shoto chuckled. "Just hug me already dad."
Enji smiled and embraced his son. "Of course son…"
Shoto patted his father on the shoulder, and the two stood up to go join Rei and Miburui in their adventures.

Izuka looked over the skyline of Los Angeles from her position on the rooftop of a small apartment complex.
The villain wore a simple black skirt with a button down shirt. Easy to pull off.
On her hip was a holstered handgun. Since her swords were broken, Izuka needed some form of substitute. It wasn't that she couldn't kill someone with her bare hands, it was that she wanted at least one item to help with it. She still had the fear of being overwhelmed by numerous powerful heroes while she was confined to hand to hand combat.
Los Angeles. The city of angels. Yet it was filled with corrupt heroes and downright despicable villains. Izuka hated this city with a passion, however, she had to stomach being in this hellhole as it housed agencies of several major threats.
One, Crimson Zeus. A hero with an attitude like Endeavor, but actual power to back it up. His quirk allowed him to wield red bolts of lightning. He could use it to strengthen his muscles, make ranged attacks. Imagine a quirk that was a mix of Hatsume's electricity quirk and One For All's stockpile. He was a hero who could defeat All Might in battle. The only drawback was that his quirk required him to consume electricity.
After the fall of All Might, many heroes in other countries began working together to increase their strength. Izuka had been notified by Stella Strange that one of the most threatening partnerships was between Crimson Zeus and Tonya Stark. Tonya had access to designs for ARC reactors. And with her labs, had created superpowered generators that could keep Crimson Zeus at a charge strong enough to vaporize entire cities with single attacks, but without running out of energy.
In return, Zeus had pulled the strings necessary to bring Tetsutetsu's new friend to Stark. They had already shut that down however. Regardless, Crimson Zeus was now a major threat to the league. But more importantly, as soon as Tenko had heard of this hero's quirk, he wanted it. He hungered for it. He told Izuka that he needed that quirk. Not even for him to wield, but for it to be on his side, so he could witness and direct its power…
And so with that hero, it was their plan to take it.
There were more threats than Crimson Zeus however. There was also Fleyja, a hero with a dual quirk, which allowed her to control elements and radiation. A hero who could snap their fingers to make particles of unstable elements and isotopes to collide, and adjust the radiation output to create nuclear blasts. That was a threat.
There was Esper. A hero with a complete telekinesis quirk. With power like that, they could fly, enhance strength, create force fields, modify those force fields to make them invisible. Their power was close to being absolute.
All of them were heroes with incredible quirks, and also influence. Tomura wanted Fleyja's powers for himself, and Espers for a special project. Something for a certain American hero.
One that posed more of a threat than all aforementioned heroes combined. A hero that would be spoken of later…
But more than that, Izuka was here to decompress. She hadn't seen her mothers ghost, nor the ghost of her father, in quite some time. It worried her. Had she chosen the right path? Maybe they should have lost the fight in japan. Maybe she was just destined to fail. Part of her mind assailed her for being a villain, hating herself for not being the hero she dreamed, instead becoming one of the despicable villains she always feared.
Izuka exhaled as she pulled her hair back into a ponytail, and donned a simple black facemask. With a quiet whisper of movement, she leapt into the city.
There were many people out and about. Casinos and bars held a constant flux of customers. Minor heroes patrolled these areas, as it was where most petty thieves and pickpockets roamed.
Across the rooftops came the alarm of a Bank being robbed. Izuka ignored it and continued to leap onward, observing graffiti and artwork created by those with nothing but their own time.
Izuka landed on the corner of a rooftop, observing a younger individual working on a piece. Large letters that curled around each other, with vines, snakes, branches, and roots snaring out to twist into cracks on the wall.
"Don't act like you aren't there. I could sense you the moment you got into the city." The painter shouted up, causing Izuka's eyebrow to twitch in amusement.
"Who's acting? Perhaps you have noticed me, but that doesn't mean others have." Izuka replied.
The individual tossed an empty can of spraypaint away, before leaning down and pulling another from a backpack. "While that's a possibility, your expression of amusement tells me otherwise. If ya wanna observe, come down for a front row seat. Good to have company, and better when ya don't have to shout your conversation."
Izuka smirked and slid down off of the rooftop, coming to lean against the opposite wall of the alleyway.
"You enjoy making art like this?"
The individual snickered. "Only thing I've got. No job for someone like me."
"Is that so… You know, the heroes would say that being out begging is better than cluttering up the alleyways."
The individual gave a hearty laugh. "Yah, the city's clutter tellin' me not to clutter. Don't listen to fake heroes. Only the colors."
"The colors huh?"
The individual finished spraying another section of the wall and tossed the can away, before retrieving a cloth and using it to spread and smudge. Izuka caught a glimpse of their face as they turned.
Chocolate colored skin and stark white eyes with no pupil. Veins of black and purple crept up their cheeks.
"Ya just gonna stare at my face there girl? Yours doesn't look great either."
Izuka giggled a bit, causing the woman to smile. "That laughs a beautiful one… I can tell it doesn't grace the air often."
"Yeah well, everyone's got a story."
"Oh, and yours is a great one isn't it? Ruler of the powerless, queen of madness? Destined to rise from the depths of discrimination and change the world…"
"You know who I am." Izuka nodded.
"I don't. I don't know anybody, but the colors do. They whisper their knowledge to me, of what has been, what is, and what will be."
"Your quirk then?"
The painter shook their head and tossed their cloth to the side, before pulling off their hoodie and using that instead. Waves of multicolored curls flowed down their back in a beautiful display.
"Never had what they know as a quirk. Never had a power until the colors first spoke."
Izuka sat down. "And what are they saying now?"
"Ah, that you're a lost soul… You question whether or not you fight for the right thing…"
Izuka sighed. "Well, it seems the colors were spot on… Well, I guess what's your take on it? Do you think I'm right?"
The painter chuckled and turned around. "Girly, I used to think like you somewhat. I told you the truth when I said I don't have a quirk. A side effect of a hero fight caused me to be able to hear them and speak to them, to become them. And in return, they became me. I am all of the colors and paints in this city. I am the embodiment of that creativity, that expression… you are similar. You are all of the quirkless. All of those who hold hope for a brighter future. You caused that hope by being yourself… So do what your heart tells you."
Izuka blinked, absorbing what the painter had said. She smiled, a bit of light appearing in her eyes. "My dream… was always to become a hero. The smaller part of myself hates me for being a villain… But the thing is, I am a hero. To all the people that you said… I am a hero… A hero in my own way… no matter if that way might be paved in blood… it will bring about the change that people hope for…"
The painter smiled, showing off perfect teeth. "It seems that you have figured it out."
Izuka smiled. "Thank you… miss?"
"Iris. You may call me Iris."
"Thank you for your wisdom. I know now that my path is right."
Iris nodded. "Then what are you waiting for?" the woman faded into the wall and became a mural. The words "hop to it!" popped up and faded, before iris turned into colors and seeped away.
Izuka smiled, before jumping onto the rooftops and beginning her search for the pro hero, Esper.

Mei stood at her workspace, fiddling with spare bits for ochako's prosthetic. The young inventress had her eye on UA's power couple since Izuka revealed herself to them. She knew that they were two future heroes that Izuka wanted to keep.
The news that she needed a prosthetic surprised Mei. She wanted to know what was dangerous enough to mutilate the young woman's body. Ochako was no pushover, and a training accident like that would have been canceled by eraserhead, before being healed by recovery Girl.
The young inventress would figure that out later. As of now, she was working on adding in gadgets and helpful tools, while keeping the arm stable. The league had some samples of ochako's blood as well, for toga's use of course.
However, the blood gave way to some new discoveries. By going through several chemical tests and refining processes, harsume had activated the quirk factor in the blood and infused it into the alloy for the prosthetic. Hatsume had a theory that she needed the quirk factor for specifically. Ochako's quirk had evolved to have a gravity field that she could control. If not used properly, it could rip her prosthetic off and turn it into scrap, killing her in the process.
Hatsume was no idiot engineer, she was a support genius, the future face of Zeus labs. Her own corporation was already lifting off. And so she decided her solution, and thus, the blood alloy prosthetic.
Although she would need to reveal herself to test it, it would be worth it in the long run, so after putting the finishing touches on the item, she picked up her phone and dialed the number.
"Brrrrt… brrrt… brr-clk"
"Hello? This is the number for Zeus labs, correct?"
"Indeed it is ms Uraraka. Your prosthetic is completed, however, we will need to run some tests with you."
"Understood. Where can we meet?"
"Before you do, you must be informed of some things. My identity, well, that's mainly the only thing."
"Your identity huh? It is something I would like to know…"
"There are only a few people who know about Zeus labs officially ms Uraraka. Yes, we have created many support items for many many people, but there are only three outsiders who know our true identities. Nezu, power loader, and now, you."
"So you originally came from UA… look, I already had my suspicions. Mei, I know that it's you and the league. It won't change my mind. As long as you help me help others. So where would you like me to go?"
"There's a small house by Takobah municipal Beach. It overlooks the water and should be abandoned. It's where the league went after school to warp back to base. Be there at eleven pm, it'll be day time over here, and it will be harder to be caught over there."
"Understood. Thank you."
"Anything for a true hero."

Stella Strange sat on the couch in the Wilson Rodgers house. She hadn't found anyone to teach. Then again, she had assumed that the league held no affinity for magic.
A warp gate opened, and a white haired girl with a scarred face walked out. A single plain horn grew from the unmarred side of her face. She was dressed in a beautiful white dress with black denim.
Stella blinked at the arrival. She knew that Izuka had children, but had never met them. She hadn't even considered them…
Stella blinked again, and felt a shudder on her chest. The sorceress looked down and saw the eye of agamotto shuddering on her chest. The amulet slowly spiraled open, and time stopped.
But the girl continued to move.
Stella blinked, before standing up. Time resumed its natural course.
"Hello there. What is your name?"
Eri blinked and looked up at the sorcerer supreme. "Oh hi! You must be stella. I just came to get a snack. Papa Shiggy said I'd be meeting you eventually too…
Stella blinked. 'That's Izuka's friend. Tomura. The one in possession of all for one… did he use some sort of future seeing quirk?'
Stella shook the thoughts from her head, before taking a golden two fingered ring from her pocket and handing it to the girl. "Can you try this on for me?"
Eri blinked, before grasping the ring and slipping it on. "This feels weird… it's like half of brass knuckles.
Stella sweatdropped. 'This kid is a little odd to know about such things at a young age… then again, she is a villain so… I've seen stranger things.'
"Okay, You know who I am right? I can do magic things and make portals."
Eri nodded. "Yeah. I also heard momma talk about you looking for some kind of student. I hope you find them soon!"
Stella smiled. "Actually, I need to go talk to your momma. Can you try something for me?"
Eri nodded.
"Close your eyes and think of your momma. And then move the arm with your ring on it in a circle, over and over. Like this."
Stella demonstrated, and Eri blinked, before nodding. Stella watched as the girl closed her eyes and moved her hand. The sling ring began to spark. And a portal swirled into existence.
Eri opened her eyes and gasped, and the two walked through to see Izuka Midoriya, sitting on a rooftop in Los Angeles. A hero tied up at her feet.
"Izuka." The woman turned to look at the sorceress. "I think I've found a suitable student. And one that has already been there for you."
Izuka's eye widened as she looked at her daughter. She looked back at Stella before grabbing the hero she had captured.
"Get us back to the main base. And Stella." The sorceress shuddered as Izuka's single eye narrowed. "If this hurts my daughter, you and your mystic arts will be nothing but a fading memory."

A small light flickered in a cave a few miles into the forests of UA. Nezu looked up at a screen in his secret rooms wall and saw several heroes moving into the forest after him.
"You are smart." Nezu said, watching a man in a suit walk through the forest alongside the heroes. The rodent pulled a flashdrive from a computer before stuffing it into a bag, alongside several notebooks and other drives. As he closed the bag, a click sounded. Nezu opened it again and everything was gone.
"Best thing I've ever created." Nezu smiled, before reaching over to a drawer and pulling out a small taser. "Time to get back in business."
Nezu hit a button on a control panel, before running deeper into the cave, where a secret tunnel lay. An explosion sounded from above, and nezu scurried deep into the depths of the tunnel system. In one hour, he would be at the edge of Musutafu, and the entire system would be destroyed, leaving none the wiser as to where he had fled.
"The commissioner needs to hide as well, and Uraraka… this will be a civil war of great proportions…"

Alright. Again, a lot to cover. Sorry for taking so long for another chapter.
Personal update, chapters will be slow. I'll try to put them out whenever possible, and rest assured, they will be out.
I will continue to work on this project, just have to get ready to parent. Everything is A-okay, And with some perseverance, work, and a bit of good luck, everything will be okay for a while.
