So this one contains a shocking confrontation! Also, Marinette and Adrien are not actually dating. It seemed a few of you got that impression, but they've really only admitted they're interested in each other. Mari doesn't want to jump into the relationship so quickly considering how it appeared to be starting.=^-^=

Ch. 7 - Club Chat

Adrien couldn't say he was very big on the club scene. His experiences had all been pretty disappointing. People recognized him and treated him like a famous model. Girls would hit on him and get him a drink, or try to get him to buy them one or maybe find a private place to enjoy each other's company. No one was really themselves at these things, especially not him given his need to maintain a reputation. That last part not withstanding for this time, he still didn't expect much to be different. He was here for Nino, plus to see some of his old friends. "Yo, bro!" Nino called from the bar when the ravenette arrived. Aaron waved and weaved around a few people to make it to him. "My time slot is in about 15 minutes, prepare to be amazed, dude." He then turned to the handful of guys already there. "Also, these are some of my friends from college and Lycee. This is Kim, a total gym junkie." He pointed to a large Vietnamese young man in a soccer hoodie. "This is Nathaniel, a fellow artist though of the graphic variety." He gestured to a redhead with a sketchbook in hand. "And this guy over here is Benson and only came to revel when I blow it."

The brunette burst out laughing at the description. "Seriously, dude, that's the intro you give me?"

"What? It's true isn't it?"

Kim joined the laugh and shoved Benson. "That is what you said from the start, man. You can't blame him." Nathaniel looked amused by the scene but didn't say anything.

"So anyway, dudes. This is Aaron. He works at Tom and Sabine's bakery and also rents their guest room. If you want to place bets on how long it takes him to ask out Marinette, Alya is currently managing a pool."

"Nino!" Aaron scolded with a sudden blush. Though it was more out of embarrassment than denial. That really wasn't the best way of introducing him… though did that matter for Aaron? It always mattered for Adrien, but… "Now I'm going to find out whatever you bet and make sure it doesn't happen." He quickly countered and shoved his best friend.

"Whoa, dude, I got 40 euros riding on it, don't be like that!"

"That's a you problem." Aaron responded with a tone of uncaring.

"Man, I like this guy!" Kim stated as he shoved Nino playfully.

"He's better than you." Benson agreed grinning at the DJ.

"You seem a little quiet for a place like this." Aaron remarked to Nathanial while the other guys kept up a shoving match.

"It's not really my scene. My boyfriend Marc likes clubs, but he couldn't come tonight. I came to support Nino since he supports my comics, plus I don't always get a chance to come out with everyone since my publishing schedule is so tight."

"You write real comics?" He knew Nathanial did some amateur work in college but now he was professional?

"Yeah, though it's a pretty new series. Marc and I did a lot of work on a series with Ladybug and a few of our own characters that got us noticed by a publishing house. That work wasn't really what they were looking for, but they saw potential, and so… Me and Marc brainstormed and came up with a series called "Thief in a Thousand Words". It's um… Only a few issues in."

Aaron raised a brow. It wasn't a series he was familiar with, but he liked Nath's old work. "What's it about?"

"Well… There's this famous thief in Paris who could allegedly steal anything. Sometimes precious jewels, and art and other times random things with no value at all. No one knows why or how."

"So a typical phantom thief story?" Aaron cut in at the pause.

"Um… Well, no because the story is told from the thief's perspective, and the real mystery is an anonymous writer who is somehow able to reveal what he's stealing, where and when. The real mystery is who this person is, how they know all the details, and why they don't actually tell anyone. The writer will always publish anonymously what those details are and not always in obvious places. The very first place the thief saw his plans revealed was on a university bulletin board near where the theft took place."

"Wow, that does sound pretty cool. Most of the time the thief will leave a note and some detective is the main character to try and figure things out."

Nathaniel nodded. "Yeah, it was Marc's idea." He blushed.

"You gotta let me know where I can read it." Aaron pulled out his phone. "Mystery isn't really my thing, but I'd like to give yours a shot."

"Oh… Sure, I'll send you a link to the website. You can also pick up the printed comic at a few of the bigger named book stores in the city." He took the offered phone and put in his number. "Since you're staying with Marinette, you could probably borrow what she has. I know she has at least the first one since she came on the release day."

"Cool, I'll ask her when I get home." He still had plenty of free time due to the bakery being closed after all.

"Are you over there shamelessly plugging your comics at my big gig!?" Nino play scolded to the redhead as the other two chuckled behind him.

"I was feeling neglected so I decided to talk to the mature one of the group." Aaron countered which got a chuckle from the artist.

"Burn!" Benson shouted, before Kim shoved him.

"You do know he just called us all immature, right?"

Benson merely shrugged. "I fully accept myself and all my flaws."

"Whatever, dude." Nino rolled his eyes and checked the time. "Anyway, I need to get ready. Wish me luck, and if Benson tries to heckle me, please gag him." He instructed and disappeared into the crowd towards the stage.

Nino's act lasted just over 2 hours, and by the end of it Nathaniel looked exhausted, Benson was broke and Kim was vehemently denying that he was wasted. "I'm going to need so much Tylenol after this…" The artist groaned and rubbed his head.

"I'm sure Nino appreciates you staying for the whole thing though." Aaron consoled. Nathaniel gave a grimace and kept rubbing his head. "Anyway, I need to use the bathroom. Tell Nino if he gets here before I get back." Nath nodded since the other two were obviously not going to remember. Aaron took a good look and started towards the back near the stage entrance. He was pretty sure that's where he saw the bathrooms before. He was just about to go into the bathroom when he was grabbed from behind and into the stage stairs corridor. "Whoa! Hey-" He whirled around to be met with a very familiar pair of blue eyes and they pierced him like daggers. "Ch-chloe?"

She smirked. "Adrikins. I thought so."

Adrien internally panicked. "U-um no, m-my name's Aaron, not Adrien."

She scoffed at his denial and raised a brow. "If you were going to try and pretend you're someone else, then don't slip up from the start, Adrien."

"I'm not! I mean, who in Paris wouldn't know the face of the mayor's daughter?" He defended trying to get out of the potential end of his freedom.

Chloe merely rolled her eyes. "Once again, Adrikins, you've already slipped up, and I'm not as gullible as whoever else you've tricked with this story." She slammed a hand beside his head. "Now you either stop denying it or I'll post your picture online and ask everyone else in Paris if they recognize you too."

The ravenette's eyes widened at the threat. "I…" Chloe wasn't one to bluff like she used to. She was serious, and he knew her social media page was just about the worst place his picture could end up. His father would find him before the day was through. "O-okay, Chloe, you win… I'm begging you though, please don't tell my father."

The blonde looked at him curiously. "And why would I do that?"

"I'm begging you, Chloe, please." He held his hands together to emphasize his plight.

"No, Adrikins, why would I bother to tell your dad?"

The young man suddenly looked confused and scrutinized her very serious expression. "Um… Wait… You're not going to?"

"Wasn't planning on it." She reiterated with an eye roll.

"Oh…"

"Honestly, Adrien, I thought you knew me better than that? I know you well enough that I could recognize you in this backwater club with a costume change." She crossed her arms and looked insulted.

"I'm sorry, Chloe, you're right. I shouldn't have assumed you'd tell on me." He and Chloe grew up together after all, so of course she could recognize him better than everyone else. "And… I really do appreciate you not ratting me out…" He trailed off hoping that would sate her.

She looked at him harshly before letting out a sigh. "So you did run away?"

Adrien nodded. "I um… It was-"

"Probably your dad, right?" She waved it off. "Whatever, I know it had to be something major if you went through all this trouble. By the way, you look pretty good with black hair." She reached for his hair and rubbed a lock between her fingers.

"Thanks, Chloe." He gave her a smile after she retracted her hand.

She blushed in slight fluster. "Yeah, well I would have liked for you to have at least let me know something was wrong." She crossed her arms again. "But, I suppose I can forgive you… For old time's sake. Anyway… What are you doing now? Not like I really care or anything." She covered while looking at her nails.

Adrien knew that was an obvious cover, but that was just how Chloe was. "Well, I got a job, and a place to stay. I'm doing fine all things considered."

"Oh, Adrikins, mixing in as a common servant. I can't imagine how you do it."

Adrien chuckled at her remark. "I guess it isn't as easy or eye catching as being a model, but I'm doing alright."

"You're happy then?" She asked without looking at him.

"Yes, Chloe, I'm happy and doing things for myself."

She glanced at him and rubbed a rough edged nail. "Okay then…" She looked back away. "Just remember we're friends even if you decide to be some poor nobody. If you ever need anything-"

"Dude!" Nino interrupted as he came down the steps. Adrien noted his obviously worried look at how he was cornered by Chloe.

"Ugh, whatever." She huffed and moved to walk away.

He took her shoulder and gave her a soft smile. "Thanks, Chloe." He whispered just enough for her to hear. She hesitated a moment before pulling away and turning back out into the crowd.

"Dude, are you okay? I didn't think Chloe would be here of all places."

Adrien shrugged. "She recognized me easily."

"What?!"

"Don't worry, Nino, she won't give me away. I admit, I didn't give her the credit she deserved at first, but she knows my father more than most. I'm sure she understands."

Nino looked at his friend and then the crowd where the rich blonde disappeared. "I'll take your word for it, dude." Chloe was still hard to deal with in his experience, but she wasn't so quick to be terrible anymore now that he thought about it. Either that, or she just didn't care. "Anyway, dude, everyone still here?"

"They were when I left. I was just heading to the bathroom, but they're all where you left them." Aaron pointed and walked back to the hall with the restrooms.

Marinette set the cookies in each box carefully as they cooled. "You did an excellent job with this batch, Aaron." She complimented noting how they were all relatively close in size and shape.

"I suppose I had to get it eventually. Sixth time's the charm, right?" He joked as he enjoyed one of his earlier misshapen examples.

"Don't be like that, Aaron, most of them tasted great. That first batch was a little off, but I don't expect anyone to get it on their first try." She comforted as she took one of the messed up cookies for herself.

"What was it you said again? Something about chocolate chip being the easiest cookie to bake?"

Marinette rolled her eyes at his remark. "It is, and you did fine. Stop beating yourself up about it already." She had the previous two batches boxed up as well since those, while a little weird in shape, tasted just fine. "Now, remember, Alya will be by to pick them up as well as drop us off dinner." That was the deal anyway. Marinette provided a few dozen cookies for a picnic, and Alya gets them dinner courtesy of her mother's five star recipes.

"I got it, Marinette, now hurry up so you won't be late. You're meeting Jagged Stone's assistant, right?"

She nodded. "Yeah since Jagged is doing a fan event today she thought it would be the perfect time to pick up his jacket and surprise him with it later. He doesn't know it's ready yet."

Aaron looked excited. "It would be so cool to meet Jagged Stone in person like that." Not that he hadn't but it had been a long time and he was never really allowed to act like a fan before.

"It is cool. You know, maybe I can take you with me next time I see him? I'm sure he wouldn't mind."

"That sounds great! I can't wait." He beamed back while cleaning off the counter they had made cookies on.

She stacked the boxes and pat the top. "All done. I'm going to go up and get cleaned off. Please make sure the kitchen is cleaned before Alya gets here, okay?" She instructed after tossing her apron in the dirty bin.

"Sure, no problem, Marinette." Cleaning was one thing he could get right with one try anyway. He made sure the counter, the pans, and mixing equipment were spotless before tossing his own dirty apron aside. It had taken him a good 20 minutes and that probably meant Marinette had already left. "Hey, Plagg, want a bit of cheese? I saved you some from our cheese bread dough earlier." Marinette had started by showing how to make dough for cheese bread and then they made cookies.

"Do you even have to ask?" He zipped in like lightning at the mention of cheese. "Brie, not bad at all." He gobbled down the little pile of crumbles. "No camembert, but still tasty!"

Adrien chuckled at his kwami. "Well, I can't afford camembert all the time, but I also don't think you'd let me get away with wasting cheese."

"Don't even joke about such a savage act!" Plagg retorted looking incensed. "It would be a tragedy!"

"Yeah, sure. I'm glad you liked it-" The doorbell chimed which cut the man off. "Plagg?" The kwami was already gone as Adrien headed through the back door in order to get the apartment's door. "Hello? Oh, Alya. Come in." He greeted having been expecting her. What he wasn't expecting was she would have someone with her. "And?"

"Oh, this is Lila, a classmate."

"Hello." She smiled while looking him over. Adrien could feel her scrutinous gaze but kept it from showing on his face.

"And, Lila, this is Aaron. He works at this bakery."

It was a little shocking how quickly her interest dropped after that. That was something he'd never experienced before considering his previous description was as a famous, rich super model. Strangely enough… It was refreshing. "It's nice to meet you, Lila."

The Italian brushed aside her own disinterest with a forced smile. "Likewise, Aaron." She was about as he remembered. She was a cold opportunist who tried too hard to make 'friends' for lack of a nicer word. If there was anyone his father would be right to call a bad influence it was probably her. It was only too bad he still had to model with her even after he was taken out of public school. The irony.

"So today I bring a cheesy pasta dish!" Alya announced while setting the glass container on the counter. "Mari said you liked cheese, right?"

Aaron nodded. "I do, and the cookies are right over here."

"Did you make them?" The journalist inquired curiously.

"Yes, but she was watching me the whole time. I sort of insisted. Good practice, you know. Go ahead and test them. Only the first two batches were weird, but she wrapped them up for us to eat."

That showed Alya they would indeed be fine. Marinette wouldn't waste the calories on bad cookies. "Awesome, you help me, Lila?" She picked up two boxes and pointed to the other two.

"Sure, that's why I came." Lila smiled at her and Alya waved to Aaron.

"By the way, Nino's been so hyped since you both hung out. Thanks a lot for being his friend, Aaron." Alya had been so worried about Nino and Adrien. Seeing him so happy now was welcomed.

"Of course, he's a cool guy." Aaron waved as the girls moved along. He saw Lila rolled her eyes when Alya turned around. That single gesture showed she hadn't changed in the last few months.

"Take good care of Marinette!" She finished before Aaron shut the door and let out a breath.

"Marinette has a point about her… Comments." He chuckled with a blush.

Considering it was the middle of summer, the air was pretty cool around sunset. Aaron found it rather nice as he checked the road before crossing. He was on his way to meet up with Marinette who had a surprise for him. She didn't tell him anything about it, but mentioned he had to be at the Grand Paris Hotel by 6:30 sharp. "Maybe she got dinner?" He mused, but considering the hotel had a five star restaurant, she doubted it. The button up shirt with black pants he currently wore was the closest thing to formal wear he had at the moment.

"I hope there's cheese." Plagg added from his shirt pocket.

"One track mind…" Aaron muttered as he dashed across another relatively busy road. With the number of cars out he almost missed his bodyguard driving him around. It was nice, though, the hotel entrance didn't have so much traffic. The valet parking helped with that so he could walk right up, or at least he tried.

"Excuse me, sir, but can I help you?" A door man stopped him cold.

"Oh, yeah. I'm meeting someone inside."

The man looked him over skeptically. "Are you sure you have the correct venue, sir?"

"This is the Grand Paris Hotel, right?" Aaron asked already knowing for a fact it was.

"Indeed, but our establishment has certain… Standards of dress." He informed looking as though he was wasting his time.

"I understand that, but this was the best I had, and I was invited. My friend is probably already inside."

"Then perhaps you can notify them of your apparel shortfalls." The door man then turned to someone else approaching with a smile. "Welcome back, Ms. Bourgeois." The blonde was dressed like she'd just gone shopping and her butler was holding a dozen bags. She waved to him like she just wanted to get it out of the way and started through.

"H-ey… Chloe…" He tapered out at the end realizing he shouldn't be so familiar with her. It had an effect, however, and she stopped cold and turned to him. Her sunglasses made it hard to tell what she was thinking as she watched him.

"Excuse me, sir, but I request you leave. Should you return with more appropriate attire, I'll be more than happy to let you in." He requested of Aaron with only a slightly more polite tone.

"Let him in."

The doorman froze and turned back to the young heiress. "Ms. Bourgeois?"

She leaned her shades down. "Did I stutter? I said let him in."

"But, Ms. Bourgeois, his clothes are-"

Chloe snapped her fingers. "Sabrina!"

The red head appeared out of seemingly nowhere. "Yes, Chloe?" Chloe pointed at the doorman. "Oh, this is Hanz Reikman."

Chloe turned back to him with a smile that did not look nice. "Yes, Hanz, I'm only going to say this one time, so listen up. This guy right here, his name is Aaron. He's a guy I met recently and I like him. You will let him into the hotel whenever he pleases, and I don't care if he's dressed like he just rolled out of a trashcan. Is. That. Clear?" She emphasized at the end.

Hanz was sweating bullets like he was close to execution. "Y-yes, Ms. Bourgeois. It won't be a problem again." He bowed his head and allowed Aaron through. Chloe set her sunglasses back and started back into the building.

Aaron dashed up to her. "Thanks, Chloe." He called with a whisper as he passed her. She flashed him a small smile before heading for the elevator.

"Chloe, was that-"

"My friend Aaron, Sabrina. Don't get confused."

Sabrina raised a brow before nodding. "Of course, Chloe."

Aaron stood in the lobby and looked around. "Well… I've got a couple of minutes." He decided to text Marinette to let her know he was here. It had been some time since he'd been around a place this nice, but he certainly didn't miss it. The regal room was nice to look at but he could feel a cold emptiness and it made him think about his father.

"Aaron!"

He jumped out of his thoughts to a warm voice. "Marinette?"

She dashed to him. "I'm glad you're here a little early. Let's go before the crowd hits."

"Crowd?" He asked as she pulled him to the elevators.

"Yeah, the fans."

"Fans?"

The doors shut and she was smiling so excitedly. "Jagged Stone's fans, Aaron."

His eyes went wide. "Hold on… Are you bringing me to meet Jagged Stone?"

She nodded knowing he'd be excited. "I brought the jacket to Penny and she was blown away. When Jagged came up to his room for a break he saw it and went nuts. Anyway, Penny told me he wanted to pay me in person this time so… I asked if I could bring a friend."

"This is awesome, Marinette!" He pumped his fist. He could finally meet one of his favorite musicians without having to act so stuffy and reserved.

They got off on the third floor and Marinette directed them to a room. "Penny?" She called with a knock.

"Marinette, good. Jagged will be up soon." The woman then noticed the man. "And this is your friend Aaron?"

Marinette nodded. "Yup, he works for my parents and is a big Jagged fan."

"Well, any friend of Marinette is welcome. I'm sure Jagged will feel the same way." She beamed and let them in. "I also arranged for some room service. It's just a party platter so there will be lots of choices."

"Cheese!?" Marinette turned to Aaron at the odd voice.

"Sorry… I do like cheese…" He covered while patting his shirt pocket and pretending to clear his throat.

"More than likely there will be some kind of cheese." Penny informed as she took a seat on one of the couches. "Now, when you mentioned your friend, I wasn't sure if he planned to actually bring anything to get signed so I have a copy of his latest CD, and poster."

"Hold on… For free?" He asked as he looked at the merchandise.

Penny nodded and Marinette giggled. "Aaron's still trying to save money, so it's appreciated."

"I'm sure, but you know how Jagged is. He'd pull out something random to sign if I didn't prepare something." There was a slight commotion in the hallway which told Penny Jagged was here. "Oh, looks like he got through the mob in the lobby."

"Good thing I found you so fast, huh?" Marinette declared looking a little relieved.

"Yeah, thanks."

"Oh yeah! Rock and Roll!" Jagged announced as he busted through the door. One of the hotel security quickly closed the door behind once Fang was through. "Alright, where's my favorite designer!?" He looked around and spotted her on the couch. "Marinette!" He ran over and hugged her like she was his real niece. "The jacket you made is the most ripper yet! I could barely resist wearing it at my signing earlier."

"You're welcome, Jagged."

He let her go and moved over to sit by Penny and Fang hopped onto his lap. "Now then, this that friend Penny mentioned?" He asked pointing to the tall ravenette.

"Yes, this is Aaron."

"Hey, Aaron. You a fan?" Though it was not much of a question considering how Aaron looked.

The young man was gaping at him in amazement and started to shake before standing up. "Only the biggest! I used to have every one of your CDs and I can't even pick a favorite song. They're all so awesome!"

Jagged raised a brow. "Used to?" That made Aaron pause as he thought about the CD collection on the shelf in his old room. Jagged could see the worried expression on Marinette and decided to skip over the question. "Well, never too late to start a new collection." He reached for the CD Penny prepared on the table, and signed it smoothly with a practiced hand. "Here you go."

Aaron took it with a shaking hand and looked at it for a good long moment. "Wow…" Getting that CD felt so… odd. He'd already had this CD before, but getting it now just felt… Amazing! "Thank you so much!"

"Not a problem, Aaron. Any friend of Marinette, is more than welcome. Now then, before that food gets here, what say we get business out of the way?" He held out his hand and Penny placed a check in it. "I know we agreed on a price, Marinette, but I added a little extra."

"But Jagged I coul-"

He waved off her complaint. "You told me it would be done two days from now, remember? Think of it as an early delivery fee, eh?" He handed her the check and she looked down at it nervously.

"Th-thank you…." Though it was very obvious whatever number he put down made her nervous.

"Now, let's have a party!" He announced despite their only being four people in the room plus a crocodile.

The sun had completely set by the time the two of them left the hotel. After the food, Jagged roped them into some karaoke for his latest hits, which Aaron was not so excited for. The whole time was a blast though, and Aaron gave a contended sigh as he started walking back home with Marinette. "You sound happy. Was it as fun as you expected?" She asked glancing his way.

"It was awesome, Marinette. Even the singing." Though he looked embarrassed.

"Your singing wasn't that bad, Aaron." She tried to comfort with a wince.

"I'm not much of a singer, Marinette, and I already knew that so don't lie."

"Well… Maybe with some practice?"

He smiled and knocked her with his elbow. "Let me learn baking first, then maybe singing. I'm sure your dad will want me to do both at some point." He teased knowing her father would start singing when he was in the zone.

"Maybe." She giggled and knocked him back. "Regardless of your lack of singing talent though, I'm happy you enjoyed yourself. I remember how excited you were at the prospect of meeting him before."

"Thanks, Marinette." He took her hand as they walked and she impulsively blushed.

"It… It wasn't a problem, really."

"You also didn't have to invite me, so I'm just grateful you did." The last thing he wanted to do was take her kindness for granted. He didn't want her to feel like he used to. Just someone to benefit from without thinking about. A tool.

"Aaron?" She called noticing his sudden frown.

"Huh? Nothing, sorry. Something just… I was thinking about someone I used to know who took advantage of others. I don't want to be like that, so thank you, Marinette." He squeezed her hand.

"Oh… You're welcome…"

He glanced down at her with a warm smile. She really was just so nice. Her whole family was nice, and it was unreal. It was a little unfair he grew up in such a cold place, but… If he could've switched places with her he wouldn't. She deserved her family even if he didn't feel he deserved his father's harsh treatment. He would take it all again if it meant she could stay happy, and he was more grateful than he could ever express right now just being with her. "Marinette?" He called as they crossed the busy crosswalk.

"Yeah?" She turned to him and he could tell her face was redder with the street lights above.

"I… I…" He let out a sigh. "You're amazing, you know that?"

She blushed harder and turned away. "I'm not really, I just… I just do what I can."

"And that's all you need to do to be amazing." He complimented as he pulled her hand close. She glanced at him shyly and he reached his other hand to her cheek.

"A-aron…" She muttered as she saw him lean down.

"Mari…" He pulled her closer with a warm smile and she glanced away despite his soft hold on her chin. She could feel him getting closer and wasn't sure if she should do it or not. She wanted too, but was it too fast? She was so excited and nervous, and had no idea about what she should do! Her nerves were so worked up that when the car beside them suddenly cranked up and washed them in the headlights, she almost stumbled back. "Marinette!" Aaron caught her already having a hold on her arm.

"Th-thank you…" She glanced at the car in the park spot next to them. "Um… Let's hurry back." They had stopped just short of the side walk, and it would be rude to be standing in the driver's way.

"Oh… Right." He agreed with a blush and glanced to the driver they were blocking. He held her hand tight and led them off towards the bakery again.

Meanwhile, the driver they just happened to block watched them as they went. His large form looked to barely fit in the driver's seat, and his stoic expression would fool most into thinking he was a mean guy. His current surprise could even be misinterpreted, though he never minded other's opinions. He simply did his job the best he knew how. Speaking of his job, though, he instantly recognized the young man who just walked by him. He could never mistake him with how many years he faithfully guarded him. A ping distracted his thoughts. "Mr. Sinclair? Pull up the car." He heard Nathalie order and he pulled the short distance to the hotel.

He quickly noted Gabriel's scowl as he got in followed by Nathalie. "It's honestly ridiculous. If he knew the crowd of band chasing idiots would be at the hotel, then he should have changed the meeting location." He growled as Nathalie simply nodded along. The body guard let out a sigh and adjusted his mirrors with the slightest of smiles. At least Adrien was happy.

So Adrien is recognized by two people! We all knew his disguise wasn't perfect so no real surprise there. It was two people who really knew him well though so there's that. It also means if he ever came face to face with his father he'd be busted in a heart beat. Like I'd do that... Yet.=^-^=

This Chloe isn't as mature as I would generally portray her, but it felt right considering the circumstances. Its the character development she was robbed of in canon.=^-^=
