The Doctor laughed manically as hoards of Daleks and Cybermen were sucked into the Void like dust into a vacuum cleaner.

"In you go boys, back where you belong!"

Rose smiled at his delight, well, smiled as much as one could whilst their face was being pulled in all sorts of directions by a freaky, glowy, gateway to hell.

Then she thought of something, her face fell. Looking over to her companion, he was still grinning as madly as ever. Oh no.

"Doctor." The noise of the breach was near deafening.

"Doctor!" she cried a little louder.

"Yes Rose?" He yelled back.

"You know how the breach pulls in everything that's covered in Void stuff?"

"Yes Rose."

"And everything that's been through the Void is covered in it?"

"Yeah! Brilliant isn't it? Fantastic even. All the Cybermen, all the Daleks, sucked away to oblivion. And we just enjoy the ride!"

"Yeah, but Doctor…"

"Genius! Absolutely fantabulistic!

"Doctor!"

Looking slightly annoyed, he put a premature end to his self-congratulatory parade to pay attention to his forever-curious companion.

"What?"

"What about the TARDIS?"

His grin fell and his counter-argument was countered before he even had a chance to open his mouth, for just at that particular moment a blue police box shaped blur raced passed them, swirled before the breach and then disappeared.

Hardly seconds passed before the breach decided enough was enough and crumpled away until it left nothing but a smooth white wall in its place.

Everything was still. The two were left clinging limply from their respective magni-clamps.

"Bollocks."
