Train

The train kept on moving along the line and students stepped off whenever it was their stop. It had gotten to the point that only Goku and Ojiro were left on the train.

"So, I'm getting off at the next stop, you?" Ojiro asked to break the silence.

"Same." Goku remarked. "Did Ryukyu put in that offer for you? I realized I never heard who it was."

"No, it's actually a Retired Hero, Turtle Hermit." Ojiro smiled. "I did some research, and apparently his technique was unmatched when he was active. Back then they didn't really use tittles with their names, but 'Martial Artist Hero' would certainly have fit him."

"He's that good, huh." Goku smiled. "I think I remember him on my list. Still, I think going with Ryukyu was the right call."

Their conversation flowed rather well from there. The two 1-A students spoke about their various martial arts training and other such topics until the train came to a stop.

Streets

They stepped out of the train and looked at their phones. After having confirmed their choice, their respective Heroes should send them an email of their location and how to get there.

"Guess this is where we split up." Ojiro stated. "Though, my mentor hasn't sent me any directions yet."

"Well, those directions are meant to lead you from the station to their agency or place." Goku smiled. "If you don't have it now, you could accompany me to where I'd do mine. It'd beat staying around here after all."

"You got a point there." Ojiro smiled. "Alright, I'll just walk with you."

With that, they started to make their way through the city. A couple of interesting establishments caught their eyes. Eventually, the pair stopped before a large building with a sign containing a dragon's head with wings enveloping it as a symbol could be seen at the top.

The building itself was fifteen stories high, and some dragon-themed designs could be seen around the building making it clear who it belongs to. Both students now stood before Ryukyu's agency. At that moment, the one of them without an email got it.

"Oh, looks like my mentor sent…" Ojiro had opened the email and looked at the included directions which made him stop. "That's weird. It says I'm supposed to meet him here."

"Maybe Ryukyu knows Turtle Hermit." Goku voiced. "Honestly, I intended to look a little more into the Heroine but choosing her did take a considerable amount of time."

"Maybe." Ojiro voiced.

"At the very least, we could ask around." Goku shrugged. "I mean, it couldn't hurt, and at worst my mentor might have a way to contact yours."

"Considering this email does lead here, it only makes sense." Ojiro voiced.

Ryukyu Agency

Both entered the agency after showing their ID's to get past the guards without much complication. The building itself was bustling. There were some costumed sidekicks with a few finely dressed civilians in the mix.

Some were just relaxing and talking, others were rushing along with paperwork hands, and a few were moving with other purposes in mind. Both students made their way towards the receptionist counter where they could see a woman with horns on top of her hair typing away on a computer.

She perked up when hearing footsteps approaching the counter. "Hello, how can I help you two?"

"Hello ma'am." Ojiro nodded respectfully. "We're both from UA. My name is Mashairao Ojiro, and I received a message from Turtle Hermit which directed me here. My companion is Goku Shield whose here for his internship with Ryukyu."

"Ah." The woman widened her eyes at that. "You're the first-year students who are coming today. Two more of you showed up earlier."

She began typing on her computer which made her miss the curious and confused looks shared between the two students. "There's two more students?"

The woman then nodded with a confident smile once she was finished. "Just take the elevator over there to floor 13. It will bring you to Ryukyu's office and is the only office on that floor."

"Thanks." Goku voiced.

They both took the elevator to the thirteenth floor which was a long hallway that only led to a red double door at the end. The hallway itself looked rather fancy. There was a red carpet on the floor while the ceiling and walls were white. They approached the doors with Goku knocking.

"Come in!" A faint reply came.

Goku opened the door, and the pair entered a rather large room. This one also had red carpeting; however, the ceiling and walls were made of a dark wood. The lack of light this may cause was made up for with a large window that covered the whole back of the room.

In front of the window there was a large desk with a couple of papers on it. In front the desk there sat two couches which faced each other with a long coffee table in the middle. There also seemed to be a couple of doors at the side of the room leading into different areas.

The whole room seemed rather lavish and extravagant with all the expensive-looking furniture. Despite all the lavishness, the one thing that truly drew the pair's attention were the two 1-B students sitting on one of the couches. Sen Kaibara and Hiryu Rin.

"Wait, that's Goku Shield, right?" Hiryu asked shocked.

"It is." Sen nodded. "I'm a little surprised he'd have chosen Ryukyu."

"I decided it was my best option." Goku responded.

"Hold on, are you two here for Ryukyu or Turtle Hermit?" Ojiro asked.

"I got an offer from Ryukyu." Hiryu smiled. "One of a short list, and I figured she could show me something to help with my Quirk."

"I take it you are here for Turtle Hermit like me then, right?" Sen asked.

"That's right." Ojiro replied.

"Alright, this is great!" Goku exclaimed happily. "This means the both of us will be mentoring with fellow future Heroes, Ojiro."

"I'm glad to see you are the cheerful sort, Goku." A female voice spoke up drawing everyone's attention to the source.

It was Ryukyu who was sitting behind the desk as she looked towards the scene with some amusement.

"Sorry, Ryukyu." Hiryu bowed his head low. "Sen and I were just a bit surprised is all."

"It's fine." Ryukyu waved it off before looking to the Class 1-A students. "Welcome you two. All mentors were informed 1-B students may show up early, so we've merely been waiting for your arrival."

"So, you were expecting me." Ojiro commented. "Does that mean Turtle Hermit is here?"

"He is." Ryukyu assured. "Whenever Turtle Hermit decided to take on students for an internship, ever since he retired, it's common practice for him to use a former student's agency. He set it up years ago with us, and this time it was my chance to host him."

"I'm glad you agreed, Ryuko." An older voice stated, using the Hero's real name, as one of the doors opened.

A tall man in black martial artist attire entered the room. He also wore a large, purple turtle shell on his back and sunglasses over his eyes. He had a bald head with a full, white beard. He looked the part of having decades of experience with a nice balance of kindness to him.

"Given how large your agency is, it allows me the privilege to send out a few more offers." Turtle Hermit turned to the students. "Hello, my Hero name is Turtle Hermit, but you may call me Muten Roshi away from the public eye."

The four students greeted the Retired Hero before they were then all led into another room by both mentors. They learned that this and the floor above were basically Ryukyu's home. It was rather spacious. All four were led into a living room which allowed them to see the vast space.

In a corner they could see a rather large kitchen, and in the middle of the room was a large couch facing a television that was nailed to the wall. There were also a couple more pieces of furniture around the room with a couple more doors leading to other rooms.

There was a spiraling staircase in the corner of the room that led to the top level. Just like the office from before, there was a window that covered the whole side of the room which overlooked parts of the city. Hiryu, Ojiro, and Sen were shocked.

"Hmm, I think we can just rest for today and start your internships tomorrow." Ryukyu stated while observing the city, "Today is my rest day anyways. Provided no crisis crops up, I like to take a break from Hero work and let my sidekicks handle things.

"Is that really, okay?" Goku asked.

"It's how I trained her and every other student I've had." Roshi informed. "Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty. That's the Turtle Way. Provided you don't ignore someone who needs you, a day off does a body good in the long run."

"If you're worried about how it impacts my standing as a Hero, it's generally not looked down upon." Ryukyu added. "As long as you do your job, you can have a rest day whenever. Besides, I trust my sidekicks to be able to handle a single day."

Everyone nodded. "Whenever Roshi is around, we tend to work together as mentors, so all four of you will be staying here in guest rooms I've prepared. Goku, you and Sen will follow me to your room while Hiryu and Ojiro will follow Roshi to theirs."

The students nodded and followed who they were told to. Goku and Sen were soon walking through the door Ryukyu opened. The room itself was spacious even with two beds, two desks, and a bookshelf. The beds were reasonably sized, and there was a door that led to a washroom.

"This'll be your room." Ryukyu stated.

"Sorry if this sounds rude, but why do you have multiple guest rooms?" Sen asked.

"I took on a lot of interns back in my earlier years, so it became useful to have multiple rooms." She explained

"I see." Sen nodded in understanding.

At that moment, Goku's stomach growled making him chuckle. "Sorry if this sounds rude, but when's the next meal?"

"Firstly, you boys don't have to apologize for asking questions." Ryukyu giggled with a smile. "As for food, Goku, I was informed of the large appetite your Quirks give you and prepared accordingly. There's a number on the desks you can call to put in orders should you feel hungry. Beyond that, there will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well."

"Alright!" Goku cheered as he ran over to the desk and found the number

With Bakugo

Bakugo was sitting across from Best Jeanist with an apathetic look which caused the Number 4 Hero to analyze the young blond closely. "Well Bakugo, I'll admit that I decided to take you on for two reasons.

Your potential and your anger." Katsuki only grunted in acknowledgment. "So, imagine my surprise when you get here, and your first instinct isn't to shout up a storm. Tell me, was I mistaken in my judgment about you?"

If he were wrong, the man was more than ready to apologize.

"You're not wrong." Katsuki looked down at that. "Truth is, I am still a real piece of work, but Goku beating my ass at least made me realize that. While I still want to feel like me, I don't want to be like I was."

Best Jeanist raised an eyebrow at that. "One definitive loss was all it took for you to realize that?"

"'Course not." Bakugo scoffed. "Goku was the final straw that let my time at U.A. finally sink in."

Best Jeanist nodded. "Then, I guess my interference wasn't needed."

"So, you got nothing to teach me then?" Bakugo asked confused and angry.

"Of course not." Best Jeanist scoffed. "As I said, you have amazing potential, Bakugo. Your Quirk is rather simple and straightforward. That's always best. I can help you hone and improve it. All you need to do is do as I ask. Can you do that?"

Bakugo gave a savage grin at that. "If it means becoming a stronger Hero, bring it on!"

Best Jeanist smiled as he heard that. "Excellent."

Nighteye Agency

Momo walked inside the building and found it relatively normal compared to what she heard about other Hero Agencies. Since she didn't immediately see anyone to direct her to Nighteye, Momo walked deeper into the building.

She began to take more note of her surroundings. There were an excessive number of windows on the front side of the building, a potted plant near the entrance, a spiral staircase in the middle of the room, and a door leading to what was probably a back room.

Considering she didn't want to go barging into a room, Momo took the stairs up. The second floor was much like the first save their being furniture. The third was the exact same, but there was a coffee machine on a table nearby.

The machine had a roughly three fourths full coffee pot with steam wafting off it, so Momo knew somebody was here. It was enough to make the girl think she'd missed something, yet she decided to go up one more floor. On the fourth floor, she finally saw somebody.

It was a person with a giant centipede head yet a regular body which wore a business suit. Considering she attended class with Fumikage, as well as her knowledge on Quirks, it wasn't all that alarming. Currently, the guy was going through some documents.

"Excuse me, sir." Momo voiced.

The centipede headed man looked up from the documents and spoke up in a bizarrely high-pitched voice. "Can I help you, young lady?"

"I'm looking for a Sir Nighteye." Momo replied. "I was told this was his Agency, and I'm here for the internship."

"Ah, you're the student Sir put out an offer for." The man nodded. "Sir should be in his office. Take the stairwell you came from up one more floor, go to the second to last hall on the left side, and you'll find his office down that hallway."

"Thank you." Momo stated before bowing her head respectfully.

She walked up to the fifth floor and noted the large number of hallways on both sides. The guy said it was the second to last hall on the left, so she turned left before walking down the hall. Momo passed a vending machine at the end of the hallway as well as a bench.

As she was halfway down the hall, another person turned the corner and noticed her. "Huh? Who are you?"

This one certainly looked more like a Hero with the way she was dressed. This Heroine looked a lot like Mina except she was blue.

"I'm Momo Yaoyorozu." Momo nodded. "I'm here for the internship with Sir Nighteye."

"Oh, you're the intern." The girl mentioned. "Do you know where you need to go?"

"Yeah, a centipede headed person told me that his office is on the second to last hallway on this side." She answered.

"Ah, you saw Centipeder." She noted. "Could you tell me where he is? I need to get some documents from him."

"He's one floor down in the room you walk into from the staircase." Momo replied.

"Thank you, Momo. Oh, before I forget, I'm Bubble Girl." The Heroine informed her. "I'm one of Nighteye's sidekicks along with Centipeder."

"It's nice to meet you Bubble Girl." Momo retorted before offering a handshake.

"Likewise." She took her hand. "I hope Sir takes a liking to you."

Bubble Girl then walked off leaving Momo with the assurance that her first impression was really going to matter. She finally made it to the second to last hall and turned the corner. A single door was down that hall. The class deputy took a deep breath before walking up to it.

Nighteye's Office

About 30 seconds before Momo reached his room, Sir Nighteye was finishing rewatching the First-Year's Sports Festival. The first time he had watched it was when it was live since he had three reasons to do so. The first was to observe the next successor.

In his opinion, there were still better choices. The second was to observe Goku Shield as no other person in existence caused his Quirk to show two possible futures. Two conflicting outcomes concerning All Might.

Considering whatever his Quirk showed him came true, such a divergence warranted pursuing to understand. He'd have rather gotten Goku here, but the vision showed that wasn't to be. He'd have to settle for Momo Yaoyorozu even if he didn't understand why.

Honestly, he'd have rather gotten Goku Shield since he was physically capable, certainly talented, rather creative, and seemed to understand what being a Hero meant. He reminded Nighteye of a younger All Might and would make a better wielder of One for All in his opinion.

Compared to him, Momo was quiet lacking; however, that hadn't been what almost deterred him from putting in his offer. It was more her personality. She rarely smiled or laughed. Rarely seemed to have any fun. He chalked those instances where she did to Goku over her.

Suddenly, the door to his office had open and Momo walked into the room. "Sir Nighteye, I believe, I'm here for my internship."

"So, you are Momo Yaoyorozu?" Nighteye voiced.

Momo nodded reservedly. "Yes sir."

"Then, take a seat." Nighteye pointed at a chair in front of his desk.

Momo closed the door behind her and walked over to the seat. As she made her way over, the deputy noticed how All Might was everywhere which made sense considering Nighteye had such a reverence for the man.

Once Momo took a seat, Sir spoke up. "So, why did you choose to intern with me?"

"I felt you were the best pick to learn how to be the Hero I want to be." Momo voiced.

"What kind of Hero would that be?" Sir slouched forward intently.

"I wish to be multipurpose." Momo answered. "Rescue, combat, support, and so on."

"You want me to teach you how to be a Multipurpose Hero yet am important factor to being a Hero isn't even part of your definition of the word." Sir stated firmly.

"I'm not following." Momo stated confused before catching herself. "Though, I'm still a student. Even though I got into the program on recommendation, I've come to learn there is much I don't know."

"I find it hard to believe you are a recommendation student when the important factor I mentioned should be basic knowledge." The Pro retorted.

Momo was just barely keeping it together. She's never been backed into a corner this badly from someone's words alone. Honestly, she could tell by his gaze alone that she wasn't making the greatest impression. Just then, the door to the office opened.

"Heyo, Sir." A cheery voice called out drawing Momo's attention as a blond-haired student from U.A. entered the room. "Sorry I'm late. I spilled a drink on my hero costume, so… Oh!" He smiled at her. "This must be the student you picked to intern here."

"Firstly, you forgot to knock Lemillion." Nighteye stated.

"Oh, right." The third year looked apologetic. "Sorry about that."

"Secondly, this is the intern I choose." Nighteye informed. "Momo, this is Mirio Togata, but he's also known as Lemillion. He's a third year at U.A. who does his work study under my agency."

"So, he's a step above internship." Momo reasoned.

"Back to the matter at hand." Sir once again got their attention. "Momo, what exactly are you expecting me to teach you while you're here?"

"I'm hoping you can teach me anything you think I need to improve on." Momo replied. "I thought I was ready for the Hero track, but I've come to realize being a recommendation student only means I got into the school. It doesn't mean I'm any better than my peers."

"Descriptive, but in the wrong way." Nighteye stated. "Tell me, in what ways do you think you need to improve?"

"I think combat for one.." Momo informed.

Sir adjusted his glasses. "We're going to the first floor to have you change into your Hero uniform. After that, I'm going to see what I need to teach you."

"Uh, yes sir!" Momo responded quickly as she followed Nighteye out of his office.

"Mirio, you'll come with." The Pro added.

"Yes Sir!" Togata energetically declared as he followed the two.

As the three of them went down the stairs, Nighteye had noticed his two other sidekicks and signaled them to follow him to the first floor. Once they got there, Sir let Momo in the back room which turned out to be an entrance to two locker rooms.

Once Momo got suited up in her gear, she followed the group back up the stairs to the second floor. The five of them entered that back room to see that it was completely empty. Momo was wondering what this place was, but she soon got her answer.

"So, what are we going to be doing in this training room today?" Bubble Girl asked.

Nighteye looked at Momo. "Since our temporary addition is uncertain in what her strengths and weaknesses truly are, we're going to let her actions show us." He once again adjusted his glasses and got in Momo's face.

"You're going to be put through four different assessment tests that will cover the four fundamentals which make a true Hero. Depending on how well or horrible you do on these tests will determine what you'll be learning throughout the week. Understand?"

"Yes sir." Momo was a bit nervous. "I understand."

Nighteye got out of Momo's face and looked at the others. "The first test will be timed single combat against a gauntlet of enemies. Go stand on the far side of the room and wait."

"Got it." Momo complied and ran over to the other side of the room.

"Your first opponent will be Bubble Girl." Sir signaled her to walk forward and face down Momo. "The fight will start immediately."

Bubble Girl didn't waste any time and ran forward while activating her Quirk. Bubbles came out of her arms and legs letting, and she let them trail behind her as she went for her target. Momo was a bit startled that the fight was starting, but she managed to create a staff and shield.

That was all she could do as Bubble Girl was right in front of the girl slamming her fist into her gut. Momo stumbled back before she was grabbed and thrown into the bubbles. They popped as Momo fell through them. Each one popped in her eyes and bombarded her with sweet scents.

The overwhelming of her sense of smell and lack of eye sight was a detriment since Bubble Girl did not let up on the attack. Even though Momo attempted to defend herself, she was horribly outmatched. Yaoyorozu could eventually open her eyes only to be kicked to the ground.

"Unacceptable." Nighteye judged as Momo slowly rose back to her feet. "Go back to where you were and wait."

Momo knew she didn't stand much of a chance against sidekicks, but she was ashamed she couldn't have at least fared a little better. Clearly Nighteye shared that sentiment since he deemed her efforts unacceptable.

"Up next is Centipeder, and the fight will start when he says it does." Sir declared.

After about ten seconds of preparation, the sidekick said, "Begin."

Momo had picked up her shield and staff while getting ready to create something else. She now charged Centipeder who surprised her by revealing his arms to also be extendable centipede limbs. Both arms were circling around Momo and closing in fast.

She dropped a flashbang grenade and managed to avert her eyes before it went off momentarily blinding her opponent. She then charged her blinded opponent and slammed her shield into his gut sending him reeling. She followed it up before hitting him with her staff.

Her opponent managed to stay standing and had recovered his eyesight before wrapping one of his arms around Momo pulling the girl in before throwing her into a wall. She slid down to the ground groaning.

"That was better, but still not good enough." Sir stated critically. "You should already know what to do."

Momo got up and went back to the spot she started at once more waiting for her next challenger. She didn't care how many times her opponent beat her down, she was determined to see this test to its conclusion. She expected to face the Hero but was surprised at what came next.

"Lemillion." Sir started. "You're up."

"On it." Mirio walked forward and got into position

"Wait, I'm fighting you next?" Momo wondered. "I thought you wouldn't be fighting at all, or at least would have gone first."

"Most people would think that." Togata admitted.

"Start." Sir announced.

Momo charged Mirio only for his clothes to fall off. While that may dissuade most people, Momo didn't care about her own clothes most of the time, so why should she care about this? She tried to shield bash him, but her shield passed through along with her which did shock her.

"His Quirk must allow anything to pass through him." Momo looked at the weapons in her hands. "What do I…"

"You shouldn't take your eyes off your opponent." Mirio's voice rang out from behind her.

Momo turned around in shock as Mirio had come up from the ground. "I should have assumed he could phase through stuff as well."

He slammed his arm into Momo's gut with such force that she was knocked back into the wall. "POWWWEEERRR!"

"Alright, I've seen enough." Nighteye voiced.

Mirio walked over and held out his hand to the downed student. "Here, let me help you up."

Momo accepted the hand looking truly ashamed in her performance. "Thanks."

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'd have lasted longer if I didn't have ample opportunity to see how you fight." Mirio assured.

"Maybe." Momo stated.

After the group left the room, Nighteye spoke up still looking as cold as ever. "Your combat skills do in fact need work as they are amateur at best, and you're far too rigid with such a versatile Quirk. Now, let's move onto the second assessment test

"Yes sir." Momo responded

After about 20 minutes of preparation, Nighteye had 4 ballistic dummies laid on the ground in front of the intern. "Many Heroes assume Rescue is knowing how to get someone out of danger and acting on it. That is only half the equation which I believe you must work on.

The half I will be testing you on now is how to treat anyone who gets wounded from the action. Most of the time, you'll have seconds, maybe a minute at most, to do it before you have to get back into the fray to rescue others."

Momo had understood the logic. "Got it, Sir."

"Then, let's get started." The Pro ordered. "The first dummy has gone into cardiac arrest, and you have no tools to help them. Do what you can in the next minute."

Momo systematically ran through what she learned on CPR. She placed one hand on the center of the dummy's chest and placed the other on top interlocking the two together with her fingers. She pressed down just hard enough to compress the chest for half a second. She continued to press the chest at that speed repeatedly.

"Times up." Nighteye then pointed to the next dummy. "The second dummy got hit in the head by falling debris. You only have twenty seconds to treat it with a water bottle and a rag."

Momo managed to quickly wet the rag and used it to clean off the fake blood for the first ten seconds. She then used the rest of the water to wet the rag before wringing it out. In the last few seconds, she gently applied the rag to the wound.

Sir then pointed to the next dummy. "The third dummy sustained major burns from a fire, and you only have what's on you to treat them for the next thirty seconds."

Momo quickly grabbed her book and flipped to correct page where she found the two items she needed. After getting down what made them, she created a small bottle of burn ointment and pain reliever. All of this took 15 seconds. With the next 15 she gave the dummy the medicine and applied lotion where she assumed the worst burns would be.

Sir went to the last one. "The final dummy suffered a broken bone in the forearm, and you only have a small roll of tape to work with. Figure something out in forty-five seconds."

Momo took the tape and looked at the broken arm. Nothing was sticking out, so she just needed to keep it from moving. She cut some of the tape into pieces before wrapping a long strap of tape around the wrist and over the far shoulder.

She then did the same thing again from the elbow to the far shoulder, and once more from the elbow to the other shoulder. She used the rest of the tape to cover what she could creating a makeshift sling in the time she had.

Nighteye inspected each of the dummies while telling Momo how she did. "With the first dummy, you correctly applied CPR and avoided the mistake most would by simply compressing the chest by two to three inches which gave this one a chance to live.

Cleaning the blood off the head of the second dummy was smart since it allowed you to see how big the wound was. Then, wringing the rag and applying it to the wound was smart since every second or minute bought could mean the difference between life and death.

With the third dummy, you were savvy enough to use your Quirk helping better than many Heroes could. Making a sling for the last dummy was a good idea especially in the short amount of time you had. Each solution gives the person a chance, and that's all we can do sometimes."

Momo was relieved she seemed to have passed this part of Hero work.

"You can clearly tend to wounds; however, pulling people out of danger sometimes requires immediate action." Nighteye summed up. "From what I've seen, you've shown to lack in that. Now, that I know what you need to work on in rescue, we'll move to the third assessment."

"Understood." Momo replied.

The five of them cleaned up the area before leaving to go to another room. Nighteye instructed Momo to wait outside while the four of them prepared the third assessment.

After about another 30 minutes, Sir and the others came out. "You can enter the room now."

Momo did as she was told and walked into the room. It looked like a normal office with a desk and chair, bookshelves, potted plants, a rug, and a few posters hung on the wall. Pretty normal office stuff except for a single camera on the ceiling in the far corner of the room.

"Alright, what's the assessment?" Momo asked.

Bubble Girl, Centipeder and Mirio exited the room while Sir held up a dark brown key in his hand. "It's simple. Once I leave, I'm going to lock the door behind me and test your deductive skills by having you look for the spare key in this room.

You have a time limit of one hour, and before you try to unlock the door in any other way, the camera in this room is connected to a security system that I can view on my phone. I will be using it to monitor you."

"I see." Momo reasoned. "It's a reasonable test since not every enemy has a Quirk that makes them physically powerful. There are Quirks that make a person's intellect exceed that of a normal person, and in some cases even higher than that.

There are also Villains that successfully escape a crime scene yet fail to cover their tracks. While you can sometimes run into said foe again by coincidence, that hardly happens, and the best Pros seem to tie up all loose ends. At least as many as they can."

"This might be an area you truly succeed in." Nighteye reasoned as cold as ever. "Some Pro Heroes can conduct investigations, and in almost every case, said Hero will undoubtedly find an object of interest. I can't create a fake crime scene that can be solved in an hour.

So, a simple scavenger hunt for a spare key to get out of a room you're locked in will suffice." He then turned around and walked out of the room. "And one last thing. Don't break anything here or make a mess either."

He closed the door and Momo heard it lock. Class 1-A's deputy knew the first thing to look for was what was on the surface. Where was somewhere obvious since people tended to assume everything was hidden. Essentially, where would be the first place to look.

Upon spending the first five minutes carefully scanning the room, something caught her attention. She walked over to the corner of the room where the ceiling camera was and knelt. There, almost unseen among the slightly lighter colored floor, was the key

Momo took the key and used it to unlock the door before joining Nighteye in the hall. "Just as I assumed. Deductive reasoning is something you don't need to work on. This brings us to the final assessment which will show me whether you are worth putting any effort into teaching in the future. It is the most important aspect of being a Hero."

He adjusted his glasses and looked directly into Momo's. "Heroes need to be beacons of positivity that shine their positive energy onto those who look up to them. They must be a light that shines hope and happiness into the hearts of the innocent.

So, for your last assessment, you need to prove to me that you can be a Hero like that. Make me smile or laugh during the time we have together. If you do, I will guarantee that you will learn how to be one of the best Heroes."

Momo took a few seconds to make sure she heard that correctly. "So, the final assessment is that you want me to make you smile or laugh to show that I can be a positive Hero?" After Sir nodded, she looked at him. "What if I fail?"

"Then, this internship is all I will ever have offered you." Nighteye stated. "Whatever my teachings come to mean to you is what you will lose."

I know in Canon Dragon Ball Roshi was a pervert, but that is a byproduct of the times in which those series came out. Even Super worked that side out of him before the Tournament of Power. Given we have Endeavor, don't get me wrong because I love his arc, and Midnight to represent certain things within Hero society, I just decided to focus on the older mentor side of him. Next chapter, out of all the training from the Turtle School, I thought to include milk deliveries

It, along with the Turtle Shells, were something I remembered right away. I know there are other aspects to the training, and I have seen them. I just choose not to implement them because secluding four kids on an island does nothing to teach them about the Hero society, they are supposed to be part off. That's just training alone and not the point of the Internship. Yes, I know certain Heroes didn't seem to teach their interns something valuable in canon.

In the end, we're not talking about them. We're talking about Roshi who a is Retired Hero here. Given his dedication to training in canon, it only makes sense he would be dedicated to Hero work in the same vein meaning he would want the kids to experiance Hero work rather than just telling them as they are trainning on some island. When it comes to Momo, I don't think she would immediately get Nighteye wants to hear about the smile and laughter factor he considers important.

As for everyone else, only Bakugo's internship bears mentioning. Goku influencing Momo to consider her offers, or having offers in the first place, does not change Kendo's choice. I suppose I could have shown who Yamcha chose, but to be fair to canon, most of 1-A wasn't shown. If you look back, Kendo and Tetsutetsu actually got screen time over quite a few 1-A character that could have gotten it.

Monster King:Thanks

tommy tennyson: Sorry, considering the number of characters I can use, an OC in this story isn't really needed. If it ever is, it'd likely be for the movie plots, but I'd let everyone know about it then.

Sosuke Aizen - ' - S:I will certainly try.

ArguableReader (Ch.14): Ryukyu doesn't strike me as the type to be conceded about it considering dragon related things aren't just hers to utilize. As for GT's ofically meaning, I knew what it was, but almost everyone jokes it means Goku Time. As for your suggestion, I'll do it if the explanation thing doesn't pan out. Thank you for it.

ArguableReader (Ch.15): Those are some creative tittle and names.

Rankin de Merthyr (Ch.1): That was more of a rough draft thing which always ends up changing as I write. Anyways, I corrected it and witched the name to Katsuki's.

Guest(Ch. 10): Firstly, everyone is free to interrupt events how they want and even what I'm about to say here won't make how you interrupted this any less valid. How I thought of it while writing it out is that Goku latched onto the metal as it flew over head to take a definitive lead over Katsuki and Shoto. Then, they picked up the pace, so he let Izuku just take first in favor of landing a solid hit on both of them.

Goku's mainly been competing with Shoto the entire race and Bakugo came in resulting in the three of them fighting each other. Essentially, in the moment, Goku decided in his eyes to finish the fight with them before pressing onto the end. Again, your right to view this however you want. Maybe there are people who see it that way, but I think a majority of them do see that Izuku still got that win.
