This is the next part of the story, I hope you enjoy it and I'm sorry for any Grammer or Spelling mistakes you may come across.
Sadness, worry, anxiousness and many more feelings were on high display once everyone in their little family had been brought up to date on their missing friend and family member. The children cried respectfully into their parent's arms begging for Buck to be safe and brought back to them soon.
As the children began calming down it was decided that everyone would be staying close together for comfort and reassurance, Bobby agreed to order food for once as usually he would have gone off on a cooking spree, cooking and backing everything he knew.
"Eddie" a woman's voice said as she walked up to him in the garden noticing how stiff and tense he was as he slowly turned red puffy eyes onto her.
"Hey Maddie, sorry I'll be in shortly" Eddie said as he moved to turn away from her but was stopped by a hand on his shoulder.
"Eddie, I know about you and Buck, he was so excited telling me about how the both of you asked each other out and how you both burst into laughter afterwards" Maddie began as she looked at Eddie to let him know she was happy with his relationship with her brother, she then looked out over the rest of the garden before continuing what she was saying.
"We're going to find him Eddie, we're going to find him and bring him home…" Maddie once again cast her eyes to Eddie before saying "We're going to bring him home to you and Christopher".
At this Eddie began to smile, not fully like he would have done if Buck was here but enough to let Maddie know that he was alright with this plan. He slowly moved into her embrace and cried for a short while before being interrupted by the sound of Athena.
"Guys, foods here, come on" Athena said before making her way back inside and helping to serve up the food onto plates before encouraging the children to sit at the table to eat while the adults mingled together in the lounge area.
Worries about Buck never forgotten as it's pushed to the back of minds to ensure they stay focused on the children around them who need them to stay strong until clues and information could be found on where Buck is and who took him.
With Buck
"GET UP!" was yelled with such a harsh voice that I quickly flinched away from it before a hand came down and grabbed my arm hoisting me up with no more warnings. "I said get up" the man roughly shoved me in one direction obviously wanting me to go that way.
My body was in so much pain that I was struggling just to stay standing as he roughly took my arm once again and forced me through three different doors and two different stair wells not entirely sure if we were going up or down.
"Where are we going?" I whispered hoping it was heard as in my ears it only seemed like I was thinking these words.
"Somewhere, were there are competent people who know what I ask them to do should be done." The harsh voice replied before gripping my arm tighter and making me shiver in slight apprehension as well as making me walk faster.
As we progressed through many other hallways and stairwells, I began to remember some of if not all of the pain I was in such as my leg which was screaming in agony from all the strain it had been forced to take as we moved so fast through the different hallways leading to more stairwells.
"Just let me go Chase, there's no one here who would be able to save me" I begged hoping he would just leave me so I could hopefully find my way to a phone to call for help, but this was not to be as it only resulted in more pain as I came face to face with more cold grey coloured flooring, this one not spotted with blood or other things.
"SHUT UP THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU, IF YOU HAD ONLY TOOK THAT SETTLEMENT AND THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE!" the harsh voice of Chase Mackey said after he shoved me down a small flight of stairs before making his way down to be at my level. "You're going to die for not taking that settlement Buck and you're going to regret ever meeting me" was said in such a sinister way that it brought fear to my heart as I lay on the floor gasping for breath knowing that I was either going to die soon at his hands or die alone somewhere where Chase will take me.
Once again, I was dragged up this time by my hair and made to crawl or be dragged across the floor and outside to his car where the boot was open obviously ready to receive its next object to be contained inside.
As I lay zip-tied in the boot of this crazy man's car I knew one thing, I never got to say goodbye to anyone I love. As tears slowly fell down my cheeks, I began mentally asking any god or deity to make sure my family was safe and that they do not morn for me if I should not make it. This lasted all of a few minutes before a loud rumbling sound was heard and the next moment, I knew was darkness creeping in around me after banging my head on the inside of the trunk.
With everyone back at the Grant-Nash house
As night was slowly drawing in the children's energy had begun to flag, they had been kept amused after coming home only to find out about Buck was missing, which caused all of them to cry out for their friend, brother, uncle and for one particular boy their father figure. As one by one the children were put to bed the adults soon began discussing what had been found in Bucks apartment, and how they could help with the case.
"As far as we're aware nothing of importance has been taken but it may be better if one of you comes with me tomorrow to have a look around" Athena said as she cuddled up to her husband's side on one of the couches in the lounge.
"I'll go, me and Chris often spend time over there" Eddie said not even looking up at his friends knowing the sorrow and pitying looks he would be receiving.
"Eddie, I think it's time you admit to yourself that we all know about yours and Bucks relationship, it's been steadily growing and were all happy for you, the both of you" Chimney said as he gently placed a brotherly hand on Eddie's shoulder and gently squeezed it in acceptance and reassurance.
"Yeah Eddie, you and Buck have always made a great team, just taking it a bit further is nothing to be shamed about, just be happy, besides me and Karen are behind you all the way" Hen said as she held her wife in her arms who was holding the baby monitor in her hands waiting for one of the children to wake up needing some cuddle time.
"Were all happy for you Eddie, and we'll find Buck and tell him the exact same thing, you just need to stay focused on Christopher for now and when we find and bring Buck home, me and Athena will have Chris while you care for Buck" Bobby said as he looked at the Texas man know he needed all of this reassurance.
"I…I… erm…I don't actually know what to say other than Thank you!" Eddie said as he wiped the tears he finally knew were flowing freely down his cheeks, before everyone stood up and gather each other into a group hug where they made promises to not let Buck out of their sights again once he was home.
