Two Against Two Bonus:State v. Lime and Merchants

On February 22, 1991, trial was held in department 88, Circuit Court of the State of Illinois, for the County of Cook. The Honorable Harlan Chambers presided over the courts proceedings.

The suspects Harold Lime and Marvin Merchants were both found guilty on multiple counts of Burglary in the first degree. Burglary in the first degree is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison, for not more than 15 years.

Harold Lime and Marvin Merchants were both found guilty for illegal possession of firearms. Illegal possession of firearms is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 4 years, a fine of up to $15,000 dollars, or both.

Marvin Merchants was found guilty on the multiple counts of criminal damage to property in excess of $10,000 dollars. Criminal Damage to property is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 5 years, a fine of up to $25,000 dollars, or both

Harold Lime was found guilty for impersonating a police officer. Impersonating a police officer is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 3 years.

Harold Lime and Marvin Merchants are currently serving their terms in the Statesville State Prison, Crest Hill Illinois.
