Chapter 24: Finding the Collector
The rebellion knew that their mission wasn't complete yet. They also knew they needed help to solve this problem. Belos mentioned something about the collector which confused Eda. "The collector," questioned Eda. "Wasn't he the one Luz was trying to seek help with her portal door?"
"She was creating a portal door before the one she has now," answered Belos with a question.
"Yes," answered Eda. "Now what about this collector that could help us?"
"They supposedly have a solution to everything," answered Belos. "They are like a god with magic more powerful then anyone including the titan when they were alive." Both Eda and Belos decided to stop talking and let others ask questions.
"Where is this collector figure," questioned Willow.
"Yeah," said King. "I want to know."
"He is trapped in another realm," answered Belos. "But not in the human realm or this realm. A realm that's in between them." Both Willow and Gus exchanged looks and thought it was now more complicated now then it was before.
"Where do we enter this realm," questioned Gus."
"There is an object that is able to communicate with him," answered Belos. "But only I know how to free him. Yes, we would have to free him to help us." The rebellion decided to prepare for the trip. They then realized that they had no idea were to go.
"Um, quick question," said Eda. "Where do we go to get this object?"
"It's in the castle," answered Belos. "I know where it is." Eda knew it was the castle of course.
"How many times are we gonna have to go to the castle in this story," questioned Eda. No one answered because it was rhetorical. They began their journey to the castle yet again.
Meanwhile, Luz was with Amity in the human realm. "Now Amity," said Luz. "It appears we are evenly matched with the rebellion. How can we get the upper hand?"
"Maybe we try a sneak attack," answered Amity. "And when we capture them, you drain their magic on the spot."
"Hmm that might work," Luz replied. "However, we don't know where to be."
"Maybe we can send word to the scouts on the island," questioned Amity.
"Good idea," Luz answered. "I'll let them know to give us a heads up on where they are. Then we can go from there."
Back with the rebellion. They were now at the castle. "Hmm," said King. "It seems empty. I wonder why?"
"Your right," answered Eda. "It means we can get to that object much sooner." Belos led the way through the castle checking each room and hall for scouts just in case it wasn't empty. Not much time later, they entered a room that had the object in it.
"Stay back," said Belos. "I need to activate it. He only knows me between all of us." Belos walked right up to the object and activated it. A shadow-like figure then appeared.
"Why hello there," said the figure.
The collector has been found. How will they react to everyone? Will the rebellion be able to free him? Find out in the next chapter.
