AN: I've decided to change this story into an outtakes kind of thing, since there is always more to be done and more to be said about The Hero Overmind. Here is a small scene that I created to counter the, "All Might could beat the swarm" argument.
"Abathur, what if we have to fight All Might?" Ten year old Izuku asks one dull saturday after a long week of elementary school
"Unsure, provide specifications." Abathur replies
"He's the strongest man in Japan, he can put out fires with the wind from his punches, is nearly invincible, and is said to be a smart fighter when he needs to be." Izuku explains.
"Endurance?" Abathur asks.
"He used to work all day, but recently he has been working less." Izuku replies.
"Several options from swarm memory of strong opponent." Abathur says. "Queen of Blades and Kerrigan preferred fighting strong opponents personally, Zagara and overmind preferred numbers and cunning tactics."
"I don't see myself growing strong enough to take All Might in a head on fist fight, but perhaps numbers or cunning could work." Izuku wonders.
"Current spawning capacity insufficient for hypothesized battle." Abathur declares.
"We don't really have the space on Earth, but maybe Venus in time." Izuku thinks.
"Question, can All Might reach space?" Abathur asks.
"Not that I know of, from his underwater rescues I know he needs to breathe, if not often." Izuku says.
"Best plan, grow brood lord or guardian bombard from space. If target jumps up, use scourge and mutalisks to force down." Abathur declares confidently.
"That will probably work, but I think not fighting him in the first place will be our top plan." Izuku says.
"Indeed, strong subject for swarm integration." Abathur says.
"I don't think he will be interested but I will keep that in mind.
AN: This and odd evolutions will remain the target of this work, and of course I don't have much of a plan. My mind just isn't where it needs to be. I am considering writing shorter chapters for other stories for a while just to get back up to strength, sort of like how my physical rehabilitation had me going down to workouts lower than I have ever gone.
