The next morning, around 9 am, SunTzu woke up half dressed on his couch in his apartment.
He was dehydrated, he had back ache because he slept in an uncomfortable position and his head was killing him.
Looks like Haruka did get her revenge…
He somehow found the strength to get up and stumbled into his bathroom.
That household droid was the best investment ever, SunTzu thought as he emptied his full bladder with squinty eyes and saw that his apartment was still kept in flawless condition.
After washing his hands and carefully avoiding to look in the mirror he went back to his living room and fetched himself a glass of tap water.
He sat down at his sofa and pulled out his phone from his pants, at least he still had a bit of battery.
There were no new messages from Anniten and he really began to wonder if he had been just a prolonged one night stand for the young princess.
But what was on the phone was a message from Michiru, which stated he got one hour to get ready.
He squinted again, thinking about what the teal haired wanted and then he remembered. As they had left yesterday, Michiru, being way more sober than her girlfriend and SunTzu, had made an appointment with him for breakfast.
Fuck, how could he have forgotten that. He looked at the message, it was sent 42 minutes ago.
He groaned, downed his water and then rushed into the bathroom again.
After brushing his teeth and taking a shower he got dressed and just when he was searching for which shirt to wear he heard a familiar sound closing in.
For once it wasn't the two extremely high powered rocket engines of AICA but the tuned engine of his Lamborghini Aventador.
Ah yes, i told Ami and Michiru to take care of it and drive it once in a while.
He finished dressing and was out of his apartment door the moment his mobile phone began to ring.
Michiru ended the call when she saw SunTzu coming down towards the black car and she began to smile.
SunTzu entered his car and was greeted by kisses on the cheek.
"Bonjour mon ailier préféré."
"Bonjour, Princess of the Deep Sea."
"You look better than I expected. And I didn't thought you'd make it on time."
"Good thing me and Haruka got wasted so early. By the way where is she?"
"She's home. When I left she was still sleeping on the couch. But don't worry, she was still breathing. Now I understand why yesterday she insisted on getting her birthday sex in the morning, it's a wonder she didn't throw up. You two are totally fou!"
SunTzu hit her with a wry grin.
"We had something to settle between us. But I have to be honest, I just made it to the sofa as well." Both friends began to laugh.
"I'm glad you and Haruka talk to each other again." Michiru said, as she started the car again, the engine sprang to life with a loud roar.
"Me too."
"Does that also mean there's a chance, you come back to Earth?"
"I'm sorry, I don't see myself coming back soon. You know with the War on various fronts at once and Anniten's planet being at the Inner Rim."
Michiru sighed. "I tried."
For a few moments nobody said something before SunTzu took the word, while Michiru was heading downtown.
"Where are we going by the way?"
"Shibuya. Best French Bakery in Japan, Their baguette is too die for."
Ten minutes later they arrived at the bakery and Michiru parked the Italian super sports car.
"I love this car. And It annoys Haruka so much, that I got the keys and not her. Ami doesn't drive it often though, she says it's too powerful for her. Myself, I love it, finally something to rival Haruka's bike."
"I'm glad that Laica is in good hands."
"Laica? You call this car Laica?" Michiru began to laugh out loud.
"She looks the part. And maybe some day I can find a way to have AICA onboard here as well."
They left the car and walked in front of the bakery but they didn't enter. This 28. January was a cold but clear winter day.
Dressed in Luis Vuitton from her heeled boots up to the silk bandeau on her head Michiru, shades on, apparently was waiting for someone. She looked like one of the old grand cinema divas.
"Who are we waiting for?" SunTzu asked.
"Our… daughter." She giggled while SunTzu frowned as he didn't understand what she meant at first.
"Oh… Hotaru is coming as well? That's cool." SunTzu finally concluded and was rewarded with a bright smile from the Senshi of Deep Sea.
"Michiru-Mama!" The raven haired teenager, of course dressed in all black and purple, waved a few moments later from a few dozen meters away.
Hotaru fastened her steps and within half a minute was greeting a third of her foster parents with pecks on the cheek.
With a huge grin and open arms she hugged SunTzu to greet him as well.
"I didn't know you would come along for breakfast as well."
"I could say the same, but it's a pleasant surprise." SunTzu answered his former protégé and looked over to Michiru who stood there with a mischievous smile.
"Now then, shall we mon chéris?"
They entered the bakery and a member of staff brought them to a reserved table.
"Thank goodness, I'm famous, otherwise it would be impossible to get a table here." The teal haired woman said and she was right, although it was late morning the bakery was full with patrons.
"And since I'm not only famous but generous as well I'm inviting you two today. At least three fifths of the family made it."
SunTzu furrowed his brows again. What did she mean now again?
"Setsuna-Mama apologizes again, but she's still not doing well. Her headache isn't any better. No wonder, she had a few long days at the Juban Hospital before her transfer to the Crystal Tokyo one."
Michiru would have guessed that it wasn't head but heartache that Setsuna actually felt but she understood her friend. It was a bit sad, that Haruka was still knocked out cold from the night before and Setsuna didn't come as well. It would have sent an even bigger message to SunTzu that they wanted him back in their midst. Well, at least she and Hotaru were the ones who would openly endorse that.
The three Starfighter Corps Comrades had a delicious French breakfast, with fantastic pastries, baguette and coffee.
Michiru was holding a cup of cafe au lait in her hands, looking at SunTzu.
"So, how long are you going to stay this time?"
"At least so long that Hotaru can get a few hours with AICA in. And maybe have a spare dogfight against Haruka. I'm a bit afraid your girlfriend needs a bit of competition when it comes to train dogfights. Taskforce Sol didn't see much of battle lately." SunTzu said while the Half-French drank a sip of her coffee and the teenager next to her began to grin.
She nodded as she sat the cup down again.
"That's true. But it will change soon."
SunTzu nodded slowly, they needed anyone out there and Taskforce Sol was very competent. On the other side had the War become way more atrocious and he didn't want to see his friends in danger.
SunTzu then took a sip of his coffee as well.
"When are we going to meet your girlfriend? I think she needs our approval first before you make it serious."
"Hotaru! The love life of SunTzu is his matter." Michiru scolded her foster daughter and the teenager began to pout.
SunTzu smiled friendly.
"I guess soon, she already asked when we are going to Earth."
The trio left the bakery and SunTzu said his goodbyes to the two women.
"You drive Hotaru home, I'll saunter a bit through Shibuya and might even take the train to Ginza later. Hotaru, AICA is at your disposal at least until tomorrow afternoon."
"Guess we get you over to base than, leaves some peace for Setsuna to rest proper as well. And then i get home and get Haruka up so she's fit for tomorrow and our little dogfight." Michiru added after SunTzu.
SunTzu enjoyed himself in Tokyo until the afternoon. He really had went to Ginza and had packed a luxurious goody bag with luxury stuff like a MCM bag, Tiffany jewelry and expensive perfumes and lotions for Anniten in an exclusive high-class mall.
It was around five in the afternoon when he finally came back to his apartment. He felt great, Anniten writing him again since the noon made him feel even better. He had sent her pictures from his day in Tokyo and she really seemed to be interested in visiting the city soon.
He just had sit down on his sofa when his phone began to ring. He had hoped for Anniten but instead it was Mamoru.
"Greetings Mamoru."
"Hello SunTzu. I heard you're in Tokyo."
"I am, but probably not for long. What can I do for you?"
"When was the last time you trained with a sword?"
SunTzu really had to cogitate about that, it sure has been a while.
"Listen SunTzu, if you're up for it, why you don't come over for a bit of swordplay training? The others aren't available, or fit enough in Haruka's case."
What an odd request…
"Yeah, well. I don't know, I'm pretty busy."
"Listen, Captain. You might not be a part of the Taskforce anymore but you're still a sworn Knight of Crystal Tokyo, and this is a request from your King."
SunTzu took a deep breather, he didn't like it but Mamoru was right.
"You don't have to come immediately. Wait until nightfall if you prefer."
"Fine, I'll come over later." SunTzu objected the whole thing for a moment. "But please don't bother yourself with a try to talk me into coming back."
"Hey, I'd never do that, as it's all your decision." Mamoru replied, his voice bare off any surprise. "I'll see you later then, SunTzu."
"Later, your Majesty."
They hung up and SunTzu let out a loud sigh.
SunTzu still wasn't too thrilled with having to visit the palace at first. But when he told Anniten about and she seemed to love the idea that he was a Royal Knight he changed his attitude towards his meeting with the King pretty fast.
Probably it had been because of Anniten's commentary how bad she was down for a role play of a knight saving a princess.
Neo Queen Serenity, strolling through her Court Garden, was beyond bored once again. Mamoru had been mostly busy with either his work as Supreme Commander of the Kingdom and it's Taskforce or honing his skills with exercise and training.
And while she did train and exercise as well by far she didn't do it as excessive as her husband did, as she didn't find it to be necessary. She was a queen after all and even if she'd would want to, her Senshi and her husband would forbid her to be remotely near the frontlines. At least regularly.
Her daughter, along with Hotaru and Helios, trained more than her as well. Which was right, the Princess had to gain more experience.
But Usagi needed to do something, she was missing a bit of excitement lately.
But her Senshi were all busy. Rei was on Coruscant, busy at the Senate. Minako was busy with promoting her music, she was working on a new album, mostly made up of covers of famous songs from Pop Divas. Right now she was on Coruscant as well. Usagi frowned a bit when she thought about that both Mina and Rei-Chan were on Coruscant at the same time but probably so busy that they wouldn't see each other, something that seemed unbelievable a few months ago. Usagi was sad about the fact that ever since SunTzu left, and especially after Rei got back together with Yuichiro, their friendship had cooled down considerably. Nobody ever had talked about it but the other Senshi were feeling quite sad about it as well and they all hoped the two besties would soon rekindle their deep friendship.
Usagi shook her head, these thoughts didn't made it any better. Maybe somebody else had time to do something.
Makoto?! Ah, no. She was somewhere in Thailand for Jungle Training with the Commandos.
Maybe the Outers? Hotaru was training with Chibiusa. And the raven haired girl had said, that her mother felt sick today, so Setsuna was out as well. Haruka was probably still hungover from yesterday and apart that Michiru had to nurse her, they also had to get ready for their trip to Europe, Michiru would give a few concerts over there soon.
That only left Ami and as always she was busy with work.
Usagi finally decided to retire to her chambers and maybe have some ice cream.
A few minutes later, changed into more comfortable clothes than one of her regal dresses she was on the large sofa in their luxurious decorated living room and eating an ice cream sandwich.
Mamoru had left for the training rooms but suddenly the door opened and Chibiusa stepped inside.
Usagi shoved the rest of her ice cream into her mouth and jumped up from the sofa.
"Chiphiusa… you're phack!" She said, chocolate around her lips and still chewing.
"Mom, don't talk with a full mouth, you're a queen." Chibiusa said with a judging glance to her mother.
Usagi had problems with it but swallowed the rest of the ice cream and waffle down.
"Sorry. I was just so happy that someone came. I'm bored."
"I'm sorry Mom, but I'm just gonna get changed, AICA is at the base and Hotaru is allowed to fly her. We're heading out for a ride now." The pink haired heiresses immediately headed for her room.
"Ohhh. But that's nice. Enjoy your flight then, honey."
"Thanks, we will." That said Chibiusa Lady Serenity III. closed her room's door in her mother's face, not seeing how her mother's shoulders slumped down.
Usagi let out a deep breather. That wasn't fair, everybody had something meaningfull to do, just not her.
But she would do something useful now.
She went back to the living room and pulled out her phone, calling someone.
"Ami? Yeah, it's me. Listen, can you need some help with your work? I… Oh, okay. No problem, I'm sorry that you're so busy." A small pause followed as Ami explained in carefully chosen words what was filling all of her work schedule right now.
"Really? We should totally check that out then." Another pause. "Nooo, just like I said. It's been a while since Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury worked together. This will be glorious. What? No, of course we do Ami. Don't make me command you to do."
Apparently Ami was strictly against what Usagi was up to do.
"I'll see you in twenty minutes here then."
Twenty minutes later Chibiusa was coming out of the shower and wondered who her mom was talking to in the living room, as she hurried back to her room to not be seen. She was about to close the door when she heard her mom enthusiastically tell her visitor to immediately head out there and fight evil.
And then she heard it was Ami, as the blunette began to protest, only to be shut down by her Queen.
A moment later she heard steps.
"Me and Aunt Ami are heading out for… for running errands. See you later sweetheart." Usagi told her daughter as she passed her room and left the Royal chambers.
Inside her room Chibiusa grabbed for her phone and called Hotaru.
Suddenly the door opened again.
"I forgot something!" The sound of Usagi was heard as she stormed back into the apartment and in the dressing room of her parents, startling Chibiusa who was waiting for Hotaru to pick up so much that she lost the grip on her phone.
While the darkness of night creeped over the Tokyo Bay, two figures made their way to a place in Kitashinagawa, mostly by jumping from roof to roof.
One of them had a large black cloak around her shoulders that prominently wafted in the wind.
"Sailor Moon, why you had to put on Tuxedo Mask's cloak?"
"Because it looks fricking badass."
"I don't know if that is the answer I wanted to hear."
"It's also bulletproof."
"Aren't your Eternal Wings as well?"
"That's not the point Sailor Mercury. It's about style. And for the record, Venus would share my opinion if she would be here."
Sailor Mercury bestowed Sailor Moon with a skeptic look.
"And also it's keeping me warm."
And it smells just like Mamoru Usagi also thought but didn't tell.
They were on their way to a warehouse in this part of Tokyo.
Ami, much to her regret now, had told Usagi on the phone that she was examining the possibility of a partnership from the Black Sun with some dispersed Yakuza. The two Senshi went for one, the more probable one, of the two possible places both groups would meet tonight.
"Only to observe of course!" Usagi had assured Ami, although the later already knew how this would end.
They finally arrived at the warehouse, and stopped at the roof of a neighboring three-stories-high building. Inside the warehouse light was shining and a man was standing guard at the door. Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon noticed that the warehouse had an open window on the roof and both looked at each other and nodded.
SunTzu had arrived after darkness at the Crystal Palace and parked at the backside parking lot, the closest to the exercise area.
He rushed inside and soon found Mamoru. The raven-haired regent was alone in one of the sports halls and was exercising sword stands, using his sword.
When SunTzu entered he bowed down.
"Ah SunTzu. I was already waiting for you. I was not sure if you would show up at all."
Mamoru walked over to SunTzu and both men shook hands.
"Let me just call Usako to tell her it will get later."
Mamoru walked over to his things and pulled out his phone.
After almost half a minute he hung up again.
"Strange, nobody attends the phone. I'll try it on her mobile."
A few seconds later he furrowed his brows.
"It's off. This is strange. I'm sorry SunTzu."
The next person he called was Motoki, but the Commander of the Guard could only tell him that Usagi had left the Palace with Ami. And Chibiusa had been last seen with Hotaru.
Mamoru groaned, he had a suspicion what his beloved wife was doing.
"I'm sorry, but I have to head immediately to Intelligence. I think Usagi is about to do something stupid. And Chibiusa as well."
SunTzu looked at Mamoru who immediately packed his stuff.
"I'll tag along. Seems like you could use some help."
At the Intelligence Service Mamoru asked straight if Major Urawa was present but the agents on duty negated the question.
Mamoru went to Agent Smith's office and asked the Secret Agent if he knew what Ami had been working on.
Five minutes later Mamoru and SunTzu were on the way to the main parking lot.
On the way Mamoru stopped dead in his tracks for a moment.
"She is in danger. I can sense it, it's part of Tuxedo Mask's powers." His face was suddenly full with determination.
"Would you do me a favor? I'll head to Kitashinagawa, can you head for the second place? And make sure Chibiusa is safe?"
"Of course. I'll take AICA."
Mamoru got on his motorbike and left, transforming into Tuxedo Mask while driving off fast.
Meanwhile AICA came in from the air base and SunTzu immediately swung himself up into the cockpit.
"Any information where Chibiusa or Hotaru are?"
"Negative, not this time, but I'll keep checks running."
SunTzu lift off and headed towards Ebisu, where the second meeting place would be.
Sailor Moon, with one of Tuxedo Mask's cloaks around her, and Sailor Mercury had used the open roof window to sneak into the warehouse and now were secretly watching the meeting of Yakuza and members of the Intergalactic Crime Organization the Black Sun was.
Three Black Sun Members, a human, a Rodian and a Falleen were meeting with two Yakuza Leaders while another four Yakuza were guarding the meeting.
The two Senshi were standing on the railings of the warehouse's ceiling and listened.
Between the two groups of criminals were multiple crates, wooden ones from earth, duraplast ones from off planet. One from each was opened and showed it's contents. Covered and bedded there were weapons in both of them, Assault Rifles in the one from Earth, Blaster Rifles in the extraterrestrial ones.
Apparently they were trading weapons.
For a moment the two Sailor Senshi just observed the deal, up until the two leaders of each group shook hands and one of the guards got into a forklift. Apparently they were getting ready to leave.
"We have to stop them!" Usagi said and jumped from her position to the central steel beam of the building. Ami sighed and got ready to act as well.
As soon as she was in the middle of the building and would be visible for everyone Sailor Moon whistled loud.
"Stop it right there you Criminals!"
Criminals looked up in surprise to see a blond woman in a Sailor Fuku standing above them.
The Black Sun Lieutenant yelled up.
"And who the kriff are you?"
"I am the Pretty Guardian who fights for love and Justice! I am Sailor Moon! And now in the name of Moon I'll punish you!"
She did her usual pose as suddenly someone from behind pulled her back and she fell on the steel beam, just as a blaster bolt whizzed past her.
"Gods Sailor Moon, what do you think you're doing?!" Sailor Mercury asked in concern after saving her Queen.
Sailor Moon needed the fracture of a second to recover from the shock but then got up immediately.
She and Sailor Mercury glanced at each other for a second and then jumped away, each of them in different directions while the criminals inside draw their weapons and tried to take aim at the quickly moving women.
Ami knocked one guard out cold near the warehouse's gate with her fist enclosed by solid ice. Right after she took out the guard who was standing outside with a Shine Aqua Illusion as he rushed inside through a door next to the gate.
Sailor Moon on the other side had pounced onto the Rodian, who actually had been the one who had shot at her, and knocked him out before she used a Sailor Moon Kick to fell the towering Falleen, who had drawn a vibroblade and was about to attack the petite blonde, his face showing a predatory grin.
The kick broke several of his facial bones and he fell down unconscious.
A shot ricocheted on a pier next to Sailor Moon and she jumped away again, getting into cover.
Similar happened to Sailor Mercury and she had to dodge shots as well as she moved back into the middle of the warehouse.
This isn't good, Ami thought as she shots forced her into the middle of the building. They were probably trying to round them up.
Suddenly something crashed into her and she barely could keep herself up on her heels.
It had been Sailor Moon, the enemy had succeeded in rounding them up.
Three Yakuza and the Black Sun Lieutenant closed in onto them, weapons drawn.
"Well, well, well. I heard from you. And I know a few people who would be most pleased if I hand you over to them." The Black Sun Criminal said as he walked up to them, grinning.
"Sorry, can't let you do that!"
Out of nowhere on of the remaining Yakuza members was hit by a ball of fire, engulfing him in fire. The remaining criminals immediately took cover.
"Sailor Mars!" Both Sailor Senshi on the ground yelled out as they looked up to the raven haired Senshi, dressed in her red and white Fuku, standing on the central steel beam.
"The One and Only!" Sailor Mars gave back as reply, running her hand through her long, dark hair.
Sailor Mars jumped down and landed standing straight beside her friends. "Wow, you gals really ARE lost without me."
"Mars, you are back!" Sailor Moon yelled out in joy, embracing the Guardian of Passion.
"Yeah, everybody annoying me about it became boring."
"Girls, I'm happy about Mars's return as well but can we talk later?" Sailor Mercury said and like it was to emphasize her words a green blaster bolt whirled past the trio.
Sailor Mars lips formed into a predatory grin as she casted a Burning Mandala.
"Mercury, obstruct their view. And then leave the rest to me."
The attack shot forward and drove the shooter back into cover, meanwhile Sailor Mercury used Sabão Spray to obscure the warehouse with a thick fog.
"Protect the Queen." Mars told Mercury and then jumped away.
After a few minutes the humid fog began to clear and showed that Mars had taken the remaining criminals out, some of them forever.
"Woah, Sailor Mars, you sure made short work of them." Sailor Moon stated as she and Sailor Mercury came to Sailor Mars who just had strucked down the Black Sun Lieutenant with heeled kicks and then finally knocked him out with a punch.
"Feels good to be back." She said as she got back up and looked back to her friends.
"This one is for you Ami, I hope you can get some information out of him."
Sailor Mercury nodded.
"Intelligence is already on the way."
Both nodded at each other and Ami smiled, happy that Sailor Mars was back in the fight, right where she belonged.
Sailor Mars, surprised to feel more content then she had been expecting after fighting again, besting her enemies had felt great, took a rating look at Sailor Moon.
"Why the Yomi are you wearing a cloak, Bunhead?"
Usagi and Rei exchanged glances and for a second Ami was afraid the two of them would start to argue, like they always had back when they were teenagers.
Instead both women hugged.
"I'm so glad you're back, Sailor Mars."
"Can't let you guys down."
Ami joined the hug.
"I thought you were on Coruscant?" The blunette asked after the ended their hug.
"I was, but I had this deep foreshadowing, that you guys needed my help. It grew stronger and stronger and I couldn't help myself but to leave the Office and take the next flight to Earth. As soon as I arrived my sixth sense lead me here."
"Just in time." All three women nodded again.
What the talking women didn't notice was while they were talking the Rodian who Sailor Moon had struck down earlier began to gain his consciousness again and grabbed for his blaster, drawing it up to aim.
The three woman heard something and turned around to find the alien aiming at them and they froze.
"Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber!"
The Rodian got hit by a blast of energy in his neck. He was dead immediately.
"Tuxedo Mask!" The three Senshi yelled out in unison, sparking a grin from the King, who was standing on the same beam that the Senshi had stood on before, as he produced a red rose.
Sailor Mars looked at the dead Rodian.
"And yet they say you're not useful." She commented the smoking hole in the alien's neck.
"Thank you for rescuing us, my hero!" Usagi beamed at her husband, hands crossed.
Tuxedo Mask jumped down and landed in front of his wife and the Royal Couple shared a kiss after Tuxedo Mask handed the rose to his wife. The passionate kiss made Ami look away, trying to keep herself from blushing.
They only stopped as Rei overly dramatically harrumphed.
"Guys, we know you still got the hots for each other, could you please stop now!?"
Through the open window on the warehouse's roof, from where Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon had entered the building, a duo of two teenagers in Sailor Fukus watched the scene.
"Yuk, my parents don't have any shame." Sailor Chibi-Moon commented while Sailor Saturn just stood stoically behind her and scanned the surroundings, Silence Glaive held upright in her arm.
"Anyways, I guess we're done here. Milkshakes?" Chibi-Moon asked and turned around to her best friend.
Sailor Saturn nodded, her face transforming into a smile.
Chibiusa pulled out her cell phone from her belt and put it up to her ear.
"Helios? Can you pick me and Hotaru up near Shimbaba Station? We'd totally be down for milkshakes."
In that moment a group of Royal Guards in combat gear and several Intelligence Agents entered from the outside into the warehouse.
In the same time Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury had entered the warehouse, AICA dropped SunTzu near another warehouse in Ebisu.
He sneaked up to the unlit building, pistol drawn and then entered it.
Only to find the vacated building completely empty.
He began to laugh, releasing the adrenaline which had built up before potential combat.
After a moment, he contacted AICA and the two of them meticulously scanned the surroundings for any signs that something was off. But everything was well.
A few minutes in, AICA contacted SunTzu over the communicator in his watch.
"Ami just contacted Royal Intelligence, they got the situation under control and are safe. She ordered a team to pick up the detainees and clean up."
SunTzu smiled, although he had mixed feelings about it.
Looks like they don't need me anymore…
A few hours later, shortly before sunrise, SunTzu was in a cab heading to Haneda.
He had contacted Mamoru after he had ended his check up on the area around the warehouse. Mamoru told him everything was okay and that they were on the way back to the Palace and that the princess was safe as well with Helios and Hotaru. And then the King thanked him for his help. They ended the phone call with the promise to catch up on the sword training another time.
The feeling he wasn't needed to protect the Senshi anymore hadn't let SunTzu sleep.
After turning around in his bed for two hours in insomnia he had decided to get up and leave for Coruscant. AICA would stay at Earth for Hotaru to train some more and also because Karlena had told him she wanted to properly check on AICA and do some maintenance, something they hadn't been properly doing lately as AICA and SunTzu had constantly been on the move. Karlena had scowled him in a motherly way about that earlier, reminding him that a fine machine like AICA needed proper maintenance.
The cab was on the highway leading to the airport and SunTzu was looking out of the backseat's window onto the lights of Greater Tokyo, when his phone vibrated.
It was a text message from Anniten, asking what he was doing and it made him reflect on their relationship, if it was one after all. He thought for a long moment about what to write.
Going back to Coruscant. And you?
It didn't take thirty seconds before Anniten's answer came in.
Great, I'll see you there, we're on the way to Coruscant as well.
I miss you a lot, can't wait to see you XOXO
SunTzu smiled, so it was the right decision to leave Earth earlier than he actually had intended to.
