"You have a visitor. Let's go." Standing up she followed the orderly and walked to the visiting room. "Liv!" Running up to the woman she wrapped her arms around her neck and held tight. "Ok. You're chocking me here."

"Sorry. What are you doing here?" Smiling at the girl Olivia reached up and pushed back a piece of the blonde hair. "What do you mean? You know I had to come to check up on you. How's it going?" Shrugging her shoulders she looks down at her hands. "It's been good actually. I haven't wanted to admit it but I needed this. I'm going to therapy and it's been the best decision. Thank you for bringing Grandma B to see me. I've always struggled because I always thought that something wasn't right with me but I've come a long way."

"There was never anything wrong with you Katie. You were just special. You did things in a different way but in your way. You're a smart and beautiful young woman and when the time comes you're going to become an amazing woman and live your life differently and that's okay. Come here." Raising; the older woman wrapped her arms around the younger one.

"Don't tell your sibling but you've always been my favorite."

"Hey, Liv, are you ready? Your session starts soon and we can't be late."

It's been a couple of weeks since the abduction and Kathleen has been helping Olivia take her recovery step by step. "Yes. My arm was just a little stiff I was stretching."

The ladies walked over to the car and began their journey. After the first two weeks, Olivia began to see Dr. Lindstorm a psychiatrist recommended by the department.

It was Kathleen that broke the silence ten minutes into their ride. "How's it been going? Are you opening up more?" Olivia dragged her hand through her hair and sighed. "A little. He wants me to try visiting my apartment but I don't think I can."

"Ok, so we take it step by step like we've been doing. We'll just try the easiest part and that's going to the building and if that's too much we can try to go inside another time." Nodding her head in agreement Olivia didn't say another word but grabbed Kathleen's free hand in appreciation.

"She's going to kill us both when she finds out we're doing this. You know that right?" Shaking her head she kept typing and her eyes never left the building. "Don't worry about Liv, I'll deal with her and in the long run, she'll be thanking us but Fin seriously. There's nothing more we can do for her. We've done all we can but now she needs her person because there are just some parts of her we can't heal no matter what we do. I just have one request. He's still my father no matter how I feel so although he deserves it; don't kill him."

There was a slight laugh on Fin's end of the line. "No promises."

"Okay, she's walking out let me know when you're five minutes out. enough time to warn her but not enough for her to escape it." Kathleen hung up the phone just as Olivia opened the door. "Who was that?"

"Just Fin checking in. Are you sure you want to do this now?" As they pulled up to her appointment Olivia blurted that she wanted to go see her apartment. "Yes. He took so much from me Katie and I loved that place. I can never live there again but I need to be able to go back there and know that I survived."

Not saying a word Kathleen nodded and pulled off in the direction of Olivia's old apartment.

Pulling up they both silently exited the car and walked up to the front of the building. Kathleen grasped her hand and squeezed it tight. "You got this. I got you. You're not alone. I'm here every step of the way and when you're ready to bolt just say the word." Olivia squeezed her hand back just as hard and walked up to the door. "Let's do this."

"SHHH. Oh. Come on. Don't be shy. We're past that."

She was right back there the moment the door swung open. She swallowed the lump in her throat and kept walking deeper into the apartment.

"Hush Sweetheart. This is only going to hurt a little." She was so out of it but she was lucid enough the feel the heat from the hanger going down her pants.

She couldn't breathe. Her breaths speed up and she bent over gripping her chest. Kathleen wasted no time gently kneeling in front of her. "Liv, it's me Katie just breath with me okay?" She put the other woman's hand on her chest and grabbed it against hers. "Feel my heartbeat and slow down you're breathing Liv."

After about ten minutes she finally caught her breath enough to make it to the car. "I'm sorry." Shaking her head Kathleen slowly reached out to lay a gentle hand on Olivia. "Don't ever apologize for how you deal with your trauma. Do you hear me? You taught me that. Come on let's go home."

Getting the text from Fin Kathleen walked into the living room and sat on the couch opposite where Olivia is sitting.

"Olivia. I'm so glad you let me do for you what you did for me. You saved me when I didn't even want to save myself but Liv I did everything that I can for you, I don't think there's anything more I can do for you. Don't think I'm kicking you out because it's far from it. Although you're going to be pissed just know that you needed this and after this afternoon I knew that I was making the right decision."

Before Olivia could respond or Kathleen could continue there was a knock at the door. Standing up Kathleen walked to the door but turned back toward Olivia before opening it. "I sent Fin the address of where my parents were staying and this morning he landed in Italy to pick up my father." Without another word, Kathleen opened the door.

Standing up Olivia looked towards the door and dropped the book she was holding to the ground. "Elliot."
