So uh… It's been quite a while, but here's the next episode of Elemental Islands!

Episode Reviews!

TurboTheRaichu: It was exciting to do an episode with Chef hosting the challenge, it was fun to write him as the host.

The Echolocation joke is probably my favourite joke in all of Elemental Islands so far, it genuinely makes me laugh every time I reread that chapter.

Katrina's plan is going to be interesting to write about in all honesty, happy to see you're interested in seeing it play out.

Yeah, I second-guessed myself with the Jake and Xavier stuff too much last episode and it cost me in the long run, especially since that episode was such a major focus for them. It's going to hopefully be better from here. The two of them making up was a bit of a fumble the last episode had.

Something about Megan that I forgot to mention in her elimination notes was that she was sort of supposed to be the "Decoy Protagonist" of the season once I decided on her getting her friendship with Jemma and Tegan. People were supposed to see her as a potentially major character, causing shock with her elimination so early.

Bob's blackmail arc's going to be rather interesting to write in all honesty, hope you can at least find some good out of it.

It's nice to see you enjoy Morgan so much, he's a really fun character to write for.

All in all, I hope you like where I go with this episode!

Alright! Time to start this episode!

Instead of being on the docks of Base Camp, Chris is standing in front of a volcano in the pitch-black night-time, a devilish smirk on his face. "Last time on TOTAL! DRAMA! ELEMENTAL ISLANDS! The fifteen remaining campers braved the perils of Earth Island, having to escape through all the traps and tortures we had on it!"

The host then raises his hands, which syncs perfectly with a hoop of fire igniting, bathing the area in warm light. This causes Chris to smirk before continuing, "Xavier and Jake managed to hit it off surprisingly, but could a small bump fester into disliking, even with them forgiving each other?" Clips of the guy's walking and chatting are shown, leading into Jake's outburst and them shaking hands after the elimination ceremony.

"We also saw Susan and Rory share the first kiss of the season, though they aren't together QUITE yet."

Footage of their accidental kiss from the last episode plays before it cuts back to Chris who jokingly gags, "What's with all the lovey-dovey stuff that ALWAYS happens in this show, it's good for Drama, but not when they're KISSING and ACTUALLY loving each other and all that." He then folds his arms and rolls his eyes in minor annoyance, however, he quickly goes back to smirking.

"Anyways, when the Lions lost for the second time in a row, it seemed as if Gary was done for, but with the help of Katrina flipping and him pulling off a successful blackmail on Bob, it was Megan that got sent home, much to the shock of her alliance members and best friend Myron." Footage shown includes Gary's worried expression about possibly going home, Katrina meeting up with Gary and Xavier, The theatre kid blackmailing Bob and the shocked faces of Megan, Jemma and Myron at the former's elimination.

"Who will go home tonight in the hottest episode yet? Will the Lions continue to be dominated by Gary? Or will Katrina take control? And will the Lions actually be able to pull out a victory again?" Chris's voice is twinged with a sarcastic chuckle. Find out now, on TOTAL! DRAMA! ELEMENTAL ISLANDS!" Chris then walks offscreen followed by the camera crew.

Before the scene fades out it pans out to Base Camp's dock, in which a boat pulls up. Don steps off the boat that arrived with a phone to his ear,

"Yes, we docked on the island. I'll talk to him tomorrow before he does another challenge. I will give you a report after I watch how he does After that." Don then hangs up his phone and looks ahead with a glower before the scene then fades into the intro.

Opening Guitar Riff:

The intro starts with the rock theme that is known so well to Total Drama fans, before a camera pops out from under some water, a microphone comes from the side towards some ground that hasn't been touched by raging fire around it. A light turns on from the side of a cave, illuminating it and a second camera pops from the bottom of a chunk of land floating, with a gopher holding on to it.

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doin' fine,

The camera zooms past the dock speeding through the elimination area and the cabins before it goes towards one end of the island.

You guys are on my mind.

The camera goes past Chris arguing with Don before it zooms into the sky showing all five islands and zooms to Water Island.

You asked me what I wanted to be

On Water Island, Hannah and Tegan, both in Scuba gear, attack each other angrily. Meanwhile Jake and Nadia find a yellow rock before Nadia turns around and angrily yells at the two fighting above.

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

Inside a cave on Earth Island, Myron, Megan and Carol walk inside, with Carol holding up a comic book and excitedly commenting on it to a not interested Myron and Megan, who look at each other worried about the cave.

I wanna be famous.

Susan writes in a small notebook furiously while making a small smile before she looks at the camera and smiles and waves at the camera.

I wanna live close to the sun,

Inside the confessional, Lauren looks around excited before she looks at the camera and makes a determined smile to the camera.

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

On Air Island, Bob punches a punching bag clean off what was being hanged, while Jemma watches and writes something on her notepad before a bear comes out of the bushes and prepares to attack them, which scares both of them.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

Xavier is seen showing Gary a few costumes, first a cowboy costume where he's swinging his hat on his finger, then a 1930s mobster suit and making finger guns and finally a rapper costume where he pretends to rap. Gary isn't paying attention and instead makes a small smirk

I'll get there one day.

Fire Island appears with Richard standing there bored before he looks at the camera

Cause, I wanna be famous!

Morgan then runs over and pushes him over so he can appear in the camera lens. An angry Rory then runs over and helps up Richard, who just sighs and shrugs.

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!

Back at the dock of Base camp, Alfred looks at the camera, a smug smile plastered on his face before he starts bossing around a couple of interns, including Katrina who was chatting with them before. Katrina and the interns get annoyed and push him into the water, the resulting splash of water covers the camera and the time changes to night.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous (Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!)

Rory and Susan look at each other lovingly before they lean forwards, only for Chris to get up and blast his megaphone, making them jump back in surprise, Susan puts her hand on her heart in shock and Rory holds his head, as the camera zooms out to the rest of the campers whistling the closing notes of the song.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

Bob starts the episode by stumbling outside, half awake. He looks around for a minute, seeing Jemma sitting alone, her hair sprawled out as she is face down on the table asleep. Tegan walks over to sit with her, causing him to sigh.

Confessional:

"So it wasn't a nightmare," The Giant comments with a sigh. "Man, I wish I didn't do it, I've probably just ruined my good relations with her… I'm a terrible friend…"

Confessional Ends

Tegan sits down across from Jemma, a scowl on her face, "Well, that didn't go well."

"You can say that again…" Jemma says tiredly. "How did Megan go home?" She then slowly looks upward.

Confessional:

"I know Katrina flipped on us," Jemma starts. "But that doesn't tell me who the fourth vote was… It's either Bob or Tegan, but I'm not sure who..."

"I mean, could it have been Jemma that flipped?" Tegan wonders. "It honestly could be any of them, I'm the only person I can properly one hundred percent trust…"

Confessionals End

Bob walks over and sits next to Jemma, causing Tegan to look up and glare at him, making Bob look back at her with a sad face,

Confessional:

"No… It's Bob…" Tegan comments, a completely neutral expression on her face. "He's got the subtlety of a garbage truck…"

Confessional Ends

Jemma then chooses this moment to walk off away from the duo, who sit silently,

"Why'd you flip on her?" Tegan asks after Jemma had disappeared.

"I… didn't want to, but I can't get into why…" Bob replies, causing Tegan to roll her eyes and angrily respond with…

"Yeah, suuuuuuuure you didn't want to," she then stands up and walks off in the opposite direction to Jemma. Bob responds by looking downwards.

With the Tigers, Carol looks over at Base Camp while leaning on the railing of the spa hotel. She exhales and closes her eyes as she lets the wind hit her face.

Lauren walks up behind her as she yawns. "What are you doing up here?"

"Just having some fun here, plus the wind's gonna wake me up fully,"

"I guess it would work like that," The fangirl admits. "Last challenge was a doozy, wasn't it?"

"Tell me about it," Carol replies as a weak smile forms.

"What'd you have to deal with?" responded Lauren, innocently.

"I… REALLY don't want to talk about it," Carol says, sighing sadly.

"All good," Lauren replies, though her eyes look upwards while she is thinking.

Confessional:

"Hm, this probably means she doesn't trust me enough," Lauren states, arms crossed, "Alright, I need her fully on my side again,"

Confessionals End

"Alright, I'll talk to you later," Lauren says as Carol gets back off the railing and Lauren walks off. The Fangirl turns a corner and sees Susan walking over to Rory and taps him on the shoulder.

"Hey, can I talk about yesterday?"

"Alright then," Rory replies, a small blush starting to form. Lauren can hear them turning the corner and decides to stay at the wall she's at while following them.

Focusing on Susan and Rory, Susan starts. "So… About yesterday…" Rory blushes.

"Sorry about that, I don't want this to ruin our friendship or anything,"

Susan chuckles before she says, "I think it might," This causes Rory to slouch.

"I understa-"

"I want to take things to the next step," Rory straightens back up and smiles.

"Wait, really?" He's shocked, but also happy.

"Well yeah, I want to go out with you. This is only really a test run, but we can make it work I think."

"YES!" Rory calls out in response. "I can't believe you actually want to go out with me,"

"Yeah," She happily says. "Want to kiss to make it official?" Rory nods and they lean into each other as they begin making out. Lauren, having seen enough, quickly runs off.

Confessional:

"Susan and Rory?" She rubs her temples and groans in annoyance. "Of course two of the contestants in the best positions on the team get together… I need allies to send one of them home. Preferably Rory. I can probably use my alliance with Susan for a bit longer."

Confessional Ends

The next shot cuts to Myron, who's sitting down with Morgan. The former sighs sadly.

"What's up, dude?" Morgan asks.

"It's just… Why this early? Megan should have made it so much further than she did, hell, I should have taken her place, you guys won't be too affected if I had gone."

"Actually," Morgan says, "I don't really think it would have been a good thing if you had gone early, you're cool, I think you're alright."

"Heh, sure, you're only saying that to get me in an alliance," Chuckled the ungifted nerd,

"Look, I get how you feel. Really, I do. If my girlfriend broke up with me, I would be heartbroken," Myron looks incredulously at Morgan before he begins again.

"Dude, we're JUST friends, I'm not into her and she's not into me," He pauses as he thinks. "At least, I think she's not into me like that," Morgan looks confused.

"Shoot, that wasn't what I meant," He facepalms before he says, "Look, I get feeling bad about her going… Just because I don't show it doesn't mean I can't be more emotional… But we have to move on, and POWER through it all for her!"

"I guess so," Myron sighs in response, "Thanks dude." The two fist bump and stands up, with Myron walking away. However, Morgan turns around and walks up to Susan and Rory, tapping the former on the shoulder seriously.

"This way, now." Susan makes a confused shrug at Rory as the duo then walks off to a secluded corner.

"We need to talk," The Perfect Guy comments.

"Yeah? What's up?" The brainiac has an annoyance in her voice.

"I'm just reminding you of our deal," He growls.

"I remember," Susan begins. "But we haven't lost at all since you started this deal, so we haven't had to worry about that, have we?"

"No, I guess not," was the response, "but I just wanted to remind you of the stakes, because you are getting awfully chummy with Rory, and you wouldn't want this relationship to be… jeopardised or anything?"

"You wouldn't," Susan replies furiously,

"I won't… Unless I'm voted off," He gives himself time to think before he continues. "Same goes for Myron too, actually, get him as far as possible now as well,"

"That wasn't part of our original deal," Susan states,

"Who's in the position of power here?" Susan pauses and sighs at Morgan's reply.

"Fine,"

"Cool, see you 'round then, teammate," He chuckles and walks off.

Confessional:

"Could I have been nicer?" Morgan asks. "Possibly, but I don't hold any respect for her, and like I said, Susan and Rory are looking more and more like an actual thing every day, so I had to make sure she remembered."

Confessional Ends

The duo walks out, with Morgan much happier than Susan. The scene then changes to Nadia walking up to Jake.

"Alright, I'm ready for that chat," She then mutters to herself, "Second time's the charm…"

"I deserve that," Jake then begins to drag her around a corner. "Alright, first of all, I know I said it last night and all, but I'm sorry for how I treated you earlier,"

"Water under the bridge." She states. "Now why are you actually talking to me?"

"Okay," He braces himself for what he's about to say. "I'm… scared."

"Uh… Alright?" Nadia replies, confused, "I need a bit more info here,"

"Look, I need someone to talk to. Things are a bit tough, and since we're friends I'd like to talk to you, first and foremost."

"Okay? And?"

"It's Xavier, I… I want to…"

Confessional:

"Is he finally going to admit it?" Nadia asks, happiness on her face.

Confessional Ends

Jake's face hardens. "I want to hang out with him more, and I'm worried he'll see it as a relationship or something."

Confessional:

"Tienes que estar bromeando ¿verdad?" [1] Nadia rubs her temple in annoyance.

"That isn't the reason…" Jake admits, "I've been feeling things, things I haven't really felt for like, five years or so, and, well, I don't want to risk anything,"

Confessional Ends

Nadia glowers at Jake before she shakes her head and says, "Be frank with him, friendzone him and he'll listen, if he doesn't then kick him to the curb. Happened to me when I was younger several times with guys, even after I came out surprisingly." Nadia emphasises the last words

"M-maybe," Jake sighs, "Maybe I'll do that,"

"Look, Jake," Nadia sighs, "I'm not a genius on how guys minds work, I've never claimed to be, but if you want to tell me anything, or any of us really, we won't be mad at you or anything, well… within reason."

"No, no, I'm fine," Jake says, waving his hands.

"Well alright then," the unbelieving voice of Nadia says before she takes a deep breath and continues. "Let's change the subject then, who do you want to target if we lose at some point again?"

"Is there any doubt?" The leader replies, "Morgan, definitely. Rory and Carol are good for strength and fighting abilities, Morgan's just a massive dick."

"Eh, yeah, fair, but as much as he's annoying, he's a lot saner than someone like Carol, I mean, she thinks she's a superhero, he just thinks he's better than the rest of us,"

"I don't think Carol REALLY thinks that, she just likes being one," Jake admits.

"Still, that distracts her," Nadia admits before she shrugs. "Plus I think she's kinda annoying."

"We'll decide later then, we still need to focus on winning challenges," Jake replies, to which his hot blooded friend replies with a nod. "Any ideas what we'll even be doing?"

"No idea," Nadia shrugs, "But I'm guessing we're on Fire Island, we haven't gone there yet, even though we've gone to the others."

"Good point," Jake replies, stroking his chin.

"We'll probably learn it soon though," She pauses before going on. "Got things to do, see you when the challenge happens?"

"Alright, see you then," the two then walk off.

Elsewhere, Chris and Chef sit in their tent with the latter dealing out cards for a game."We should probably start the next challenge soon," Chris mentions, to which Chef Shrugs and replies,

"I'll get 'em," Before he gets up and walks out. Chef stops however after noticing a figure walking towards them. Don.

"Hey Chef, is Chris in there?" There is silence before Chef replies.

"… Yeah?" Don smiles and says,

"Cool, go do what you were going to do then, I need to have a private chat with him."

"I was going to get the campers for the challenge," was the reply before Don Looks up and says,

"Oh, in that case, stay for five minutes if you want, this won't take long, and you can do the challenge right after." Both of them enter, with Chef looking at Chris with a confused and somewhat worried expression while Chris looks up in annoyance.

"What are you doing here?" Chris muttered.

"Being your liaison with the producers," A simple response. "Now we had a look through the challenge footage from the last episode and we saw that Chef hosted it."

Don then sees Chef's raised eyebrow at what he just said and quickly replies with, "It's fine that he did, but you weren't even in any background shots or anything. Were you hurt?"

"Nnnnnnnoooootttttt-" Before looking over to Chef the host begins to stutter, and Chef gives him a glare., "Y-yes… I got hit… By a rock…" Chris then makes an awkward smile.

"Mhm…" Don replies with a face of disbelief. "And why didn't you TELL anyone? You could have just called."

"Uh… It was a rock…" Chris comments.

"If that's what you want to say…"

Don turns around and walks out, going to leave. As he's about to step outside, he turns around and says, "How about this… I WATCH you do this challenge, that way you can show me how good you are at leading the campers through one. Maybe then I'll just… Not tell the producers."

Chris' surprised expression turns into a smirk as he says, "Deal." Chef, however, looks ahead at the duo while shaking his head. Don then smiles and replies.

"Alright, I'll see you when it's challenge time. Fire Island I'm guessing?"

"Yep," The host replies. Don begins to step out and Chef walks over to head over to his friend.

"That… Was not a good idea. Do you honestly think he'll not tell them?" Chris looks at Chef with annoyance at his question.

"Probably not, but hey, there might be a chance he honours the deal." Chef sighs as he shakes his head while they both head out.

Back at the Lion's cabins, Xavier walks out of his room. He seems tired and has an enormous bed uses this moment to walk up and start talking.

"Get to the craft services. Now." Xavier simply raises his pointer finger in the theatre kid's face and rubs his eyes, yawning and looking annoyed. "Get over whatever you're going through and get to the tent,"

"What the fu-" The rest of Xavier's sentence is cut off by static.

Confessional:

Xavier sighs into the camera. "So yes, I have 'forgiven' Jake for yelling at me last episode. After his apology, it wasn't really up for debate if I would or wouldn't, especially since I was wrong… But I haven't 'forgotten' what he's said." He puts air quotes around forgotten and forgiven to make his point. "I want to go out with him, but I don't want to ruin our potential friendship. Plus, how quickly he turned me down and how angry he was sort of made me sad. It's tough."

Confessional Ends

Morgan and Myron continue to walk along, with The Perfect Guy being the first one to speak.

"How's it going with getting votes?" This causes a chuckle from Myron.

"Probably my only friends on this team are you and Rory, honestly I was hoping to team up with you and Megan in the merge, she was friends with Jemma and Tegan as well so we'd be a group of six and we would have had the majority."

"Well, that hasn't really panned out all that well," Morgan responds. Myron nods and shrugs. The perfect guy then responds, "Don't worry bro, I got this, you don't have to worry about a thing,"

"That's… Weirdly comforting," Myron says with a confused expression, "What's your plan?"

"If I say," Morgan comments, "Then it won't happen."

Confessional:

"Believe me, I wouldn't have said this a few days ago, but I want Morgan to stay in," Myron admits, "He's my friend and I want him to survive in this game, so I'm incredibly curious to hear his strategy,"

"I could have told him about my deal with Susan," The perfect guy admits with a smirk, "but the dude seems to like fair playing, and blackmail probably isn't something he'll be a fan of… And I need him on hand just in case."

Confessional Ends

As the two boys continue to walk, a voice calls over the loudspeaker. "Aaaaaalllllllright campers! Time for your next challenge! Today we'll be at Fire Island for today's blazing challenge!." The campers sigh at Chris's announcement.

"Darn," Carol admits, walking into view of Susan and Lauren, "I thought Chris forgot."

"I'm down for a challenge," Lauren admits shrugging, as the three girls start walking, "Plus it's in the morning this time, we have the rest of the day off,"

"Or it'll take the whole day," Susan states,

"That's fine too! I'm just happy to be here," Lauren replies,

"Yeah!" Carol replies, Susan momentarily looks with a perturbed expression but continues onwards,

Confessional:

"Okay, Carol's my friend," Susan states, "But I don't know, Lauren comes across as really untrustworthy." She fiddles with her hair but continues, "I know I formed an alliance with her, but the last thing I need right now is another person being a secret strategist and seeing as she was such a major part of our team's only elimination who wasn't even someone who wasn't even too disliked."

Confessional Ends

The Lion's start to walk towards their challenge, but one camper walks considerably further away. Xavier almost jogs, however, he's stopped by an unexpected voice,

"Hey, wait up," the Method Actor turns around to see Jemma jogging up to him.

"Oh uh, hey Jemma… What's up?" Was the response, the Journalist replies with,

"Nothing much, I'm just stuck thinking about something."

"Same really," Xavier states, "You really think you know someone right?" Jemma stands still for a moment and states,

"Yeah… You really do…" She then pivots into another question, asking, "Hey, you have any idea what happened last elimination?" Xavier's eyes narrow as he says,

"No… I thought Gary was done for." Jemma's eyes also narrow as she says,

"Alright then… Keep your secrets." She then walks off.

Confessional:

"Just because I'm not happy with Gary doesn't mean I'm going to rat him out straight away. That's just being a jerk."

"I know he was lying," Jemma states, matter of factly, "I mean, when your job partially involves reading others to see if they're lying, you sort of pick up on these kinds of things."

Confessional Ends

As the campers get to their boats, Bob grabs Xavier and the duo get into a boat. Gary and Katrina get in another and Jemma and Tegan get in the third. Meanwhile, with the Tigers, Carol and Lauren go in one, Morgan and Myron in a second, Susan and Rory go in a third and Jake and Nadia get in the last one.

As everyone rows, Bob quickly talks to Xavier, "Dude… Why are you with Gary?"

"Because it's my only option, I mean, Jemma, Megan, Tegan, You." Xavier counts off on his fingers. "It's… Four out of seven… It sucks to do this… But I need to stay in the game."

"Xavier…" Bob starts, he goes to open his mouth but quiets when Katrina and Gary row past, with the latter glaring. Bob groans in annoyance before he stops talking, continuing to row.

Rory and Susan row at a reasonably fast rate, the Jock asks her in a hushed whisper, "So… Should we reveal what happened to everyone?"

"Us getting together?" The Brainiac responds, "I don't think so…"

"Why not?"

"Well, the others are going to see us as threats if we reveal we're going out so early. We need to wait until just after another relationship forms, or preferably, keep this whole thing a secret to everyone and start going out once the game's over."

"I uh… May have told Myron about yesterday." Rory admits.

"What?" Susan responds in shock.

"Well Myron's my friend, how are we going to explain to our friends why we keep disappearing together? I mean, Carol might notice,"

"Okay, fair point. But we have to be careful about who we tell. Make Myron promise not to tell anyone, and I'll let Carol know and do the same." She then realises how she reacted and quickly says, "Maybe, we can form an alliance of four then."

Confessional:

"Are you kidding me?" Susan states, exasperated, "Out of everyone, he tells the ONE person Morgan is friends with? Great… Juuuussssst great."

"I mean, Myron and I are bros? We won't tell the other guys or anything." Rory shrugs, "But hey, she's definitely more intelligent than me… So she's probably got the right idea to an extent…"

Confessional Ends

Jake and Nadia row along behind the new couple. Jake says, "Hey… Are Rory and Susan a thing?" Nadia looks at him disbelievingly.

"You seriously didn't know before now? Like, are you joking?" Jake innocently twiddles his fingers, causing his Hot Blooded friend to put her hand to her head, pinching the bridge of her nose and whisper, "I thought we all knew…"

As the remaining fourteen contestants finally arrive on Fire Island, they do not see Chris there, instead, they see a flaming hoop and the duo of Don and Chef.

"Are you hosting today's challenge, Don?" Xavier asks, to which Don replies,

"Nope, just watching Chris do this one," He states,

"Where is he then?" Tegan asks tapping her foot, "Let's get this over with," however this is stopped when another camper's voice calls out,

"Here he comes," Katrina comments, "Three, two, o-" at that moment, Chris flies down on his jetpack from the previous seasons. He then says,

"HELLO, CAMPERS! Welcome to the next challenge!"

"Yeah, yeah, let's get this over with, what's the next challenge?" Bob quickly says in a sour mood.

"You guys are no fun," a pouting Chris comments,

"Don't worry Chris! You can talk all you want to me, I'll listen," Lauren calls out while shooting a smirk at Bob. The giant balls a hand up into a fist, but it slackens after he sees Gary smirking back at him.

"Thanks, Lauren." The host replies with, his mocking smirk returned, "Anyways! Let's get to the challenge! Each team will have to fly a member through these four rings!" He gestures to the flaming hoops above him."

"Hang on a sec," Lauren states, "Isn't this part of the challenge from Revenge of the Island Episode 10?" She then continues, "The one Heather took over,"

"Biiingo!" Chris calls out, "Though the producers changed it up… And made it way less fun." The campers seem relieved at this info, but Chris still smirks, "I'm still gonna enjoy this though,"

"Get to the point!" Jemma calls out, to which Chris sighs,

"Fiiiiiine, after you finish flying, if you make it through the hoops, then you will have to grab one of these!" Chris then holds up a duelling stick. Members of the team will have to knock off the opponents and secure that platform!" He then gestures to a raised platform above with eight duelling sticks on each side. "Because the Lions suck so much, they can have two players go up a second time, but it has to be the first two members that fly up, and you have to say who,"

"Bob." Everyone on the Lions calls out, except for the giant himself, who simply nods. The team then looks around wondering who else should go twice, though this is answered by another voice going,

"Me, I'm the next strongest," Katrina steps forward and the other four members of the team nod in agreement.

Confessional:

"Yeah, Katrina's probably our next best person for this challenge," Tegan admits, "Both the traitors going twice MIGHT make them less liked if they screw up both times."

"Maybe doing this challenge will get my mind off things." Bob comments, sighing.

Confessional Ends

"Alright campers, get whoever's flying up in order and then get ready for the challenge!" Chris calls out, "You can start in THREE! TWO! ONE! GO!"

Katrina grabs her jetpack and flies up while the Tigers stand around and discuss.

"Okay, so who's going first?" Lauren asks. The majority of the team shrug.

"Alright then," Jake comments, "I guess we can start with-"

Jake's thought is stopped by Myron running over saying, "Alright, let me go first,"

Confessional:

"After Megan got sent home last episode, I need to prove myself badly, 'cause I think I'm up next to be eliminated," The Ungifted Nerd looks seriously at the camera.

Confessional Ends

"You sure?" Jake asks.

"Definitely, I'm down to do this," He then grabs the jetpack out of Jake's hands and puts it on, going flying as he realizes his mistake. "CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!" He somehow goes perfectly through all the fire hoops and aiming downwards while flying ever so slightly downwards.

Eventually, Myron slams into the platform… In the worst possible place, his groin. This causes the shot to cut to the pained expression on Myron's face, a tear starting to fall from his face due to the pain before it also shows the cringing faces of Rory, Morgan and Jake.

Myron falls forward onto the platform in pain as Katrina manages to land without much effort.

"Well…" Katrina comments, "This is more of a mercy move," before she simply pushes Myron off the platform, sending him down to the ground.

"And it looks like we already have our first loser in today's challenge. I would make fun of Myron, but he's suffered enough… Eh whatever," Chris then walks over and starts making fun of the nerd offscreen. While this happens Don walks over to Chef and says,

"REAL class act he is… Why do you deal with him?"

"Because he's my friend." Chef simply states, "I don't need another reason,"

"Alright then," Don replies.

Confessional:

"Can Chris be an ass a lot of the time?" Chef asks rhetorically, "Definitely. But… he's been mostly sticking by me for years and I'm not going to just sell him out to Don anymore. A few years back I probably would have but not now."

"Does the confessional get cleaned at any point?" Don asks, genuinely confused.

Confessional Ends

Myron then stumbles back on screen to the team, before saying in a high pitched voice, "On second thought, maybe we can come up with a strategy first…" He looks at Susan before he falls over, groaning in pain.

"Honestly a strategy would probably be the best thing we could have over them," Nadia starts before she clarifies, "aside from our numbers at least. I mean, look at them, they have Bob on their side, if we don't at least focus on getting both of his goes over and done with then we are well and truly done for."

"Fair enough," Jake begins, "I say we have two large, muscled guys on our team so we send one up now to tear through them and save the other one for last to get rid of any of the stragglers or the weakened Bob,"

"I'm down for that," Rory comments, shrugging,

"That's… what my strategy was pretty much going to be," Susan says, sounding impressed, "Good thinking, Jake!" Jake smiles at this knowledge.

"Which one's going up now and which one's going last then?" Carol questions,

"Morgan first maybe?" Lauren replies, to which the rest of the team agrees.

Confessional:

"Can you blame us?" Rory asks, "I know Myron's friends with him and everything, but he's still incredibly annoying to the rest of us." The jock then folds his arms, "Plus, I'm always the quarterback, I should let someone else give it a go."

Confessional Ends

"Alright then, you get to see my abilities then," Morgan comments before he walks up and attaches his jetpack, flying up. He does appear to be struggling slightly, but he seemingly manages to fly through the hoops and land. Bob lands across from him.

"Morgan isn't it?" Katrina asks.

"Yep," The Perfect Guy replies.

"You do realise your sleeve is on fire right?" Morgan looks over and sees that Katrina is speaking the truth. This causes him to attempt to put out the fire by waving his arms erratically. Bob steps forward but doesn't attack at that exact moment. Katrina notices and says, "What are you waiting for? He's distracted!" Before attempting to hit Morgan.

Unfortunately for her, while flailing his arms, Morgan's weighted stick managed to slam the approaching Katrina in the face, which, coupled with Morgan jabbing the stick forward while using his hand to try and put the fire out, knocked Katrina off the platform.

"That… that's exactly the kind of thing I'm waiting for," Bob replies in a deadpan voice, looking downwards at Katrina, who just groans back in annoyance in a location untouched by the fire.

A screen then reveals itself with pictures of each of the campers on it, the Tigers on the top and the Lions on the bottom with second pictures of Bob and Katrina respectively. Katrina's first image fades alongside an already faded Myron.

"Go up for your second go whenever you want." Chris mentions to Katrina, who grumbles in response.

With the Lions, Tegan grabs a jetpack and says, "Me next," the team look in confusion, but respond with agreement as the complainer grabs a jetpack and flies up.

Confessional:

"Bob could possibly be throwing the challenge or something so Jemma or I go," Tegan comments with a glare, "I'm making sure that doesn't happen. I still need to worry about that vote I owe to Katrina after Hannah's elimination." She then quickly says, "I wonder if there's any chance she's forgotten about the owed vote."

Confessional Ends

Tegan lands on the platform right as Bob is seen in a clash with Morgan, who puts out the fire on his sleeves. Across from the complainer, Lauren lands, and a giant smile comes off the superfan's face.

"THAT WAS AMAZING!" She claps happily, "I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE THIS CHALLENGE IN ACTION!" She then realises what's happening after her geek-out and grabs a stick, using one fluid motion to strike the top of Tegan's weighted stick. This makes Tegan stumble back for a moment, which is just what Lauren needs to smack the Complainer, knocking her over and the stick falling on her back, but not knocking her completely off the platform. Lauren replies with, "Got you now," to which Tegan says,

"Pffft, suuuure you do," She shoots a kick out by pure luck, which manages to hit Lauren in the stomach, winding her enough for her stick to fall and for Tegan to get back up. Both girls get into a rolling fight trying to push the other off the platform and both succeed at sending the other off. That, however, also results in the girls falling off the platform and onto the ground below. Tegan and Lauren's squares darken on the controller Chris is holding.

Susan puts on the jetpack preparing to fly up, causing Rory to whisper in her ear, "Good luck," Susan smiles before she practices with the jetpack,

"Alright, so it works like this?" She comments before she flies straight upwards. She flies back down with an awkward chuckle and slowly goes through the hoops, easily fitting through due to her small stature.

Morgan and Bob continue their brawl, with them locking sticks. Unfortunately for the Perfect Guy, Bob is stronger and knocks him seemingly off the platform. Before the giant can check Susan lands behind him and grabs one of the weighted sticks, preparing to hit him. Unfortunately for the Brainiac, she seems to show a little bit of weakness when grabbing the stick. While she does grab one, she doesn't seem to have any finesse with it, missing the giant.

On another swing, Susan attempts to hit Bob, but Bob simply proceeds to grab the stick and with Susan still attached to it, turns around, holds the Brainiac over the pit and shakes her stick, making Susan fall off. Bob then takes her stick for himself, dual-wielding for the challenge.

Jake looks over at Chris and says, "Is stealing someone's stick even allowed?"

"I never said it wasn't," the host replies with a shrug. Don looks at Chris with a raised eyebrow.

The Lions all proceed to high five each other, except for one. Tegan walks over to Chris and says, "Once we're out can we go?"

"Not off the island, but you can walk around here freely,"

"Cool,"

Confessional:

"It doesn't make sense for it to be Jemma," Tegan admits, shrugging. "She and Megan were much better friends than Bob and Megan, so yeah, I thought about it before, but I still think it's Bob. And since Jemma's probably innocent, I have to prove it isn't me. If only we could walk out of the area once we were out of the challenge."

"We've got this, Bob's going to annihilate them all," Gary comments laughing, "We probably do still have to send someone up though,"

Jemma sits. "Bob is KILLING it out there." She then thinks, "I'm gonna talk to Bob and Tegan separately and see which story I believe. I wish neither of them betrayed me, but I want to know which one is being honest and which is lying. When I'm the main person directly affected my abilities to read people sort of go up in smoke,"

Confessional Ends

Jemma is the next to fly up for the Lions and successfully lands next to Bob. "Good job!" She says,

"Uhh, thanks," Bob says awkwardly, "Stand back, I got this," he then waits a moment as another jetpack lands. Jake quickly grabs a stick right as Bob starts charging. Jake dodges out of the way but is about to be knocked off as another voice calls out,

"HEY ASSHOLE, I'm not done yet," Bob and Jemma both turn around to see Morgan, without a stick and rapidly breathing, Jake takes this opportunity to tiptoe his way out of the way of the Juggernaut, surprising Jemma in the process by pushing her off the platform.

Confessional:

"I found my chance… And I took it." Jake sighs, "I mean, with Bob there we have to do things like this, right?"

Confessional Ends

After Jemma lands, Tegan walks over to her, saying, "Come with me after the challenge if you want proof I didn't flip," She holds her hand out for Jemma to grab.

"Alright, I'll bite," Jemma replies, to which Tegan gives a genuine smile.

"Thank you," Tegan replies with a smile.

On the platform, Katrina lands for her second go as Nadia lands next for the Tigers. With Nadia meeting up with Jake. Katrina runs up to try and get Jake, but with the combined strength of him and Nadia, they are able to push back against the Intern.

Down with the Tigers, Carol and Rory watch their team, before Carol has a realisation,

"Okay Rory, I need you to cover me if I'm not ready up there, I have an idea that might work, but I need time to get ready for it to happen."

"Alright, seems cool to me," Rory replies as Carol puts her jetpack on, preparing to fly up. Carol looks extremely excited,

"I'm really gonna fly! This is amazing!" the Superhero wannabe calls out excitedly. As she flies up, she puts her right hand out in a fist with a massive smile, unfortunately, the campers need both hands to steer and she immediately turns 180 degrees to the left and faceplants into the ground. She quickly gets up with a sheepish smile and flies upwards, getting herself through the hoops.

Xavier lands near Katrina, Jake and Nadia, having stopped to watch the rather one-sided fight between Morgan and Bob. Morgan has stolen the stick used by Susan back and tries to launch an assault on the Giant, which he

In most circumstances, Morgan would already be down on the ground, but Bob, while he is still destroying the Perfect Guy, looks conflicted, that being the only reason Morgan isn't out.

Confessional:

"Normally I'd be able to take Morgan out easily," Bob admits, "But I'm stuck in thought about the whole blackmail situation and I guess that's distracted me from the challenge."

Confessional Ends:

Xavier and Jake both refocus on the challenge at the same time, managing to look at each other,

"About yesterday," Xavier mentions,

"Uh, you already-" Jake replies.

"S-sorry, I uh… I forgot?" Xavier stutters, both boys look awkwardly at each other for a moment, followed by Xavier reeling back and knocking Jake off the platform. "Sorry about that too, we just really need this win,"

Carol then lands posing before she says, "HOLD THE OTHERS OFF! I got this!" [2]

"Easier said than done," Nadia replies, grunting while pushing back against Katrina and Xavier and starting to fail badly. Carol speeds up her efforts, grabbing the rope from her utility belt and starting to tie it to the weighted stick.

Confessional:

"Okay, so there I was," Carol starts, "Building a makeshift gadget to lead my team to victory, one part rope, one part jousting stick thingy, one part rubber bands and one part masking tape. While it's not the exact thing, the idea is taken from Owlman #165 where the villainous Dr Monstrous tried to freeze the world, Owlman had to shoot a stick from off the ground to stop him, and he used that stick alongside his grappling hook and some Owl-hesive spray to successfully get the shot! It isn't a perfect recreation, but it'll give us the lead, I promise!"

Confessional Ends:

Carol uses the masking tape to tape her rope to the weighted stick and then some extra to stretch out three of the rubber bands while keeping them stuck. She then stands out, tongue poking out while aiming, three of her fingers in the rubber band slots and her other hand holding the rope.

Gary lands quickly to help Katrina and Xavier, but he is unable to due to looking over at Carol and asking, "What the heck is that thing?" as Bob knocks Morgan and himself over towards the line of fire without realising.

"GET OUT OF THE WAY YOU TWO!" Carol asks, struggling to keep her pose,

"I can't!" Nadia calls out, "Kind of struggling here!"

"Then I'm sorry in advance!" She calls out as she lets go. In slow motion, Carol lets go of the rubber bands, lifts the stick above her head using her rope and spins it twice, drops it down and uses it to clothesline EVERYBODY off the platform except for herself due to them being all in the same place. Chris sees the lights on his tablet almost all fade.

Rory lands next to the Superhero Wannabe with a surprised face, commenting, "Did- did you just win us the challenge?"

"I… Think I did…" Carol replies surprised before Chris calls out,

"Not quite," the two campers look down confused as Chris continues, "You still have one member of the Frozen Lions to deal with,"

"Wait wh- Hang on a sec…" Rory starts before he realises, "Ah crap… By any chance Carol, do you still have that device thing?"

"What are you talking about? Of course, I'd-" she then looks down and realises that while she still has her rope, her jousting stick, masking tape and rubber bands landed on the ground near the contestants she took out. "Oh phooey," she comments quietly.

The people that were knocked off by Carol's contraption slowly start to get up, with Bob being the first to speak.

"What just happened?"

"Carol made some weird thing and it knocked us all off," Nadia replies, flat on her back in pain,

"Carol?" Morgan comments, before he repeats, "Carol…" with a growl under his breath.

Confessional:

"SHE'S… GOING… DOWWWWWWWNNNNN." Morgan says, his voice filled with quiet but boiling rage.

Confessional Ends

Bob stands up while clutching his head and says, "Alright, who's left to go up then on our team?"

"Nobody," Chris comments, "But you still have Bob's second go around,"

"Forgot about that for a sec," Xavier comments as he sits up with a smile,

"Alright, it's all up to you then," Gary says looking at the giant, who looks up at the duo left with a sigh,

"Of all the people on the other team," he whispers to himself, "Why Carol…"

Confessional:

Bob looks downwards, commenting, "Carol is the one member of the other team I can't be sure I can take out. I outmuscle her, but her fighting skills specifically make her a threat to me, even if she isn't a black belt. That's the only reason I'm worried about facing her," he comments with crossed arms, "Ugh, Rory's just the icing on the cake here,"

Confessional Ends

Bob stumbles forward for a few steps but shakes his head quickly and refocuses, Katrina then calls out, "What are you waiting for?"

"Sorry," Bob sarcastically replies, "Just got, y'know, launched off the platform like the rest of you," he then puts on the last jetpack for his team and starts to launch off to compete.

Bob goes slowly through the hoops, trying not to burn himself and mostly succeeding. Unknown to him his jetpack catches on fire which causes it to spark out and for him to faceplant on the platform but still stay on it. Rory and Carol stand over him.

"Any chance you'll just jump off?" Carol jokes,

"Not quite," Bob replies, "We need this win more than you." Before he rolls over and pulls himself up, grabbing the final weighted stick on his side as he stands up. Rory runs up and starts to clash with the giant. Carol then goes into a karate pose behind Bob and tries and push him off with precise strikes to his back.

This makes Bob even more annoyed and causes him to push even harder against Rory, breaking their deadlock before the giant strikes the jock in the stomach with one of the weights and sends him out of the challenge.

As Rory lands on his back, Susan walks over, "You tried your best," she says with a smile as she helps him up, "And you did much better than I did against him,"

"Thanks, babe," Rory replies, his face blushing after getting a small kiss on the cheek. Susan quickly looks around but sees everyone's eyes are on the remaining duo now so she sighs in relief.

"You think Carol's gonna win it for us?" Rory asks,

"I hope so… She's our one trump card over him specifically," was the reply.

"Ouch," Rory replies with a chuckle,

"That wasn't meant to be a dig at you," Susan comments putting her hand up as Rory stands up.

"Don't worry, I know what you mean," he replies with a playful nudge to the shoulder. Over with the rest of the Tigers, Lauren looks over at the duo with a glare,

Confessional:

"Okay, so even if I can't get them out I need to cause some friction. Total Drama has its name for a reason, and I'm going to make sure there's some real drama in it." Lauren's evil smirk is more pronounced.

Confessional Ends

Carol and Bob duel with their sticks. Carol is able to hit a myriad of quick hits while Bob lands strong blows that cause Carol to stumble back. Carol then decides to break the silence by saying.

"So… Anything interesting happen to you since the last challenge?" Carol asks as she dodges one of Bob's blows. Bob is not happy with this question.

"N-no… Nothing's happened,"

"Really? C'mon, we're friends, you can tell me,"

"It's more complicated than that," As Bob says this, he successfully hits Carol with his stick, knocking her backwards. She tries to balance herself on the end she's stuck on. "I'm sorry," He's quiet as he states this, and does one more sweeping motion to knock her off and sends the Superhero Wannabe onto the ground below.

Chris looks down at his tablet to see Carol's light fading, leaving only Bob's 2nd light as he calls out, "AND THERE WE GO! THE FROZEN LIONS WIN THE CHALLENGE!"

The five Lions below all celebrate in various ways."TAKE THAT CHEF! WE DON'T SUCK AT CHALLENGES!"Tegan yells. This causes the other four down on the ground to look up at her confused. Chef raises an eyebrow at her behavior.

Chris presses a button on a remote he has which causes the platform Bob is on to retract back down.

The Electric Tigers look around with various disappointed looks on their faces while they groan in sadness, with Chris telling them, "I'll see you guys at elimination tonight."

As the Tigers start to walk off, Morgan points to Susan and then to a secluded area, which causes Lauren to smirk before nudging Rory.

With Rory and Lauren, the latter says, "Hey Rory, how's it going? How's Susan?" Rory looks with surprise before he says,

"Wh- I have no idea what you're talking about."

"You two being together is really obvious, pretty much everyone on the team knows," Lauren replies with a neutral voice.

"I uh… Still don't know what you're talking abo-" Rory comments with a worried voice, Lauren continues with,

"You really don't have to pretend. Did Susan tell you not to tell people or something? Classic Total Drama move."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Rory raises his eyebrow.

"Get you on her side with a fake couple, make sure nobody knows so they can't call her out and then use you for votes until you become a threat."

"That's not what's going on," Rory replies, "We do love each other,"

"Alright, but counter-question, why are she and Morgan currently somewhere else? Is she doing the same thing to him?"

"What?" Rory asks as he looks around, seeing the two campers gone, "N-no, you're just being paranoid, Susan wouldn't do something like that…"

"Also," Lauren continues, "How long have you two ACTUALLY known each other.

"I know she's loyal, and I know I don't have to worry," Rory says with an angry face before he walks away fast.

Confessional:

"And that's the seeds of doubt… Planted…" Lauren comments, "Step one completed, now I just have to find the right time to do step 2."

"Susan isn't playing me… Right?" Rory asks, "No… No, she isn't… And especially not with Morgan of all people."

Confessionals End

Meanwhile with Morgan and Susan, away from everyone else, the former states, "So… we lost the challenge,"

"Yes we did indeed," An annoyed Susan replies, "Who do you want me to vote off? Nadia? Jake?"

"Neither… Carol took me out of the challenge, she HAS to go as a result," Susan looks over to him with a face of disbelief.

"What? She literally took out HALF the other team, HOW can I get her out?"

"I don't know, you're the one with the IQ of 155, as you so eloquently put it. Plus she's the crazy superhero girl, you can probably get your boy toy and Nadia since she doesn't like Carol, and with me and Myron that's more than half the votes.."

"Carol's my best friend in the game, I can't vote her off,"

"Shiiiiit, guess she'll just have to learn how you claimed to be friends with her,"

"You didn't have any way of recording me," Susan replies with a glare, Morgan puts up his hands and smirk,

"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't, but do you really want to test to find out?" Susan realises that it's a lost battle at this point.

"O-okay, I'll give it a try."

"Good, and remember, if it's me or Myron going, then all your secrets get revealed. Anyone else on the team goes and I guess I can give you an extra chance."

"Is… that it?" Susan asks,

"Yeah… Pretty much," Morgan states, "Hurry on now, you have work to do."

Susan walks off, but she grunts in annoyance out of earshot of the Perfect Guy.

Confessional:

"Oh I'm going to campaign alright," Susan puts her finger up annoyed as she angrily rants. "I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO CAMPAIGN, YOU SANCTIMONIOUS SON OF A-"

Confessional Ends

Chris and Chef walk into their tent after the challenge, with the host telling the intern with his hair over his eyes, "Ok, get my coffee," the intern walks off with an annoyed grumble. Behind him, Don arrives right behind the duo and says,

"So that's how you do the challenges?" Chris looks behind him and states,

"Yep, that was actually one of the faster challenges."

"Shouldn't you have gotten netting at the bottom of the platform?" Don asks, Chris simply shrugs,

"It makes things more exciting to the viewers at home, plus I made sure they weren't burnt when they landed. No harm, no foul."

"No harm?" Don incredulously replies, "Chris… They fell from platforms several feet in the air."

"The World Tour teens did that back in the German Alps, and no one complained then. Don't see what the issue is."" Chris shrugs.

"There was snow to cushion their fall there, here it was just the ground." Don's comment simply causes Chris to shrug,

"None of them are hurt, are they? You know for a fact that the producers said that broken bones can be covered by waivers and that as long as there wasn't any serious injury or death involved I would be fine, and guess what, that's what happened. Getting a little roughed up is fine."

"Do you think we haven't watched the previous episodes?"

"Nothing to worry about there too." Chris shrugs.

"Someone almost got mauled by Scuba Bear two episodes ago," Don states, very annoyed.

"If Scuba Bear started to actually maul someone I would have pressed the Kill Switch and cancelled the challenge,"

"HOW WOULD YOU HAVE KNOWN!?" Don yells, "YOU DIDN'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING TO TELL YOU IF IT HAPPENED!"

"The trank guns and net launchers had microphones in them so Chef would have heard it and he would have told me," Don looks over at Chef who simply nods.

"What about the campers that took nothing?" For once Chris didn't have a rebuttal. Don looks seriously at the Host saying, "Chris… You could be fired if too many of these situations happen, you are aware of that,"

"I know," Chris says with a glare, "And since you're so scared, I'll tell you that the next episode does NOT have a physically-based challenge."

"Good, because we need to have a little chat later about what challenges are good, and which ones aren't."

"Ah put a sock in it, Don," Don's eyes darken, but he replies with,

"I'm staying for the elimination ceremony." Don then turns around and leaves, an angry expression evident.

"Buh bye," Chris gives a mocking wave as Don storms off. The intern then returns and hands Chris a coffee, which he takes a sip of and spits it out, "I ordered an iced, half-caff, ristretto, venti, 4-pump, sugar-free, cinnamon, dolce soy skinny latte! This has no cinnamon! Are you trying to poison me!? Get out of here!" The intern walks out with a very annoyed expression.

Bob stands around the back of the cabins, walking along with a melancholy expression and his hands in his pockets, however, Tegan ambushes him and says, "So… Anything to say for yourself?"

"For…" Bob puts his hand up asking for more details,

"Cut the crap," an annoyed Tegan states. "You voted Megan, It's obvious,"

"Alright, yeah… I did, but it's nothing personal, and… I didn't want to do it… Please don't tell Jemma about this. If you want, you can probably vote for me next time if you want, Katrina might even join you. It's probably what you think I deserve anyway."

"Alright, maybe I will do that then," Tegan states mockingly as the giant walks off sadly. After Bob has made it a significant distance away, Jemma rolls out of the bush behind and says,

"So… It was Bob…"

Confessional:

"I thought we were friends…" Jemma says, "But I guess not…"

Confessional Ends

Jemma takes this moment to start walking off sadly. Tegan follows her saying, "Okay, so that proves I voted Gary right?"

"Yep… Sorry I doubted you…" She then walks up into the losers cabin, enters the female side and closes the door hard. Tegan is left sighing.

Confessional:

"Okay… I need to give her a bit of space, but uh… At least I'm cleared of all wrongdoing?" Tegan shrugs, then sighs.

Confessional Ends

Lauren and Carol sit around in the girl's bedroom chatting with each other. "Who do you think's out?" Carol asks.

"Honestly this one's kind of tough," Lauren says, "Morgan hopefully, but I could see it being you."

"Wait really?" The Superhero asks in fear, "But I was the last one left on the team! And I took out half of the other team,"

"Yeah, but you also took out Morgan and Nadia, and you still lost us the challenge from a perspective."

"Oh no… How can I stay in then? Any ideas?"

"Not sure," shrugs a confused Lauren, "I've already heard people talking to send you home,"

"Who?" Carol quickly asks, standing up with a fearful expression,

"Nadia and Jake," Lauren pretends to think before saying, "I saw they were talking to Susan actually,"

"What? I know for a fact that Susan won't vote for me, she's my friend!"

"Still, it's worth thinking about," Lauren shrugs, "Morgan's our best choice,"

Confessional:

"Step 2 is pulling Carol away from Susan." Lauren comments, "While I think Rory's easier to get out, I'm up for the challenge, step 3 can really happen at any point."

Confessional Ends

Morgan is shown sitting with Myron, relaxing. Myron on the other hand looks worried and says, "Dude, you aren't very popular with the others, you think you should talk with them about voting someone else off?"

"Nah, I got this, I just need you to vote Carol at elimination and I survive,"

"You have the votes?" Myron asks,

"I know I will… I have someone on the inside," he replies with a smirk.

Susan walks around the spa hotel with purpose, then turns a corner and sees Jake and Nadia talking.

"Carol had the strongest showing today," Jake explains, "I don't really think we should kick her off."

"She took members of her own team out in the challenge, that's not something you do while also being the MVP," Nadia replies.

"But she also took out four members of the other team," Nadia sighs at Jake's response and replies,

"Good point," Susan begins to walk around the corner and asks,

"Look, can I ask you to do something for me?"

"Uh… Sure… What's wrong?"

"Vote Morgan. He's already super unpopular, and he already didn't do all that much in the challenge today, he didn't really hold back Bob. Most he did was draw his attention away from the others.""

"I'm down," Jake replies. Nadia looks around with a glower and says,

"Alright fine…" Susan then nods happily.

"Thanks for that!" The Popular Girl walks off, smiling at the duo.

"Are you actually going to?" Nadia asks,

"Probably," Jake shrugs.

Confessional:

"I don't trust Susan, she's really shifty to me," Nadia admits, "I might vote her in all honesty, she didn't do ANYTHING in the challenge today really." She pauses as she considers what she said. "Alright no, I won't, she's not the smart target right now, but still."

-—

"Morgan's as good as done," Susan angrily comments, "Let him reveal the dirt he has on me, who's gonna believe him over me? I'll just play the shocked little 'oh woe is me why would you say such things about me?' card. Works all the time for Nia back at home," She mentions offhandedly.

Confessionals End

Elimination Ceremony 5: Electric Tigers (8 Members)

The eight Tigers sit around, not saying much as Chris walks up, a smirk on his face, "Alright! Time for you eight to vote, and then we're sending one of you home in a BLAZE of glory!" The campers share a neutral expression. "Get it? Blaze? Fire Island? A fire is a—"

"We get it," Jake exclaims.

"Fine," Chris says with a pout on his face before he says, "Alright, go and vote. If you forgot from last time, then literally just say who you're voting off. That's about it." After this is said, Jake stands up, walks over, and votes, followed by Morgan, Carol, Susan, and onwards. Once Rory returns and the last vote posted Chef hands a note to Chris with the votes on it.

Chris looks at it with surprised eyes before he smirks, saying, "Well then, isn't THIS an interesting vote? I have seven hot dogs here," Chef then walks over with a plate containing the food in question. "If you don't get one, you will have to get on the fireworks of shame and blast off! Oh, that's actually a pretty good idea, Chef, ideas for an upcoming season's elimination device, Rocket of Shame,"

"You do realise that we won't have the budget for it right?" Chef asks

"I can ask the producers for more."

Chef is still unimpressed, causing him to say, "Alright, your funeral though."

Chris then realises the Tigers are all looking ahead, bored, causing him to turn around quickly and say, "Oh, wait a sec, alright! Hot Dogs go to…

… Jake," the leader catches his with a smirk.

"Rory, Myron, you're both safe as well," the two campers then catch their hot dogs, smiling at each other, however, Myron quickly cringes in pain due to the pain he got earlier in the day

"Lauren, here's yours,"

"Thanks, Chris," The superfan states, running up to get it.

"Nadia and Susan, heads up," the duo both catch their hotdogs, giving each other a curt nod. Don is seen walking on-screen, putting his phone away as he watches who will get eliminated."This just leaves Morgan, the most hated guy in the team, and Carol, the person who took out half her remaining teammates in the challenge. VERY good reasons for either of you to be sent home… The final camper surviving tonight's elimination is…

.

.

.

.

.

Carol," gasps are heard from Carol, Morgan and Myron at the same time.

"Wait, I'm actually safe?" Carol asks, genuine confusion in her voice.

"Yeah, I'm with her," Morgan states, "She's safe? We had a deal, Susan, you get her out, not me."

"HUH?" Carol calls out, before she looks at Susan, betrayal on her face, "You were going to vote me off?" in response, Susan looks up with fury in her eyes before she says,

"No, that's not what happened at all. Carol was off-limits, I told you that much, I would have been on board if you said, Jake or Nadia."

"We're RIGHT HERE," Nadia calls out in response with an annoyed Jake next to her,

"I won't betray her or Rory," Susan says, not paying attention to the Hot Blooded's response.

"Well, that's not an ultimatum you can give," The perfect guy says before he starts chuckling. "I think you've forgotten our deal. You were never in an opportunity of power here." Chef goes to grab the Perfect guy before Chris then cuts him off saying,

"Chef, let's let him talk, I want to know what he heard," smiling all the while.

"Alright then," Chef shrugs, still standing behind the Perfect Guy, but not doing anything.

Susan starts to look around panicked at this stage, causing her to say, "Look, Morgan, you got outplayed," with fear twinging in her voice, "You don't have to say anything you'll regret,"

"Oh I won't regret this," the Perfect Guy laughs, "Just after Richard's elimination, I was going to make a confessional about being surprised that I survived that elimination, because I would have if I'm being honest. And then I heard Susan from in there. She was having a nice ol' chat in there about the vote. And how she was planning to keep manipulating her supposed friends."

"I DIDN'T SAY THAT!" Susan calls out, angrily, this causes a few confused expressions at the speed of her denial.

"Then enlighten us," Nadia says, pushing the Brainiac, "What DID you say?" Susan's face goes pale for a moment. However, colour returns and she says,

"I made an alliance with Lauren," The team shares a collective gasp. "Is that any different than the alliance Jake and Nadia obviously have, or Morgan, Lauren and Myron?"

"Well, uh…" Nadia says, thinking confusedly while Jake shrugs and nods awkwardly, "We- we ARE-"

"That's not how I remember it," Lauren says, starting to tear up, "You threatened me into being in that alliance, and you forced me to try and get Morgan's vote."

"Uh," Rory then calls out, "So it's probably not as bad as you're all saying, right?" They are interrupted by Lauren stepping back in.

"Please, you gotta believe me," Lauren wails, "Susan straight up said that she was manipulating you and Carol. That's how she's gotten your votes!"

"S-Susan is that… True?" Rory asks, his voice quivering,

"Not anymore," Susan admits,

"Anymore?" Rory asks before he starts to tear up. "Anymore!?

"Susan…" Carol asks, "Why? I thought we were friends," she then rubs her elbow awkwardly as she starts to tear up. The superhero then pulls in Lauren and hugs her

"I was wrong, I know," Susan sighs, "Please, let me explain myself,"

"But, that means… you… You played me… I thought you actually loved me… Guess I'm just the loser now…" Rory sadly says before he runs off, sadly.

"Wait!" Susan calls out, slouching as the Jock runs off.

"Yeah we have an alliance," Nadia admits shrugging and pointing to her and Jake, "but I didn't manipulate him into joining it." She walks off with Jake following and not saying a word, but he has an expression on his face showing him deep in thought.

"It's alright Carol," Lauren says with a sad expression on her face as Carol hugs her. Meanwhile, when nobody but Susan is looking at her she gives Susan a smirk of pure evil, as the duo then walk off.

"Myron? Will you let me talk?" Susan asks a mix of worry, annoyance and sadness in her voice.

"No…" the ungifted nerd says furiously, pointing at Susan's chest, "You've had your chance, you could have probably come clean if you ACTUALLY felt bad."

"It was a misunderstanding," Susan desperately comments before she looks at him and continues, "Haven't you and Megan ever had a fight or something?"

"Arguments? Yeah, but I would never do what you just did to one of my friends, Megan or not. This is pretty much the evilest thing you CAN do you, treacherous witch." With that he turns around to Morgan and breathes out, calming down slightly before he says, "Sorry you had to go home before others bro," and fistbumps Morgan, who has a smirk on his face, "I've got to check on Rory now…" he then walks off, leaving just Chris, Chef, Morgan and Susan.

"Okay, I'll go now," The perfect guy says, "One last thing though… Good luck," He smirks at his remaining teammate, causing her to look downwards upset. He turns around and is followed by Chef as Susan walks off back towards the victory cabin, saddened.

"Hang on a sec you two," Chris smirks, causing Morgan and Chef to turn around "How about this, you can stay on the island and drum up Drama…"

"HELL YEAH! I'M BACK IN THE GAME BABY!" Morgan yells at the top of his lungs, excited.

"Hang on a sec, don't get ahead of yourself," Chris says, "Don's hounding me," Chris points at Don which causes a glare, "I can't just bring you back into the game… But you can come back… as an intern."

"An intern?" Morgan asks, confused,

"An intern?" Don then says turning to Chris with surprised eyes.

"Yeah, considering Katrina decided to quit being one, and our contract made it so she has to complete, we've been one short for testing challenges. So if you come back and test challenges for the season, you can also cause Drama between the members of your former team, how about that?"

"Hm… do I get an intern's paycheck?" Morgan's comment causes Chris to shrug,

"Eh, sure, it's only like, a hundred an hour or something, I don't know, that's cheap right?" Chris turns to Chef who raises an eyebrow, Don looks ahead with disbelieving eyes. The host continues, "It's the producers that pay you anyways, they can get to you about that later."

"I'm in!" he says as he and Chris shake hands. Don simply rolls his eyes.

"It's not the worst thing you've done this season, but we'll need to do up a new contract for an intern so if he stays on the Island until then, but isn't an intern."

"I'd mess with the jerks in my team for free anyways," Morgan admits, smirking.

Chris then realises something and looks around disappointed,

"Though it is kind of annoying I can't send anyone off on the fireworks…" However, Chris's face then morphs into a smirk, "Wait a second..."

A wipe transition then shows the intern with hair over his eyes tied to the fireworks, angrily,

"COME ON!" he calls out,

"Yeah… I want to say, Gerald? This is for giving me the wrong coffee!"

"You're going to get SO sued," he yells out, "And I'm NORVILLE!" Chris shrugs and presses the button, sending the intern flying off, yelling in fear.

"Haha, no I'm not," Chris replies to the angry Intern before he looks at the screen, "I would sign out now," Chris says, before turning to the audience, but the drama that happens after this elimination's gonna be goooooood. So, let's see it,"

Confessional:

The Fangirl starts by laughing evilly, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT is the DRAMA I AM LOOKING FOR! AND I HELPED CAUSE IT! Not only is Susan the next out on the team, but I'm now the poor girl that can be easily manipulated, I can become Carol's bestie again, and after Susan's out I can get Rory and Myron's votes on my side and BOOM! I have FOUR out of six votes! And Nadia and Jake will definitely come to me to try and sway me to their side, so I hold all the power in the team. Thanks, Morgan, you've genuinely made me the strongest playing in the season,"

-—

"Look," Jake mentions before sighing, "SOMETHING about the whole situation seems… fishy… If what was said about Susan is completely right, then duh she needs to go, but I feel like something from what Lauren said at the very least is wrong. I'm going to try and learn more about the situation," he rubs his temple, "What an explosive exit though,"

Confessional Ends

The Lions watch outside their cabins as the Tigers return, with Xavier sighing in relief at Jake's return. Though he notices Jake quickly take off from the others when nobody is looking and run in the other direction towards the beach.

Confessional:

"Okay… He's still in…" Xavier mentions, relief on his face. "So About earlier in the challenge… I don't want things to get awkward with him, but it's tough." He then thinks, "Even if we don't, y'know, get together, I do want to be friends with him… if it's what he wants though, then I'll probably have to move on."

Confessional Ends

In her bedroom, Carol stomps in angrily, grabbing her pillow and throwing it. With her eyes wide she grabs it again and slams it back on her bed, burying her face into it and screaming in rage and sadness.

Confessional:

"Just like Devilish Dinah, just like Evil Elizabeth, why do I even try to befriend the popular people?" Carol asks to herself, furiously. "They're all the same. They don't even give me any time, I'm just a green belt and a weird girl to them all…" She then calms herself down by slapping herself and taking deep breaths before she sighs and continues. "I can't believe she played me like that… Maybe I should hear her out, maybe this is all a misunderstanding or something. I can't do it today though, I don't know when, but not now… Maybe after the season is over and I have the million and she doesn't… no, I can't get overconfident," she then grips her head, "All my friends find a way to play me except for hopefully Lauren and Bob."

Confessional Ends

Jake waits at the beach as Susan walks past. The leader looks at the Brainiac and thinks to himself, 'Something about this is fishy… And I'm getting to the bottom of this.'

Susan goes down the steps, noticing the Leader and quickly running off.

"Wow…" Jake comments, pondering whether or not he should follow and talk to his teammate, he decides to stay quiet for the moment, however, he then says under his breath to himself, "Tomorrow."

The scene next cuts to Rory running into the forest, with tears in his eyes. His sobbing is heard for several moments as he runs over to a tree, leaning against it to support himself. However his crying gives way to anger, causing him to yell out,

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH," before he throws several punches against the tree, which knocks off bark and causes him to sink to the ground crying. Myron then runs by, seeing the jock in tears, causing him to run up, and go,

"Dude! It's going to be alright, it'll be alright," however this only causes Rory to start crying more,

"I thought I had a chance with her… Why did I have to be so STUPID!?"

"Dude, it's alright, you'll get over her." Myron then notices Rory's fists, bloodied by the force of his punches.

Meanwhile, Lauren watches the scene between Myron and Rory before she makes an evil smirk

Confessional:

"I hope you're proud of yourself Susan," Myron says, pure venom in his voice, "You're following Morgan right onto the fireworks,"

-—

"Oh, this is actually amazing." Lauren starts laughing crazily. "I automatically have Carol, and the others will probably want to 'manipulate' me," she makes sure to do air quotes on this line, "So I'm the head honcho of the team right now! Man, this game could not be going more PERFECTLY for me,"

Confessional Ends

Morgan walks down the path towards the interns before he swings the door to their cabins open saying, "What's up losers!"

"What are you doing here?" The shorter, overweight intern asks in confusion,

"I'm your new pal," Morgan replies, pulling that intern into a noogie.

"Uh… No…" The pained intern replies, struggling to pull himself away while looking with a worried expression, "This is only for interns,"

"Yet you let that chick from the other team in, I wonder why?"

"Shut up! She's… Way smarter than you, that's for sure, where's Norville anyway?"

"He got shot from the fireworks, in my place,"

"But… That means... Oh no…" The intern realises, sighing in annoyance, "You've gotta be kidding me, please tell me he still at least has his job." Morgan nods.

"I'm testing out challenges with you ya little meatball," His jovial smile turns into an evil smirk as he says, "And making my team's social life a living hell… And you're gonna help me, pal."

"Uh no, I have issues of my own… Like attempting to live through this… And I don't have more muscle than brain like you,"

"You don't have a choice in the matter… Oscar is it?"

"Otis…" The now named Intern replies, sighing in defeat.

"We're going to make sure an elimination happens soon." The Perfect guy's smirk causes Otis to sigh.

The scene then cuts to Chris, laughing evilly at the results of the elimination, before he says, "WOW! That's good drama right there, was starting to think that team didn't have it in them for some, to be honest. Who will actually take the Fireworks next? What drama will our new intern Morgan cause with his new team? And will Don actually give me a chance to do things my way?" His face turns into an annoyed glare before he continues with, "Find out on the next episode of TOTAL! DRAMA! ELEMENTAL ISLANDS!"

The scene then fades in to much later in the night, after most of the girls on the Tigers are asleep. Carol stays awake, lying in her bed as a stone taps the window of the room she's in, grabbing her attention. The Superhero opens her window to Bob, standing with another few small stones in his hands. As Carol goes to close the window sadly he quickly says,

"Look, I just want to say sorry for earlier. I had a bad time after the last challenge. And I'm sorry for taking you out today."

"No worries, your team needed to win another challenge I guess," she replies with a small smile. "Can we have a chat?"

"Alright then," Bob says with a smile, as the superhero quickly turns around and slowly walks out to make sure she doesn't wake up her team members before the episode fades out.

Voting Confessionals:

Carol: "I… Guess Morgan? Don't know how I'll get myself out of this…" she sighs, "New Leonard names are going to be EVEN MORE popular now at home…"

Jake: "I vote Morgan, he's really toxic, y'know? If he goes we can probably work together as a team a lot better,"

Lauren: "I need all the votes I can get, and at least now, you're loyal to Susan, not me. Don't take this personally Morgan, its all strategy,"

Morgan: With a smirk, Morgan simply goes, "See ya never Carol." He then laughs and leans back, cracking his fingers.

Myron: "I vote Carol, I can't just let the team get rid of Morgan yet, and Carol screwed up the challenge more, so I guess she's the next most likely to go… No offence Carol."

Nadia: "Carol is an idiot, and she took me out in the challenge, but in the grand scheme of things, Jake was right. She has been more useful than Morgan has, and she also took out half of the Lions as well in this challenge so it sort of equals out… Consider yourself lucky 'Golden Swan'." Nadia puts up air quotes for the last two words.

Rory: "I vote Morgan, that guy's had it coming for SIX episodes,"

Susan: "You're not voting Carol off," she simply states, "I'll take your bluff if it means I don't get rid of her,"

Bonus Clip:

Alfred, Richard and Megan stand around waiting for the rocket to land with today's loser,

"Okay, so how long are we waiting?" Megan asks, "I'm fine, but I'm just curious,"

"We should be ready for someone about now…" Richard sighs. Megan nods and quiets down for a moment saying, "So why are you here Alfred?"

"I wish to have more screentime," He admits before sneering,

"Fair enough," Megan replies. The rocket then lands near the trio causing them to look over surprised,

"Any guesses?" Richard asks,

"Not really, it could be anyone's game," Megan admits,

"The 'superhero' that swapped teams with me in the first episode," Alfred then says,

"Carol?" Megan asks, "She seems fine enough, why her?"

"Because she's insane," Alfred brings up.

"Stupid Chris, stupid job, stupid show," the voice from the rocket states angrily,

"One of the interns," Alfred states with a confident nod, once they go around and see he is right Megan and Richard look confused at him as he says, "I thought it was rather obvious?"

"What are you three looking at?" Norville the intern asks,

"Well, is it a non-elimination today?" Megan asks,

"No, the guy that thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread got voted out,"

"Morgan? Took them long enough," Richard states with folded arms,"

"But he's also an Intern now so yeah… He sent me out here because I dared to mess up his STUPID coffee."

"So are you fired?" Megan asks,

"Nah, it's Chris, he won't fire me. I'm not paid by Chris, I'm paid by the network."

"So we won't have to deal with Morgan for a while?" Richard comments."

"Yep, now I'm going to at least relax for a day or so before Chris gets me," Norville then leaves. Megan then shrugs,

"Alright, I guess I'll go then… I guess I'm back for the next episode?" before she turns around and starts to walk off.

"I assume so," Richard shrugs. This just leaves Richard and Alfred, with the latter saying,

"You know Richard… You're not too bad, at least compared to the others at least. If we happen to be in a season together, I would like to propose a truce between the two of us?"

Richard thinks for a moment before he nods, "Alright, I accept." The scene fades out as the two boys shake hands.

Electric Tigers: Carol, Jake, Lauren, Morgan (Eliminated), Myron, Nadia, Rory, Susan

Frozen Lions: Bob, Gary, Jemma, Katrina, Tegan, Xavier

[1] From Spanish (According to Google Translate):

Tienes que estar bromeando ¿verdad? = You have to be kidding right?

[2] Your choice lol, imagine however you want because I couldn't explain the pose I wanted without it being written in a clunky way.

Ahhhh, Morgan, the guy that everyone except strangely Myron hates. Originally he wasn't going to be staying as an Intern, but I decided to keep him in to let him get under the skin of his team some more. Plus, he's really fun to write for and he's actually still got some plot in him. I guess I won't really give any definitive thoughts on him because he's still technically part of the story, but still.

As for why I couldn't keep Morgan in… I couldn't swap him with anybody because anyone else going would majorly affect how the season went going forwards. Fun fact though, for part of development he actually had his elimination swapped with Richard. Yeah, this would have been as far as Richard would have gone at any point in development, and he would have had a similar plot to what Morgan got with the blackmailing Susan, though I hadn't thought of the intern side of things so he probably would have just gone home when he got eliminated and told everyone about what Susan said.

Also y'know how while I was discussing Megan's elimination I said how she was the last character made but wasn't the last personality change? Well, Morgan was just the guy that got it! His original Label was: The Dark Comedian. His shtick was going to be being edgy and telling edgy jokes. Somehow I let this characterization stay until WHILE I WAS WRITING THE FIRST EPISODE. His lines in his introduction? They were altered versions of his original lines… So yeah… That is a change I am very glad I made, even if he might have been the 2nd out. I'll have 1 more character that I changed late in development that I'll discuss later, but that character only changed their name, not their label or character or anything like that.

We're at 13 campers now, and the teams are FULL of Drama now. Before now, it kinda felt like the Tigers got along a bit too well, there was a divide, yes, but most of them were united by their hatred of Morgan. With him out of the way and a lot of dirty laundry being aired because of it I hope you guys enjoy where the team goes from here.

With episode 5, I wasn't overly happy with some of the choices I made in it, but I think this episode is a major improvement. Maybe it was sending home Megan, maybe it was how I handled Jake and Xavier (Probably this one actually) there but I wasn't overly happy with it upon rereading it after it was uploaded. This episode is better in my eyes though, and I'm excited to see what you all think of it.

If I was to give a recommendation of something to watch, then I would say the series Abandoned by the Youtube Channel 2319mi, it's a great Total Pokémon Island that is criminally underrated and while he has a bigger audience than me I still want to shout him out because any new Subscribers to him would be great to see. Just keep in mind it does take him A WHILE to make episodes and that they are LONG, like, the last couple episodes have been nearly 2 hours long.

As a question, do you have any predictions on the elimination order for the rest of the season will go? I'm curious as to what you all think. That is if I have any returning viewers after the break I took…

Speaking of which, sorry about that… The only excuse I can muster up is that I had massive writer's block for this chapter in particular. I knew the elimination and pre-challenge well enough, but the challenge itself and post-challenge? Yikes… The next episode is something that I have a good idea about what I'm gonna write though so look forward to that getting published hopefully sooner.

Since the last full episode an entire two whole seasons have been announced, and well, I really didn't see that coming. Also, TD writers, please don't make names or personalities similar to these guys.

Anyways, I'm talking too much, I should probably finish up. If I missed anything just tell me in a review and I'll either edit it in or mention it in the review response next episode. See you all in the next episode.
