"Who was he talking about?" Cindy asked as she noticed Peter's bloodied fist and blank stare.

"Come with me." Peter said as they went to the cemetery and they stood next to Gwen Stacy's grave.

Flashback

Spiderman moved out of the way of Harry's blade and countered with an upkick then shot a web that Gwen grabbed onto as he put his ankle in between the gears. Spiderman wrapped a web around his neck until the gear broke.

"Peter." Gwen said with trepidation in her voice as she fell. Spider-man jumped off the gear then shot out a web that caught her stomach while he grabbed onto a pole until he heard a crack.

"No." Spider-Man thought to himself as he let go of the bar and he jumped down and he took out a knife, he cut the webbing as he took off his mask.

"Hey, hey Gwen? Gwen, please. I can't do this without you." Peter said as he held her head while ears fell from his eyes.

Flashback end

"I will never forgive myself for not saving Gwen or her father or my uncle Ben. I take it Ezekiel already told you how he died?" Peter asked.

"It was a mugger that shot him right?" Cindy asked as she held his hand.

"Yeah, before he was killed he told me if you had the power to do the right thing then it was your obligation to do those things, not choice responsibility. After everything he did for me I paid him back by getting him killed." Peter replied as he looked at the head stone.

"You're uncle's death wasn't your fault it was the guy who shot him, you couldn't have known that it would've happened. Also, Gwen's death from what you told me, Harry, is the reason why she's dead." Cindy said.

"Maybe you're right but that still doesn't change anything." Peter replied as they heard police sirens and they left the graveyard and Peter pressed the pendant on his necklace while Cindy's costume formed around her. Spiderman and Silk went to the bank and they saw a swat team with the rest of the NYPD.

"What do you got for me and my partner?" Spider-man asked.

"The shocker and his crew have hostages so we can't move in without any of them getting killed, after this meet me on the roof of the precinct." Detective Dewolf replied.

"Will do." Spider-man said as they swung onto the building and they climbed onto the building.

"What's the deal with this Shocker guy?" Silk asked.

"His gloves emit a cosmetic blast, so just web them up, but for now we need to get the hostages out of the building." Spider-man said as he activated the suits A.I and he analyzed their weapons, and he saw that they had AK-47's with grenades and Glock 19's for side arms.

Spider-man climbed onto the side of the wall and he dropped onto the floor and he put a thug in a rear naked choke until he passed out and he webbed him to a support beam while Silk hung upside down from the wall and she threw his partner into the wall and she fired a web that stuck him to the wall.

They got back on the wall until they saw a vent and they went into it as they noticed a guard standing by the back of the bank.

Spiderman opened the door to the back of the bank and he landed onto the gunman, as the hostess looked at them. Silk and Spider-man untied the hostages as he put his finger towards his mouth.

"Silk get these people out of here." Spider-man said as they left and he climbed into the vents until he saw Shocker.

"Herman, aren't you tired of the same old shtick, you know I recommend writing. For your first novel, you could call it how I got knocked out by your friendly neighborhood Spider-man." Spider-man said sarcastically.

"Die bug!" Shocker said as he activated a sonic blast from his gauntlets, but Spider-man jumped out of the way.

"Damn it Schultz, we don't have time for this." His partner said as he picked up a bag of money.

"I know Caridean." Shocker said as Spider-man's eyes widened and then he glared at them.

"I'm not letting you get away again." Spider-man snarled as he fired acid webbing into Shockers gauntlets and he followed up with a roundhouse kick to his jaw that broke it. Spider-man chased Caridean into a warehouse.

"You're going to pay for what you took from me you bastard." Spider-man snarled.

"From you? I think you've been sniffing whatever those webs are." Caridean replied as he reloaded his AK-47 and he fired.

Spider-man fired his webbing into the barrel and he did a spinning back fist to his jaw while Caridean took out a Glock 19 but a he fired Spider-man switched the webbing to impact and he fired the webbing into the gun before the bullet could get out if the gun, and it blew up as he screamed in pain.

Spider-man did a low uppercut to his ribs that broke them that's followed up by picking him up by his throat as his talons dug into his neck while he took off his mask.

"Look at me, you murdering scum, that man you shot was my uncle, the man that raised me like I was his son and you took him from me! So tell me if I let you go to prison you'll just be let out and do it again. So tell me what should I do?!" Peter demanded.

"Please don't kill me. I'm sorry I won't tell anyone I swear to God. Just don't kill me." Caridean said with trepidation in his voice as Peter glared at him and he let him go and he put his mask on as Silk and Dewolf along with the rest of the NYPD came into the warehouse.

"Put this murderer in a cell and make sure he never gets out again." Spider-man said as he Silk left the building.

"Good job at the bank." Spider-man said.

"Thanks I just wish I could've helped you with Shocker." Silk replied as they landed at a loft in Manhattan that had all of his stuff in it.

"Where are we?" Spider-man asked."

"Ezekeil, wanted you to have your own place so you won't have to keep hiding your suit from your aunt." Silk replied.

"This could save me a lot of grief about lying to May telling him I said thank you." Spider-man said.

"No need Peter I had some of my people put your stuff in while you were at the bank." Ezekiel said as he walked into the room.

"How am I supposed to tell my aunt about the new place?" Spider-man asked.

"I already told her earlier." Ezekiel replied.

"Thank you." Spider-man said.

"You won't be thanking me after we're done training tomorrow." Ezekiel replied as he walked out of the door.

"Hey so at the expo it ended terribly. If you want we could try it again, but we don't have to go to another expo. We could see a movie or something." Spider-man said.

"Sure we could see something tomorrow." Silk replied as she jumped out of the window and she left as Spider-man went to the NYPD and he saw Captain Dewolf on the roof.

"Thanks for helping us with Hermon Schultz, Peter." Captain Dewolff said as Spider-man took off his mask and he looked at her with a surprised look.

"How did you know my identity?" Peter asked.

"After we took in Dennis Caridean I looked up his record and I saw that he killed a man by the name of Ben Parker, your uncle. After that it wasn't hard to figure out." Captain Dewolff replied.

"Dewolff, does anyone else know my name?" Peter asked.

"No and call me Jean." Jean Dewolf replied as she gave him her phone and he put his number in it.
