Iris7124: Aww! Thank you! We are very tired lol. This is the most smut we have ever written haha.
We love this Blaine too, so thank you! He's kind of OOC, but we try to keep the core of of his personality the same. That convo and the convo with Cooper was one of our favorite parts! And the BBQ lol.
Oh my god, we are the worst at small talk lol. Like award winning. So we like those too!
We will definitely get back to Sebby, no worries. ;)
Monday - the next morning after the BBQ
"Be quiet!" Blaine hissed as Kurt tripped over one of Kit's toys.
"You be quiet. At least quieter than you were last night."
Blaine shot him a look, but it was too enamored to have much impact. Kurt had nearly had to smother him with a pillow to get him to be quiet as he fucked him the night before. He didn't want to wake up Kit or Rachel who was staying with him and needing a good night's sleep.
After seeing Kit and getting emotional, Kurt had taken her inside and had her rest on the couch for awhile with her feet up. She had insisted he go back out to his guests and she would be fine, just needed a minute. He had done what she asked after getting her a glass of water and went back out to the party. Everyone politely didn't mention Rachel's breakdown, even when she finally joined them a little while later. She even talked to Kit for a few minutes, but seemed to get upset again so she went to go catch up with Mercedes and then Santana. Kurt was proud of her for trying even though it was super hard for her. They didn't really get to talk much, even after everyone left because Kit needed a bath and she claimed she was tired from the flight and subsequent emotional stress, so she went on to his guest room. When they were alone, Blaine pounced. He claimed he only wanted to kiss Kurt goodnight, but as was typical of them, a kiss turned into something more and… Well, now he was sneaking out early so he could get to work at the studio.
"I could fix you something to eat really fast?" Kurt offered again as he cinched his robe up tighter.
Blaine retrieved his helmet from the table where he kept it and stepped back up to Kurt until their faces were only an inch away. "I'll eat something at work. If I'm late they will for sure fire me. They have wanted to for forever."
Kurt's eyes drifted down to Blaine's lips and the bastard licked them. "Call me later if you end up not going to the bar. Thanks for helping with the barbecue. I couldn't have done it without you."
"Anytime. You know I love helping you out." He brushed his lips against Kurt's.
Kurt pressed and hummed into the kiss. They got lost in each other for longer than Kurt could determine until he reluctantly pulled away.
"Go so you don't get fired." He pulled Blaine's hand out of his robe, but couldn't resist placing a kiss on his knuckles.
Blaine tried to pull Kurt close again. "I still have another job. I have a shoot to do too. I'll be fine."
"Go," Kurt insisted firmly, but the smile on his face belied the tone. "Don't make Cooper upset."
Blaine huffed, but kept his hands to himself. "Fine. Just remember to send me the video at lunch. Read the script exactly as written. No ad libs."
Kurt rolled his eyes fondly. "Just show Dylan one of the numerous couple pictures we have if you have to prove we are really together."
Blaine glared at his helmet like he was imagining it was Dylan's face. Honestly, Kurt didn't see why he hated the man. He seemed nice. Maybe he was just one of those people who took their job way too seriously.
"I tried yesterday and he said I edited them! Why the hell would I do that! The little dweeb. I'm going to be so fucking mean to him, you have no idea." He looked back up at Kurt earnestly. "Show me one more time what you are going to say."
Kurt sighed before pulling out the wrinkled paper Blaine had given him. He cleared his throat and read it off in monotone. "Blaine Devon Anderson is indeed my very serious boyfriend and anyone who doesn't think so is the stupidest, dumbest, most moronic person on the planet. Like, he should be named Dylan, he is sooo stupid." Kurt lowered the paper. "Blaine, I'm not saying this—"
"Just read it, Kurt." Blaine folded his arms.
"Jesus Christ. Okay, where was I… Ah. Anyway, Blaine is definitely my boo and he is the best kisser, the most considerate lover, and all around coolest guy ever. This is definitely the authentic way I, Kurt Elizabeth Hummel feel about my man."
He folded up the paper and put it back in his pocket. "You can't possibly be serious about this."
Blaine's smile was a little manic. "Oh, sweetheart, I'm so fucking serious." He kissed Kurt hard once more and slapped his ass so that Kurt yelped into Blaine's mouth. With that, he opened the door and stepped out, calling back over his shoulder. "Dylan will rue the day he met me! And don't forget to sign that so I can have it notarized!"
Smirking, Kurt shook his head at the absurd person he called his boyfriend and closed the door. He jumped a little when he turned and saw Rachel curled on the couch with a steaming cup and an amused smile.
He cinched his robe up again where Blaine had loosened it. "Rachel! Sorry, I didn't see you there." His face felt hot as he went and began to pick up a few of Kit's stray toys until he could stop blushing.
"You two are very cute." She grinned at him before sipping from her cup.
Kurt tossed a little toy motorcycle Blaine had bought him in the basket. "Thanks. He's a mess sometimes, but I really like him."
"It seems very mutual." She lowered her mug and traced the smooth edge of its handle. "Thank you for the party. I hope I didn't ruin it."
Kurt sat down opposite her and gently rested a hand on her knee. "You didn't ruin anything. I think everyone was happy to get to see you."
She laughed hollowly. "You think so? Santana kept asking me if I was trying out for the Beetlejuice musical and I told her no she made a crack about how I had lots of practice being a ghost."
Kurt rubbed his face. "I'm sorry. I'll talk to her about that."
"No. I deserve it. I did just abandon you."
So they were doing this now. He shifted on the couch until they were mirrored. "Rachel. I missed you, of course. I hated that we went our separate ways, but I understood. It was really complicated because Finn was my brother and I know what he meant to you, but if it makes things any better for you, he still loved you. I know he did."
Rachel started to cry silently. "I know. I loved him too. I just got so upset when I found out about the baby… About Kit," she corrected. "It was like Quinn all over again for me."
He had figured as much. At the time he was too preoccupied with what this meant for Finn. "It wasn't though. He wanted the baby. He just had a drunken one night stand with his mother. She was nice, but she didn't want to be a mother. That's all they were to each other. I like to think maybe they could have been friends if she hadn't died."
"He stopped texting me. He stopped calling or trying to make contact. I thought he had made his choice." She stared down into her cup.
"I told him not to do that. That you wouldn't take it well. But I guess he didn't know what to say. I loved the big lug, but he made the stupidest choices sometimes."
"But not with Kit."
"Not with Kit," Kurt agreed.
After wiping her face, she smiled at him. "You are doing a great job with him. You're a natural."
He returned the smile as he thought of the little boy who had become his life. "Thanks. I love him so much. At first it was just this overwhelming love for my only nephew that I could spoil. I loved him because of that, but also because he was a part of Finn. But over the years, it's less about Finn and more about him. He reminds me of him so much sometimes, but he's got his own little personality. And I think there's hope for his dancing."
Rachel laughed wetly. "That's good." She sighed, resigned. "There's one more thing I have to get off my chest and then we can move on."
"Okay."
She took a shaky breath. "The things I said to you that night. The night you were leaving to go visit when Kit was born…"
"Rachel, you don't have to—"
"No. No, I do. It was wrong to act like you were betraying me. I was upset, but it's not an excuse."
"I know. And I knew that then. That you were hurt."
"Still. I also wanted to apologize for calling Kit… Um… a bastard."
Kurt frowned. He didn't remember that. "What? When did you call him that?"
"When you told me you were going to adopt him. I had all sorts of bad thoughts about him and I apologize. I also called him—"
Kurt held up a hand. "It's not important. What's important is that you're sorry and you know it was wrong. You were also grieving Finn and the life you would have had and losing me as a friend. I can't say it didn't hurt, because it did, but I understand."
And now Rachel was crying again. "I don't deserve you. I'm going to hug you now."
They hugged and moved on, catching up on things. It was nice, but it was even better when Kit woke up. Rachel played with him a little and seemed at peace. It was more than he could have hoped for.
September
The months passed with Blaine getting more photography work and Kurt getting so busy at Vogue that he didn't know what he was doing half the time. But they made time for each other. Things weren't always perfect, but the were good. Both Blaine and Kurt tried to be very honest with one another and talk about things instead of running away or getting defensive. It still happened, but they were quick to recognize it and work it out.
Blaine snapped a few candid pictures of Kurt and Kit in the park one sunny afternoon. Kurt had been so stressed and had called him up in the middle of the day saying if he didn't get some fresh air he would probably lose his mind. So Blaine grabbed his guitar and his camera and met them there. It was a gorgeous day and Blaine was thinking about taking some portraits here he had scheduled in a few weeks. He grinned as Kurt tossed Kit up in the air a little and the child giggled wildly.
"Bane! Wook! Bane!" It broke his heart, but Kit had figured out his name wasn't Flower and started calling him his version of his name. It was still cute, but he missed the old nick-name.
"I see you, buddy. You're flying so high!" He checked the photos and noted there were a few good ones that weren't blurry. There was one where Kurt's butt looked amazing. He was keeping that one for himself. "Kurt, why don't we take a few where you are just holding him?"
"I have a better idea. Take some with us." Kurt pleaded with his eyes and got Kit to as well. Blaine couldn't resist, of course.
"Sure. Uh, let me set this up and we can sit under that tree."
They did so and took several.
With a pounding heart, Blaine grabbed the camera and scrolled through as Kurt hooked his chin over Blaine's shoulder and Kit tried to stick his finger through his gauge.
"Those are beautiful," Kurt breathed.
Blaine could only nod. His favorite was one where Kit had sneezed and they both turned to him. The surprise on their face made him laugh, which in turn made them laugh. They looked like they belonged together. Like a family, dare he say.
"We're like models," Blaine joked. He was a little choked up, but he tried not to let it show. He just turned and kissed Kurt cheek. "Some of us more than others."
Kurt just shook his head slightly and kissed Blaine back. He was thinking along the same lines as Blaine.
They let Kit run around after that, Blaine occasionally taking a few more of just the boy. Kurt lounged beside him and sipped his drink, watching Kit digging in the dirt like a puppy.
"So tell me about your news," Kurt said after scolding Kit for trying to eat a handful.
Blaine tried not to squirm, but he was kind of excited. He had such a good feeling about this. It had happened a few days ago, but Kurt had been busy so he couldn't really go into detail.
"Okay, so there I was, getting Cooper his stupid bagel he had to have because Dylan is a moron and messed it up. And I told him so."
"Everyone makes mistakes, Blaine."
"He is evil and I need you to support my hatred of that man."
Kurt rolled his eyes behind his ridiculously expensive sunglasses. "Anyway, you were getting a bagel…"
He would turn Kurt one day. "I was getting a bagel. I was almost there when I heard my name being called. Wouldn't you know it, this guy named Wes I went to Dalton with back in the day was there."
"You went to Dalton?"
Blaine shrugged. "One of the many attempts of my parents to straighten me out. In every way."
Kurt did that thing where he was gritting his teeth, but trying not to say anything to upset Blaine. It was kind of sweet.
"Kind of backfired because they stuck me in a sea of dick. I was very popular."
Kurt snorted and took another drink. "So what did Wes want?"
"Okay, so he was with some other guys from the show choir at Dalton, the Warblers, and they all somehow remembered me even though I left way before graduation. So we get to talking and he asks about what I am doing for work and I mention I'm trying to make my singing career happen and he's like, same. He tells me they are starting a band together and already have some talks of record deals. It's very promising, but their lead is going a different route and they are shopping around for another…"
Kurt sat up excitedly. "Tell me you got them to let you audition."
Blaine's grin split his face in half. "Who are you talking to? I said, give me a song and I'll audition right here in front of this dry cleaners! So he did and I sang and they started backing me up like back in the day. It was amazing! We basically shut down the street with our impromptu concert." He sniffed confidently and had the wind knocked out of him as Kurt squeezed him.
"That's amazing! I'm so happy for you!" He kissed Blaine hard on the lips and drew back. "So what did they say?"
"They were very impressed and they wanted me to come show some of the other guys. Wes told me he thought I had what they needed. I don't want to say it's a sure thing, but I don't know. I got a great feeling. I think… I think this could be it." He had been trying to be more confident lately and Kurt had been helping him with that a lot. It was hard to not immediately doubt himself, but he was working on it.
Kurt squeezed him again and grabbed their water bottles. He held it up in a toast after handing Blaine's to him. "To you! You're doing this. I know you've struggled and fought, but you put yourself out there over and over and I know you're going to get there. I'm just so excited for you." He tapped their cups together and took a gulp.
Now or never. Blaine wet his lips and raised his bottle in a counter toast.
"Well, I have you to thank too. You've believed in me and been there for me so much. You're my man and my inspiration, Kurt and… And I love you."
Kurt's eyes widened at the words and Blaine almost laughed because he had never seen anyone swallow liquid quicker in his life. "I… I love you too."
For awhile, they just held hands and basked in the feeling of confessing their feelings to one another. Blaine noticed Kit picking a flower and grabbed his camera. He basically laid on the ground to get the perfect angle, ignoring Kurt's giggle behind him.
The mirth turned into astonishment when Blaine showed him the shot. The sun was shining perfectly on his soft hair and his eyelashes fanned over his squishy little cheeks. It was perfect.
"Blaine. Please send me this one. This is my favorite." He looked about to cry and Blaine kissed the look off of his face.
"I'll send them all. Except this one of your butt. That's for me. And posterity."
Kurt playfully smacked his arm before resting his head on Blaine's shoulder. "Which do you like better? Photography or music?"
"Music." He didn't even have to think. "I love taking pictures, but it's more of a hobby. I have to write music. It's like a compulsion. In my spare moments, lyrics and melodies come to me. They won't leave me alone. When I went through my dry spell, I felt like a shadow of myself. Like I wasn't all the way alive."
Kurt moved his head to look up at Blaine. "I know what you mean. And I'll do anything I can to help you get there."
"I know. It's part of why I love you."
Kurt smiled as he watched Kit chase a butterfly. "You are going to use any excuse to say that now, aren't you?"
"Yup. Get used to it, sweetheart."
"I hope I never do. I want it to always feel just like this."
Not one, but two weeks later…
Blaine was totally not freaking out. He was not stressed. So what if Wes hadn't called him yet after he sent in his (official) audition tape? And nothing.
And Kurt was super busy because they were planning a trip to Paris for fashion week.
And Adam was going.
And he hadn't gotten to really spend much quality time with Kit lately or grownup time with Kurt.
It was fine. All just spiffy. He refused to get insecure.
Which would explain why he was bouncing his knee and stress painting Sam's nails. He had already done his.
"That's really shiny. Aww, dude, did you pick this out because it's the same shade blue as the Tardis?" Sam eyed his finished hand with new appreciation.
"You got me."
"Why did you choose purple for me?" Tina asked from the chair where her toes and fingers were drying.
"Your aura is purple."
She squinted at him suspiciously. "You're making that up."
"Did I get red because I'm sexy in red?" Cooper asked as he examined his freshly painted nails. "I still think baby blue is my color. Brings out my eyes. What am I saying? Every color is my color."
"Shut up Cooper. I picked red for you because it's the first one I grabbed. You're not special."
"He thinks I'm sexy," Cooper whispered to himself.
"You're gross."
"You remember when we were kids and you would make that terrible macaroni art?" Cooper twisted his hands so the polish caught the light.
"Hey!" Sam twisted in his seat. "That was me! And you said it was transcendent!"
"Stop moving Sam."
"Sorry."
Cooper went on. "Oh yeah. Blaine made those creepy ass puppets."
"What's your point Cooper?" That was a dark time in his life he didn't like to revisit.
"You always did stuff like that when you were stressed. Crafty stuff. Like painting nails." He gave Blaine a look. Tina and Sam did too. Blaine felt like a butterfly pinned down to a board.
"I'm just bored. Stop reading so much into it." Blaine focused on Sam's nails.
"That makes so much sense though!" Sam starred hard at him. "Tina, remember when he was worried about getting the job at the bar and kept washing my car?"
Tina nodded. "Is that why you kept organizing the kitchen?"
"It's all about control. He has to control something and it can't be his life so—"
"You know what?" Blaine said calmly. They were so annoying. "I'm just trying to do something nice for you all. A, 'Thank you, Blaine' will suffice. I don't need all the psychoanalytic bullshit."
They all three mumbled their thanks and it was silent for about thirty blissful seconds before Cooper opened his stupid mouth.
"So are you more stressed that Kurt is going to Paris with his ex or you haven't heard from your Warbler buddies?"
"Cooper, shut up or I will go into your dressing room and switch out all your makeup with a shade off so you look awful."
Cooper gasped dramatically. "Dylan is right! You're so mean…"
"Dylan can take several seats." Blaine finished Sam's nails and screwed the cap back on the tiny glass bottle as the blond complimented his work. "And so can his wife and his husband."
"Just talk to Kurt," Tina said gently. "I thought you had learned your lesson by now?"
Blaine sighed as he rolled the bottle in between his hands and replayed their last conversation in his head. It hadn't been the best.
"I did, but he kind of bit my head off."
He had gotten irritated when Blaine made a comment about Adrian going on the trip with Kurt to which Kurt had retorted that they weren't going alone, it was a whole group. Then he said Blaine didn't trust him. That kind of hurt. It's not that he didn't trust Kurt, he didn't trust Crawford. So what if he and Sebastian had started dating according to Kurt. He was not to be trusted in Blaine's book. It didn't help that Kit was throwing a tantrum about what color cup he had been given at the time. He ended up just leaving before they both started fighting and saying things they didn't mean. It had hurt Blaine's feelings, but Kurt had apologized the next day for being short. He had a plan when it came to Kurt anyway that he would be enacting that weekend.
The job thing though… That was stressing him out. He was sure they were going to hire him. He had gotten so excited about it too.
"I don't think Kurt will cheat on you," Sam said, breaking Blaine from his thoughts. He was smiling sweetly at him.
Blaine melted a little. "I know. It's definitely the job thing. I just knew I had it in the bag. I don't know."
"Hey Squirt, it's like you've always told me. If you don't get it, it's not the right thing for you." Cooper was smiling at him fondly.
"I know. I just really want this. Like bad."
"You'll get there," Tina encouraged him. "Cooper's right. If they don't call you it's not the right thing. And they would be wrong."
Blaine's heart warmed at all these people who believed in him. They had toned down the overbearing attitude after Cooper had a chat with them about it. He appreciated it. He knew it had all come from a loving place, but he was still an adult.
"Okay. Group hug." Blaine beckoned them with his fingers. "Bring it in."
They obliged and glommed on to him happily. He knew that even if he never achieved his dreams, at least he had some pretty damn cool people in his corner.
"Oops. I screwed up my nails," Sam said as they moved apart. "And you did such a good job."
"You have to wave them around like this." Cooper demonstrated with his own bright red-tipped nails. "I see it on movies all the time."
"Gotcha." Sam flapped his hand like a wounded duck and Blaine couldn't help but laugh at the idiots.
Tina smacked a kiss to Blaine's cheek. "Come on and I'll go buy you a cronut."
All three men perked up at the word and immediately stampeded for the door.
Friday evening
After fumbling his keys and missing the damn hole about three times, Kurt finally sunk the key home and got his door unlocked.
Only for him to spill the contents of his briefcase all over the entryway floor. He cursed under his breath and pinched the bridge of his nose, certain a stress headache was coming.
He reminded himself this was what he wanted. He had asked for all of it.
For the job he knew came with a lot of dedication and hard work.
For his obligation to Kit to spend time with him and parent him. He didn't want to let Finn down in that respect, but he also didn't want to let Kit down.
He actively pursued a relationship with Blaine and all that entailed. He wanted it, badly, but it could be challenging to balance all these things out. And it was a challenge, however he knew he didn't want to let Blaine go. He loved him and things were better with him in his life. He just got so overwhelmed sometimes.
Like now.
He sighed and began shoving things back into his briefcase. Two hands with guitar callouses and black nails handed him a stack and Kurt looked up into Blaine's eyes.
"Hey sweetheart. Bad day?"
Kurt blinked up at him and a smile slowly bloomed. "The worst. Bad week, more like it. What are you doing here?"
Blaine stepped back and swept a hand down his body to show off Kurt's apron. "For someone who loves clothes so much, I can't believe you haven't noticed what I'm wearing. Like, it's literally your job. You should be embarrassed."
"Are you cooking dinner?" Kurt let his arms drop in relief.
Blaine nodded proudly. "And before you make any sarcastic remarks, I am not burning down the kitchen. Come on." He tugged Kurt's hand, but he pulled back.
"Let me go see Kit first and I need to clean up while you cook—"
"Taken care of. All of it." He pulled his stunned boyfriend closer. "I got here early and cleaned up. Mercedes came to get Kit and he is spending the night at her house. She got a new dog and he was thrilled." Blaine hesitated and scratched his head. "I thought it would be okay since he was excited and he's stayed with her before when you went on that work trip overnight. If you're uncomfortable, she said she would bring him back. We just wanted you to have a night where you could relax."
In answer, Kurt pulled him close and kissed him, attempting to pour his gratitude into it. When he broke the kiss, Blaine's eyes were glazed over and he sighed happily.
"So that's okay?"
"It's okay. He'll like playing with the dog."
Blaine bounced with excitement and pulled Kurt down the hall to his living room. "Okay, here's the plan. You come in here and get comfy and I'll finish dinner. You work and then eat when it's done. After you can work some more and I'll clean up. Sound good?"
He gently pushed Kurt down onto a chair and rushed back into the entryway. He came back carrying all of Kurt's papers and deposited them on the coffee table in front of him.
"Blaine… this is so nice of you. Thank you."
He beamed and pecked Kurt's forehead. "You're welcome. Now, I have to go finish my culinary masterpiece of tomato soup and grilled cheese. But it's fancy cheese!"
Kurt laughed and shook his head before diving into his work.
Before he knew it, Blaine was calling him to dinner. It was a simple meal, but it was tasty and made with a lot of love. They ate trading details about their day and then Kurt texted Mercedes to ask how Kit was doing. She responded by sending a picture of the boy rolling in the floor with her new puppy. With the assurance that she would call him should Kit need him, Kurt started to gather the dishes.
"I've got it," insisted Blaine as he grabbed the plates away from Kurt. "You go work. I'll be quiet."
"But you cooked!"
"It's not that bad. Go work." He shooed Kurt back into the living room and went back to the kitchen. Sounds of clinking dishes and quiet singing wafted back into the living room, as Kurt typed on his laptop.
Soon enough, Blaine came to join him carrying one of Kurt's books.
Kurt had just opened his mouth to ask him about it when Blaine spoke without looking up from the page. "Work, Kurt. I'll sit here quietly and I can get you anything you need."
Kurt grinned. "I would rather you played for me. I could hear you singing in the kitchen and it definitely helped me focus. I know your guitar is around here somewhere."
Blaine snapped the book closed wordlessly and went off to retrieve his beloved instrument. Kurt continued working and soon enough, Blaine dropped into the opposite chair and played. After a few minutes, he even sang softly.
An hour passed this way and Kurt was mostly caught up, but knew he could finish the rest at the office easily. About twenty minutes ago, Blaine had started focusing hard on whatever he was working on. He had replayed the song over and over again, grabbing a scrap paper that Kurt had discarded earlier. Kurt watched him for a few minutes after stretching his arms out. He was really lucky to have someone take care of him the way Blaine had. He couldn't deny he missed Kit, but it was nice to have a quiet evening. Plus, he was having fun at Mercedes' place.
Blaine glanced up in thought and caught him staring at him. "What?"
Kurt shrugged. "Just enjoying listening to you. Working on something new?"
He set the guitar aside and cracked his neck. "Always. Need a snack?"
Kurt shook his head. "I'm done. It's amazing what I can get done without being interrupted. What should we do now?" He knew what he would like to do. It had been too long since they had time together alone and how sweet Blaine had been, he hoped the man was thinking the same thing.
"Movie?" He suggested. "A massage?"
"Both," Kurt groaned. Of course. He would get undressed and Blaine would put his hands on him and one thing would lead to another…
Kurt eagerly took off his shirt as Blaine picked out a movie that Kurt agreed to because he was pretty sure he was just going to get laid anyway. Blaine straddled him on the couch and began working his fingers into Kurt's back, his muscles relaxing gradually.
"Oh my god, that feels so good," Kurt moaned into his folded arms. He was on his stomach while Blaine perched on his legs and rubbed his hands up and down Kurt's back. He had retrieved some of Kurt's massage oil that smelled like coconut before dripping it down Kurt's spine. His warm, calloused hands felt so good on his back.
Above him, Blaine chuckled as he put his weight into Kurt's shoulders. "Damn, you're so tight. You weren't joking about being stressed."
Kurt grunted as Blaine dug in. "I know. That is a million times better though. Your hands are magic."
"Oh, I'm aware."
Kurt meant to reply with something equally flirty, but he was becoming so relaxed that he decided to close his eyes for just a minute. It would be fine. He could rest and then he would wake up and they could have sex.
The next thing he knew, Blaine was carefully helping him into his pajamas and then into bed.
"Aren't we going to have sex?" Kurt asked him groggily in between yawns.
He laughed softly. "I think you need to get some sleep, love."
Kurt was pressed down to his bed and covers were tucked around him like a child. Blaine slid in next to him, snuggling up to Kurt's side.
"I'm not sleepy," Kurt breathed sleepily.
Blaine kissed him softly. "I know. Night sweetheart."
The next morning, Kurt woke to Blaine bringing him breakfast in bed.
"Aww you didn't have to do this," Kurt said as he took the coffee mug from the tray Blaine set up between them.
"It's not very fancy, but it's tasty," Blaine said as he bit into a piece of toast. His hair was messy and hanging in his face so Kurt reached over to brush it back.
"I'm sorry I fell asleep on you last night. I must have been more tired than I thought."
"It's fine," Blaine assured him. "You've been working really hard and stressed out. Which is why today is for fun and relaxation. You aren't allowed to work."
Kurt cocked an eyebrow at him. "Oh? And what do you have planned?"
He gave him a rakish grin, bread crumbs in the corner of his mouth. "You'll see." He waggled his eyebrows.
Kurt just smiled and brushed the crumbs off.
They finished breakfast and checked on Kit who was still doing fine. Blaine insisted Kurt go shower since he had already had one when he woke up.
"What are we going to do afterwards?" Kurt's question dripped with insinuation.
Blaine just kissed him sweetly and nudged him towards the bathroom. "Go shower and you'll find out."
Kurt took his time even though he was excited after a full night's sleep, his work was done, and his hot boyfriend waiting for him.
He primped a little in the bathroom, making sure he looked irresistible. When he stepped back into his bedroom wrapped in his robe, the lights were off and candles had been lit. The bed had been stripped off its blankets, but the sheets and pillows remained. Kurt swallowed hard when he saw a pile of silk scarves and a vibrator that had some sort of prong on it.
"Jesus."
"I see you've found my things." Blaine came trotting in completely naked and carrying two glasses of water.
Kurt's mouth went dry as Blaine set the glasses down and came to him. He kissed Kurt's neck and slipped a hand into his robe. "You smell so good." His lips traveled up to Kurt's.
He responded by cupping Blaine's jaw in one hand and gripping a butt cheek in the other. Blaine took immediate interest in this, wasting no time pushing Kurt's robe off the rest of the way.
"Is there anything you don't want to use today?" Blaine began working his way down Kurt's chest.
"Am I using them on you or you on me?" Kurt leaned his head back to let Blaine have more access.
Blaine had already begun to push him towards the bed. "I thought I would use them on you so you could relax a little. Not have to worry. What do you say?"
Kurt let himself drop back onto the bed as Blaine crawled over him, dotting kisses on his chest and shoulders before catching a nipple in his mouth. Kurt gasped as he licked it.
"Sounds great to me," Kurt agreed and pulled Blaine down on him forcefully.
They spent some time only kissing and allowing themselves to get reacquainted with each other's bodies. Blaine's hands ran along Kurt's chest and stomach, barely grazing his dick as it traveled down to knead his thighs. Their hips slotted together and they rutted against each other slowly. Kurt threaded his fingers in Blaine's hair as their movements became more intense and he knew he needed more.
"Blaine," Kurt rasped against the other's swollen lips. "Now. I need you now. Blaine—"
"I know," he replied and sat upon his knees. "I've got you. Put your wrists together for me sweetie."
Kurt complied, getting excited. Blaine reached behind him and grabbed the scarves. He playfully slipped one through his fist slowly. "I'm going to tie you up so you are completely helpless, then I'm going to gag you with one so no one can hear you scream. And you will be screaming. Then, I'm going to suck you until you come. After that, I'll open you up with this—" he showed off the vibrator, "—and you will come again. Then I'm going to fuck you as hard as I want and I just might make you come again. Got it?"
This man was going to kill him. At least he would be dying a happy man. Kurt nodded his head yes and whimpered a little when Blaine grabbed his erection.
"Words, sweetheart. Use your words." He stroked him.
"Do it," Kurt said roughly. "Do it all."
That's all Blaine needed to hear before he sealed his lips over Kurt's in a bruising kiss. One hand went to Kurt's wrists and lashed them together with the slick fabric. It was soft and cool against his skin but tight. After tying his wrists together, Blaine used another to secure him to the headboard and then grabbed a few more. He nudged apart his legs with a knee and tied his ankles to either bed post. It was quick and expertly done, Blaine obviously having practice.
"You've done this before," Kurt said lightly as he flexed his wrists.
Tightening the last knot, Blaine crawled back up to hover over Kurt's body. He was extremely pleased by his work if the way he was eyeing him hungrily and how hard he had gotten was any indication.
"Oh yes. You should see my rope work. Shibari is definitely something that requires practice, but it's so worth it." He stroked Kurt's cheeks lovingly.
"I don't know what that is, but I'm guessing it's more tying me up?"
Blaine kissed him slowly again and then patted his cheek. "Oh yes. I'll show you my book sometime." His smile dropped a bit and he sat back. "We don't always have to do stuff like this, you know. I don't have to have this…"
"Hey, no, I like it. It's fun." He smiled up at Blaine and bucked his hips a little. "I don't know if you can tell, but I like this just fine. I don't want to do this every single time, but it's nice to explore and have fun sometimes. As long as it's you, I'm happy."
Blaine melted at that. "Me too. Just tell me if you don't like something."
"I don't like spanking," Kurt said quickly. "I know you do and that's fine, but not me."
Blaine laughed. "Noted. That's fine." He nibbled on Kurt's bottom lip and smiled at the shiver he got in return. His smile turned wicked again. "Now I'm going to put one of these in your mouth and you're going to take it like a good boy. Aren't you?"
Kurt gave him a smile just as wicked. "We'll see how well you suck me first."
After another searing kiss, Blaine folded a silk scarf into a small rectangle and stuffed it into Kurt's mouth where he could bite down. Then he tied another around his mouth, smoothing a hand over all his work.
"You look so beautiful like this. I want a whole album of photographs of you like this so I can look at them over and over." He kissed the gag as Kurt groaned and then straddled his hips again. His erection jutted out between them and he gave it a pull as his eyes crawled all over Kurt's body. "I want to come on your face again. You don't know how sexy you look." His eyes went back to Kurt's. "What do you think?"
Kurt mumbled that he wished Blaine would put his mouth where he wanted it, but of course it was hard to understand him. His impatience faded quickly when Blaine reached down between them and stroked him again.
He pushed another scarf into one of Kurt's hands. "Drop this if you want me to stop and I will immediately."
Kurt nodded in acknowledgment and then Blaine was leaning forward to take his dick in his mouth. The relief and satisfaction was immediate. Blaine was so good at this and knew just how much pressure to use and how to slide his tongue under Kurt's dick to the tip and then suck so that Kurt was writhing in ecstasy. It wasn't long before Kurt was moaning into the gag as Blaine took his entire length in his mouth and massaged his balls at the same time. Kurt was afraid Blaine was going to tease him and slow down when he started to shake a little, his orgasm close. But he quickened his pace and bobbed his head over and over steadily until pleasure was rushing through him and shooting down Blaine's throat. He chuckled darkly as he licked Kurt clean and he twitched with sensitivity.
Kurt lay there bonelessly, enjoying the after affects of the amazing blowjob Blaine had executed. He knew Blaine wasn't finished with him, but he was honestly not even sure how they would top that. The next thing he knew, Blaine had undone his ankles and flipped him over onto his stomach. He was mouthing hot kisses onto his neck and shoulders, making Kurt feel even more relaxed. He hummed happily into the gag as Blaine began massaging his shoulders with the oil from the previous night. The way he was tied was still comfortable in this position even though his wrists were still bound.
"Last night was just a practice round for me to find out what you enjoy," Blaine said as he dug his fingers into Kurt's shoulder blades.
Kurt groaned at the feeling and sighed. He could get used to Blaine massaging him all the time. He was amazing at it.
"You still doing okay, sweetheart?" Blaine whispered into Kurt's ear before nipping the lobe and sucking it into his mouth. "Still feeling good?"
Kurt nodded emphatically and Blaine chuckled as he continued the massage. He rubbed Kurt's arms, back, butt, and legs slowly and finished each section with kisses. Kurt appreciated it a lot more than he did the last night because he was actually awake for this one. By the time Blaine had gotten to Kurt's feet, he was squirming a little and trying to get some sort of friction from rutting against the mattress.
Blaine nipped the bottom of his toe and crawled back up Kurt's body. "Are we ready for more fun?" He slid his erection in between Kurt's cheeks and rubbed teasingly. Kurt could only whimper as Blaine brushed against his hole. He peppered kisses on Kurt's neck and ground in once more before rolling off of him quickly.
It startled Kurt a little until he heard the click of his lube being opened and then felt Blaine's fingers dipping in between his cheeks.
"I'm going to stretch you now," Blaine murmured in Kurt's ear as he scissored and stretched him. He bent to see Kurt's face, his eyes dark as black coffee and half-lidded as he watched the effects of his fingers on Kurt's face. "Bet you wish I would suck you off again, don't you?"
At Kurt's answering moan, Blaine laughed softly and crawled back onto the bed so he was kneeling in between Kurt's legs. Kurt let loose a muffled yelp when Blaine bit his butt cheek before soothing it with a lick. "Sorry. You're just so delectable." He added another finger and Kurt pushed back onto them. "Hmm, someone is eager. Are you ready for me to get my little toy?" He fucked Kurt a little faster with his fingers.
Kurt growled at him, causing him to laugh again, the little bastard. He made Kurt endure a few more minutes of the stretching with a third finger before he slipped his fingers out. He coated the toy with lube right where Kurt could watch, the black silicone shiny with it.
Kurt eyed the odd shaped toy with impatience. Blaine must have noticed his curiosity because he pushed one side of the U with his finger and let it spring back. "This is going right behind your balls and it's going to feel so amazing." He slowly pushed the toy into Kurt's prepared hole and relished the relived moan.
It was a little painful at first, but Blaine let him adjust and then it started feeling good. The prong was snugged exactly where Blaine said it would and it was an odd feeling, but not really unpleasant.
Blaine licked his lips as he observed the way the short handle jutted out of Kurt obscenely. He squeezed one of Kurt's butt cheeks. "Ready?"
Kurt responded by nodding his head and the vibrator was turned on, jolting him immediately. He let loose a muffled groan as Blaine sat in front of him and watched the expression on his face with excitement.
"How does it feel? Amazing, right?"
Where the toy was pressed felt incredible and he knew it wouldn't be long before he was coming again. Kurt bit down on the scarf in his mouth as the vibration was turned up a notch when Blaine pressed a button on a tiny remote. "This is very handy when your hands are otherwise occupied. What do you think? Will it make you come?" He clicked the button again and Kurt was hit with another orgasm. He couldn't have stopped it if he tried. Curling up as much as his bound hands allowed, Kurt screamed into the gag as wave after wave of pleasure washed through him.
Much to his relief, Blaine shut off the vibrator, but left it inside him. He quickly untied the gag from Kurt's mouth and Kurt sucked in a deep breath and licked his dry lips. Gently cupping. Kurt's chin, he helped him sit up enough to sip from one of the glasses of water. Kurt gulped it down greedily, not realizing until that moment how thirsty he had become.
Blaine kissed him tenderly. "That's good. How do you feel?"
Kurt blinked up at him, tired but sated. "Like I need a nap, but amazing."
Blaine smiled and kissed his forehead. "I want to make you come one more time and then we can take a nap."
Kurt huffed a laugh. "I don't think I can come again."
Blaine patted Kurt's cheek. "Oh I think you can. You just need a little rest."
"Blaine—"
"Do you want to stop?" He was eyeing him worriedly. "We can stop if you really want to."
Kurt's eyes drifted down to Blaine's still rock hard cock. "I'm okay, just don't get upset if I can't come again. The other two times were so wonderful—"
"Have a little faith," Blaine said, tone cocky once again. He reached over and untied Kurt from the headboard, but left his wrists bound together. Kurt let his stiff arms drop and squeaked when Blaine grabbed him by his ankles and drug him over to the edge of the bed. "I'm going to leave that in you and you are going to suck me until I am close. Then I'm going to fuck you." He bent down until he brushed noses with Kurt. "And you will come again."
Kurt smirked at him. "Whatever you say."
He was grabbed roughly and Blaine gave him a dirty kiss, tongue fucking into his mouth. Kurt sucked on it, causing Blaine to moan and shove him back down to the bed. Kurt fell onto his back and Blaine pulled him over until his head was hanging upside down off the edge of the bed. Blaine stepped closer until his groin was in front of Kurt's face, his dick brushing against Kurt's lips.
"Open your mouth, sweetheart," Blaine purred.
He did and Blaine wasted no time shoving his dick in. His hands gripped Kurt's shoulders and slid down to pinch his nipples. Kurt grunted at the feeling and sucked Blaine even harder.
Kurt could honestly say he had never given a blowjob like this before, but it was actually so much easier to get everything in and he hardly gagged at all because of the angle. Blaine moaned happily, murmuring words and sounds of encouragement to him as he took everything Blaine gave him. The only thing he struggled with was Blaine's balls covering his nose and making it difficult to breathe, but he figured out how to twist his head so he could continue. He felt he was just getting the hang of this when he was jolted off the bed by the vibrator still inside him suddenly being turned back on. He made a strangled sound of confusion when Blaine just smiled and showed Kurt he still had the remote.
"Sorry beautiful. I should have warned you. But you're doing such an amazing job. I'm seriously considering just coming in your mouth. Would you like that?"
Kurt just redoubled his efforts, hollowing his cheeks and taking Blaine down to the base.
"Fuuuuuck…" Blaine grabbed the edge of the bed for a few seconds. "You're so good at that."
Soon, Blaine pulled out and jumped back onto the bed with Kurt. The man was starting to get really tired, but he was somehow hard again. That was probably due in part to the vibrator that buzzed against his prostate and perineum. It felt so fucking good, but too much at the same time.
"Blaine… Take— Take it out. Please."
Blaine clicked the toy off and pulled it out of Kurt quickly, but easy enough so that it wouldn't hurt him. Kurt sighed in relief and hummed as Blaine spent a few moments kissing him sweetly.
"You're doing so great. Ready to come for me again?"
Kurt smiled against his lips. "I promise I am fine like this. Just fuck me please. I don't know if I can…"
"You're so cute when you're wrong." Blaine kissed him deeply once again and then untied the scarf from Kurt's hands. He flexed them and allowed Blaine to scoot him up the bed until he was laying on the pillows. Kurt sleepily watched Blaine roll on a condom and lube up once again. He was happy to just lay here and enjoy the feeling of Blaine pounding into him.
He hovered over Kurt for a moment, eyes soaking up his face.
"What? Why are you looking at me like that?"
"I just really love you," Blaine said with so much sincerity that Kurt's heart squeezed in his chest.
"I love you too, which feels weird that we are having this moment after doing such filthy things."
Blaine smiled and traced a finger against Kurt's eyelashes and cheek. "You make me feel safe to do this. Which is part of why I love you. I don't want to ever forget this moment."
Kurt returned his smile. "Me neither."
Blaine finally pushed into Kurt and they moved together, not lasting long before Blaine was tensing and crying out and Kurt somehow came for the third time that day.
They were exhausted. So they slept for awhile until they were able to stand and wobble to the bathroom. Blaine ran them a bubble bath and relaxed against Kurt's chest.
"That was fucking awesome! Thank you so much. God, I'm going to get off to that so much. I wish I had filmed it."
Kurt closed his eyes and shook his head, but he was smiling. He kissed Blaine's wet cheek and down on his neck. "It was definitely amazing. You have the best ideas."
Blaine turned his head so he could meet Kurt's eyes. "It wasn't too much?"
"It wasn't too much. I'm going to be fucking sore for the next several days, but goddam."
Blaine sighed contentedly and wiggled back down into Kurt's slippery arms.
"I'm sorry I got so upset and snapped. I have just been so stressed, but it wasn't fair for me to take it out on you," Kurt said.
"I know. That's why I wanted to do this. I want to help you ease the stress." He used a soapy finger to make little bubble peaks on Kurt's arm. "Just tell me before it gets to that point and I will help you. You're always there for me and I want to do the same for you."
"We're a team," Kurt murmured into Blaine's hair.
"Yes. A team."
About an hour later, Mercedes dropped off Kit and told them about how much fun they had.
"That cutie can come over any time. He's so sweet. And goofy! I was laughing the whole time." She grinned at Kurt. "I needed that probably as much as you did. My life has become so busy these last few weeks, it was nice to slow down and just play with him."
Kurt stopped blowing on Kit's cheek. The boy was laughing so hard he had tears. "Well, I can't thank you enough. I was able to get all caught up."
"Thank Blaine. It was all his idea."
Blaine had gotten a phone call a few minutes ago and disappeared to take it with an odd look on his face. Kurt hoped it was good news, but lately he had so many doors slammed in his face that his boyfriend was starting to get discouraged. Kurt wanted so badly to call in a few favors, just so Blaine could be seen, but he respected his wishes and let him do things his way.
"I'm glad," Mercedes said as she smacked a kiss to Kit's other cheek. "He's an angel and Auntie loves him so much." She squished his little cheeks.
He copied her and did the same to Kurt who laughed. It had been so nice to have a break, but he had missed this child more than he ever thought possible. God, he loved him.
"Sooo, a little birdie told me you have a date with Sam." Kurt bounced his eyebrows and laughed at the playful scowl Mercedes gave him.
"It's one date. I am serious when I say I'm focusing on my career right now." The scowl faded into a grin. "But he's so cute, isn't he? And funny."
Kurt nodded in agreement and turned when Blaine came back into the room staring at his phone. "Oh my god, Blaine you should—"
"That was the Warblers."
Kurt's words died on his lips and he waited in anticipation. Mercedes' eyes flew wide. Kurt grabbed her hand.
"And?"
Blaine ran a hand through his hair, bewilderment plain on his face. "Um… Yeah, I got it. They said I'm in if I want."
Kurt and Mercedes started screaming and jumping up and down. Kit got frightened and they cuddled him as they celebrated a little quieter.
"Blaine! Honey! This is amazing!" He ran and gave him the best hug he could while still holding Kit. "I'm so proud of you! When do you start? Does Cooper and Tina and Sam know? Can I be there when you tell them? What—"
"Uh…" Blaine stepped out of their hug just a little. Something was off and it made anxiety churn in Kurt's belly.
"What?"
"So…" Blaine licked his lips. "I just found out they are based in New York. I… I have to move…"
Kurt was on the roller coaster again.
This whole journey of Blaine and Kurt finding each other and getting to where they were together, that had been the bumpy climb.
But this moment… This was the plummet. The wind was rushing in his ears, his stomach was dropping and Kurt wasn't sure he wanted to get to the bottom.
