Chapter 12

The final match of the Gladiator Challenge could've been a friendly spar for all the two young demigods cared. The fifth was taking this win home no matter, but the crowd was clearly interested in who the best fighter in camp truly was. Whispers had followed these young half-bloods since their arrival at Camp Jupiter, and while the words and welcoming had been very different between the two they were no less talked about.

Jason and Percy strode out towards the center of the arena to thunderous applause. Percy was fairly certain it was mostly for Jason, but either way he was excited to be in this moment. The two had been the first to enter the arena weaponless, and when they stood across from each other Mark stood to address the crowd, "Twelfth Legion, and citizens of New Rome. Welcome to the final match of this year's Gladiator challenge. Centurion Grace, and his Optio will face each other in finals for what may be a first in the history of Rome. A Centurion and his personal Optio to my knowledge have never fought each other for the gauntlet, and it is an honor to watch these two young half-bloods fight for that honor. I watched both of these fighters from a young age, and six years later they stand before us all the best of the best. Gentleman, summon your weapons. 5, 4, 3-"

Percy summoned his trident from the wall, and Jason flipped his coin summoning his lance, and as the two gave a low bow to each other at one, and then rose taking deep stances. It had been one of the first fights in a while where neither competitor surged forward to be the aggressor, instead the two slowly circled each other trying to find weaknesses in each other's stances.

Percy was unsure how long passed before Jason thrusted forward, but with an unnatural speed the son of Neptune deflected down and attempted to finish the fight with a powerful corkscrew strike, but Jason easily rolled out of the haymakers strike range, and surged forward hoping to catch Percy off balance, but it wasn't meant to be. The two separated grinning at the other when Percy initiated a quick flurry of strikes followed by a well timed jump kick into Jason's sternum as he closed distance faster than the son of Jupiter could follow. The kick knocked him backwards several feet, and he glared at Percy while the boy just gave him a cheeky smile.

The two battled their hardest, but Jason was drained from his fight with Michael Kahale. Other than Kyle Logan Percy hadn't had to fight nearly as many tough opponents as Jason, or otherwise this could've been a different fight. The two swore never to truly find out who this strongest between the duo was. A fight with their powers would likely be a match only one would survive.

As the fight wore on it became clear that Triton's most important lesson over the last six years was taken to heart by Percy. Triton always believed that if you could outlast an enemy you could beat them. The conditioning, and constant sparring had certainly given the son of Neptune a great reservoir of energy to draw from.. Percy had been trained to be able to fight for hours if necessary, and many times he did when Triton just felt like pounding away at him, so while Jason was beginning to suck wind Percy was still a blur of footwork. In his exhaustion Jason didn't quite duck all the way under a twirl of Percy's trident, and the top of his helmet was nicked so hard it came clean off his head, and forced him into a roll with his eyes clearly ringing inside their sockets when he shakily rose.

Percy stopped for a moment to remove his own helmet. He would have no unfair advantages against his best friend. Jason nodded in respect to the young man before him in acknowledgement of the well landed hit, and even in Jason's eyes Percy could tell he knew he was going to lose. Now it was a matter of making everyone know that Jason could stand up to Percy.

Jason fought with a lot of heart, and he was drenched in sweat from exertion. Percy knew the time to end the fight was coming. Letting his body tense with anticipation the Optio slid into the next strike from Jason catching it in the prongs of his trident, and attempted to rip it out of his hands. Jason was great for a reason though, and held on for dear life as Percy ripped him forward, and Percy clotheslined the young man as the fight became close quarters, and did a jump around his fallen body having a better opportunity to disarm him successfully and then landed with a yell and slamming his trident an inch above his chest. Jason's eyes were wide as saucers as if he expected his cousin to kill him right there, but instead Percy had his head bowed towards him, "Yield, Centurion."

The arena was silent, and Jason had no hopes of any other move. Not with the trident on his chest. He stared at Percy for a long moment before nodding, "I yield."

Percy nodded, removing his trident and offering him his hand to help him to his feet. As soon they made it to their feet Jason grabbed his other hand and held it in the air, "Twelfth Legion FULIMINATA!"

Thunder boomed in the distance, and the legion erupted into cheers. Jason held Percy's hand up in the air for several long moments as the applause, stomping, and cheering continued. When it began to die down as Percy was escorted by Jason to the sidelines he was greeted by big hugs from Bianca, Gwen, Dakota, and other members of his cohort as they stormed the arena floor. No one in the fifth had bad grudges against Percy. Everyone respected him for his hard work, and his dedication spoke for itself that evening.

Praetor Cassie announced that the celebrations, and the gauntlet ceremony would be in just a few hours inside the borders of New Rome, and that the fifth cohort would have the honors for the evening.

Percy, feeling on top of the world, even asked if Gwen would allow him to escort her to the party, and she grinned at the boy showing her acceptance. Gwen was Nineteen now, and Percy knew that his chances with the older girl realistically weren't very good, but she was clearly willing to at least entertain the young man, and for that he was on cloud nine!

Throwing his arm around his cousins Percy grinned at the two widely as the group continued the chants of Jackson that were being hollered by the fifth, fourth, and even the third cohort.

The fourth cohort had been allied with the fifth for some time now since the two lowest legions had often been paired together for War Games, and Percy's support was popular among the two. It was a good thing too or it would've been an awkward win for Percy he thought in the back of his mind as they went in the direction of the barracks. In the distance towards the Tiber Percy had to pull away from his group of celebrations because he spotted his brother standing cross armed looking out at the sunset clearly awaiting his arrival.

Jason and Bianca could see that Percy had family matters to attend to so made the cohort fall in behind them as they returned to the barracks. Percy approached his brother with the eyes of his cohort on him in the distance as he crossed through the grounds of Camp. Many people congratulated him as they passed through, and patted him on the back. Citizens came up and shook his hand in passing, but Percy was remaining focused on the goal of making it to his brother.

When he reached Triton the immortal was smiling softly, "So you did it. You proved yourself to be the best fighter among some of the most elite mortal warriors on the planet. Well done Perseus."

It wasn't often his brother complimented him, so Percy took it with a grin, "It was all thanks to your training."

"Oh of that there is no doubt." The man said evenly.

A moment passed, and they both chuckled. Triton then sighed, "Our training together I'm afraid is at an end. I have nothing left to teach you in the ways of the weapon. Father has claimed that I have done my part admirably, and I have been given permission to marry Thetis."

Percy was surprised, and saddened to hear that his brother would not be training him anymore, but also elated at the fact that his brother was finally going to be allowed to be married, "I'm happy for you. Congratulations."

Triton didn't make any motion, but dipped his head in appreciation, "I would like it if you were to come. To Atlantis. Our father will be the one that gives our vows, and though you may not interact with him in accordance with the ancient laws, nothing forbids you from coming."

Percy was now bewildered at his brother's invitation, "Thank you brother. I will be there."

The green scaled immortal grinned, "Good…"

It was clear something was on the godlings mind, and Percy decided to fish for it, "Something is bothering you. Can you tell me?"

The grin wiped off his face smoothly, and he looked like he had been struck upside the head, "We have spent much time together over the years, Perseus. You know me well, but I am afraid I cannot tell you. What I dare say is though I hope you are ready for your next challenge. Winning the Roman Gladiator Gauntlet is an impressive win by mortal standards, but I fear your next tasks would make even an immortal's life difficult. Trust in your training brother, and be alive for my wedding day. Those are your final orders from me as your teacher."

Percy looked up at his brother with apprehension, but understanding. Triton hears many things under the seas, and the young son of Neptune knew if his brother could tell him he would, "I will do as you asked."

Triton nodded, and placed a hand on his brother's shoulder, "Keep your friends close, Perseus. Our Uncle gave you a great blessing and loyal ally in the form of his daughter. Keep up with her training, and make sure she is progressing forwards. I see she did well today, but I expect her to be better next year. She could be one of the fiercest female warriors the world has seen in quite some time, and I expect you to help her reach it. The son of Jupiter is being looked to for leadership as well, so prepare to be put in interesting situations in the future."

"Thank you Lord Triton." Percy said, thinking his advice over carefully.

With a final pat on his brother's shoulder he nodded, "Take care of yourself Percy, and until next time."

Before Triton could take his leave Percy asked, "Wait! What about the wager?"

Percy couldn't see the immortal's face, but knew by the tone of his response he was smiling, "My dear brother if the King of Olympus were to lose a bet he would never allow such a thing to be known to lowly demigods."

With those final words Triton launched himself into the air, and dove into the middle of the Tiber without a splash disappearing leaving a grinning Percy behind.

The party was well on its way in New Rome. There was music, dancing, feasts, gaming tables for cards, ping pong, billiard games, and so much more. It was one of the biggest social events of the year. Only thirteen and up were allowed, and last year Percy had missed his first chance to be there since he was on trial in Atlantis, but this year he was the guest of honor.

People from all cohorts had come to greet the son of Neptune, and offer their respects. Several of his opponents, and many people from the other side of the bracket even offered friendly challenges. Dylan, the fourth cohort Centurion, asked for a nice full power spar sometime soon, and of course Percy respectfully agreed to his senior officers request. Other requests came in like that from other legionnaires, but none that exciting until Mark approached him, and his group of fifth cohort members, "Legionnaires good evening. Might I borrow Optio Jackson for a moment?"

Gwen and Jason straightened, while the daughter of Ceres asked, "Does he need one of his Centurions present for this meeting?"

The Praetor smiled nicely at the girl, "This is a personal matter between myself and Optio Jackson. He is not in trouble, I only wish to speak with him."

The girl inclined her head slightly, and Percy straight faced agreed to the meeting as the two crossed areas of parties in search of someplace private. Finding a quiet corner where an empty game of Pinochle was left on the table Mark gestured to an empty chair as the two each took an empty seat. Mark began speaking immediately, "Don't look so tense Optio, like I said you are not in trouble."

Percy nodded having never been summoned by either Praetor in his six years of service merely asked, "Is there something I can do for you Praetor?"

Mark leaned back in his chair, getting comfortable. Mark was twenty three years old this year, and had been serving the legion longer than most. He joined when he was nine, and has been in his fourteenth year of service. He was a tall Cacuasian male with spiky blonde hair, and easy blue eyes. He looked much more normal than the average son of Mars, and could've just been a good looking pro athlete, or military guy with his well dressed persona, and near divine confidence, "I have a lot of respect for you Percy. You have been ridiculed by many here in the legion over the years, and you controlled it, while never letting it get out of hand. Your other Praetor and I got into several shouting matches about the way the older legionnaires messed with you, and she wanted to solve it herself, but I never let her."

Percy looked in surprise at the admission. The praetors were never seen in public as anything, but in constant agreement. To hear they argued over him was a shock. He wanted to be angry about the allowance of the other cohorts to pick on him when he was younger, but he knew Mark would've had his reasons, and he explained right away, "There has always been a strength to you, and when you made it across the Tiber and crushed those cyclops with the sea I knew you would be something someday. Here we are seven years later, and you are among the best fighters in the legion at fourteen."

Percy suddenly had a feeling he knew where this was going, and a small smirk played across his face, "The best fighter actually sir. Today cemented it."

Mark grinned, "I was hoping you would say something like that. I myself now have to wonder if I am still the best fighter in the legion, I assure you I have been for many years, and that it wasn't my charming personality that raised me to Praetor. I would like it in the near future if you would rise earlier than usual in the morning to have a friendly match with me. Regular gladius to gladius combat. I've seen your trident work, and I have no doubt you are the best spear weapon fighter in Rome, but when it comes to swordplay I would like to think I might be able to teach you a thing or two."

"I would be honored sir." Percy said honestly with a smile.

The man nodded, standing to his feet, "Good. I don't want to keep you from the celebration, so I will let you go. Let's have our match on Monday at 5am in the arena, and let's keep this between us. You may tell your Centurions that I have a task for you that morning, and don't strain yourself on Sunday. I want you in tip top condition."

Rising the praetor offered his hand, and with a slight bow of the head Percy shook it. When they released Mark turned to walk away, and Percy called out, "Praetor may I ask you a personal question?"

The man stopped and turned curiously to the son of Neptune, but nodded his consent, "Do you plan on serving the legion for life?"

Mark grinned at this, "Optio Jackson I plan to serve the legion for as long as I am the best man for the job. Not just in the arena, but outside as well. When I see a rising tide coming my way I think I could live a quiet life in the city happily, but always ready to answer the Call of Duty, as is the way of my father."

Percy stared shocked by his words. He had not missed the rising tide comment, and suddenly wondered if he too, like Jason was being groomed for Praetor. He wasn't even a Centurion yet though. How was he supposed to raise to Praetor? Certainly not before Jason.

The words echoed in his mind as he crossed back over to his friends, many of whom looked concerned. Gwen asked carefully, "What did the Praetor want Percy?"

The young man smiled at the girl, "He was just requesting a favor from me on Monday morning. Nothing serious, but he asked that I not speak about it. Care for a dance my lady?"

The others all looked unsure of his words, but Gwen seemed to trust him, and smiled, "Very well, shall we?"

She offered her hand, and Percy took it guiding her out to the dance floor. The two shared a few dances, chatting amiably in between. Their friendship was something Percy had greatly valued during his time in the legion. Anytime he had been hurt, or needed someone to stand up for him if Jason wasn't around it seemed Gwen always was. She took her duty as Centurion very seriously, and even more so when it came to her younger legionnaires. Of course now Percy was grown and he could fight his own battles, and here he was having the time of his life dancing with the beautiful girl who had stolen his heart years ago.

The two were sharing a drink while the others were out dancing and Percy had made a comment about how pretty she looked making the girl shake her head at him with a smile, "I never would've guessed the eight year old little boy with a plate stuck in his leg would've grown to be such a charmer."

Percy winked at her slyly, "Only for you my dear Centurion."

She took it in good nature and laughed, "Percy you have certainly kept life interesting around here. I think the Cohort will be in good hands when I retire next year."

Percy felt his heart sink a little at that. He knew Gwen's ten years were coming up quickly, and that she had held the position of Centurion a lot longer than most. It was certainly due to her abilities as a healer, and they far outstretched that of what most legacies of Apollo could achieve. Percy spoke a little more softly at those words, "Dakota will lead in your place with pride. He made us all proud today. It isn't often a son of Bacchus proves to be as capable as he is with a sword."

Catching the change in his tone Gwen put an arm around the boy, "Don't worry Percy we will still be friends. You can't just take me out on one date this weekend, and forget about me. You will be welcome to visit me in the city anytime, and I only leave Dakota so confidently in my place, because I know you and Jason will take care of him, and see that he becomes the best he can be."

Percy perked up at the word date, and the topic changed to easier subjects. Bianca had come and begged Percy to dance with her after a while, and he happily went on to the floor with his pretty dark haired protege as he began to twirl her around the dance floor to some pop song he had never heard before. He had a few more dances with Bianca and other girls he was friends with in his cohort, but his first surprise was Reyna who had approached the group, and asked him for a dance during a slower song. Never willing to turn down a possible new friend though Percy offered his hand to the pretty latina girl, and the girl put her arms around his neck, and he placed his hands on her waist carefully.

It was an awkward minute before Reyna began talking, "You are an impressive fighter. Trained by an immortal, and you hold the power of which a son of the Eldest Oylpian God should hold. You are a very powerful half blood."

Percy blushed at her compliment, but she wasn't finished, "You have allied yourself with a son of Jupiter who in all likelihood will be Praetor one day making yourself a Centurion. Turned a probatio daughter of Pluto into arguably the best female fighter in the legion in under a year, and have gained the favor of both Praetors. May I ask what your end game in all this is?"

Percy almost stumbled over his feet at the question, but gained his balance quickly staring at the girl, "I don't understand your intentions behind this question. Jason will be the future Praetor, and when I joined the legion I thought I would be lucky if I would ever get to be an Optio. Children of Neptune have a bad history with Rome. If the day comes where I get the opportunity to rise to Centurion then I will lead the fifth until the legion feels I can no longer do so aptly."

Reyna looked interested in this, but shook her head, "Rome respects power. It always has, and it always will. Take my mother. She didn't even exist in the old empire, but the Romans worshipped her and she replaced Minerva as the patron War Goddess of Rome, because she was a powerful daughter of Jupiter and Juno. My point is anyone can take power if they have the power to do it. Today I watched you barely break a sweat as you picked apart the best fighters in the mortal world, yet you remain happy with being Optio. Are you truly so unambitious as to not see the opportunities you could have before you?"

She was starting to hit a nerve as Percy's hands tightened on her waist, "My duty to Rome is to be the best soldier I can be. Did you notice the lack of applause after each of my victories? My cohort, and cohort four applauded me, but the others don't like me. They don't like my father, and they don't like my ancestors. They will at best tolerate me. Until that changes I must remain where I am."

The girl looked at him speculatively and said, "I would like to train with you. If you will have me?"

Percy was floored by this request, "Are you serious? You will ostracize yourself in your cohort. In case you haven't noticed, your centurions hate me."

Reyna looked off to an area where Larry Bard was sitting chatting with others in her cohort with big smiles, "I think you may have changed the tides today. Larry was impressed by your performance, and I think you gained his respect tonight. As for the other Centurion I think you have an enemy in all the children of Heracles. The greatest hero had one of the greatest egos to ever walk the Earth, my old master told me. Anytime he could've possibly been shown up he would get extremely angry, and I think we see that in his children today. Besides I won't be breaking any rules, and if it is thrown in my face I will take it to the Praetors. I am only trying to better myself, and become a better asset for Rome. Do you accept me?"

Percy looked over to Bianca who was eying the pair carefully, and he sighed, "I would be happy to begin healing relations between myself and cohort two, but I have some ground rules."

The girl's face immediately became guarded, "Like what?"

"Bianca and Jason are like family to me. They will do their best to get along with you for my sakes, but we all have to play nicely. Training together is something we all enjoy doing together, and I won't let anything ruin that. I welcome you to try and keep up with us, but we train with our abilities a lot too, and while I don't doubt you have some power as a daughter of the War Goddess it may not be able to compete with ours. I don't mean anything by that, but we don't allow frustration to come in between our group." Percy explained carefully.

Her face relaxed a little, "So you're saying if I cause problems within the group I am out?"

"Precisely." Percy said easily.

"Very well."

As the dance ended the two separated and she gave a slight nod of the head, "I look forward to training with you, Optio Jackson."

"6am on Tuesday morning Probatio. Don't be late." Percy said formally.

The girl said nothing else as she walked to the side table, and another familiar female voice cut in, "Will you have a drink with me, Optio Jackson?"

Percy turned to see Praetor Cassie Jones in a pretty white and yellow sundress. It was one of the few times he saw her without her cape, and he bowed immediately, "It would be my honor Praetor."

She offered him a second drink in her hand saying, "That was an impressive display of skill today in the arena."

"Thank you ma'am. I was just doing what I was trained to do." Percy said carefully.

"You were trained very well." She complimented easily.

With another bow of his head he raised his drink to his lips, and detected a small trace of alcohol. Looking at the young woman in surprise she shrugged, "You earned that today. I won't tell anyone if you won't."

She winked at him and Percy grinned back happily. The praetor was an exceptionally pretty woman, and looked every bit of the half goddess she was while she swayed to the background music, "May I ask you something Percy?"

"Of course ma'am anything." Percy said carefully.

"What do you think of me?" The woman asked, looking slightly nervous.

Percy blinked, and then coughed a little before saying, "I think you are great Praetor. I've never heard a complaint about you, and the legionnaires love you."

She sighed, "I'm not a lifer like Mark. My ten years are up soon, and I will retire into the city. I am wondering who will be my replacement."

"Gwen or Summer would be favored too. Summer has good relations with all the cohorts, and is respected in each of them, while Gwen is infinitely kind." Percy said wondering where the conversation was going.

Her face soured at Gwen's name, "The healer daughter of Ceres. I was surprised when she rose to Centurion as young as she did. Thirteen, and not accomplished in the slightest. She was never much of a fighter, but still she is our premier healer, and Summer was defeated by a girl who is just barely off probatio, but that is a different story. Are you two dating?"

This caught Percy flat footed, and nearly had him snorting out his drink. Gwen was pretty old for him not that he would've complained, but he realized she might've meant Bianca, "Bianca and I are not dating. She is my best friend, and I owe her my life for killing the traitor on top of the Empire State Building in New York. Jason and I would not be here right now if not for her."

"I meant Centurion Brown." Cassie said quickly.

Percy was starting to suspect the girl might be drunk. At first he thought she was feeling the music earlier, but now he thought she might be swaying drunkenly. Before he could answer a fire erupted in the middle of camp and legionnaires and citizens of New Rome screamed and scattered. Percy however held his hand out and summoned his trident from across the Pomerian Line, while Terminus was bellowing in rage in the distance. A man stepped out of the fire. He was wearing a dark biker jacket, and torn ups jeans. He had a bandanna across his head, and a T-shirt under his jacket that said, I killed the other guy.

Before Percy could prepare for a fight Mark walked to the man and knelt. This was a signal to the rest of the Camp that they were in the presence of a God, and Mark's next words confirmed it, "Father."

Everyone quickly dropped to a knee, and Mars grinned, "Ah Rome. It's good to be back amongst my people. Please everyone rise."

Everyone in complete silence rose to their feet and Mars grinned striding across the area, "This looks like quite a party. The Gladiator Challenge was today, yes? Who was our victor? One of my children or descendants perhaps?"

Quiet grumbles went throughout the camp, but Mark said, "As Praetor father I did not participate, but Perseus Jackson the Son of Neptune won the tournament, and the son of Jupiter Jason Grace won the bracket fighting."

Mars nodded his head and put a hand on his goatee, "A son of the sea, and my little brother huh? Not bad...you two will do. PERSEUS JACKSON!"

Percy felt his heart freeze in his chest as he began to move forward. When he got before the god he gave a bow, "Mars Ultor."

The man grinned, "You are just the half blood Olympus requested for this job. Lord Jupiter sends his regards, and demands you take up a quest to defeat a rising enemy in the seas."

Before Percy could respond Jason strode forward, "Lord Mars. Percy and I will hunt down any monster Olympus has set forth."

Bianca stepped forward with him to show support, but Lord Mars sniffed, "Hello little brother. As much as I would like to agree that you should be a part of this to ensure success, I have a different task for you, but let's address one problem at a time. Perseus Jackson. An ancient enemy of Rome has come from the depths of the sea, and your father has his hands tied with a different threat, and cannot assist in this. The Trojan Sea Monster has returned from its lengthy stay in Tartarus, and it is making its way here to take its second shot at destroying Rome once and for all."

Panicked chatter began immediately, but Mars growled out and everyone stopped talking. Percy's eyes however darkened. One of the many reasons Neptune had a bad rep in Rome was because in the old Empire Poseidon had sent the Trojan Sea Monster to punish Troy for treachery. When the names changed the stigma never went away. This was a chance to amend his fathers actions over two millennia ago, "I accept this task Lord Mars. I will hunt the Trojan Sea Monster."

Mars grunted in appreciation, "Good. Now hunting a monster in the Ocean while your fathers hands are tied will be difficult. I would suggest seeking out Aeolus. He will have information on this creature's wearabouts, and hopefully you can stop it before it wipes out the Roman way of life."

Jason frowned, "Lord Mars surely if this task is so important I could join Percy on this quest."

Mars shook his head, "The gods on Olympus think an old enemy is stirring, and we need to make sure our greatest army is well supplied with weapons. There is a weapons cache in Charleston, South Carolina at Fort Sumter. Take one other, a child of war, and go retrieve weapons for the legion. You do not have time to fail. That is why I am sending you little brother. If you manage to complete this task in time then you may provide an assist to the son of Neptune on the battlefield. Killing a monster of this caliber won't be as simple as lofting your trident into its chest."

Jason's frown did not disappear, but he nodded. Mars clapped his hands and it sounded like a thunder clap, "Good. Perseus Jackson take two others, and go east to Pikes Peak. On the mountain top you will find a bridge to Aelous's palace. Get the information, and hunt this beast down before it reaches the West Coast."

Mars seemed to think of something and then turned to Mark, "Son I would like you to oversee this quest. I sense great power in the son of Neptune, but he will need a more experienced hand to guide him in the...political aspects of this journey, and we cannot afford failure."

Mark looked surprised, and said, "Yes father. I will make arrangements that Praetor Cassie is able to control the legion in my absence."

Mars nodded, seeming happy with his son's agreement. Percy, Mark, and Jason both bowed in final acceptance, and Mars nodded at the three, "Be good Romans, have your senate meetings and decide who else is going on these quest quickly our enemies will not rest for much longer."

With that the fire shot out from the middle of the bonfire, and Mars enveloped himself in it, and disappeared.

(A/N) One day behind as usual! Sorry about that. Been super busy at work now that the pandemic restrictions have been lifted down here in Texas.

Now! We are beginning to follow events that Jason Grace spoke about in the Lost Hero, and we will continue to do so throughout this story. Percy was of course the winner of the gladiator challenge, and his alliances seem to be building by the day, so a lot more to come from that soon.

A reviewer asked how far I was in and I will say I am currently stuck on Chapter 32. I am working through the Labyrinth chapters right now, so if anyone has any ideas feel free to leave them in a review, or PM me.

I hope everyone is enjoying the story, and hopefully I will get you all the update on time next week! Thanks for reading.
