AN: I own nothing. Please read and review!

Possibly OOC Bobby Singer.

Roxycall18, valessilova, aurora3evans, Katescats, lilylys: Thank you for your support!

xrysatsan: Yes, all hell will break loose, as is normal for Winchesters.

klaudia 2002: Sorry that I'm not all that great at updates. I've had another story stuck in my head and I don't want them crossing over. My muse is currently working on that story instead of this one.

Dark Neko 4000: Dean is going to realize that his daughter can be scary when she wants to be.

kittyrsocute: I enjoy writing this, so I'm glad you like it. I expect the chapters to get longer as the story goes on, as when I started this, I didn't have a plan past chapter by chapter. As for why Sirius is growling at Sam, Sam has a gun. Before Mary goes in, he has it at his side. After that, it is pointed at Mary's head. Sirius doesn't want anyone hurting his goddaughter, so he is trying to scare the threat to her. I hope that answered your question satisfactorily.

Albus Dumbledore was looking everywhere in England (through members of the Order of the Phoenix, of course) and he couldn't find Sirius Black or Mary Potter. Many people had left the Order, and even more were questioning his every move. Tom Riddle Jr. had gotten a good many laws passed that protected Muggleborns and half bloods raised by Muggles that Dumbledore had been stalling for years.

Dumbledore had been going to all the students that Ron and Hermione had reported that she was even slightly friendly during her time at Hogwarts, but they had no information.

Where was the Girl-Who-Lived?

Bobby motioned Mary into the kitchen, telling her to wait there for him. A few minutes - and raised voices - later, he came into the kitchen. Mary assumed that he won whatever argument they had had. He threw her a towel when he came in.

"You're Padfoot's goddaughter?" he asked, looking at the dog.

"Yeah," Mary confirmed as Sirius went back to his human form. Bobby immediately went in for a hug with the man he considered a nephew.

"Sirius! How are you?"

"Great now. This is my pup, Mary," Sirius told him, breaking out of the hug. Mary just awkwardly stood there, drying herself off until her name was said.

"So you're the one he was talking about."

"I assume so?"

"Yeah, this is my pup," Sirius stated proudly, slinging his arm around her shoulders.

"I prefer cats," Mary told him nonchalantly, both her and Bobby laughing when he jumped away with an offended look on his face. "As long as they don't attack me like Crookshanks did Pettigrew. I wasn't fond of that cat."

"I liked that cat," Sirius muttered. Mary just laughed.

"So where's your parents, Mary?" Bobby asked, but realized it was the wrong question when the happy atmosphere immediately sobered. "My adoptive parents are dead, have been for nearly fourteen years. My biological mother died a few months before them. My biological father is named Dean Winchester and my accountant helped me track him to here as of Tuesday."

"Dean Winchester?" Bobby asked. Mary narrowed her eyes at the amused gleam in his eyes and slowly nodded. Bobby let out a loud guffaw. "He was out there testing you. The blond."

Mary froze momentarily, but she shoved her fear aside and flippantly said, "So much for a good first impression."
