I really need to brake the not updating for months habit. Now to also brake the health issues habit as well. Oh well, one thing at a time.
Thank you all the people who poked me with comments telling me to come back to this story. I hope this is worth the wait.
Housekeeping: Yugioh, not mine. Airi, MINE.

Chapter 51
Airi didn't know what to expect when the doors opened. Standing in front of the elevator was a tall blond of muscular build. Glancing at Yami, Airi could see the recognition in his face, along with loathing. This had to be Rafael. Yami and Airi stepped out of the elevator. She watched Rafael, hatred rising inside of her. This was the man who took her brother's soul. She dug her nails into her hands to keep herself from running forward and striking that smug face.
"Welcome Pharaoh." Rafael said. "I knew we would meet again."
"I'm here to face Dartz." Yami said.
"You owe me a rematch."
"He owes you nothing." Airi snapped. "Is your boss to scared to face so he sent you?"
Rafael finally looked in her direction. His eyes narrowed. "You're the sister."
Airi was taken aback by his dark look. Even so she didn't break eye contact. "Yes I am Yugi's sister."
"You turned Cerys against me."
"I was too busy not getting soul snatched to notice."
Rafael turned again to Yami. "You must be good at persuasion, Pharaoh. First Cerys, then Mai."
"What do you mean?"
"It doesn't matter what you do. Every soul brings the Leviathan closer." Rafael pulled out a card and tossed it at them. Yami caught it and Airi gasped as she saw the Claw of Hermos."
"You attacked Joey?" Yami said.
"Mai got their first." Rafael corrected.
"Then you attacked Mai." Airi said. "Wasn't she your ally?"
"Like I said, your group is good at turning members against our cause."
Airi stiffened. "If you took Mai's soul . . ." she trailed off as her eyes focused on a green earring attached to Rafael's collar. "you took Cerys' soul too?"
Rafael's eyes darkened. "You turned her against me."
"What did you do? Trick them like you tricked Yami and stole Yugi."
Yami was still looking at Joey's card.
"Don't you feel anything?" Yami said. "Taking out enemy's you can justify, but you're friends are also being sucked into this and you don't feel anything?"
"None of your claims matter. When the Leviathan is revived your side will be destroyed. All we need is one more powerful soul to revive it's power. See, he's almost here."
Yami and Airi looked up. Slithering among the think clouds they could make out a large monsters circling over head. Airi gasped and her hand found Yami's. How many souls did that thing eat before reaching this point?
"As soon as your soul is fed to the great Leviathan it will have the power to cross into our world and cleanse the world of evil." Rafael pointed at Yami. "You will not be able to cheat this time Pharaoh. Your trick of switching souls will not work here."
"Cheating!" Airi couldn't take it any more. "You're calling Yugi a cheater?" She stepped forward, dropping Yami's hand. "Cheating? Saving a friend is not cheating. Sacrificing one's self for others is not cheating. You've taken soul, Yugi gave his up." her voice cracked. "How dare you talk about something you know nothing about."
"I know nothing?" Rafael's voice had a new edge. "I do not appreciate being lied to, and you're letting this man lie to you. He's never told you about what he did in his former life has he?"
"Wrong again." Airi felt a hand on her shoulder but shrugged it off. "He told me all about his life. The destruction. The deaths. All he can remember. But do you know what he's never lied to me about? How good he is today, here and now. He doesn't have to tell me, because he shows it. You can't do that." she pointed at the earring pined to Rafael's shirt. "You couldn't show that to Cerys."
"Shut up."
"She defended you all through our duel, and you stole her soul."
Rafael took a step towards Airi. She would have welcomed him in her fist's rang. Yami stepped in front of her.
"Decide now, Rafael." Yami warned. "Do you want to duel Airi or me? Chose wisely."
Rafael's eyes glanced from Yami to Airi. Airi could see equal distaste in each glance. Lightning flashed across the sky, illuminating the still visible silhouette of the Leviathan over head.
"I challenge you, Pharaoh." Rafael shot Airi another look. "You still owe me a fair duel."
Airi glared at Rafael's back as he walked towards a more open area of the rooftop. Yami turned to her, expression softening as their eyes met.
"He's smart." he said. "Only a fool would face you when you're angry."
Airi took a deep breath. "Not so smart. He's still facing you."
"He does have the Orichalcos. This isn't a light matter."
"It never is." Airi stepped closer, taking Joey's card from his hand. Taking the hand with the duel-disk, she slid the card in with the others. "We're all behind you." Holding his hand with both of hers she looked into his the eyes. Yami's red dominated the irises, but she could still see flecks of Yugi's violet eyes. She squeezed his hands. "Kick his butt."
Yami's other hand covering hers. "As you wish."
With a final smile, he turned and walked toward Rafael. Airi tried her best to calm her emotions. She didn't want to see another Orichalcos duel, but unless whatever Cerys had seen in Rafael appeared she was going to see it again.
"It's a shame you're with Dartz." Yami said. "You're a talented duelist."
"You're only jealous because I have one of these." Rafael held up the card with the green symbol. Airi's sick feeling intensified.
"You won't tempt me with that again." Yami's tone echoed Airi's distaste.
"I wasn't planning on it." Rafael stepped towards Yami, deck in hand. "I'll let you look at it one last time as we shuffle each others deck.
Yami hesitated. "Even if you slip me that card, I won't use it this time."
"Don't' worry Pharaoh. I'm not giving you any helpers this time."
"Helpers my foot." Airi muttered.
The duelist shuffled desk, returned them, and returned to their positions. The duel-disks activated. Airi had to admit Rafael's duel-disk was cool looking. Then again, it looked too much like a scythe for her taste. Another flash of lightning eliminated the rooftop as Yami and Rafael drew their first cards.
"As the returning champion, I'll go first." he drew. "I play the magic card Guardian Treasure which allows me to discard my current hand and draw two new cards." he drew his new hand. "As long as Guardian Treasure is on the field, I am allowed to draw two cards every turn."
Airi inwardly groaned. He was a good duelist. This only made her want to skip the cards and punch him out now, but that wouldn't get them closer to Yugi.
"I set a face down card, and end my turn."
Airi was surprised. No Orichalcos? Yami must be good at shuffling.
Yami drew. "I summon Queen's Knight in defense mode. I end my turn."
Airi frowned. She trusted Yami's judgment, but could see why fellow spectators thought he was nuts. She had to reminder herself that Yami had dueled this man before and must know what he was doing. Somehow this didn't seem to help the sickening feeling in her stomach. The Orichalcos was in the deck somewhere.
Rafael drew his two cards. "I summon Gravity Axe." he smirked. "Remember him Pharaoh?"
Yami looked at the new monster, but didn't respond.
"Gravity Axe allows me to summon Guardian Grarl. Equipping my monster with Gravity Axe races Gaurdian Grarl to 3000 attack points. Attack Queen's Knight."
The knight didn't have a chance as the monsters chopped through her. Airi swallowed and reminded herself that at this point it was just a game. If Rafael played the Seal, then she'd hear the monster's pain when they were sent to the graveyard. Remembering the screams of monsters during the Weevil duel didn't comfort her.
"Come on." she muttered.
Yami drew. "I use monster reborn to bring back Queen's Knight." The knight returned, in one piece. Airi imagined the monster giving her attacker a smirk. "I summon King's Knight to the field. With both Queen's and King's Knight on the field I can special summon Jack's Knight." the trio stood in defiance to their large opponent. "I play the magic card Brave Attack."
"You used that card in your duel against Grimo." Rafael said. "Combining your three monsters to take out mine."
Airi didn't know what he was talking about, but remembered she hadn't been there for most of Yami and Yugi's duels.
"Yes." Yami said. "Brave Attack lets me add all the attack points of my three monsters together, though they will be destroyed after they attack."
"You still haven't learned how to respect your monsters."
Yami visibly tensed. Airi looked between the two of them, confused. She could feel the pain of this statement hit Yami, but in the next moment it had been replaced by a surge of indignation.
"It's your turn to learn a lesson, Rafael. In team work."
The tree monsters joined swords together.
"Attack Guardian Grarl!" Yami ordered.
The three of them charged at the monster.
"I activate Guardian Force." Rafael's face down card flipped up. "This allows me to negate and destroy a magic card as long as there are no Guardian Monsters in my graveyard."
Brave Attack disappeared and the three knights came to a halt.
"He doesn't sacrifice his monsters?" Airi thought.
"No he doesn't." Yami's voice was bitter. "I respect that, but fighting to only keep your monsters alive is also dangerous."
"Which has also taught him more creative strategies to keep them safe."
"I should take his advice. Now all my knights are open to attack and I have no card to help them."
Airi gave him a look."Giving up so soon?"
"Never." Out loud Yami said. "I end my turn."
"Obviously." Rafael drew his cards. "I play Butterfly Dagger." the dagger appeared in his monster's hand. "with this dagger on the field I can summon Guardian Elma to the field."
"That monster's new." Yami commented.
"There are plenty of monsters in my deck you've never seen before."
"All guardians I bet." Airi muttered.
Rafael continued. "Elma's effect allows me to bring Guardian Shield back from the graveyard." the shield appeared in Elma's hand. "I transfer Butterfly Dagger to Elma, increasing her attack points." he pointed at Yami's monsters. "Guardian Elma, attack Queen's Knight. Guardian Grarl attack King's Knight."
Both knights fell, leaving Jack's Knight standing alone.
"I end my turn. Any trick to save you Pharaoh?"
"There are many tricks you've never seen, Rafael." Yami drew. "I play Five Star Twilight. Since Jack's Knight is level 5 monster, I can sacrifice him to summon the five Kuriboh Brothers."
Airi grinned as the noble knight disappeared to be replaced by five different colored fuzzballs. If she didn't know better, she would have mistaken Yami for her brother. Yugi would have done something like that.
"Oh no, I'm so scared." Rafael mocked.
Airi gave him look. He must not have seen many of Yami and Yugi's duels.
Yami ignored Rafael's sarcasm. "I discard a trap card to activated Kuriboh Brother' effect Kuriball."
The different colored Kuribohs lined up. The white one at the end charged forward, swallowing up his brothers one by one until he'd grown three times his size. Rolling himself like a bowling ball the white fuzzball collided with Guardian Grarl. On impact the ball exploded into their individual selves and returned to Yami's side of the field. Though not destroyed, Guardian Grarl's attack point's had been reduced.
"I combine the brothers to create Kuribabylon." Yami said. The three combined into a more impressive monster. Airi had to bite her lip to keep from laughing. Good thing she knew they weren't completely useless, because no matter what someone did the monster still looked like a dust bunny with legs.
"You do realize." Rafael said. " Your power puff and my Grarl have the same attack points."
"I'm not finished." Yami held up another card. "I play Mystical Space Typhoon and destroy your Gravity Axe, lowering Grarl's attack points farther. Kuribabylon, attack Guardian Grarl."
Before the attack could happen, Guardian Elma blocked the attack.
"Guardian Shield's effect allows me to protect all my monsters from destruction. For this it costs me 500 life points."
Airi studied his face. There was still no emotion in his face, but how could put so much effort into protecting his monsters without a sense of loyalty. Then again, he was willing to do anything for his cause so maybe he had too much of it. Still, maybe this was one of the things Cerys had seen in him, allowing her to fiercely loyal to him.
"I set one card face down and end my turn." By his face, Airi could tell Yami was confused by his opponent as well. "I've never met a duelist who refused to let any of his monsters go to the graveyard and protects them at all cost."
"Surprised because it's not like you." Rafael said.
Yami shook his head. "Surprised because why a duelist like you would hold the Seal of Orichalcos."
Rafael stiffened. "I can control the cards better than you can."
"It's not about that." Airi said. "You know what happens when you activate the Seal they become real spirits. How can you justify attacking real monsters and corrupting your own?"
Rafael ignored her. Yami took a step forward.
"As long as you're loyal to Dartz you won't be your true self. I've played that card and I know what it does to my monsters and myself. You have too much respect for your cards to hurt them with the Seal."
Rafael's eyes looked around the field at his monsters. Yami continued.
"Dartz is brainwashing you to hurt your real friends with your cards. How can you justify that?"
"My turn." Rafael drew his two cards. "You're wrong about Dartz. He opened my eyes to the truth. This world is an evil place and you Pharaoh are part of the problem."
"How?" Airi shouted. "You're the ones zapping people."
Again he ignored her comments.
"I must help Dartz fix this world, and thanks to my master I have the card to do it." he held up one of his cards. "I play the Seal of Oricalchos."
"Don't do this!" Yami shouted.
Rafael placed the card in his disk. Lights started flashing around them from the sky and the duel-disk. Rafael started to yell as a sickly light began to appear around him.
Panicked, Airi ran forward. Maybe if she got to Yami she could pull him out before the Seal separated them. She couldn't lose him too.
"Airi, stay back." Yami said. "Back up before the Seal hits you."
"Yami!"
Their eyes met. Yami did his best to smile. "It's not over yet."
"But . . ." flashing through her mind was the image of the green pillar of light in the desert and the sickening empty feeling of losing Yugi and being cut off from Yami during his duel with Weevil.
"Airi, please. Trust me."
She slowly nodded and backed up. As if bidden, the ring of the Seal followed her as she backed away towards the roof buildings. Over the sounds of Rafael's screaming and the thunder she heard the ding of a bell and the opening of an elevator door.
"Airi!" Tea led the way out of the elevator towards them. Behind her Tristan carried Joey's limp form and behind him, to her surprise, was Mokuba and Kaiba.
Tristan looked at the Seal, face growing grave. "we're too late."
"What are you talking about?" Kaiba snapped. "The duel is still going on."
For once Airi secretly agreed with Seto. The duel was not over. She did her best to stay calm, even as she felt her connection with Yami becoming muted by ring of green around him. She continued to look right at him, reassuring herself he was still there.
The flashing lights stopped. Rafael straightened, eyes glowing red and completion like shadows. He opened his eyes as the image of the Orichalcos appeared on his forehead.
"What are you thinking?" Yami's frustration was clear in his voice. "Now one of our souls will now be taken."
"That is the point of this duel." Rafael said. "The Great Leviathan needs power, either your soul or mine. When I take your powerful soul the Leviathan will be able to awoken."
"I know that guy." Tristan said. "That's the guy who beat them last time."
"What?" Kaiba said.
"Oh, nothing." Tristan said.
"I hope Yami beats him." Tea said bitterly. "Serves him right."
Airi was looking at Rafael's monsters. During the Weevil duel she hadn't been able to look that closely at the other monsters. Each one of them had a seal on their foreheads and the look in their eyes looked straight up demonic. Had Yami's monsters looked that evil when he'd played the Seal? Shivers ran up her spine at the thought.
Rafael was still talking. "The power of the Orichalcos has no equal. You might have tasted the power, Pharaoh, but that was nothing. I will show you what real power looks like. Guardian Grarl, attack!"
The attack blew the monster into the separate Kuribohs before it disappeared.
"I activate my trap card Rope of Life. It allows me to revive the monster just destroyed by discarding my hand."
Kuribabylon reappeared on the field.
"He saved that?" Kaiba said.
"Shut it." Airi snapped.
Rafael seemed to share Kaiba's opinion of the monster. "I place a card face down and end my turn."
"Yugi better do something good." Mokuba said. "He's only down to a 1000 life points."
"He's survived with less." Tristan said.
"What is he going to do?" Tea said.
Kaiba didn't say anything. A glance at his face told Airi he was contemplating something. Probably thinking of dueling Rafael once he's beaten Yami for his title. Annoyed, she looked back at the field.
Yami was smiling at the card he just drew.
"I transform Kuribabylon back to his original forms." The five different colored pompoms came back. "It's time for a different form."
The blue kuriboh started bouncing around, knocking into the others like a furry version of billiards balls. All of them started bouncing around the playing field, bouncing off the dome the Seal made. "Combine into Kuribandit." At Yami's order they all bounced back and collided together. What stood in the field was a fanged kuriboh with a eye patch and bandanna.
"Pirate Fuzzy-fang?" Tristan said.
Airi waited. That couldn't be the complete move. There had to be something else.
Rafael laughed. "That's the best you can do?"
"I wouldn't be laughing just yet." Yami held up his card. "I use Dark Magic Curtain, allowing me to summon Dark Magician."
The group cheered as the purple clothed magician appeared on the field. Airi smile grew, chest tightening. Seeing her brother's monster gave her hope.
"Foolish," Kaiba said. "That takes half his life points."
"It's part of the plan." Tristan said. He looked at Airi. "Right?"
"Shh."
"I end my turn." Yami said.
Rafael drew. "It's time to bring out my ultimate monster. I play Celestial Sword Eatos."
Yami didn't looks surprised, which worried Airi. What followed that move?
"I also summon Guardian Eatos!"
This guardian monster was impressive, Airi had to admit. She looked like an angel, but only at first. As soon as she reached the field her wings turned black and her eyes looked as demented as the others. It was a shocking change.
"Look what you've done." Yami pointed at the new monster. "She become infected with darkness. Is this how you respect your monsters?"
"Exactly." Rafael said. "She's more powerful now, as you know for yourself."
"I do." Yami said, almost too softly for anyone to hear.
"You have one last chance to defend yourself." Rafael ended his turn.
"I sacrifice Kurobandit, allowing me to draw five more cards." he looked his cards over before sending three of them to the graveyard.
"You learned nothing." Rafael said. Balls of light emerged from Yami's side of the field and were sucked into Eatos' sword, rising her attack points. Airi dug her nails into her arm to keep her face emotionless. Yami do something!
"I end my turn."
"No!" Tea shouted.
Rafael grinned. "Two time loser, and this time you're the one paying." he pointed at Dark Magician. "Eatos, attack."
Airi couldn't watch. Eyes shut she waited for the sounds of monster being destroyed and life point counter dropping.
Instead she heard a loud crack. Her eyes snapped open to see the blade of the sword had stopped inches away from Dark Magician's head. Eatos backed off towards her side of the field and her strength returned to normal.
"What?" Everyone was shocked.
"One of the monsters I discarded was Electromagnetic Turtle. When it's destroyed it forms a shield around the monster on the field."
"Yes." Mokuba cheered. "Beat by a turtle."
Even Kaiba look impressed, slightly.
Rafael on the other hand looked furious. "You will pay for mocking the power or Eatos."
"You're doing a good enough job by yourself."
"I end my turn."
"Rafael, there has to be a way to get out of this Seal. You must know."
"You're chickening out?" Rafael scoffed.
"You're poisoning your monsters, yourself. You have betrayed your monster's trust by playing the Seal."
"Now you're the expert on the Seal?"
Yami glared at him as he drew. "I summon Big Shield Gardna in defense, and I switch my Dark Magician into defense mode. I set a face down and end my turn."
"That's your last move." Rafael drew. "You can't win with defense. Your soul is mine."
Again Rafael sent Eatos towards Dark Magician. Airi forced herself to watch the second attack on her brother's monster. Her fingers digging into her flesh to keep herself from calling out.
"I activate Magical Hats!"
All of Yami's monsters disappeared under four large top-hats. Eatos' sword sliced through one of the hats, showing it to be empty.
"Fuzz balls to magic tricks." Kaiba scoffed. "That's what he's using."
"It does seem to be working." Mokuba said. "But Rafael still has another attack."
"Elma, attack again."
Again the sword sliced through a hat. Again nothing.
"Grarl, attack."
The third monster approached. Everyone waited. This was a 50/50 chance on killing the Magician. The group waited, barely breathing. Grarl attacked the hat on the left and from under the second hat appeared the Dark Magician.
Rafael's face had grown darker now. "My turn isn't over yet. I play rod of Silence, allowing me to summon another guardian monster to the field. I summon Guardian Kay'est." the mermaid like monster appeared to join her companions. "I end my turn."
"That was close." Tristan said.
"Even so, there is only one card that can save him now."
Airi nodded. "He'll draw it. I just know it."
Kaiba looked at her, but for once didn't comment.
Yami drew. "I play Graceful Charity, allowing me to draw three cards and discarding two." Airi saw him hesitate before drawing. Understanding what he was doing, she also prayed the heart of the cards would give him what he needed. Yami drew and through the Orichalcos barrier she barley felt his triumph. He discarded the two cards, and held up his card.
"I summon The Eye of Timaeus."
"What?" Rafael gaped at the card.
Kaiba and Airi both smirked.
The turquoise dragon appeared on Yami's side of the field, easily dwarfing every other monster on the field.
"I merge Timaeus with Dark Magician to create Amulet Dragon."
Dark Magician appeared riding on the dragon. In a flash of light the dragon's scales were covered with magical images.
"Amulet Dragon get another 300 points for every magic card in my grave yard."
"5300 Attack!" Mokuba said.
"Amulet Dragon, attack Guardian Eatos."
"No!" Rafael screamed. He watched along with the rest of them as the dragon opened his mouth and shot fire at Eatos. The monsters screamed, making Airi's skin crawl. From across the field she could see Rafael screaming along with his monster. She felt pity, but he had known what the Seal did when he activated it's power.
Eatos disappeared, thankfully ending her shrieks. Silence filled the roof top, interrupted only by rumbles of thunder.
"You will pay, Pharaoh." Rafael's voice dripped with hate. "No one sends my Eatos to the graveyard."
"You gave real souls to Dartz. How is this different?"
Rafael's hand stopped half way to Cerys' earring and came back down as he glared at Yami.
"You will regret this. Eatos is gone, and when she is destroyed she is replaced by a creature of darkness." the seal on his forehead began to pulse red and green.
In the ground where Eatos had been standing cracks began to appeared. As they all watched, the ground broke away, and something crawled out of it. Airi's eyes widened. If evil Eatos had been unsettling, this was disturbing. The face was masked with a body wrapped in bandages like a mummy with only a rag skirt for clothing.
"Say hello to Guardian Dreadscythe."
"Hello." Airi and Yami said in unison.
"and goodbye." Yami finished. "your monsters is no match to my dragon."
"It will be." Rafael held up a card. "I equip with Reaperscythe magic card, increasing attack for every monster in my graveyard."
"But he doesn't have any." Airi said.
"You despise having monsters in your graveyard. You're sacrificing your monsters for one card."
"What's a few monsters if I destroy you forever?" Rafael drew two cards. "I sacrifice all my monsters to boost Dreadscythe's attack.
"No don't do it." Yami said. "You know they're real spirits. The Orichalcos is clouding your mind."
Rafael continued to place cards into this graveyard.
"Stop it." Airi said.
"He's up to 5500 attack now." Mokuba said. "That's more than Yugi's dragon."
"Dreadscythe, ATTACK."
The deformed monster sliced at Timaius, chopping his head off. Airi covered her mouth with a hand as the head fell to the ground before it and the body vanished from the field. Dark Magician also vanished.
There were no more monsters on Yami's side of the field. Despite this, Yami didn't seem changed.
"The Pharaoh seems confident." Tea said
"Of course." Airi said. "He's King of Games."
"Not unless he's got some card stronger than his Legendary Dragon." Kaiba said.
"He's always done it with you." Airi said.
"I play Card of Sanctity. This requires each of us to draw until we have 6 cards in our hand." they drew. "I summon Watapon to the field."
"Another useless monster?" Kaiba said.
"Shut it and watch." Airi snapped.
"I sacrifice Watapon to summon Dark Magician Girl in defense mode." He set a face down card and ended his turn.
Rafael drew his two cards. "Now it's over Pharaoh. I play Obedience, where I change your monster to attack mode."
Dark Magician Girl was forced to her feet.
"Dreathscythe Attack!"
"I activate Magic Pigeon."
A hat appeared and covered Dark Magician Girl. Dreadscythe sliced through the hat and it vanished, replaced by a pigeon.
"This card allows me to deflect your attack." the pigeon landed on the field and turned back into the regular monster.
"Stalling will not help you." Rafael stet to face downs and ended his turn. "You're out of options. Stop dragging this out. You're practically finished."
"You may have the advantage, but I will not give up. I have the heart of the cards, and I have people who believe in me. What do you have?"
Rafael's hand went up and brushed against Cerys' earring.
"You can't preach to me. You are full of darkness."
"Yes, I've messed up like you have. Darkness has ruled me but I have been able to conqueror it. It's not too late for you."
Rafael's hand let go of the earring. "It's your turn. Do what you can to save yourself."
Airi inwardly groaned. Why couldn't they get through to to him? She still didn't like him, but taking his soul wasn't right.
"Rafael listen to me." Yami said. "I've played the Seal. I know what it does. It makes you turn on your monsters, your friends. The darkness clouds everything. You've hurt your friends, spirits and people. That can't be who you are."
Rafael didn't respond.
"You have to face this darkness. It's the only way you can save yourself."
"No soul can escape the Seal."
"I believe they can." Yami drew a card. Glancing at it he held it up. "This may snap some sense into you."
Rafael tensed, watching the card with suspicion.
"I play Underworld Circle."
"Oh no." Airi said.
All monsters vanished from the field. The seal began to spin, surprising everyone. Black swirls appeared around them, blocking the duelist from view.
"Yami!" Airi shouted.
"What's happening?" Tea said.
"I don't know. I didn't know a card like that could effect the seal."
"The Pharaoh better be alright."
"He's not alright." Tristan said. "He's in there with that creep."
Airi squinted to try and see what was going on inside the dome. Faint feelings assured her Yami was still alright, but this didn't change the fact she didn't know what was going on.
"Yami," she muttered, "What are you doing?"
A/N: I'm sorry about the cliff hanger. I would have given you the full duel, but this was a good place to end, and i figured letting all of you know i was still alive was more important than word count.
Thanks you all so much for reviewing and recomending this story to others. HUGS to you all. Please review and let me know how i'm doing.
