The Rum's Gone
Summary: Jack's acting weird and Gibbs sets out to find why.
Disclaimer: I never have and never will own the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. So there.
Author's Note: First Pirates fic I've written, though I read some way way back in the day. Constructive criticism welcome! Pre Potc 2. I can't get Jack's mannerisms quite right. It's rather difficult.

Captain Jack Sparrow walked around in a daze across the Tortuga port.
"Jack?" Gibbs huffed behind him and Jack whirled, nearly falling over. "Are you always this drunk?"
"Arr," Jack said, and then swept his hat off his head and bowed to him. "I am not drunk, sir. I am quite sober!"
"Well then," Gibbs said, walking next to Jack now, "why aren't you drunk?"
Jack looked at him and squinted at him. He opened his mouth and waved his arm about. "The rum's gone."
