This is one of my experimental fanfic stories. I decided to publish this so I can get your opinions. I made this story since I've been mostly making MHA stories, which is why I decided to try out another story, which is of course, RWBY. Although I currently despise the show because of the poor writing and obvious plot holes, I loved Vol. 1-3 since Monty Oum personally made them before his inevitable death. Rest in peace.

There will be some Original Characters in this story, so I hope you all won't mind it.

Now, there are some similarities between dialogues and scenes from free man writer's story. In case some of you will claim that I stole it, I asked their permission via private message.

Without further ado, enjoy my own version of RWBY and Avengers.

This fanfic story is inspired by free man writer. Make sure to check out their original story before the reboot, which they have yet to make.

Avengers. The Earth's Mightiest Heroes. A group of remarkable people who could do something more, such as fighting battles that nobody couldn't. This team of heroes wouldn't have been formed if Loki never invaded New York in 2012, nor would've they ever if they didn't settle their differences.

Throughout the years, the Avengers continued to protect the world from various threats whether as a team or solo. Then everything changed when a young heroine accidentally killed numerous people in Lagos to protect Steve Rogers, the leader of the Avengers, from Crossbones.

Due to this incident and the incident back in 2015, the Sokovia Accord was created. They would no longer act freely whenever there's chaos, it's the government's choice to decide on whether they should be deployed to the said chaos or not.

The decision split into two teams – Team Captain America and Team Iron Man – due to different mindsets of the terms. Captain America became a criminal when he assaulted the law enforcers due to protecting his best friend, Bucky Barnes. A few days later, the two teams went all out in the airport.

After the fight, Iron Man decided to aid Captain America and the Winter Soldier after realizing his mistake to stop Baron Zemo from releasing the other Super Soldiers, only to find the truth about the death of his parents. The fight ensues as Iron Man tries to kill Bucky for revenge while Cap tries to protect him.

The fight ended with Iron Man immobilized by Cap, while Cap and Bucky slowly escaped from the bunker. The two were then seek refuge in Wakanda, before Steve rescued his other teammates from the Raft.

The world lost the Avengers after that day, but it doesn't mean that all hope is lost. The heroes who signed the accords continued working for the government. while the heroes who became wanted criminals continued working secretly.

Wakanda

The new king of Wakanda, T'Challa, invited Steve Rogers and his Secret Avengers back to Wakanda, as he had some problems with his country. T'Challa stood up from his throne and walked towards the window for a beautiful view of Wakanda.

"I wish you could've proper view of this place, cousin." T'Challa said. "If only my father took you in when you were a child."

As T'Challa still reminisces about Wakanda, Okoye entered the throne room to announce the arrival of Steve Rogers and his company.

Okoye saluted, "My king, they have arrived."

"Thanks, Okoye. Let them in." T'Challa ordered, as Okoye saluted before leaving the throne room.

A few seconds later, the Secret Avengers then entered the throne room. The members were with Natasha Romanoff, Sam Wilson, and Steve Rogers. The fourth member of the team, Wanda Maximoff, was on a break. She is currently in a relationship with Vision, a synthezoid created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner back in 2015 to combat Ultron. The other members, Clint and Scott, refused to go with them as they've agreed to be under house arrest for three years so that they can still connect with their family members.

"Captain Rogers, Lieutenant Wilson, Agent Romanoff. I'm sorry for calling you on short notice." T'Challa greeted and apologized.

"There's no need, T'Challa." Steve reassured the king.

"It's alright, your majesty. We just recently raided one of HYDRA's not-so secret bases anyway. We currently don't have any leads for the next one." Sam said.

"And that's why I called you all here." T'Challa said, which surprised the three of them. "One of my spies informed me that a group of people, carrying an octopus skull banner, were gathering at the northwest forest every night."

"HYDRA." Steve mumbled.

"You're quick, your majesty. It seems that being a king didn't hinder your panther's speed." Natasha teased.

T'Challa chuckled, "Very funny, Agent Romanoff. Can you three get the job done?"

"We can, your majesty. We owe you for helping us, so it's about time we return the gratitude." Steve said.

"You are always welcome here in Wakanda, Avengers." T'Challa said. "You may go now."

As Sam and Natasha left the throne room, Steve stayed behind.

"Before I go, how's Bucky?" Steve asked.

T'Challa smiled, "He's fine. He's healing. He's currently doing chores to regain his lost strength. Give him time."

Steve nodded, "Thanks, T'Challa."

Steve then left the throne room after the brief conversation. As he exited the throne room, he saw Natasha and Sam in the balcony, staring at the beautiful view of Wakanda while they're waiting for their team leader.

"It's a beautiful view, isn't it?" Steve asked.

"It is. I just wished our entire family gets to see this before we…" Natasha stopped her statement, as she frowned from thinking about her other family.

"You alright?" Sam asked.

"I'm fine. It's just… I wish the accords were never created. We wouldn't have been separated and continued working as a team." Natasha said.

"That's life sometimes, Nat. We can't do anything about it, but to accept it." Steve said. "And even if we managed to prevent the accords from existing, it wouldn't have changed anything. The people will always see us as a threat no matter how many times we save or protect them. I don't really hate the accords that much and I would've agreed to sign it, if it weren't for HYDRA disguising themselves as S.H.I.E.L.D."

"You're right, but I sometimes wish that we were still… assembled." Natasha said.

Steve sadly sighed, "Maybe one day. Come on, we still have work to do. Sam, you know what to do."

"On it, Cap." Sam said, as he flew away towards the designated area.

"You ready to raid to fight, Romanoff?" Steve asked.

Natasha snorted as she took out two batons, "As if I wasn't prepared for this."

Unknown Hydra Base

Once the Secret Avengers arrived at their destination, they saw a bunch of HYDRA agents were guarding an abandoned-looking cave. Falcon slowly flew towards a tall tree before carefully and slowly deploying Redwing into the cave.

Redwing slowly flew towards the main area of the base while avoiding the guards, who kept looking at the ceiling due to the engine noise the drone was emitting. Once Redwing arrived at the main area, Falcon informed the team leader of what he's witnessing.

"Alright, Cap. I have visuals." Falcon whispered.

"Okay, tell me what you see." Steve ordered.

Falcon zoomed in Redwing's camera to witness a better view. There was some kind of a machine in the middle of the main area while couple of HYDRA soldiers discussing about it.

"There is some kind of a machine in the middle, though I have no clue what it is." Falcon informed.

"Can you send me the picture, Sam?" Black Widow asked.

"Will do." Falcon complied, as he instantly sent the photo to Black Widow's hologram device on her wrist.

Black Widow then opened the photo and zoomed in the machine, "Hey, Cap. Isn't this familiar?"

Steve stared at the machine closely, as he recognized the design. It was the same design that he saw on the profile about the Tesseract back in 2012, when Fury recruited him for a mission.

"This machine is supposed to be destroyed, due to the immense power of the Tesseract." Black Widow said. "Did they somehow build a replica of this machine?"

"Probably. They're probably going to…" Steve realized the true intentions of the machine. "Nat, Sam, we're going in."

"Alright, what's the plan?" Falcon asked, as he prepared to superhero land on two or three guards.

"First, we must stop HYDRA from using that machine, and second, we must destroy it." Steve ordered. "We can't let HYDRA use this machine."

"Why are you so worried, Cap?" Falcon asked.

"It's because HYDRA intends to create a portal to another dimension, Sam." Steve answered. "I don't know how without the Tesseract, but if they're confident enough to power it, then they probably found another battery to power this machine. We mustn't let them activate it."

"Copy that." Falcon said, as he dropped onto three guards before shooting at five other guards.

"Avengers…" Steve said, as he delivered a punch at the muscular guard. "…let's move in."

"Copy." Black Widow said, as she delivered a hurricana at three guards before snapping their necks with her legs and arms.

While the soldiers were relaxing inside the cave, they were immediately shot down by Redwing. The soldiers immediately grabbed their firearms, as they released a ridiculous amount of bullets at the intruders.

Falcon flies over them, as he shoots at six or seven soldiers. When the soldiers were about to aim at Falcon, Black Widow released electric shock at three soldiers from her Widow's Bite while Steve grabbed one of the soldiers' guns before sending them flying into another soldier.

At the security room somewhere, the general called his men about the situation.

"What the hell is going on!?" The general asked through the walkie talkie.

"It's the Avengers, sir!" The soldier immediately responded. "Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon have infiltrated the ba-!"

Before the soldier could finish his sentence, Black Widow delivered a roundhouse kick at his face as she caught the walkie talkie before it hit the ground.

"You have a choice here. You either surrender yourself, or join with the others." Black Widow threatened.

The soldier chief, "You think that the three of you can defeat my men?"

"Can they?" Black Widow said, as she stared at the unconscious or deceased men on the ground. "They didn't stand a chance. Last chance now, chief."

The soldier chief growled before destroying the talkie, "Kill that b*tch and her friends!"

Suddenly, Falcon and Steve invaded the security room and destroyed all the monitors before beating the poor men unconscious. Falcon then aims his guns at the general while Steve throws away the empty gun he was holding.

"She gave you a chance, general." Falcon said, while smirking.

The general growled, "Piss off, Avengers."

Black Widow delivered an unexpected drop kick from the back, as the general fell on the ground. Steve and Sam were bewildered from the unexpected move, before slowly staring at her.

"What? He was talking too much." Black Widow defended her actions, while smirking.

Steve then kneeled in one knee at the fallen general, "Tell me. Who built this machine?"

The general chuckled, "I can't say."

Black Widow raised her leg and delivered a kick on the stomach.

"If you don't want to be kicked by her, then I suggest you answer my question wisely. Who… built… this… machine?" Steve slowly asked with a threatening tone.

The general laughed, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you."

Steve smirked, "Try me."

"I'm afraid he can't, Captain Rogers." A familiar voice echoed throughout the room. "After all, he is dead."

When the three of them stared at the general, his entire head exploded as his blood splattered at their face. Natasha was disgusted and Sam was trying to wipe off all the blood, while Steve stood up and glared at the speaker.

"Zola." Steve said.

"Greetings, Captain Steven Grant Rogers." A hologram head of Zola appeared in the middle and greeted his enemy. "Greetings to you as well, Agent Natalia Alianovna Romanoff and Lieutenant Samuel Thomas Wilson."

"How are you alive for the third time, Arnim Zola?" Steve asked, while slowly walking down the stairs while Black Widow jumped from the security room and Falcon slowly glided to the ground. "Wasn't your A.I. destroyed by a missile at Camp Leiligh?"

"You witnessed my imminent death correctly, but fortunately, I have copies of myself outside of that military camp, Captain Rogers. I'm not dying so soon, as my work isn't finished yet after all." Zola said.

"The machine. What are you intending to do with it?" Steve asked.

"That's a fascinating question, Captain Rogers." Zola said, as the machine was somehow activated without any power source. "Why not ze three of you find out?"

"Sam, find a way to shut down the machine!" Steve ordered, as Falcon instantly flew towards the machine. "How are you activating without the Tesseract, Zola!?"

"There are many ways to activate a dimensional machine, Captain Rogers." Zola said. "After all, a genius inventor from my time once theorized about an object that is stronger than nuclear reactors thanks to ze Tesseract. You all know which object I'm speaking of, ja?"

Natasha widened her eyes, "The Arc Reactor."

Steve said before staring at the empty boxes from Stark Industries, "So that's how you're powering it. Sam, how are we doing with the machine?"

"I can't shut it down, Cap! Something is blocking me off." Falcon answered.

Zola chuckled, "While ze three of you traveled to another dimension, your genius friends will try and rescue you. When that happens, I'll be able to hack the Avengers Facility and HYDRA will arise once again from ze ashes."

"You wouldn't succeed, Zola! If we can't stop you now, then they'll be able to!" Steve declared.

"If they manage to defeat me, ze three of you shall be too dead to see it." Zola said.

Once the machine was fully activated, the entire country of Wakanda was heavily vibrating. The machine then released an amount of blue beams at Steve Rogers, Black Widow, and the Falcon

"So long, Secret Avengers. The world shall not miss you." Zola said, before laughing.

Meanwhile, the other beams that were released from the machine traveled from different locations. The beams were somehow still intact and were calmly flowing in the air as if someone from above was controlling its motions.

Lang Residence; San Francisco

Scott Lang, also known as Ant-Man, was a former thief who attempted to expose Vista Corps' true nature to the public. He is currently under house arrest due to illegally aiding wanted fugitives. He is currently exhausted, as he has been playing heist with his adorable daughter since early morning.

"Alright, Cass. Your mother is going to be here soon." Scott said.

"Aw. I still want to play with you, daddy." Cassie pouted.

Scott chuckled, "Then you must come by next weekend, there's another artifact that we must steal."

Cassie gasped, "Alright, daddy! I can't wait!"

A few minutes later, Maggie and Paxton happily greeted Scott before picking up Cassie. When Scott was about to do his daily routine that he created, a blue beam smashed through his home before landing onto him.

"W-What is going on!?" Scott yelled, before disappearing into thin air.

As he disappeared, there was a phone call in the living room.

Barton's Homestead; Missouri

Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, was the former archer of the Avengers. He is currently under house arrest like Scott, due to aiding wanted fugitives. He is currently having breakfast with family.

"Hey, dad. Will you teach me how to wield a bow?" Lyla asked.

"Are you sure? It's difficult, you know." Clint said.

"He's right, sis. I once tried to use his bow, and the string is really really heavy! It isn't easy to use." Cooper said.

"I'm not trying to wield his bow, Coop. I just want to know how to wield an ordinary bow." Lyla said.

"And why is that, Lyla?" Clint asked.

"Well, it's because everyone is going to be joining the archery club next year." Lyla answered. "As the daughter of Hawkeye, I mustn't disappoint him, otherwise, my classmates will ridicule me."

"Mmm. You have a point." Clint said. "Alright, I'll teach you."

"Really!?" Lyla questioned.

"Of course, but it isn't going to be easy." Clint said. "My archery training isn't the same as others."

"I think I can handle your lessons, dad." Lyla said.

As Clint continued to eat his breakfast, a blue beam suddenly smashed through the house before landing onto Clint.

"Dad!?" Lyla worriedly yelled.

"What's going on with you!?" Cooper worriedly asked.

"I don't know." Clint said, before staring at Laura who was carrying baby Nathaniel. "Laura!"

"Clint!" Laura yelled.

Clint then disappeared into thin air, as his family were bewildered about what happened. When they thought that he was killed, they were about to break into tears until Nathaniel pointed at Clint's Hawkeye uniform which also disappeared into thin air right before their very eyes. They sighed in relief, as they knew that Clint Barton was alive somewhere.

Sanctum Sanctorum

Wong is currently the Master of the Hong Kong Sanctum. He occasionally listens to tunes that Strange kept recommending to him, and so far, he has been enjoying them. While training new sorcerers in his Sanctum, he sensed a presence across the world.

"What is going on? I've sensed this before." Wong said, as he stood up from chair and exited the library.

Wong then entered the New York Sanctum where he saw Strange floating in the air. He sometimes wondered why the Cloak of Levitation chose such an arrogant and whimsical host. He'll never know, since it doesn't speak.

"Wong, you sensed it too, right?" Stephen asked.

"It seems that your training has been improved if you can sense something dangerous from miles away." Wong complimented. "And yes, I sensed it. In fact, I've already sensed this before back in 2012."

"That year was the time when the Avengers fought the extraterrestrial aliens, right?" Stephen questioned, as Wong nodded in response. "If so, do you think there may be another invasion?"

"I don't think so, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility." Wong said.

The two sorcerers immediately went into their fighting stance, as the blue beam smashed through the Sanctum's roof, which actually confuses them that the shield failed. Wong pushed Stephen out of the way as the blue beam slammed onto him instead.

"Wong!" Stephen worriedly yelled, as he was about to summon a spell.

"Strange! Please defend the Hong Kong Sanct-!" Wong yelled, as he disappeared into thin air.

Stephen frantically and worriedly looked around, "Wong?"

Fairmont Hotel; San Francisco

Xu Shang-Chi, the secret child of the legendary and fearsome overlord, The Mandarin. At age 14, he ran away from his father as he didn't want to live as an assassin. He then fled to America and changed his name to "Shaun", so that his father wouldn't find him. When he attended school, he was often bullied due to his Asian heritage. Although it was quite rough living in the west for him, he made friends along the way, including his best friend Katy Chen.

"Hey, Shaun. Do you wanna hang out at the karaoke later?" Katy asked. "Soo and John will be there."

"Ah. The two lovebirds. I wonder when they're going to ask each other out." Shaun teased.

Katy giggled, "They're always like that. At this point, they're going to end up proposing in a swamp or something."

"Yeah, I can see that happening." Shaun said. "Alright, I'll be there. Just wait for me."

"You betcha, Shaun." Katy said, before walking towards the comfort room to change.

Shaun walked outside to catch some air, as he released a sigh. Although he is quite happy with his current life, he's bored of doing the same job over and over. He wants to have some adventure, or even become superheroes like the Avengers, but he couldn't because his father would find him.

"I hope Xialing is safe." Shaun worriedly mumbled.

As he was about to walk towards the comfort room to change his clothes, a blue beam slammed onto him at the entrance.

"What the-?" Shaun said, as he looked up before disappearing into thin air.

A few minutes later, Katy exited the hotel with her usual clothing attire as she realized her best friend was nowhere to be seen.

"Shaun?" Katy worriedly called out, as she looked around. "Shaun!?"

Parker Residence; Queens

Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man, is a highschool student and New York's friendly neighborhood hero. A few weeks ago, he accidentally destroyed a carnival due to fighting Adrian Toomes, also known as Vulture. He rejected the offer in joining the Avengers in favor of being the neighbor's guardian angel forever.

"Hey, Pete. What would've happened if you accepted Iron Man's offer?" Ned, who is Peter's best friend, asked.

"Nothing would happen, Ned. Like I told you, Mr. Stark was only testing me." Peter answered, while he's properly arranging his several web combinations with his own liking.

"Yeah, but what if it wasn't a test?" Ned said, as he grabbed Spider-Man's mask and wore it.

"Then I might've embarrassed Mr. Stark in front of numerous reporters." Peter answered. "Besides, if his offer was actually real and I accepted it, then I couldn't look out for the little guy anymore."

Ned chuckled, "You're such a different hero, Peter. So you're just going to be the 'Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man' forever?"

"If it means looking out for others, then yeah." Peter said, as he finished arranging his web combinations. "Done. Alright Ned, please give me the mask. I'm going to properly test the webs I newly installed."

"Okay. Oh right, I'm going to come over to assemble the LEGO Avengers Tower. Will you be here?" Ned asked, while Peter was wearing his Spider-Man costume.

"Sure, man. I'll come back at exactly 6:00 if there's not another bank incident." Peter said, as he prepared to jump over the window. "See ya' later, Ned."

"See you later, Spider-Man." Ned said.

When Ned was about to exit Peter's room, a blue beam slammed onto the streets which caused a slight vibration before it disappeared. Ned then went outside and saw a bunch of webs splattered in the ground.

"Peter?" Ned worriedly questioned.

Wakanda

Back in Wakanda, the entire country was still vibrating immensely. T'Challa immediately ran towards his sister's lab for information.

"Shuri! What's going on!?" T'Challa asked.

"I'm not sure, brother." Shuri asked. "But our satellite detected the origins of the vibration. It's located in the northwest forest."

"That's where I sent Captain Rogers and his friends." T'Challa said. "HYDRA must've triggered something to cause such vibration."

"It isn't just the vibration, brother." Shuri said, as she showed footage of blue beams traveling to different locations. "These blue beams appeared at the same time when the vibration occurred. If you recall the events in 2012, those are awfully similar to the beams that opened a portal for the Chitauri."

"I recall. There were many casualties during that incident." T'Challa said. "Where are these blue beams traveling to?"

"I'm not sure, brother." Shuri answered. "Perhaps…"

Before Shuri could finish her sentence, a blue beam smashed through Wakanda's shield wall and onto the lab where T'Challa was standing.

"What's going on?" T'Challa said

"Brother!" Shuri called out

"My king!" Okoye yelled, as she ran towards him.

"Okoye. Stay back!" T'Challa ordered, as Okoye instantly stopped. "You must protect Wakanda while I'm gone!"

"You can't, brother!" Shuri yelled.

T'Challa smiled, "Wakanda Forever."

A few seconds later, T'Challa disappeared along with the blue beam. Shuri was briefly frozen due to shock while Okoye kneeled on the floor, as she believed that she failed to protect her king.

"My king…" Okoye mumbled.

"Brother…" Shuri mumbled.

In an unidentified location, a giant blue beam slammed itself onto the ground. As soon as the beam dispersed, three people were laying on the ground unconscious. A few seconds later, Steve was the first one to wake up with ringing ears.

Steve groaned, "What's going on?"

When Steve scanned his body for injuries, he realized that he wasn't in his previous costume anymore. He was wearing his Captain America uniform from 2016. The same suit where he removed the Avengers logo after the ratification of the Sokovia Accords.

"When did I wear this?" Steve said, as he slowly stared at the familiar circular object on the ground. "You…"

[Playing the "Captain America Theme" by Alan Silvestri briefly and silently]

The circular object was his iconic vibranium shield. The same shield where he injured his other best friend during their Civil War. He abandoned that shield back in Siberia before he walked away from Tony, so he wondered how and why the shield was in front of him, same with the costume.

"This isn't the time to think." Steve said, as he stood up and reluctantly grabbed the shield before he woke his unconscious friends up. "Nat, Sam, wake up."

Natasha groaned, "Steve…?"

Sam groaned and yawned, "What happened?"

When they saw Steve in his Captain America uniform, they were a bit surprised. Steve then strapped the shield on his back before answering.

"I don't know. It seems that we're in some kind of forest." Steve said, as he stared up. "A different kind of forest, I may say. Those trees aren't the same as the one in Wakanda."

"You have a keen memory, Rogers. I'm impressed." Natasha complimented.

"Cap, how are you…?" Sam asked about the uniform.

"I don't know, but that isn't important right now, Sam." Steve answered. "Right now, we need to know where Zola sent us while also locating his whereabouts."

"You're right, so what should we do?" Sam asked.

"You fly and scout the area to see if there is anyone we could ask." Steve ordered, as Sam nodded before he flew away.

"And us, Cap?" Natasha questioned.

"We'll walk around the forest to see if there's any clue about Zola and his transportation machine. If Sam finds something, he can immediately locate us." Steve said.

"Alright." Natasha said.

The two of them then walked around the forest to find anything that could help them. For the past ten minutes, they couldn't find anything, except for the leftover heat signature that the blue beam emitted earlier from Black Widow's device.

"There is nothing here, Steve. We were just basically transported here." Natasha said. "He probably only used us as test subjects for his machine."

"Yeah, how is he alive though?" Steve wondered. "We would've known if there was another copy of Zola for the past two years."

"We might never know. People with brains will always find a way, whether it's good or bad." Natasha said.

"Like Stark." Cap said, as he remembered when Tony used to create Ultron, with the help of Bruce, because of his anxiety and fear back in 2012.

Nat nodded before seeing a rectangular device buried on the ground, "Steve, I might've found something."

Steve instantly snapped out of his thoughts, "What is it, Nat?"

Natasha kneeled in one before grabbing the device, "It's an iPad, and not an ordinary one."

"How so? You know that I'm not really familiar with technology." Steve said.

"Well, the design of this iPad isn't made by any big or small company. I should know, because I used to work on some of them for my mission before." Natasha answered, before flipping the iPad and seeing the familiar symbol. "This is made by HYDRA. Their signature is very obvious."

"Of course it's HYDRA." Steve mumbled. "Is there any information within the ePad?"

"iPad." Natasha corrected, as she scanned the iPad for information. "Steve…"

"What is it, Nat?" Steve asked, as he could tell that Natasha has some bad news.

Natasha stared back at Steve, "We're not the only ones that were transported here. There are others."

"What?" Steve was surprised, as there was nobody with them during their previous mission. "Who are they?"

"Scott Lang, Peter Parker, Wong, Shaun, and… Clint Barton." Natasha answered, as she was surprised that her best friend was one of the victims.

"Scott was Ant-Man, right? The guy who can shrink and grow?" Steve questioned.

"The insect who kept bugging me at the airport? Yep, that's the guy." Black Widow answered, as she showed his profile picture.

"Scott and Clint weren't with us when we were teleported here, so they must've been teleported somewhere else." Steve said. "I don't recognize the other three. Who are they?"

"I'm not sure, but from the looks of their profile picture, they were probably ordinary civilians." Natasha said. "Steve, we need to save them. They could be in danger."

"I know, but we don't know where they are." Steve said. "Once we have any information about them, then we'll save them."

Unbeknownst to them, there were numerous red eyes hiding behind the darkness as they were ready to pound and devour them viciously.

Meanwhile, Sam is still scouring the sky while he sends Redwing in his other direction to speed the search. While he was flying in the sky, he felt that something was wrong with the geographical landscape. He doesn't know why, but it was odd.

"Whoa. It looks like Redwing found something." Sam said, as he opened Redwing's camera and saw something unbelievable. "What the heck are they? I better tell Cap and Widow."

Sam immediately flew back at Steve and Natasha, as monstrous creatures can be seen attacking a village from Redwing. The falcon hero was both disgusted and terrified at the sight of the grimly creatures. The Chituari and Ultron Sentries were nothing like the creatures he saw.

Meanwhile, Steve and Natasha headed back to their original location and were about to call Sam for the new information until they were suddenly surrounded by these grim creatures.

"What are they?" Black Widow asked, while in her fighting stance.

"I don't know, but they don't look friendly." Cap said, as he unsheathed his shield and readied it.

The grim creatures they were seeing were some kind of werewolves, which slightly surprised Steve since they were supposed to be an urban legend, then again, Thor was supposed to be a myth so it wasn't that surprising.

"What will we do, Cap?" Black Widow asked.

"We fight." Cap answered.

A grim werewolf roared before aggressively running towards the two heroes, along with other werewolves.

Cap threw his shield at the first werewolf, which ricochet at the second, third, and third werewolves. When the shield hit the fourth werewolf, it ricocheted back to his hand. Cap then delivered some deadly punches and kicks at the werewolves which absolutely sent them flying into another. He then elbowed another werewolf's head before throwing it to another werewolf. When the werewolves were about to attack his face, Cap used his shield to block them before pummeling them with it. He then threw the shield on the ground, which ricocheted at the numerous werewolves while engaging in CQC at the other werewolves.

Black Widow activated her Widow's Bite and blasts numerous werewolves with electricity and shockwave. She then dodged multiple strikes from the werewolves before delivering a roundhouse kick at their faces and blasted them with her Bite. A werewolf was running towards at full speed behind her, but she instinctively rolled out of the way before blasting it away from her. She took out two discs from her vest pockets before throwing it at the horde of grim werewolves, which created a mild flashbang, as she then instantly took most of them with her electric batons.

Suddenly, a whooshing sound can be heard from the sky. It was Falcon flying towards them at full speed. As the grim werewolves looked at the flying man and prepared to attack him, Falcon took out two machine pistols before firing at the nasty and foul beasts.

"Cap, we've got some situations." Sam said, as he delivered a deadly kick at two werewolves.

"Nice to state the obvious, Sam." Natasha said, before delivering a hurricana at the werewolf, and while doing so, she blasted away three other werewolves with her Widow's Bite.

"That's not what I mean." Falcon said, as he dodged a werewolf's attack by instantly launching himself in the air thanks to his jet pack. "There is a little village in the southeast area, and it's currently overrun by a pack of these nasty little creatures."

Cap ducked at the werewolf's attack before striking it with his shield, "Copy that, but first, make a path for us."

"Copy!" Falcon said, as a bunch of miniature missiles from his back were unleashed after activating it with his wrist gadget. "Baby missiles, incoming!"

Black Widow ran towards a boulder while Cap uses his shield to protect himself from the incoming explosions. As the miniature missiles made contact with the ground, they massively exploded which ultimately killed several werewolves and caused the trees.

"I… that was too much, I apologize." Falcon apologized.

"At least it was effective against this… I don't know what they are." Steve said, as he looked around at the werewolves' corpses. "Point us to the village, Sam."

"Alright." Falcon said, as he deployed a second Redwing. "You follow Redwing 2.0. I'll go on ahead and rescue the civilians."

"Be careful, Sam." Cap said, as Sam nodded before flying away. "Alright, let's go."

"On it." Black Widow responded, as the two of them then followed Redwing 2.0.

Meanwhile, the iPad she was carrying recently added a new person to the list of victims. The new victim was the King of Wakanda.

Unknown Town

At the town, most of the grimy creatures were destroying the house while the others were chasing after the scared townsfolk. Most of the townsfolk were fighting back with pitchforks or blunt swords, but it was ineffective as it didn't damage the monsters.

"Where are the Huntsman and Huntresses!?" The village chief asked.

"I don't know, sir! I've already sent an emergency message to one of the agencies an hour ago!" The villager answered. "They should be arriving anytime now!"

"Then where are they!?" The village chief asked, as a grimly gorilla raised its arms to attack him. "This is the end for me…"

Suddenly, the gorilla creature dropped dead on the ground after numerous bullets were shot onto him.

"W-What happened?" The village chief asked.

"Chief! Look!" The villager pointed at an unknown flying man.

The flying man was, of course, Falcon. Falcon continuously fired his twin guns at the grimly creatures while carefully avoiding hitting the townsfolk. A bunch of wasp-like creatures were flying after Falcon, as the flying hero outmaneuver them to a tight space before shooting at them. He then deployed the third and final drone to aid him in the battle. Upon seeing the hero, the creatures immediately went after him to eliminate the threat.

"That was awesome!" The boy, who oddly has an animal feature, cheered.

"Go, birdman!" The second boy cheered as well.

'Does that kid have fox ears or am I tripping?' Falcon mentally asked, while continuously shooting at various grimly creatures. 'I need some rest after this. I'm dead tired as heck.'

When Falcon saw some people surrounded by three wyvern-like creatures, he delivered a spinning kick at the three of them before finishing them with a final blow, which is crushing their heads with his carbon and spiky wings. Meanwhile, the third drone was being an MVP, as it killed numerous creatures more than the hero.

"Wow. I can't believe my score is currently being beaten by my own drone." Falcon said, before chuckling. "Well, at least he's working."

"Excuse me, but who are you?" An adult woman asked, as she stood up.

"Well, I'm Fa-" Falcon was interrupted when he saw more creatures aiming for him. "Hold that thought."

Falcon activated his jet pack to launch himself into the sky, before activating the wings. He then flew towards the creatures, as miniature missiles from his back were released while he's shooting them. The flying hero was successfully holding back the creatures from attacking the civilians.

"Oh My Oum, so that's a Huntsman. He must be popular in other regions." The village chief complimented.

"He's really demolishing those creeps. Amazing…" The villager said in awe.

"Those wings must be very high-tech. Is it made from Atlas?" The second villager, who has an animal feature, asked.

The village chief scoffed, "I doubt that prideful country would let someone use their gear outside of their own country if they made it."

Unbeknownst to them, there was a giant slithering creature behind them, as it made a creepy hissing sound.

"What if he's a bandit? He may have stolen it from Atlas." The third villager said.

"If he's a bandit, then he might've waited for the Grimm to finish invading our home before looting it." The village chief answered. "That man is definitely a Huntsman."

The snake-like creature revealed itself from behind, as it let out a hissing sound. When the villagers turned around, they were horrified as the gigantic snake creature launched itself onto them. Suddenly, its entire slithering body was sliced in half by a fast circular disk. The disk then hits the tree before ricocheting back to the person who threw it.

"Thanks, Mr…?" The village chief expressed his thanks.

"Captain Steve Rogers at your service." Cap answered, as he decapitated a gorilla creature's head with his shield. "You must stay inside. It's not safe."

"Y-Yeah, we'll do that." The second villager agreed, as they immediately followed his order.

Cap then ran towards a group of boar-like creatures and delivered devastating kicks while talking to his teammate, "Sam, status."

"So far, all civilians are safe. There are no injuries, and it seems that most of these nasty ass creatures are falling back to wherever they came from." Falcon answered, while continuously shooting at the wasps. "Hold on. Where's our lady friend, Cap?"

Cap delivered a backflip kick at the werewolf, "Oh, I gave her a lift. She should be here by now."

"A lift?" Falcon questioned, as a giant shadow covered a quarter of the town. "What the sh*t!?"

A giant bird-like creature was flying in the sky. There was a blonde-haired woman riding on its back, as if she's riding a horse. The woman was, of course, Natasha Romanoff. As soon as the gigantic bird was closer to the ground, she ran towards the head and blasted it away which decapitated the big bird. She then used the bird's body as a surfboard to soften her landing. Once the bird's corpse landed on a damaged building, Natasha came out unscathed while the building collapsed behind her.

"Hello, boys." Black Widow greeted, as she wiped off the black goo on her face. "You seemed to have fun."

"So while I was dealing with these ugly monsters, you were riding a giant bird as if you're on a roller coaster?" Falcon questioned.

"Relax, birdhead. Not all of us can fly." Black Widow said, as she took out her pistol and shot three monstrous gorillas and one monstrous boar on the head. "My bracelets ran out of ammo. I didn't refill it throughout the entire day."

Falcon rolled his eyes before smiling. "Sure."

"Alright, Avengers. These people are still in danger." Steve said. "Sam, you take out the flyers while me and Romanoff take out the grounders. We must also protect the civilians at the same time."

"Got it." Falcon and Black Widow said in unison, as they began shooting at the foul beasts.

As the Avengers continued to fight off the grimly creatures, the villagers were in awe at the sight. Most of them have personally seen Huntsman and Huntresses fighting Grimm, but these three heroes were a bit different than the usual Huntsman and Huntresses, as if they are perfectly coordinated and functioned together as an actual team.

"LOOK AT THEM GO!"

"THEY'RE AMAZING!"

"ARE THEY THE HUNTSMAN AND HUNTRESS!?"

"THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. NOT EVEN THE MOST FAMOUS TEAM OF HUNTSMAN ARE THAT COORDINATED!"

"YEAH, AND FROM WHAT I HEAR, MOST HUNTSMAN AND HUNTRESSES ARE ALWAYS HAVING HARD TIME AGAINST MULTIPLE GRIMM, YET THESE PEOPLE ARE TREATING THEM AS IF THEY'RE ANTS!"

"I LOVE YOU SHIELD GUY!"

"THAT BLONDIE IS A HOTTIE!"

"CAN I BORROW YOUR WINGS, BIRDMAN!?"

While the three were still fighting, they smiled at the villagers' enthusiasm. It has been a while since they've seen the people cheering for them, considering almost everyone is afraid of them whenever they see them. They then wondered why they weren't afraid of them. Did they not recognize them?

Suddenly, a large centipede monster emerged from the ground. When Cap signaled him with that move, Falcon swooped in and grabbed Cap's arm. Once Falcon pulled Cap in the air, he dropped him onto the centipede monster. Cap positioned himself vertically while facing down with his shield, as the centipede monster spat out acid but the vibranium shield managed to protect him from the attack. At the right moment, Cap then used his shield to slice off the centipede's neck before roughly landing back down on the ground with a roll.

"DUDE! THAT WAS AMAZING!"

"DID YOU SEE WHAT HE DID!? THAT'S UNBELIEVABLE!"

"HOW STRONG IS THAT SHIELD!? I HEARD THAT WEAPONS WERE IMMEDIATELY BURNED FROM THE CENITAUR'S ACID!"

"I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T CARE! THAT WAS AN AWESOME PERFORMANCE!"

Black Widow is currently facing off against numerous gorilla monsters. The first gorilla pulled out rubble from the ground and threw it at the spy heroine, but she immediately dodged it with a side roll and shot the gorilla. She then ran closer to the second gorilla, as she instantly dodged its pounded attack before shooting its head. As the horde of gorilla monsters were running towards her like a stampede, she pulled out three discs and threw them on the ground, before covering her ears. The three discs then created a mild but deadly explosion, which instantly killed the gorillas. One gorilla tried to stand up, but Black Widow kicked it on the face and shot its head before walking away like a badass.

"HOLY MOLY!"

"SHE'S BEAUTY, BUT DEADLY!"

"IS SHE SINGLE!?"

"SHE'S MY TYPE OF WOMAN!"

"""URGH! BOYS!"""

Falcon is currently facing against a gigantic snake. When the snake launched his head to bite the flying hero, Falcon dodged to the right and shot at the snakes' head which instantly killed it. He then released a minor amount of miniature missiles at the werewolves and boars which instantly killed them as well. He flew towards the gorilla and slammed his metallic wings against its chest, which instantly killed him.

"HE'S SO COOL AS WELL!"

"MAN, HIS WINGS ARE AWESOME!"

"I WANT TO OWN ONE!"

"MY PROTECTOR!"

"Mhm… these guys are really interesting." The village chief said.

A few minutes later, the last remaining creatures were killed. Cap delivered a final blow with his shield, Black Widow delivered a final blow with a roundhouse kick, and Falcon delivered a final blow with explosions. The other creatures who realized they wouldn't stand a chance against them instantly ran away. Cap strapped the shield on his back, Black Widow sheathed her guns and batons, and Falcon flew down on the ground before they walked towards the townsfolk, who have already exited their house.

"Thank you for your help" The village chief expressed his thanks.

"There's no need for thanks. We were just passing by when those creatures attacked us." Steve answered, as the said creatures behind him were disintegrating which surprised the three heroes.

"Creatures? Do you mean Grimm?" The village chief corrected him.

"Grimm? Yeah, them." Steve said. 'I never heard of them before, yet to these people, this isn't the first time they have seen them.'

"Anyway, who are you people? You don't look like any other Huntsman and Huntresses." The village chief asked.

"Huntsman… and Huntresses?" Natasha questioned.

"I keep hearing them saying that ever since I got here." Sam whispered. "What is more weird is that most of those people have animal features."

Natasha stared back at the crowd and saw some of them with animal features, "You're right. That's weird."

"I'm Steve Rogers. These are my friends, Sam Wilson and Natasha Romanoff." Steve introduced him and his friends.

"My name is Lao Pe." Lao Pe introduced himself. "What is your team name?" [1]

Steve Rogers stepped forward, standing tall before the people while Sam and Natasha were on his side, "We're the Avengers."

The Next Day

Beacon Academy

Professor Ozpin, the headmaster of Beacon Academy, is currently in a meeting with his fellow teacher, Glynda Goodwitch, and fellow Huntsman, Qrow Branwen.

"What's so important that you have to summon me on my niece's birthday, Oz?" Qrow asked. "It better be important."

"Were you really celebrating her birthday, or were you just drinking as always?" Glynda asked.

Qrow burped, "Both."

Glynda sighed before looking back at Ozpin, "Ozpin, why have you brought us? By the look on your expression, it seems important."

Ozpin took a sip of his coffee, before wordlessly bringing down a monitor screen from the ceiling and playing the video that he's going to show them. The two of them were surprised and shocked at what they were seeing.

The video showed was, none other than, the three individuals taking on various Grimm creatures in an unknown town.

A man, who can fly due to the mechanical wings on his back, was easily obliterating the Grimm with twin guns and miniature missiles.

A woman, who only has basic equipment such as guns and batons, managed to kill numerous Grimm with skill, techniques, and ferociousness.

Then finally, a man with a shield. He easily killed gigantic Grimm with none other than his combat skills and the deadly shield that seems to defy the laws of physics.

"This is what I want to show you both." Ozpin said. "These three individuals managed to work together as a team to defeat various Grimm, while most Huntsmen were having a hard time. They could even easily fight them alone, and still managed to be victorious. I have never seen such a team of formidable fighters in all my years."

"This is… insane. Who are these people, Ozzy?" Qrow said. "I have never seen someone fighting like that. Heck, I have never seen someone fighting Grimm without using their Semblance."

"Indeed. The three of them are only relying on their skills and weapons to defeat Grimm." Glynda complimented, before smirking. "Finally someone who doesn't use their Semblance in every battle. Most of today's generation of huntsmen only relies on their abilities, instead of their skills and techniques."

"That's because none of them actually possessed an Aura or Semblance." Ozpin said, as Glynda and Qrow stared at him with confusion. "They're just ordinary people with immense prowess and determination."

"They don't have an Aura!? How is that possible!?" Glynda asked. "And more importantly, how do you know that?"

"The one who recorded that video was my former colleague, Dorothy Garland. Her Semblance is called 'Aura Detection', and as the name suggests, she has the ability to detect someone's Aura." Ozpin answered, as he drank his coffee before continuing with his explanation. "She didn't detect any Aura nor a Semblance on those three. They're just ordinary people." [2]

"I don't know, Oz. I don't think an 'ordinary' person could break a Grimm's neck or kick them across the street easily without any Aura and Semblance." Qrow said. "Are you sure your colleague is correct?"

"She has never been wrong, otherwise, most of the students she recommended me before would've been an utter disappointment." Ozpin said, as Qrow still has doubts, that the three individuals didn't have any Aura and Semblance.

"What do they call themselves, Ozpin?" Glynda curiously asked.

Ozpin fast-forwarded the video until the end where a man with the shield stepped forward and announced himself.

"We're the Avengers."

"Avengers… an unusual but oddly fitting name for them." Ozpin said, as he zoomed in at the three's faces. "The blonde woman is Natasha Romanoff, the man with mechanical wings is Sam Wilson, and the man with the shield is Steve Rogers who seems to be the leader of the team."

"Yeah, I have no idea who they are." Qrow said. "I have never heard of these Avengers in all my years as a Huntsman nor I have ever heard of those three before."

"You're not the only one." Ozpin agreed. "I have done a background check on those three, and I have found absolutely nothing. There are no records of these people existing until today. It's as if they just appeared out of nowhere."

"So what are we going to do, Oz? They could be a threat." Glynda said.

"I have a bad feeling that there's going to be a lot of changes from now on." Qrow said. "And my bad feelings have never been wrong before."

"If you have bad feelings about an uncertain change, then we'll counter it… with a little help from them." Ozpin said, which surprised the two of them. "I would like to meet with… The Avengers."

Author's Notes:

How was the story? Was it good? I hope so since it took me eight days to finish it. I don't know when I'll post Chapter 2 since this is just an experimental story. Do you guys want a Chapter 2? Let me know in the review section.

[1] Lao Pe means "father" in Fookien. That's what I usually call my father when I was a kid. I mostly say "daddy" now since it's more comfortable.

[2] Dorothy Garland is a reference to Dorothy E. Gale, the main protagonist of "Wizard of Oz", and Judy Garland, the first actress who portrayed Dorothy on the big screen.

Stay tuned for the next chapter, if there is ever one. Babush!
