The Many Kids of Danny Fenton

Chapter 4: Tabitha Part 1

In The Ghost Zone

Clockwork and Flower Princess11 had just finished watching Ally and Jackie defeat Skulker. The brunette woman applauded, with a big smile on her face.

"Way to go Ally and Jackie..."She said, looking proud.

So did Clockwork.

"They are coming along nicely..."He said, before closing the time window.

He knew that all is as it should be for the main timeline.

Now, onto the others.

"So, who is next?..." FP11 asked.

"I do believe that it is time to check the timeline where Danny got involved with Miss Spellman..."Clockwork said and Flower Princess11 grinned.

"Cool, I haven't checked that world in a while. Mind if I watch this too?..."She asked.

"But of course, as I said, I could use the company..."Clockwork said graciously before he used his time staff to open a new time window.

They soon saw the image little Tabitha, before forwarding ten years. There, they saw the image of a blonde girl who looks much like Sabrina, but with glowing green eyes, courtesy of her father's genes.

This is Tabitha Samantha Fenton, daughter of Danny Phantom and Sabrina Spellman.

At the moment, the girl was sitting frozen in her space as she was looking over a book in her bedroom. The ghost of time grinned as he remembered this moment.

"Now, let's see how young Tabitha is doing..."CW said as he pressed a button and the show started.

In Amity Park

It was a typical afternoon in the town known as Amity Park. The sun was shining and many people were busy going on with their average, day to day life, including a not so average girl who lived here.

"Come on, you can do this..." The girl said as she looked over her spell book

This person is a teenage girl with blonde hair, green eyes that were currently glowing brighter as she tried to cast her spell.

It is Tabitha Fenton, known by her loved ones as Tabbi, who is currently studying with her moms old spell books, trying to get this spell down and she felt like she had it this time, especially as she kept pouring ingredients in her cauldron that Aunt Zelda gave her for her 12th birthday.

Let's see...eye of toad...basilisk venom...and chicken egg. That should do it..." Tabitha said mixing the ingredients into a pot... "Now for the incantation..."She said, wanting to get this done before breakfast.

She checked her spell book and began reading it..."Okay, I know I've got it this time..." Tabbi said, looking over the incantation when she heard her mother's voice.

"Tabbi, it's time for breakfast..."Her mom called down.

"One minute..." Tabbi said as she looked over the incantation again.

It is a spell that needs her absolute focus in order to work. She was about to begin saying the spell when her bedroom door opened, her mother having come in.

Tabbi was barely able to hide the book and cauldron by zapping them away, she didn't want her mom seeing her with it. She wasn't allowed to mess with her mom's spell books without her mom supervising. And right now, her mom didn't look to be in a good mood right now.

"Not one more minute , I said come down.. " Her mother, Sabrina Spellman-Fenton said irritably, dressed in a white button up shirt, her purple pants and a matching blazer that she wore for work.

Tabitha sighed. Her mother had that tone again, the tone that made her scarier than her father's foes and the young quarter witch knew not to try and mess with her. Her mom had been acting really moody lately, and for a good reason but it didn't make her any less scary when she got mad.

"Okay, okay..."She said as her eyes briefly drifted towards her moms stomach.

"The sooner, the better... for a variety of reasons..." Tabbi thought before going back up towards her eyes.

She did NOT look amused.

"Tabitha, what are you doing in here?..." Sabrina asked

"Nothing..." Tabbi said, trying to look innocent, or as innocent as a teenager can to their already ticked off parent. Sabrina gave Tabbi a disbelieving look...

"Uh huh. Why don't I believe that?..." She said with her arms crossed as she briefly looked around looking for any sign of mischief.

Other then a messy room which her daughter WOULD be cleaning up after school, nothing looked out of the ordinary, just a mixture of misfire magic and teenage junk lying around.

Tabbi, on the other hand, still sent an innocent look to her mother.

"Why do you think I'm up to no good?..."Tabbi asked

"Reasons. Does Gettysburg ring any bells?..." Sabrina said and Tabbi resisted the urge to roll her eyes.

"Accidentally send send the living room furniture to the civil war ONE time... and your parents never let you live it down..."She thought in exasperation.

She still had no idea where that vase had ended up but wasn't entirely Tabbi's fault, given how strong her genes are.

After all, her father is the legendary Danny Phantom and her mother is one of the most powerful witches in the world, and a very important member of the council. Plus, she had her 'day job' as a reporter for the local newspaper, which isn't easy either. Tabbi truly did think that her mom should just take a break for a little bit until certain events in their family happened, but telling Sabrina Spellman-Fenton to kick back and relax was like telling Supergirl not to fly off and save someone.

Even her father, a superhero, had trouble doing that.

"Mom, I promise that I did not teleport or summon anything in here..."Tabbi said, still defending herself.

She is not lying, she wasn't doing THOSE specific types of spells. She was working on something much tougher. Something her mother wouldn't entirely approve of.

Thankfully, her expression soften a bit.

"It's fine, I believe you..." Sabrina said with a smile.

Her Tabbi is a good girl, she just has a bad habit of getting in trouble and using her powers when she shouldn't, which means that the apple didn't fall that far from the tree for her, since both she and her husband had a knack for mischief at her age.

Sabrina looked around her daughters bedroom and saw that it was messy.

Far too messy.

No worse then Danny's room looked when he was her age and shirked his chores due to ghost business but that didn't mean her daughter gets to forget about her chores. Honestly, it's a miracle the girl could find anything in this mess, though Sabrina had no idea how she was able to do it.

It's like a junkyard in here.

"Also, I want this room cleaned when you get back from school..."Sabrina said in a stern motherly tone.

Tabbi sighed.

"I was going to...I mean, I will get it cleaned..."Tabbi said.

"Good..."Sabrina said before she kissed Tabbi on the forehead

"Now, get dressed and come down for breakfast. Your great aunts and Salem are here and would like to see you before school..."Sabrina said and Tabbi nodded.

"Okay mom, I'm coming..." Tabbi said as she went to do as she was told, knowing that her mom is NOT in a state to be disagreed with right now.

"The nine months can't come by any faster?..." She thought.

Downstairs

The teenage girl walked down the stair and into the kitchen where her grand aunts Hilda and Zelda waited with a familiar black cat, who were visiting. They were having breakfast and Salem was sitting by great aunt Zelda, drinking a cappuccino when Tabbi came in.

"Nice to see you finally came to join us..." Salem snarked..."I was beginning to think you were sucked into another dimension again..."

"That was one time..."Tabbi muttered..."Very funny, Uncle Salem..." Tabbi replied before greeting the others..."Hi aunt Zelda, Aunt Hilda..."She said before her great aunts walked over to hug her.

"Oh, Tabbi, you're becoming more beautiful every day..." Aunt Hilda said

"It must be the Spellman genes..." Aunt Zelda said proudly.

"You'd think the Spellman genes would be working against her..." Salem joked.

Hilda and Zelda glared at that remark before zapping Salem with their magic, tying him up in ropes with an apple in his mouth to shut him up. Danny and Sabrina chuckled a bit and Tabbi giggled.

Still, Tabbi had more respect for him then they do and wanted to help him

"Aunt Hilda, Aunt Zelda, that's no way to treat a cat..." Tabbi said. using her powers she phased Salem out of the ropes.

"It's how you treat that cat..." Aunt Hilda said, annoyed by Salem's joke.

"Agreed..." Zelda muttered.

"It's a wonder Sabrina's the only one married… "Salem thought miserably, but did not say.

Smart cat, for once.

Danny chuckled

"I don't think Tabbi will ever harm a cat. Especially Salem..." Danny remarked, chuckling at the scene.

Tabbi said nothing before taking the apple out of Salem's mouth and the black cat looked appreciative.

"Thanks kid..." Salem said.

"No problem, Uncle Salem..."She said as she petted him and despite being a warlock turned cat, Salem enjoyed it.

"Oh yeah, that hits the spot..."He said, almost purring.

Tabbi smiled. Uncle Salem was one of her oldest playmates and favorite babysitters. Sure, he can be a bit of a grump and always has a snarky comment to make but Tabbi knows that he loves her.

Tabbi tossed the apple over her shoulder, making it disappear with magic. Aunt Hilda and Zelda looked pleased.

"I see your mother's been training you well..." Aunt Zelda said proudly

"Well, the apple didn't fall far from the tree..." Sabrina said proudly as she put together a plate for her daughter, handing it to the fourteen year old girl

"Thanks mom..." Tabbi said.

"You're welcome, sweetie..." She said lovingly before doing the same for her husband

"Thank you, Sabrina." Danny said.

"You're welcome, my love…" Sabrina said, kissing him.

Tabbi looked away at her parents mushiness, while Salem opened his big mouth again.

"I think I need to go to the dentist again. You two are so sweet, I'm getting cavities..."Salem snarked.

"You'll understand when you find someone Salem..." Sabrina quipped, while the aunts started talking to Danny.

"So, Danny how are things at the space center?..." Hilda asked

"Pretty good, I think. With any luck, we can get a few projects off the floor soon..."He said.

"Really?..."Zelda said.

"Oh yeah, I can't tell you much but I'm really excited about this one project..."Danny said.

Meanwhile, Salem was getting a bit impatient

"Sheesh, when can we eat?..." Salem snarked... "I mean The Sorcerer Supreme can take a stroll in the park, but a warlock can't get breakfast on time? What kind of world is this?..."He complained.

"A world where cats should be grateful not to be eating outside..." Sabrina said before setting down a plate for Salem

The black cat grinned at the sight of eggs and bacon.

"Thanks kid..."He said, digging in to his food as Sabrina served food for her aunts.

"I'm a grown woman now, Salem..." Sabrina argued.

"To me… you'll always be a kid. I mean, I'm hundreds of years older than you, after all..." Salem said.

"So, you're too old for a retirement home..." Hilda asked, taking a shot at the warlock turned cat

"Ha ha..."Salem said sarcastically but notice that Sabrina still looked annoyed, possibly due to hormones.

"Be that as it may, in my house, you call me either Sabrina or Mrs. Fenton..." Sabrina said with a loud volume.

"Yeesh... and I thought she was crabby with the first one..." He muttered under his breath while the brunette witch walked over to Sabrina.

"So, how is the little one doing?..."Hilda asked as she patted her niece's stomach... "I bet he's growing big and strong..."She said in a cutesy voice, while Zelda crossed her arms.

"I think you mean she..." Zelda said and Hilda sent her a glare. It looked like the two would start one of their infamous arguments but Danny came to the rescue.

"Aunt Hilda, Aunt Zelda, remember, we don't know what the baby will be yet..."Danny said, trying to keep the peace between his in laws.

Sure, he got along great with them but they are taking bets on the gender of the baby and it was getting out of hand. Besides, two angry witches are never a good thing, especially with powerful ones like these two.

Thankfully, Sabrina did a better job than her husband in calming the aunts down.

"Danny's right, Aunt Zelda. I am only two months in, so it's too soon to know what the baby's gender will be..."She said.

"Not if-..."Hilda was silenced when Sabrina raised her hand.

"I know, I know but we rather be surprised..."The mother said.

Hilda and Zelma sighed.

"Ugh… fine, the mortal way it is…" Hilda went.

"I can only hope he or she will be as wonderful as our little girl..." Danny said.

"Thanks, dad.."She said, smiling.

They found out a week ago that her mom was pregnant again. Despite the fact some of their relatives were betting on what the baby's gender was and had the means of finding out ahead of time, her folks chose not to know the baby's gender, wanting it to be a surprise.

Tabbi was pretty excited to have a little brother or sister running around. She wanted a sister but she'd be happy with a brother all the same.

The young witch then saw his great aunts go back to fawning over her pregnant mother.

"But still, you are coming along nicely..." Zelda commented..."But you shouldn't overwork yourself. As I said, Hilda and I could have zapped up a nice breakfast and-

"I enjoyed cooking, Aunt Zelda, plus as I told Danny this morning and every day since I announced I was pregnant, I don't need to be coddled..."Sabrina said.

"Believe me I've tried..." Danny said..."But both my lovely wife and her doctor have said that there's no reason Sabrina can't do her normal routine for now..."

"Fine but if you run into trouble..." Hilda began protectively

"I have you, aunt Zelda, my husband and half a dozen superheroes on speed dial..." Sabrina finished, petting her belly..."Don't worry, Aunt Hilda. I will not be doing anything to risk the baby..."She said.

"We know, honey..." Danny said.

"Just making sure you don't forget..." Sabrina said playfully with a smirk..."Besides, don't we need to call a contractor for the nursery?..."She reminded.

"Oh right! I'll do it after breakfast.." Danny exclaimed as he ate.

"You know that you can easily just zap up a nice, new nursery..."Hilda reminded.

"We know, but we rather do it the mortal way..."Danny said as he kept eating his breakfast.

Tabbi laughed at that.

It was then, as she reached for her backpack did it dawn on her she didn't bring it with her.

"Oh man, I forgot my backpack..."Tabbi said as she flew up and phased into her room to get it.

Once she was gone, Salem shook his head.

"Gotta love the kid but she'd forget her head..."Salem commented and for once, no one disagreed with him.

Until he opened his mouth again..

"Must take the clumsiness from her mom's side…" Salem commented.

Suddenly, he felt something cold and wet hit him.

"HEY!..." He shouted.

Sabrina, holding a glass of water, had a hand to her mouth and did a faux-apologetic expression.

"Oops… clumsy me…" Sabrina said, not sounding sorry at all while Hilda, Zelda and Danny were laughing.

Back in Tabitha's room

The young quarter witch grabbed her backpack about to leave when she stepped on something, only to see slime, courtesy of one of her previous flops

"Oh, gross..."She thought and sighed.

Her mom told her to clean her room later, but she had plans and wanted to get to them. A plan involving a certain boy and a certain movie premiere. She didn't have time to clean this place, since she had to get to school soon...

Unless...

"Hmm..."Tabbi thought as she recalled the spell she was trying to work on earlier but she also realized that she is in a hurry..."I did say I'd clean it, didn't say how…" She thought as she decided to go for it.

"I can always zap myself to school, one spell wouldn't hurt..."She reasoned.

The young girl pulled out her cauldron and tried again with the incantation by reading it from the spell book.

"Spirits of the world from dawn to night! Make the room clean and set it up right!~..."She chanted.

Then he cauldron bubbles and boiled with magic and Tabbi's grinned widened.

"There we go!..."She cheered as she saw it glow green now, but so it began to dance with energy and began to look unstable. Tabbi's grin dropped as she realized what was about to happen.

"Oh man..."She thought as she quickly became intangible as the cauldron exploded, with its contents all over the room, blending in with the stains from the last spell attempt.

Tabbi turned solid again and saw that her room was even worse off than before.

"Oh man..."She whispered.

"Maybe I can convince Mom one of Dad's bad guys got in here and-… wait no, she put up a barrier to keep ghosts out…" She thought before she sighed.

"Great..." the girl groaned... "Now I need another clean up spell for the spell that was supposed to do that before..."She muttered.

"Tabbi!..." Came the concerned voices of her parents, Danny and Sabrina as they came rushing in.

"Is everything alright!?..." Danny asked in Phantom form with ecto charged fists. "We heard an explosion and —..."

The father stopped when he noticed the mess and managed to put two and two together. As did Sabrina.

"Tabitha Fenton!..." Sabrina said sternly..."Have you been using spells for a shortcut again?..."She asked.

Her daughter knew she was in trouble when she wasn't called by her shortened name. Tabbi gulped and tried to explain as best she could.

"Mom! I was practicing for class but then things got out of control, so I looked up a cleaning spells but it made things worse and then—..."

"You tried another spell?..." Danny asked.

He may not be a warlock, but the man had been with his wife and daughter long enough to grasp an understanding. Tabbi nodded and her mother sent a scolding look to her daughter. The pregnancy hormones weren't helping her mood

"You are in so much trouble for this, young lady..." Sabrina said

"But mom..."Tabbi said.

"No buts..." Sabrina said sternly.

"Sabrina..." Danny said, holding her close and whispering something in Sabrina's ear. Tabbi didn't what her dad was saying but whatever he was saying was working.

But things like this normally come with a cost. Last time she exploded a spell, her mom didn't ground her, but the quarter witch had to volunteer at some monster charities in return.

The quarter witch glanced to her mother.

Miraculously, Sabrina managed to calm down.

Looking at her daughters face, it was like looking in a mirror to back when she was her age and all the times she got in trouble. The only difference was her husband's eyes from his ghost form.

It melted her heart and calmed her down.

It seemed the young girl would not have to anything in return, Tabbi understood that a little reminiscing had made things different.

That made things tranquil, for both the child and the parents.

"Tabbi..." Sabrina said with understanding tone... "I know it can make things easy, but you can't use magic as a shortcut. To master magic is to master life. So, when your spell doesn't work as intended, use your mind. It can help more than a spell..."She said, having leaved that lesson long ago.

Tabbi looked down but nodded.

"I know..."She said.

"Am I still in trouble?..."She asked.

Sabrina sighed but decided to take some mercy on her daughter.

"I'll tell you what. Since you only made a bigger mess, it would be better to make you clean up your room the old fashioned way..." Sabrina answered.

Tabbi smiled as she glanced to her room. Sure, there was slime on, well, everything, but only having to clean it up was a good thing.

"Consider this a teaching moment..." Sabrina said before kissing her daughter's forehead.

"Okay.."Tabbi said while her dad smiled softly.

"Looks like you avoided a massive grounding there..." Danny said as he messed up her hair a bit.

"Dad, it takes forever to get my hair to look right...""Tabbi mock complained as she used her magic to turn it back to normal, since that was one spell she has mastered.

"Tabitha..."Sabrina said.

"I know, no shortcuts...but it was an emergency..." Tabbi said, pointing to her hair.

Sabrina shook her head but chuckled.

"Oh Tabbi...you remind me of myself when I was your age..." the mother said as she pulled her daughter in a hug. Soon Sabrina found herself pinching the girl's cheeks.

"Sooner or later you'll realize there's not much to looks, but hopefully you won't be bringing too many boys soon..." Sabrina whispered with a wink.

"MOM!..."Tabbi whined, while her parents laughed.

"Consider the embarrassment part of your punishment, the rest can be cleaning this place after school..."Danny said

"Which goes after your training today..." Sabrina added.

"Really? More?..."Tabbi questioned and Sabrina had a smile on her face

"You're a good girl, but you need practice…"The mother said.

"Yeah... you need plenty of practice..." Danny mentally commented.

"Don't worry, Tabbi, you'll get the hang of things soon..." Danny said out loud

"I know..." Tabbi said looking at the mess

"I know it's hard, things don't come easy, but soon you won't have to worry about messing up and making more..." Sabrina added in comfort for her daughter.

"I know..." Tabbi groaned looking at the mess again.

Sabrina then patted her daughter on the shoulder.

"We'll work on that next time, but right now, you should go to school..."Sabrina said

Tabitha glanced at her clock and saw that she was right. She had to get to school and fast.

"Oh man, you're right..."She said before hugging her parents.

"Bye guys, I'll see you after school..."Tabbi said before she used her powers and vanished.

Once she was gone, Danny sighed as he looked around his daughter's room.

"This will take a while to clean up..."Danny said.

Sabrina waved her hand getting rid of the slime from this explosion but the mess from the earlier flops remained, along with the teenage junk from earlier.

"Uh... I think you missed a few spots..."Danny said.

"I think Tabbi can deal with the rest, as I said, she has to clean later..."Sabrina said as she pointed to a wrapper that had been lazily left on the ground.

Danny laughed.

"She's just like you were when we first got married..."Sabrina teased.

Danny pouted upon hearing that.

"Hey, we were constantly moving things around and Skulker showed up as a 'housewarming'..."Danny defended

Sabrina shook her head before laughing at him. Danny's pout was soon gone and he laughed with his wife too.

"On the bright side, it does look better then that time she broke the vase..."He said.

"We never did find it after she sent it to the civil war..." Sabrina said.

Real shame, since she did like that vase.

Danny nodded.

"I love our girl… but she's almost as chaotic as the Ghost Zone…" Danny said.

"I know…"Sabrina said as Danny noticed the remaining blots of slime that was left here.

"A shame there's no spell that turns cauldron goo or whatever this is into ice cream or something..."He joked and Sabrina laughed at that.

"I wish..." she said hungrily..."Don't forget… we have another one on the way..." Sabrina said, patting her stomach.

"How could I forget? My little girl's grown so fast..." Danny commented as he walked over to a picture on Tabbi's bedside table.

It was her CJ and TJ when they were 10, making goofy faces at lake Eerie

"Tabbi..."Danny sighed as his wife walked up behind him

"They grow up so fast, don't they..."Sabrina said.

"Too fast in my opinion.." Danny commented as he reminisced about her childhood.

It felt like yesterday he was playing patty cake with Tabbi on the couch or flying around the backyard, but now she is a teenager, going to his old high school and mastering her own powers.

Heck, just last week, she added to her toy cat collection by trying to master his ice powers by making figurines, only to accidentally freeze her room in ice.

Remembering that made him chuckle.

"At least, she didn't freeze her room again..."Danny said.

"Or brought a tiger kitten and tried to hide it in her room..."Sabrina said, laughing at the memory as she recalled that her daughter had no idea the little thing was a tiger until it had climbed into her Aunts lap and startled them.

"Hey, it was thanks to Salem, she's a cat lover..." Danny said, noticing her little collections of toy cats that his daughter loves.

"Yeah, more than most witches..."Sabrina commented.

"And she has powers the other witches don't have, thanks to her old man..." Danny said.

"You don't need to remind me..." Sabrina commented... "All those times we had to chase her floating through walls was exhausting..."

"But worth it..." Danny chuckled as he held his wife tenderly.

She was a handful, especially with her powers, which started very early for her, but the results made it all worthwhile.

Now look at her, she was so big and beautiful and before Danny knew it, she was going to be going off to college, get married and have kids. Danny had a lot of amazing powers and had done a lot of amazing things in his life but all the powers in the world couldn't stop his baby girl from growing up and into the amazing young woman she is becoming.

Sabrina put a hand on her shoulder.

"I'm going to miss these moments too. But… at least we have another one on the way..." She reminded him.

"Yeah… I can't wait either…"He said, a little happier.

"She grew up so fast..." Sabrina said, , tears in her eyes due to the pregnancy hormones messing with her emotions.

"Yeah, she did..." Danny said before the ghost man looked to his wife and wrapped his arms around her with a kiss on the cheek.

"But she still needs us..." Danny said, looking around the messy room

"We'll be there..." Sabrina said

"I love our little girl..."He said as he smiled warmly.

"Me too..." Sabrina said tenderly. The woman turned to face her husband with loving eyes as they kissed, before Danny reached down, putting his hands on Sabrina's stomach

"And in seven months, we get to do it all over again..."He said and Sabrina laughed.

"We won't be in our twenties this time..."She reminded.

"So, we'll still have experience..."He said, kissing Sabrina's stomach and making her laugh.

He was always so affectionate when she was pregnant with Tabbi and that hasn't changed this time around either.

"No matter what, we'll love him or her..." Sabrina commented, copying the affectionate act.

Their smiles grew at that. To them, it was the greatest joy, even if the first few years would be stressful from how much energy and power the baby may or may not have.

Danny then spoke to the developing child.

"Just don't give us grey hairs like your big sister did..." Danny said 'sternly' to her stomach before he laughed and Sabrina giggled.

They went back to go entertain Sabrina's aunts and to make sure that Salem didn't hog all the good stuff at breakfast.

Meanwhile

Clockwork paused the image, as he and Flower Princess11 took a little break. They were coming back from getting something to drink as FP11 continued to chat with the Time Master.

"So... NeoMark's wall is going to get fixed soon, right?..."FP11 asked.

"Should be by the time we finish with this peek..."CW said as he sent her a knowing smirked.

"Good... I mean... who is so crazy as to light his own hand on fire and shout FALCON PUNCH?!..."FP11 asked.

"We both know he's that crazy..."The Time Master said.

"True..."FP11 said.

"So... do you wish to continue?..."He asked.

"Hey, I got time before I have to get back to the main timeline, besides, like I said, I wanna see..."FP11 said.

"Very well..."The Time Master said.

"I wish we could see if they'll have a boy or another girl..."FP11 as she saw the image of the pregnant Sabrina.

"I can only provide you with about one day of their lives. But who knows? Maybe we'll find out eventually?..." Clockwork said with a knowing wink.

"I sure hope so..." FP11 said.

The Time Master soon changed the scene to Tabitha arriving to school.

"Time In..."CW said as he pressed a button and the show continued.

At Casper High

Tabitha soon appeared via magic to Casper High, and quickly went to her locker, happy that she still had a good ten minutes before class.

"I love magic..." Tabbi thought, pleased that she managed to avoid being tardy, but she is not allowed to call what she does magic out loud.

Not in front of mortals, anyway.

Due to her mom's status as member of the witches council, they thought it was best to keep Tabitha's witch heritage on a need to know basis, mostly due to them not being ready to let people know, even though her parents are making an effort to bring humans and the paranormal world together. Even if aliens, sorceress and monsters are well known at this point, the magical world was still hesitant to come out. Her great aunt Zelda said that it is because the witch community just isn't entirely ready for it. Considering the persecution a lot of magical groups faced a while back, Tabbi could see where they were coming from, which is only a selected few of mortals had the privileged of knowing.

Still, Tabbi couldn't help but wonder how people would react if they learned Sabrina Spellman, who once bought tickets to every Josie and the Pussycats concert when they were just a local, garage band, was a witch. Either way, Tabitha wasn't worried since people assume that all of her powers came from her dad's side of the family, and her dad's invisibility and intangibility can be used to explain how she got in, it is what her dad's phan club assumed anyway.

Speaking of which, she has to get to class before they find her and ask questions about her dad again, but the blonde girl recalled something needed from her locker.

"Oops… almost forgot..."Tabbi said as she went to her locker and grabbed her Spanish book.

She could have phased in and grabbed it and as much as she enjoyed using her powers, her parents were pretty strict about them at school. She is not allowed to use her powers at school unless it is an emergency or, like earlier, as a last resort to avoid tardiness.

"I wonder if...he wants to watch the movie with me..."The blonde girl thought, thinking of a certain boy whom she hopes to see today.

Tabbi was about to leave, only for someone to get her attention.

"Hello there, Tabitha..."Came the irritating voice that made her frown.

"Oh no, not her..." Tabbi thought in dismay.

She turned around and saw that it was a dark haired girl with green eyes and a very snobby look on her face, along with a very expensive outfit.

It is Ruby Stone, the daughter of her mother's old enemy, Gem Stone and some model that Tabbi never met since they split up not long after Ruby was born. Rumor has it, her dad couldn't stand Gem anymore and left because of how much a pain she is but Ruby often goes to spend time with him.

Ruby and her mother moved from Green Dale to Amity Park when Tabbi was five because Ruby's grandfather moved her for business reasons since due to some bad choices, their fortune reduced a bit (they can still afford to live in a mansion, but they are hardly the richest family in town anymore), though Sabrina always suspected that Gem moved here cause she no longer had the control she once had in Green Dale and also, part of her was hoping that she and Danny would split up, since she lost interest in Harvey after she moved back from Boarding School and decided she wanted to "be with a somebody".

Not to mention, Gem was always on the look out for some rich or famous guy that she could marry, so she could quit working for her dad's company and Danny has been the unfortunate target.

EWW! If evil ghosts or aliens couldn't get him to budge, there was no way Gemini Stone could do the same.

Another rumor has it that the only reason Gem works for her father's company in the first place is because Old Man Stone had threatened her into working in the family business or he would cut her off, especially after her divorce with the model that "shamed their family".

Tabbi didn't know how true that was or care, but that didn't stop her from speaking to the vapid girl.

"Ruby..." Tabbi said, trying hard not to let her get to her.

Like their mother's before them, the two girls had a rivalry going for the following reasons: Ruby was rich and "popular" (as in, she pays kids to hang out with her like her mom used to do) but Tabbi is richer and unlike her, she doesn't need to pay people to hang out with her. Not to mention that Tabbi is famous due to her powers and being the daughter of the local hero Danny Phantom, as well as the fact that she often uses her powers to help fight crime in her spare time (when she wasn't busy training). There is also the fact that Ruby both wants to mooch off her dad's fame by being 'best friends with her' but Tabbi wants nothing to do with her since she knows that any friendliness from her is due to her desire to hang with people she deems "socially acceptable" but Ruby also gets on her nerves for taunting her about " how the girl doesn't live to her full potential" or something.

Anyway, long story short, they don't like each other and Tabbi was never in the mood for the girl and had to remind herself all the reasons why not to use her powers against mortals. So, she settled for using her words. She just wanted to get this done as soon as possible.

"What do you want?..." Tabitha groaned... "Classes start soon. I don't have time for this..."She said, wanting her to leave.

However, the "popular" girl blocked her path. While Tabbi could phase through her, it wouldn't set a good example. A downside to being the daughter of a public hero, you have to act within a certain behavior range, even if it meant dealing with girls like Ruby.

Speaking of which, Ruby had that snooty, critical look on her face again.

"What I want..."Ruby said with a frustrated tone..."Is for you to get your act together..."She said and Tabbi rolled her eyes.

"Not this again..."The halfa girl mumbled and groaned.

Ruby, for reasons she doesn't understand, seems to disapprove of who Tabbi hangs out with, all the while, saying she needs to hang out with her and the other "cool kids" at school only, who, according to Ruby, are the rich and popular students. Basically, she wants her to only hang out with the A-lists but Tabbi has rejected them each time, yet they couldn't take a hint and kept asking

Tired of this topic already, she walked away with Ruby following her, still bugging her.

"Hey!..."Ruby whined.

"Get it through your head, I have no interest in what you're offering..."Tabbi said.

"But-..."

"I'm not listening to this..." Tabbi said, cutting her off.

"You should! I meant it Tabitha, you are the daughter of one the worlds most famous heroes, and one of the richest too. You need to starting acting like it by hanging out with the glamorous people instead of those losers you call friends..."Ruby said.

"They are not losers, Stone. They are my friends..."Tabbi said angrily, hating it when people made fun of her friends but Ruby wouldn't shut up.

"Please, Sure, Morgan's family has some money but you wouldn't know it from the way he dresses and while Foley is connected due to being to the former mayor's son and his dad is on your dad's team, he is too much of a tech nerd to hang out with us..."Ruby said snobbishly.

"We're the next team Phantom, we stick together like brothers. Besides, CJ and TJ have this thing called integrity and loyalty. You should try it sometimes..." Tabbi said, thought she knew that there was no way a spoiled brat like Ruby Stone would understand something like that.

"Fascinating..." Ruby said sarcastically and Tabbi narrowed her eyes.

"My dad is Danny Phantom and I've met people who use a lot of sarcasm, so I know it when I hear it..." Tabbi said with an angry tone but Ruby just kept talking.

"That is my point, since you're the daughter of a famous hero, you should only associate with people who are popular, rich and beautiful.."Ruby said snobbishly..."People like me..."She added.

Tabbi resisted the urge to throw up her breakfast.

"I'm not interested in hanging out with a bunch spoiled brats who make fun of people..."Tabbi said.

"But you should be, you can't mingle with the commoners or the freaks..."Ruby said.

"They are not commoners or freaks. They are my friends..."Tabbi said.

"I know several people who could be better friends than those two. Such as me, Dash and-..."Ruby started to list off but Tabbi wasn't listening anymore.

"Uh-huh..." Tabitha said offhand as she checked to make sure her school supplies were in check. It was the only thing she could do to distract herself as the two not-friends walked to class.

She stopped listening a while ago but Ruby still not done yet.

"Anyway, I am throwing a party, this soiree and-..."

"No thanks.."Tabbi said.

"You didn't let me finish!..."Ruby whined.

"Don't care..."Tabbi said.

"But you're popular, you have to come!..."Ruby whined.

"I said that I don't care..."Tabbi said..."Besides, I have plans and family visiting..."She said.

Her aunts, grandparents and other relatives are coming over to see her parents and make plans for the baby and Tabbi was looking forward to their visit. To her, spending time with her parents friends and family would be WAY more fun then going to one of Ruby's parties.

"Oh please, as if you'd actually want to spend time with embarrassing adults instead of party with me..."Ruby said.

"Yeah, I would..."Tabbi said.

Ruby heard this and stomped her foot to the ground like a big brat, throwing a tantrum.

"You have to come, Tabitha! How else are you supposed to be around our kind of people!..."Ruby said.

"Our kind?!..."Tabbi questioned..."You know what, forget it. Now, if you don't mind… I don't want to be late for class. Your homeroom is… THAT WAY!" She pointed towards the opposite direction as she was walking.

Ruby rolled her eyes.

"I got time, besides this is important..."Ruby said.

"That's a matter of opinion..." Tabbi remarked as she rolled her eyes as she kept ignoring the girl. She didn't need to stoop to her level.

"Well, here's my opinion. You and I SHOULD be friends because we're so alike..."Ruby said in a snooty way.

"And what makes us so alike?..." Tabbi asked sarcastically

Ruby scoffed as if it were obvious

"Obvious." Ruby said matter-of-factly.

"No, it isn't..."Tabbi said.

"Duh, we are both rich, popular and from important families..."Ruby said, even if her family's fortune had reduced years ago and they aren't as influential as she wanted people to think.

Tabbi rolled her eyes again.

"My mom, Gem Stone, is among the prettiest woman in the world and the among the wealthiest. People like the Mansons have tried to stand with us for years. The only reason they don't now is because their daughter wasn't smart enough. and your mom came from what, a middle class family? Ewww..."Ruby said with disgust.

Tabbi really wanted to hit Ruby for that one, not just for the crack at her mom, but her father's old friend and her god mother, who was a good person and she actually did something with her families money other then spend it on plastic surgery and fancy parties. She even ran several charities and human rights groups for mutants, monsters and alien immigrants alike.

Plus, her Aunt Sam could take on some of her Dad's stronger enemies like Walker or Ember without powers.

How cool was that?

Not as cool as her mother, but still cool.

Strange that her mother and honorary aunt weren't always friends. But something happened that made them close, close enough that Tabitha's middle name became Samantha.

Tabbi grit her teeth at Ruby's remark, her eyes glowing green or well greener as she tried to regain control of herself.

"I will not hit the creep! I will not hit the creep! I will not hit the creep..."Tabbi thought, knowing better then to use her powers on an ordinary mortal.

No matter how irritating some of them can be.

So, she used her words again.

"My godmother is a million times the woman than your plastic filled mother is..." Tabbi shot back.

"She helped my dad fight ghosts and she once even rode into battle on a ghost dragon and saved a kingdom..."Tabbi said.

"Oh please..." Ruby said

"Look it up Stone..." Tabbi said "It happened..."

"It still doesn't excuse how she had multiple opportunities for high society and turned her back on them..."Ruby said in a self absorbed way.

"High society doesn't equal greatness, given my current exposure to it." Tabitha said.

"Excuse me?" Ruby asked, sounding offended.

"Besides, what makes your mom and dad so special?..."Tabbi challenged.

"Uh, my mom is rich and beautiful , duh and that makes me popular..."Ruby said..."As for my dad...well, true, he was just a model but he was still a somebody as well, and adding him to my mom gave me even more standing. I tell you, if don't start acting like a proper celebrity soon, things won't stay as good as you like..."The spoiled girl said.

"Oh no, people not wanting to take my picture or be a spokesperson for deodorant..." Tabbi said sarcastically..."What a nightmare..." she said dramatically.

Not that her parents or Uncle Tuck would let her be a spokesperson for anything until she was eighteen. Even then, her uncle Tucker would and some lawyers would have to look over the contract with a fine toothed comb to make sure they can't make her do anything inappropriate or demoralizing. Her father once endorsed something nasty called Proud Snacks as a favor for a friend and, until said friend took over the company, it became a huge embarrassment.

He was lucky to have a rep for saving the world and helping society with other heroes. If he didn't, then no one would respect him. Not even the Box Ghost.

"I'm being serious, Fenton!" Ruby quipped.

Tabbi rolled her eyes again at her lousy reasoning. The worst part was that Ruby didn't sound like she was being purposely insulting, but still continued.

"Look Fenton I'm just trying to help you with the transition..."Ruby said with her hands on her hip.

That made Tabbi stop and blink.

"Transition? What transition? Is she talking about the baby?..."Tabitha thought before shaking her head.

No, Ruby can't possibly known since they haven't announced the news yet.

"What are you talking about?..."Tabbi asked while Ruby rolled her eyes.

"It should be clear..."

Ruby shook her head at Tabbi's blank look.

"Look, my mother says that your mother's living in denial since it's only a matter of time until your dad divorces her for your first step mom..."Ruby said.

"What?!..."Tabbi said, not liking this but Ruby kept on talking

"She says that the only reason your mom even made it through life was because she was lucky enough to meet your dad.. Even luckier that he liked her..."Ruby said.

"What is that suppose to mean!?..."Tabbi said, sounding mad, there was an edge to the young halfa's voice, not that Ruby could tell.

No, she was too busy making fun of her mother

"Isn't it obvious..."Ruby said..."

" It means your mom needs to do more. There are just things that a woman from your moms background would be lacking..."Ruby said snobbishly while Tabbi's eyes glowed, but she blinked hard to make it go away.

"Exactly WHAT is my mom lacking?..."Tabbi demanded.

"Well refinement class and pedigree of course..."Ruby said.

"I don't know about refinement, but a pedigree? Is being obnoxious recorded in the Stone family?..." Tabbi snarked.

"Hmph... I see your Dad's snark is rubbing off on you, no doubt due to your mother lacking proper discipline..."Ruby said but Tabbi rolled her eyes yet again.

'Oh, please. If my mom is lacking in ANY quality, then how come my dad choose her out of all the woman he could have chosen?..."Tabbi said, knowing that her dad had quite a few girls interested in him when he was younger but he only wanted his perfect match.

Her mother.

While Danny would never trade Sabrina for anyone, any one of the other 26, or 27, she didn't really know, would do better than Gemini Stone.

Still, Ruby kept opening her big, fat mouth.

"I am just saying, that he could better. After all, your dad's is rich, powerful and one of the greatest heroes in the world, not to mention the muscles he has on him. Honestly, people really like taking photos of him in his hero attire. I can't blame them. Especially when they managed to take a picture with his shirt off..."Ruby said, sounding lovesick that it disturbed Tabbi.

"One, that is my dad and two! EW!..."Tabbi said, wanting to bleach her brain to get that image of Ruby drooling over her had out of her head.

It seems Ruby has inherited her mother's rather unappealing interest in him that many like Ember and that Camille Leon have as well. The irony is that Gem would want Danny to be Ruby's stepfather.

Gross!

"That's worse then Skulker and his pelt thing..."Tabbi thought, shuddering.

Danny was never that vocal about his dislike of Gem Stone since, compared to Ember McLain, Princess Mandie, and even Camille Leon, she was harmless.

Obnoxious, but harmless.

"Does your loser mother really think a person whose worth something like your dad would settle for her. My mom even said that your dad only married your mom for publicity ..."Ruby said in a shallow voice..."She would have been gone years ago if you hadn't been born..."She said, as if it was suppose to be obvious or something.

Okay, now Tabbi is really mad now.

REALLY mad now.

That was the last straw.

"Okay back up. Now!.."Tabbi said with anger in her voice, which Ruby actually noticed.

Tabbi turned back, getting in the rich girls space and Ruby stopped as the girl she wants to hang with narrows her eyes. She actually flinched a bit at her eyes glowing brighter now.

"Listen here, Stone. You can make fun of me, I don't care since I'll walk away and ignore it but do NOT say anything about my mom!..."Tabbi said, poking her in her fancy silk top that was worth more than a small car.

Seriously, who spends so much on clothes?

Anyway, she continued yelling at the spoiled, dark haired girl.

"Don't touch m-..." Ruby was cut off.

She almost shrunk from the sight of Tabbi's glowing eyes.

"My father loves my mother, he is hers and she is his. They've been together since they were in their teens..." Tabbi..."Unlike your mother who has a new boy toy every week and that won't change any time soon..."Tabbi said.

Ruby took a step back in fear but Tabbi wasn't done giving her a piece of her mind. She had more to say.

"You know Ruby, if you stopped being so much like your snooty mother, you might have friends you don't have to pay to spend time with you..."Tabbi said, striking a nerve with the dark haired girl.

Ruby let out a huff

"I try to help you and this is the thanks I get!..."Ruby yelled.

"Your help isn't wanted, Stone..." Tabbi said before she turned away, walking to class and leaving an angry Ruby Stone behind.

"But needed!..." The spoiled girl yelled, drawing a crowd, though, they turned away when they realized what was going on.

It wasn't Ruby's first attempt and sadly, it probably wouldn't be the last.

"The nerve of that girl! She is just...UGH!..."Tabitha thought angrily.

"Just who does she think she is?!..."She thought as she kept marching away.

How dare she even think that her dad would leave her mom for someone else? Tabbi knows that there is no way her dad could ever come to love another woman the way he loves her mom.

It's a fact.

Despite being angry, Tabbi realized the time and that if she doesn't get to class now, she might risk getting a detention on top of an already lousy day.

She took a breath on the way, making her eyes stop glowing in the process.

Eventually, Tabitha made it to the classroom. Everyone saw here come in, most greeted her. If being the daughter of a famous public hero had a benefit, it was that the fan base always said hello.

"Hi Tabbi..."

"Hey there..."

"Hey cutie..."A guy tried to flirt with her but Tabbi ignored him.

"Not my type..." She thought as she made it to her desk and had just set up her books before bringing out, and hiding, a small notebook with her spell casting notes, adding a new note

WORK ON CLEANING SPELLS!

"So much for hanging out after school with...him..."Tabbi sighed, knowing that she had to clean her room after magic lessons today.

"Hey Tabbi..."A male voice said that made Tabbi's heart skip a beat.

Tabitha turned to see a boy that she knew her whole life, Harrison Kinkle. Harrison Kinkle is the son of her moms friends Harvey and Chloe Kinkle and she and he have known each other since they were babies practically, having had many play dates, though the girl wanted a real date soon.

Not that she'd admit it, at least not out loud

"Hi,Harrison..."Tabbi said, a blush on her face..."Whats up?..."

"Nothing much..."He said casually.

"Nothing much, huh?..."Tabbi said and she mentally scolded herself for just parroting him.

Harrison blinked

"Uh yeah..."He said before he smiled at Tabbi, making the girl blush

"So, any plans after school?..."He asked and Tabbi shook her head.

"No, I have a thing with my mom after school..."She said, a little disappointment.

Her disaster this morning coming back to her mind.

"Oh, bummer..." Harrison said..."But are you busy the whole weekend?..."He asked.

Tabbi's heart skipped a beat upon hearing that.

"N-No, I don't think so. Why?..."Tabbi said with a stutter..."Oh, be still my beating heart. I think he's going to ask me out..."She thought, feeling light headed.

Before Harrison could continue, one of his buddies called him.

"Harrison!..."His friend Ken Li-Strong called out. "You gotta check out this video of a tiger dressed like Captain Thunder..."

"Hang on, I'm coming..." Harrison called out before turning to his blonde friend.

"We'll talk later. See ya, Tabbi..."He said.

"Sure..." Tabbi said.

As he walked away, Tabbi let out a sigh.

Harrison is really cute, with his shaggy brown hair, his dark skin and that cute laugh of his and nice smile. Tabbi has had a thing for him since they turned 13 and she noticed how cute and cool he is. She likes him more than a friend, not that he seemed to notice and Tabbi wasn't exactly in a rush to tell him either.

What if he didn't like her that way?

What if he just wanted to be friends ?

What if her parents and his didn't approve of it?

Sure, they are old friends but still no guarantee. Her mother and Mr. Kinkle were apparently in a sort of like-like situation and her mom had an unrequited crush on Harrison's dad(who had actually dated RUBY'S mom during those days, EW!) before she met her father and things got a little hazy.

Not to mention all the supernatural elements introduced to everyone's lives when a witch and half ghost are dating but that was a rare occurrence and things worked out in the end.

Besides, Harrison wasn't deterred nor affected by Tabbi's heritage, something that scored big with the girl. He really is a great guy but Tabbi didn't know what to do.

Would she take a risk, or is it a bad idea?

Tabbi wasn't alone for long before a boy with her uncle Tucker's skin, green eyes and her aunt's brown hair sat next to her.

This was one of her best friends and her god brother, Tucker Foley Junior or TJ for short. Like his parents TJ was probably one of the smartest people in Amity Park when it came to tech , though unlike his dad, he has a taste for sports.

"Hey Tabbi..."TJ said.

"Hey..."Tabbi said though she still sent a glance at Harrison.

"Anything… interesting going on? Hm?..." TJ asked.

"What do you mean?..." Tabbi asked, noticing his tone.

"I heard you were going to ask Harrison to the premier of the Dead Teacher Remake..."TJ whispered, causing Tabbi to blush deeply.

"Who told you that? Was it CJ?! Cause he's making things up!..."Tabbi said indignantly.

TJ just sent her a knowing smirk for some reason.

"Nope, you did... just now..." TJ said smugly.

Tabbi slapped her forehead. She hated when he did that.

"I fall for it every time..." She thought.

"So, where's CJ?..." Tabbi said, trying to change the subject to anything else

TJ pointed over behind him, CJ was on his phone as he texted with someone on his phone.

"Trying to save the world from his phone..." TJ said as the boy was currently reading up on the disgusting attempts to make a real Every Meat Burrito after those Jimbro Brothers were revealed to have just been using chicken.

"That's our CJ..."Tabbi said as she waved at him.

"Hey..."CJ said before going back to texting.

Tabbi laughed. She loved him like a brother but CJ was still a goof. It was hard to think this is the son of Sam Manson.

"So are we going to see the Bricks of Fury remake or are we watching movies at CJ's house again?..."He asked... "He'll let us in as long as we get that phone out of his hand..."

CJ didn't say anything as he kept on texting.

As a result, someone asked Tabbi a question

"So, you and Harrison?..."TJ asked.

"I have no idea what you're talking about..."Tabbi denied.

"Tabbi, I have known you since we were born, your a lousy liar . Plus, you're blushing..."He pointed out with a smirk.

"I'm not blushing..." Tabbi denied.

"Yeah, you are..." TJ said

Tabbi heard this and "hmpt".

"Maybe I am and maybe I'm not..." Tabbi said controlling her blush..."Besides, he's a friend..."

"Then why ask him as not friends?..."TJ pointed out, making Tabbi's blush deepen..."The worst he could do is say no..."TJ said but soon saw Tabbi's expression downcast.

"Exactly, he could say no..." Tabbi said..."What if I'm not good enough for him?.."She asked.

"Impossible..."TJ said.

"Why do you think that?" Tabbi asked.

"Because you're awesome."

"But still, what if...he turns me down?..."Tabbi asked.

Before TJ answered, CJ did.

"Then we punch him and you find someone better..." CJ said, like it was obvious. Tabbi and TJ looked over to their friend.

"How long have you been listening to us?..." They asked

"It's called multitasking..." CJ said pulling Tabbi's chair close, hugging her around the shoulder.

"So, you're not as deep into tech as my dad is..." TJ said.

"Saving the world while still paying attention to it..." CJ said.

Tabbi tried to smile. She knew CJ was trying to cheer her up but she wasn't ready to be cheered up.

"Okay, maybe I like him a little but Harrison and I go way back and I'm worried history's going to repeat itself .."Tabbi said, insecurely... "My mom had a crush on his dad when they were our age but he broke her heart when he went out with Ruby's mom. Sure, I am not complaining since it worked out since my mom met my dad and they fell in love but...what if Harrison ends up picking another girl instead of me..."Tabbi said insecurely.

CJ patted her on the head and gave her a sympathetic look.

"If he's the dude for you, then he'll say yes and if not, you'll find someone who'd love everything about you..."CJ said.

"You really think so?..." Tabbi asked sheepishly with a blush.

"Totally..."TJ agreed.

Tabbi didn't answer at first. She looked longingly over to Harrison who watching a goofy video with his friend and laughed

"I don't know..." She said, putting her hands on her arms.

"I just don't know..."She said.

Their teacher soon entered and class began and Tabbi had to resign herself to another typical day of school for the daughter of Danny Phantom and Sabrina Spellman.

After class

After class, as she was walking to her next subject, her two best friends were talking with her.

"Still surprised you'd fall for Harrison. Especially after you turned him into a frog back in the third grade..." TJ said.

"Hey! It was and accident. Besides, how was I supposed to know that incantation would do that?..." Tabii defended.

"Then why did you bring that spell book for show and tell?..." TJ asked with a grin.

"I'm surprised we've been friends for so long after all the magical mishaps..." CJ commented, counting each adventure on his hands. Though the boy soon found himself to be short on extra fingers.

"Well... you two are like brothers to me..." Tabbi said.

"Ugh... I don't wanna think of CJ and I being brothers..." TJ joked.

"I'd be insulted if you dad didn't treat me to those chicken tacos without my mom knowing..." CJ said.

"Being on a vegan diet must be tough at home..." TJ said in horror. The thought of not eating meats peas his worst nightmare.

CJ nodded in agreement.

A pair of pretty sophomores walked past, giggling as they waved at CJ. TJ pouted a little looking to their black clad friend

"I swear all the girls like CJ..."TJ said.

"Just the ones that like goths..." Tabbi said off hand. "Though CJ isn't your normal one..."

CJ shook his head

"Tuck, you can find a girl on your own..."

"Says the guy who make girls turn their heads on sight..." TJ muttered.

"Come on, TJ, it's only a matter of time..." Tabbi commented.

"Also, for the record, I'm taken…" CJ said.

"Crushing on Ruby doesn't count, dude…" TJ said..."Besides, didn't she turn you down?..."He reminded.

"She's a good person deep down..."CJ said, even if he knew his mom wouldn't approve of her.

"Like the bottom of carnivorous canyon deep..." TJ asked, getting a laugh from Tabbi.

"You sure you never tried a spell or drank something from the witch's market?" Tabbi asked, eyeing the boy funny.

"I keep telling you it was one time, and it was before she even came into our lives..." CJ said.

"You could do so much better…" Tabbi said, disgusted with his attraction to her arch rival.

"Let me know when you find someone better…" CJ said with a shrug.

Unknown to him, Tabbi made a mental note to do just that. CJ is like a brother to her and he deserves so much better than to end up with a spoiled brat like Ruby Stone.

Thankfully, Tabbi knows quite a list of eligible bachelorettes for him to choose from both the human and magic/monster world.

"I wonder if Donna or Summer might be single... I'll give them a heads up..."She thought.

CJ noticed the scheming look on her face.

"What are you thinking?..."CJ asked.

"Oh, nothing..."Tabbi said, crossing her fingers.

"Just making sure you meet someone more your speed..." Tabbi thought.

"So what was that you were writing about cleaning spells?..." CJ asked, having noticed her notes.

Tabbi groaned.

"I don't want to talk about it..." Tabbi said embarrassed

"Sent furniture to Gettysburg again?..."TJ questioned

"No..." Tabbi said defensively.

"Accidentally summoned another eldritch horror into your bedroom?" CJ questioned.

"One time! Once and it wasn't even that horrifying if my dad could punch it into unconsciousness!" Tabbi went.

"Brought another family of alleycats into your home?" TJ asked.

Tabbi glared at the two.

"Why is the one that doesn't involve magic the last one?"

They shrugged.

"Just because it's the least likely to happen for you..."

"Come on, we got algebra next..."TJ said as the bell rang again.

The trio of friends soon went to their next class together, a full day of therapy inducing school ahead of them.
