The Many Kids of Danny Fenton

Chapter 19: Annie Part 3

Class had just ended and Annie and her friends were feeling a little worn out. Mr. Uno had given a pop quiz, which caused a panic among his students.

Thankfully, Annie and her friends managed to get some study time during the weekend and were confident that they did well. Unlike a certain snobby cheerleader and her equally bratty, "A-List" friends who most likely flunked and/or got caught trying to cheat off their neighbors.

Mr. Uno is a smart teacher and NO ONE cheats in his class. He always managed to catch those students in the act, one way or the other.

It was kind of freaky. RJ thought he had to be some kind of telepath but Annie wasn't sure since she'd know it, having met people with powers.

No, Mr. Uno was just THAT good.

And, at the very least, HE doesn't play favorites, unlike certain former educators at this school, who are now retired. Or, in some cases, fired.

Still, Annie and her friends never cheat or expect special treatment, so it wasn't an issue with them, so they are safe for now.

Still, who knows what Mr. Uno has for them tomorrow?

Annie shook her head.

"Don't wanna think about it..."She thought before she looked to RJ.

"So, how did you do on the quiz?..."She asked her friends.

RJ smiled as he was the first to answer.

"I think I passed..."He said.

"Me too..."Tuck said.

"I think so..."CJ shrugged, not worried since he was getting an A in English.

"Glad we made it..." Annie said as RJ nodded.

"Yeah. Thanks again for helping me with my homework, if not for you, I'd be so behind and my mom would flip... and not because of martial arts training..." RJ said.

"No big..." Annie said.

"I mean it, Annie. The tutoring was a big help. You rock!..."He said and Annie smiled at that.

"You're welcome..."She said.

There was a blush between the two as they stared a bit long. Unfortunately for them, CJ and Tuck saw it and smirked.

"What's this? Are these two spending time behind our backs?..." Tuck asked.

"I believe they are, my linebacker buddy..." CJ said.

Annie and RJ glared at them for it.

"It's not like that!..."They said simultaneously but their friends laughed at that reaction.

"Me thinks they doth protest too much..." CJ teased

"Me thinks they doth be annoying..."Annie said in annoyance.

CJ laughed and and he pulled out a book to block his view of the two. Annie phased out and stuck her tongue at him, causing him to laugh even more.

"Seriously?! We're just friends and this has gotten old..."Annie said in annoyance.

She seriously didn't understand why everyone thought that she and RJ had a thing for each other. Even her parents were doing it.

She didn't get it!

Yes, the two were close and had known each other for years, but the ghost girl had been the same with TJ and they zero in one those two is anyone's guess.

One thing for certain, it was REALLY annoying.

"You both know I can easily overshadow you both into doing something that will humiliate you for the rest of your life, right?..." Annie said in annoyance as Ron Jr. pulled the tangible part of the girl away from the textbook as he patted her on the back.

"Relax, AF. It's not like anything happened Friday night..." RJ commented, though he immediately regretted his choice of words upon seeing his friends' faces.

Tuck and CJ heard that and snickered, already getting ideas.

"What was this about last Friday night?..."Tuck said in a teasing way.

Annie rolled her eyes, already wanting this conversation to end but she knew that they'd just keep teasing them, so best get it over with.

"I'm JUST helping him with homework..." Annie stated.

"She was JUST helping me with my home work..."RJ said.

They had said it at the same time. The two of them blushed and looked away. Their friends just had teasing smiles on their faces.

"That's how it starts..." CJ said.

"Oh, shut up..."Annie said.

"Yeah guys, quit it..."RJ said.

They didn't quit it, they just kept up with their antics and getting on their nerves.

"How cute..." Tuck said.

"Keep talking and we'll see if Candice thinks you're cute if you suddenly start clucking like a chicken in public!..." Annie threatened.

She'd never attack her friends and they knew that but this was getting old and annoying. And while a physical attack would be out of the question, maybe a ghostly prank would do.

Neither of them stopped, though. They just kept going and going.

"Ho ho... she's willing to do that deny her feelings? She's serious..." Tuck went.

"We're just friends..." Annie said insistingly and RJ nodded eagerly.

Her friends didn't stop, though. They just kept up with their jokes and teasing.

"Denial's more then a river in Egypt..."CJ added.

"My mom made that joke... it's older than Clockwork..." Annie said in a deadpan way.

"Sometimes, the classics are the best..." CJ said with a smirk.

"We were just studying!..." RJ insisted.

"A study date?..." CJ asked playfully.

Exasperated, Annie rolled her eyes while CJ and TJ kept on going

"Pretty soon... they're gonna have study dates with candlelit dinners..." Tuck said.

"Very funny guys... now knock it off!..." RJ said, very annoyed now.

Tuck and Chris both laughed, loudly. Annie and RJ got really, REALLY annoyed now.

They loved Ceej and Tuck like brothers but sometimes they can be real pains.

Like right now.

"Sorry guys... but it's too easy to do it when you two are the closest of us..." Tucker said.

"Don't we feel special..." Annie muttered sarcastically.

"You're welcome..." TJ said cheekily while Annie rolled her eyes.

"Should have let BL defeat me..." She thought as they continued to tease her.

Annie tried to block it all out.

"They should have themselves a study date at that upscale place downtown..." Tuck suggested.

"The one with the valet and strict dress code?..." CJ asked, ignoring a ghostly glare from the girl

"You know it..."Tuck said, still chuckling.

The two teens in question were not reaching a point where repercussions would happen. They were at the line., No, they were hopscotching across it while they continued to tease Annie and RJ

"Guys... knock it off, or else!..." Annie warned.

Then CJ said this

"One of these days, you should have breakfast with your future in-laws..." CJ said.

That's when Annie was shown shuddering like a horrible memory returned to her mind.

All of the noticed this. CJ and TJ even stopped their teasing when they saw the look on her face.

"Uh... you okay?..." RJ asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine..."Annie said but she lied.

Her friends were not convinced.

"Annie, did something happen?..."He asked again.

"What happened?..." CJ asked, all concerned.

Annie was silent for a moment, she shuddered again as the memory came back.

"This morning... my folks... were being affectionate..." Annie said in an uneasy way.

"And... what's wrong with that?..." Tuck asked.

"Yeah. Isn't it a good thing?..." CJ added.

"Not when it's cranked to the max and acting like teenagers in front of their 4 kids..." Annie said in a grossed out tone.

"Oh..."The boys all said..."Eww..."They said.

"Exactly!..."Annie said.

All of her male friends shared the same sympathetic look at her. They had a feeling they knew what this was about. NO KID liked seeing their folks acting TOO lovey dovey with each other.

Even THEIR parents weren't like that, at least not at THAT sort of level.

Annie thought back to breakfast this morning, when her parents got all gross and mushy. She didn't want to but it happened.

The memory came back to her, unfortunately.

FLASHBACK

It was breakfast time for the Fenton family.

Kim had just finished serving food to her kids.

Then, she turned her attention to her husband gave him his plate.

"For the most handsome thing I've seen since I was 14..."Kim said as she kissed her husband.

Danny smiled.

"Thank you, my blue fox..."He said lovingly to his wife.

"Spankin of you to say that, Spaceman..." She said lovingly to her husband who eyed the food.

The man wolf whistled at the food. His wife went all out today, not that she'd need a reason. Everyday was good enough to put such effort into their lives.

"I see you made quite the spread. Glad to see someone's come a long way from Home Ec..."Danny commented.

Kim rolled her eyes. Ron told Danny once about their time in Home Ec and how she wasn't doing so well. It spread a rumor about her being a disaster in the kitchen, even if the rumor never left Middleton High in her Sophomore year.

"I swear... if Ron weren't my best friend, I'd remove his teeth. Fail to cook properly ONCE and EVERYONE think I'm a worse cook than that... Jimmy Pesto guy..." She complained.

"No one said that. NO ONE is a worse cook than that guy..."Danny said while Kim frowned

"I just wished people stopped thinking I was..." She groaned with her teeth gritted.

Danny couldn't help but smile as seeing her act this way

"Sorry..." Danny laughed... "You're beautiful when you're mad..." He said with his eyebrows wiggling.

Kim heard this and smiled again.

"I must be gorgeous, because you like to make me furious..." She said with an almost seductive smile.

The two adults at the table shared a passionate look. It was clear that they were still in love and still not at all tired of the other.

"Yes, you're gorgeous... even after four kids..." Danny said.

He is serious. She looked taller and more physically mature than when they were in high school. Her hips, despite giving birth to four kids, two of them twins, was hardly that much bigger. No doubt due to genetics from her parents, her figure was still as athletic as ever.

Kim nodded.

"Good to hear..." Kim smiled.

She took a good look at her husband. He was still a tough and handsome as ever, with those broad shoulders he's had since his early 20.

Crime fighting really helped people keep in shape

They barely looked any different from then. Even pushing 40, they still looked young as ever. Either due to Danny's powers with Kim's possible genes, they could still pass for late 20's in some cases.

Not to mention, they were still as affectionate as ever.

Like right now, as Kim got off her chair and went to her husband. Both of them were more than willing to ignore breakfast and just be very intimate with each other as Kim approached.

"Oh Danny..." Kim said lovingly.

"Oh Kim.."Danny said back, feeling like he was the luckiest guy on the planet.

Meanwhile, their kids looked grossed out by the Parental PDA, not eating anymore and covering their eyes.

How could they eat when they had to see THAT happening in front of them?!

"I'm grateful this is what led to why I'm here and all... but I don't need them to act this way in front of me..." Annie thought.

It's true, she does indeed have a lot of admiration for her parents' romance. Most of the next generation of heroes have parents who are either divorced or were born out of wedlock. But while the romance between Danny Phantom and Kim Possible was one that many looked up to, it wasn't something their kids wanted to see.

Like right now.

Her parents were still giving each other bedroom eyes.

The two were about to lean in for a kiss when they were reminded that they weren't alone in their room by the loud mortified screams of their four kids

"No!..." Annie went.

"No more! I'd rather that Vilgax show up!..." DJ went.

"GROSS! GROSS!..." The twins went.

Both parents smirked and decided to mess with their kids a bit.

"Aww... should we take this elsewhere?..." Danny asked.

"Yeah... maybe in a training match?..." Kim suggested.

"I hope so... you still make that battlesuit look good..." Danny said with a grin.

"Oh..." Kim said with a smirk.

Judging by that tone, it seems combat wasn't what they really had in mind. The younger kids thankfully didn't get it, but it didn't stop them not liking this. Especially when they got THOSE looks on their faces again.

The ones that made their skin crawl.

"Please... just do that when you guys are alone... with the doors closed... when we're at school!..." Annie begged in her mind as her parents continued with their lovey-doveyness.

Danny picked up Kim's hand, kissing her knuckles. His lips lingering over the golden ring on her ring finger. This made Kim pepper his face with kisses of her own, much to their kids dismay

"STOP!..." The kids went, not wanting their parents flirting in their faces again.

They stopped and smiled.

"They're right, Kim..." Danny said, pretending to sound serious as Kim just played around with his bangs before a faux-sigh left her mouth.

"Okay... just this for now..." Kim said as she cupped her love's face with both hands as they both smiled before sharing a quick peck.

"Yuck!..."Manny said, gagging and making sick noises.

Danny and Kim laughed as they pulled away. They weren't done yet messing with their kids of expressing their love.

"Hmm... not enough... " Kim said as they kept kissing each other and their kids were just covering their eyes like someone splashed salt water in them.

"MOMMY! PLEASE STOP!..." Frannie went, sounding horrified.

The mother and father grinned.

"You'll understand when your older, kids..." Danny said before kissing Kim again.

"You'll understand how and why we do this almost every morning..." Kim said before she kiss him back.

This time full on making out like teens. This left the eldest to whine.

"Please don't go any further!..." DJ went, using his arms to cover his face.

"No more! Please!..." Annie went.

"What she said!..." The twins went in unison with their eyes closed.

"I don't want another brother or sister!..." Annie complained as her parents chuckled.

"Sorry, Annie-bear..." They went after separating, though they still had smitten looks on their faces.

They shared one last kiss before Kim went back to her seat.

'I love you..." Kim said with a smile.

"I love you too..."Danny added, also smiling.

The children groaned as they could recall countless times their parents were like this. Granted, the couple have matured since their teen years but that didn't stop the random displays of affection from being too much for kids.

Like right now.

"Mom. Dad. I love you guys but please stop..." Annie remarked getting back to her food.

"We'll stop...for now... " Danny chuckled and Kim laughed too.

Their children peeked their eyes through their fingers, making sure it was safe to keep eating.

"Where are bad guys like Skulker or Dementor when you need them?..." Annie muttered.

Her parents laughed and went back to eating as breakfast continued.

End of Flashback.

Annie shuddered again as she tried to shake that memory away.

'Seriously eww!..." She thought.

The last thing Annie or any teenager wanted to see was her parents being lovey Dovey in front of her, acting like teenagers again. It was just unsettling, or as Uncle Ron would say "sick and wrong".

"I know I should be happy that mom and dad still love each other but do they have to do that stuff in front of us?..."Annie thought, mortified.

She didn't know what was worse, then making out in front of them or the idea that they could be continuing when the kids left. Annie rubbed her eyes to get the image out of her head.

"At least they're home alone... AWAY from us..."She thought.

"You okay?..." RJ asked.

"Yeah... let's just... not mention breakfast for the rest of the day... let's go..." Annie said.

"Yeah, we should probably get to Professor Weston's class soon..."CJ nodded.

The others agreed and the group of friends soon went to their next class.

Meanwhile

With Annie's parents

After returning home roughly half an hour ago from dropping off the kids, as DJ is the only one with some level of flight and the twins had to be given the special bracelets their paternal grandparents made so they don't abuse their powers, Kim returned home and she and Danny had a little time together before they left for work.

After stepping out of their bedroom, all dressed and ready for the day, both of them shared a kiss.

"I so wish I didn't have work right now..." Danny said.

"You know I have work, right?..." Kim said.

"True... I'd just follow you around all day..." He said.

Kim giggled.

"Cute... but I don't think Dr. Director will appreciate Global Justice's top agent and their superhero consultant making googly eyes at each other all day..."She said.

"There's always that private conference room?..." He suggested with his eyebrows wiggling.

Blushing hard, Kim laughed a little and punched him in the shoulder. It didn't hurt, but he did a playful "ow".

"Danny!..." She went as he shrugged.

"Worth a shot..."He said.

His wife rolled her eyes, but had an amused smile on her face.

"You best get going... the sooner you finish, the sooner we can get back to having a little fun..." Kim said with an almost seductive tone.

That did the trick as he practically bolted out.

"Got it!..." He went.

After using his powers to fly down and grab both his space helmet and the lunch he made while Kim was out in a bag, he went to share one more kiss with the love of his life.

Once done, they smiled at each other.

"Be safe out there, Spaceman..." Kim said.

"You know it, Blue Fox..." He said.

With that, he flew up and phased through the ceiling.

Kim sighed happily.

"Still a total dork... but now a very hot one..." She mused before leaving for her own work day.

Later at Casper High

At Lunch

The early morning classes had passed and it was soon time for lunch.

Annie and her friends arrived to the cafeteria, hungry and quickly got in line and got their respective lunched.

"Finally... lunch!..." CJ went.

"Sloppy Joe day!..." Tuck went.

They soon arrived to their usual table, with their sloppy joes, while RJ had brought his lunch from "home", which was some extra leftover naco's he and his dad had saved from dinner last night and would serve as his lunch.

"And you guys complain about Bueno Nacho..." RJ muttered as his male friends got their sloppy joes.

He has always been judgey about cafeteria food, especially the mystery meat. His dad was the same, even having some "war stories" about what Middleton's cafeteria served.

It didn't matter if it was a different school, Ron's stories stuck to him and he had opinions about a lot of stuff that his son has come share, albeit not as obsessively.

Annie, who had gotten some sloppy joes, merely shrugged.

"To each their own, RJ..."She said before taking a bite.

RJ shrugged before taking a bite of his naco, still preferring it to the cafeteria food. The group of teens then began eating and making plans for the day.

"So, what's the plan for after school?..." CJ asked

"Well, I have cheer practice, and unless a sitch happens, I have nothing else..."Annie said.

"And I gotta go to practice too, since it's Monday..."RJ said, referring to his own after school activity.

What about you two?..."Annie asked.

"I got practice..."Tuck said, referring to football practice..

"Practice... for the Doomed reboot's DLC releasing this Friday..."CJ said

"Wow, we all gotta break from the usual ghost hunting stuff this afternoon..." RJ said.

"Let's hope it stays that way..." CJ said.

"Let's hope for the ghosts' sake they don't have to deal with Annie Phantom..." Tuck said.

Annie smiled.

"Thank you..."She said

As much as she loves being a hero, she needs to have more in her life. Like hanging out with friends, cheerleading and other stuff like was something her parents actively encouraged to balance hero life.

An afternoon off is just what she needed.

The group of friends continued eating and talking. Enjoying the rare "normal" moment of their day.

For the time being.

After Lunch

Lunch was over.

Afternoon classes would star soon and Annie went to her locker to get her items.

"I sure hope that Mr. Renton doesn't give us another pop quiz..."She thought as she was inputting the combination, the girl grabbed what she needed for the next period.

Sure, she is a straight A students but math is where she struggles the most, like with her dad. Her math teacher being an old friend of her mother and RJ's father didn't help either.

Anyway, grabbing her math book, she as about to close her locket and to go to class. Unfortunately, that is when an arm rested on the left coed next door.

Annie saw this and groaned.

"Please let it not be—..."

"Hey there, Ms. Head Cheerleader. How you doing?..." Said a cocky suave voice.

With a groan, Annie turned to see the "star" quarterback, a boy with a bulky build, tan skin and obnoxious grin, named Dash Baxter Jr.

And just like his father before him, the boy managed to have skill in sports and was on the football team and while his skills were debatable, he, like previous generations of football players, believed that him and cheerleaders were meant to better than the other students. Just like his dad before him, Dash Jr believes that this makes him believe to be teen royalty and irresistible, complete with him acting like the "king" of high school.

He also seem to believe cheerleaders were the only girls worth chasing, especially Annie, and that as "king", he should have the head cheerleader and most popular girl at school as his "queen". Which also happens to be Annie, who, meanwhile, would rather go out with Señor Senior III than have anything to do with this creep, since at least the former, while technically a "villain", was nowhere close being as obnoxious and pushy.

Seriously, even Tawnie has lost her patience and she is supposedly his friend. Dash Jr was that obnoxious.

Meanwhile, the obnoxious boy grinned 'smoothly' as he leaned in, invading the ghost girl's personal space

Again.

"Wanna be with the quarterback? Like every head cheerleader should?..."He said, thinking he was irresistible.

Annie tried hard not to gag now. His breath, like him, was unbearable. Not to mention didn't respect any personal boundaries the girl had. No matter how many times she would repeat or push back.

Or punch back, as Annie once did during Freshman year. Without powers, but she still gave him a black eye at that carnival once.

He still did not learn.

She'd deck him again but she promised her parents she wouldn't hit someone unless it was self defense.

"I've said for the last time, Dash, I don't want anything to do with you..." Annie grumbled as she closed her locker.

Dash Jr, however, frowned for a moment before he gaffawed into laughter.

"What is with this guy?..." Annie thought.

"Come on, babe..."He said and Annie groaned.

"I can't believe this. Couldn't he just take no for an answer?! Or chase after someone as shallow as he is?..."The girl thought.

Then again, the only girl who would be that shallow and would stand more than a minute was Tawnie but she has made it clear that she and Junior are just "friends", odd since they're perfect for each other as far as Anne was concerned.

"Baxter, shouldn't you be looking for a mirror, the only thing that would fawn over you?..." Annie asked.

"That's still not a funny joke, babe..." Jr. said with an ignorant tone as he followed.

"I am NOT joking..."She said but he still wasn't taking a hint.

He just kept making the moves on her, ignoring the fact that Annie wanted nothing to do with him. She's had a few fans and male villains express interest, and yet none of them made her skin crawl like Dash Baxter Jr.

The girl didn't have time for this as she walked away. She would use her powers if this could be proven as an emergency. However, avoiding a pain in the butt isn't one of them.

She knows, she tried.

"Good, cause it ain't funny! After all, I'm The star quarterback and you are the head cheerleader. So we are supposed to date..."He said like it was the most natural thing in the world.

It was surprising to hear how he managed to say that sentence, what with his grades and all. He made himself to be a reason why nobody would want to be head cheerleader, but the ghost girl would not let him deter her from what she wants.

After all, still has Possible in her blood, so anything is so.

Besides her mom was head cheerleader when she was in high school and she didn't go for the quarterback at her high school. And unlike with Baxter here, her mom says that the quarterback at her school was he was nice guy, though not the brightest. He just wasn't her type...and he got held back a lot too.

She already wishes that quarterback's son was hitting on her instead. Since she doubts that ANYONE can be more irritating and intolerable than the one in front of her.

Even Ned Jr. was nowhere near as obnoxious.

No male villain her age with confirmed interest in her like Senior III or Johnny 13 and Kitty's youngest son, Kyle were anywhere near as obnoxious.

The 1/4 ghost girl was hoping one of them attacked right now and scared Dash off. It still be better than this.

Anything was better then this

"Dash, why don't you go pester someone else? Like the teachers for extra credit..." Annie seethed.

"I don't need it, besides, my dad is the coach so my spot is safe..." Dash said obnoxiously.

"Your dad's benched you during the last game..." Annie reminded and Dash looked annoyed at that.

"I wasn't feeling good!..." Dash said

"Sure, go with that..."The girl said, not buying it for a minute.

Coach Baxter was the only reason Dash was even still on the football team. He wanted his son to live up to his expectations and to relive his glory days. He was also was one of the least liked teachers at this school. It was his fault his son was being just as unbearable as Danny told Annie Dash Senior was back in the day.

As they say, the apple didn't fall very far from the tree

"I'm serious! I was all wrong! There had to be like a reason or something? Besides, you not realizing how good we can be..." Dash whined as Annie rolled her eyes.

"Because the coach is your dad..."Annie said, ticked off.

Coach Baxter wasn't her favorite person, given he encourages his son's behavior. It seems a dislike of him was something she got from both her parents.

Dash Jr, meanwhile didn't pick up that she was ticked. He just kept pestering her. Annie was tempted to break her rule to use her powers on him but restrained herself.

"Calm down, Annie He is just a normal , if intolerable, human being..."She reminded herself while the jock kept on pestering her with his advances.

"Come on, let's go out tonight. I hear the latest Dead Teacher movie is out..."He said as he tried to put his arm across her shoulder, only for Annie to respond with hand raised as she moved out of his grasp.

"No thanks..."She said as she tried to leave.

"Whoa, Babe... come on..."Dash Jr. said as he grabbed Annie by the shoulder, but it was in vain as the girl went intangible.

Now, Annie was mad.

"I SAID NO! GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK, THICK SKULL!..."She said in anger as her eyes flashed green with anger as the quarterback stepped away.

For a moment, he reconsidered his actions, but he wasn't one for using his head, not even literally

He didn't take no for an answer.

"Come on, babe! You know you can't say no to this..." The boy said while he flexed.

Once again the boy pushed the limits on whether or not Annie would use her powers. He always had a knack for it, crossing the line with "affectionate gestures". Be it popping up out of nowhere, getting her to hang with "the right people..." or saying how fine she looks in her cheerleader uniform, the boy could only make her dislike him more. As well as making her skin crawl.

"Can, will, and done..." Annie replied as she turned away.

Dash gritted his teeth but somehow calmed himself down. Annie was hoping he would go.

He, however, did not and wouldn't let her obvious distaste for him sink in.

Like father, like son.

"Annie please realize how good we'd be. Besides, who else is supposed to go out with a hot girl like you? That loser, Stoppable?..." Dash laughed, ticking her off more

"RJ is worth a million of you..." Annie said, while just friends, that struck a nerve.

"What?!..."The jock said, not liking what he just heard.

"You heard what I said. RJ is great guy and any girl would be happy to be his girlfriend, unlike a creep like you..."Annie said.

Now Dash Jr looked angry.

"Now, if you weren't a total babe, I'd slug ya..."He said but Annie scoffed.

"Better men than you have tried..." Annie said as she waved her hand dismissively.

"Listen, babe, we're not done here..."Dash Jr. said but Annie ignored him.

At least until her unwanted admirer was getting his hand on her. Annie was tempted to break it

"Dash, we never started. And if you don't stop, I am gonna..."

"Is something going on here?..." Came a voice from behind.

The two turned to see Principal Baker with Coach Baxter, watching the scene unfold. Dash Jr jumped away seeing his dad AND the principal while Annie smiled in relief.

"Finally..."She thought.

"D-Dad...and Principal Baker..."Dash Jr said nervously.

"What's going on, son?..."Dash Sr said in a stern voice, having seen the argument from across the hall.

"Nothing, I was just having a conversation with Ms. Fenton..."Dash said as he tried to gesture to Annie, who easily tore it apart.

"And I was just minding my own business when he wouldn't take no for an answer..."Annie said, making it clear that he was harassing her again.

That got Mikey Baker's attention.

"That so?..."The Principal said.

"I was just trying to ask her out, like my dad showed me ..."Dash Junior defended himself.

That made his father flinch as Principal Baker sent a glare.

"That so? ..."He asked.

He recalled from their school days how Dash used to treat others, be it boy or girl and it did NOT like how he got away with it.

"Heh... I don't know what he's talking about..." Dash lied poorly.

"I told Dash Junior that I wasn't interested and he wouldn't stop, he even tried to put a hand on me..."Annie added, smirking as she watched the annoying jerk sweat.

"I was... doing it in a friendly manner..."Dash Jr. insisted.

"Uh huh, and if I were to check the security cameras?...'Principal Baker said and both Baxter's gulped.

"Well, uh...I mean... He stammered as Principal Baker's foot was tapping impatiently.

"I was just trying to ask her out... she was being... difficult..."Junior said pathetically.

No one believed him, even his dad.

The principal was tired of this and lost his temper.

"Baxter, office. Now!..."The principal said.

Dash Senior rose a hand.

"Uh..."

"BOTH of you..."Principal Baker said.

"W-What? But what about football practice?..." Jr asked.

"If Miss Fenton is right, you have detention and no amount of football scores can get you out of it! Unless you have a medical condition, you've got time to pay..." The principal said in a stern way.

"But...but..."

"Look, Mik- I mean, Principal Baker. My son was only trying to..."Dash tried but the glare from the geek he used to bully, who is now his boss, not looking pleased.

Dash gulped.

He is no longer the puny guy he used to push around, stuff into lockers and make do his homework. Now, he has grown up and is his boss.

A boss who has no patience for him or care for sports scores and who also has ZERO tolerance for bullies or students harassing others, which his son is guilty of both.

"I'm waiting..."Mikey said.

Coach Baxter didn't say anything because he knew it'd get him and his son in even further trouble. He then turned and sent a glare to his son.

"Come on..."He said.

"What?!..."His son said.

"Do as he says Junior..."Dash said.

"But dad..." Dash Jr tried to protest but his dad's stern look silenced him

Now that they were caught, they were in deep trouble.

"Want to make it a whole week? If not, then follow..." The principal ordered.

"If only she stopped playing hard to get..."Jr cursed under his breath as he did as ordered.

The coach, Junior's father, shook his head in disappointment . He hadn't been the same boy in high school since graduating. He is no longer the jock he once was, he was miserable, working for a guy he used to bully and now his paycheck is on the line.

He tried to live his life through his son, and now it's endangering his meager salary.

Karma, huh?

"Just follow us, son..." The coach sighed as he turned and walked away with the boy in tow, who was grumbling under his breath.

Micheal Baker, the principal saw this and shook his head.

"Like father, like son..." He quipped as he left, but not before saying... "Ms. Fenton, please remember to not be late for class as we deal with this...again..."He said.

"Yes, sir..."Annie said.

Principal Baker left with Coach Baxter, who now pulled his son by his ear when he started arguing again and threatened to fire him. Annie was just glad that Dash Jr was gone. Another minute and she might have broken her vow not to harm normal people.

"When is he gonna learn?..."She muttered.

Just then, her friends came by.

"What happened? We saw Baxter and the principal and the coach?..."RJ asked in concern.

"Oh, the usual. Dash Jr was being a creep again..."Annie said with distaste.

RJ frowned upon hearing this.

"Someone should teach that creep a lesson.."He said while Tuck and Chris agreed.

"Maybe some itching powder in his uniform..."TJ suggested,

"Or maybe something more direct, like a football in the head..."CJ said.

"Good idea. I know where we can find one... Tuck said.

"Make sure he doesn't realize it's intentional. Maybe during practice?..." RJ suggested.

"Got it..."They both said.

Annie shook her head at their over protectiveness.

"Guys, as much as I appreciate the concern, I can handle Dash..."She told them before they went and did something stupid.

Again.

"You shouldn't have to..." TJ said and CJ nodded.

"Let us help drill the idea into his skull... maybe not with a real drill..."RJ insisted but Annie shook her head.

"As gut-bustingly hilarious as that would be, I'm fine, besides, I can easily bench press twice his height and fly as fast as an F-22..."Annie reminded.

"True, but still wouldn't hurt to accept help. Besides, ,you are our friend and we care..."RJ said.

Annie smiled at that.

"RJ..." She thought fondly.

Then she saw the clock on the wall and frowned.

"Oh man, I got math now..."Annie said.

"And we got gym..."TJ said.

They are mostly in most of their classes together, except for two periods set together, this is one of them. The other is history, which she's far better at. She wishes she had that instead

"See you guys, later..." Annie said.

"Laters, Annie..."Tuck said.

"See you later..." CJ said.

"Try to survive..."RJ said.

"You too..."She said.

The group of friends soon went to their own respective classes.

Later

During Gym

Annie's best guy friends were in the locker room, getting ready for gym class.

CJ looked over to RJ and nodded.

"So, I heard from Ruben that he's going to ask Annie out to the Dead Teacher remake..."CJ said in a certain knowing way.

RJ noticeably flinched and CJ smirked at that reaction.

Ninja boy took the bait, like always.

RJ frowned.

Ruben is Professor Felix Renton's son and an acquaintance of theirs from Kim and Ron's Middleton days. Like Dash, he has crush on Annie but unlike him, he is actually a nice, if show-offish guy, who was at least respectful to her.

RJ shook his head, realizing what they're doing.

"Well, good for him. I'm sure they'll have fun..." RJ said but there was something else in his voice.

Something that sounded like he was jealous. Not that he would admit it.

His two best male friends, however, didn't buy it.

They never do.

"Still in denial..."" CJ said.

RJ frowned as he tried to ignore his and he tried to resume putting on his gym clothes.

TJ rolled his eyes at this attitude. He decided to go to the next step.

"You know she hasn't said yes yet dude..." He said.

"So?..."RJ asked.

His friends sent him a knowing look, as if it was suppose to be obvious or something.

"So, you could always ask her..."CJ said in a hinting way.

RJ heard this and groaned.

"Not this again..."He grumbled...Guys. For the last time, we're just friends..."RJ said for the billionth time.

"No, we're just friends..." TJ said as he gestured to the three of them.

"Besides, we see how you look at each other. You can be more then friends if you tried..."CJ said with a smirk.

RJ blushed, before shaking his head. He didn't want to talk about this again. He just wanted to change and survive gym class today.

He wanted to make it clear that he did not have feelings for Annie Fenton. He's been trying to since they were 13 but they never listen.

"Look, Annie is the best. She's fun, funny, smart, pretty but we wouldn't work..."RJ said, still refusing to own up to his own feelings.

"More like you're afraid to try it..." CJ said.

RJ sighed but wasn't giving up denying anything. His friends sighed and kept trying.

"Guys... knock it off..."He said but his friends sent cheeky smiles at him.

"Can't, too fun." CJ said with a smile.

RJ frowned harder.

His friends sighed. It was obvious that there was something between them. Everyone could see it but they were too afraid or unsure to do anything about it. It was pretty frustrating.

"Dude come on, just ask her out already..."Tuck said.

"Yeah, Annie and you are perfect for each other and she'd be getting a monkey powered partner in fighting crime..."CJ nodded.

"I'm already her partner in fighting crime" RJ pointed out

"True, but you do that with us. I mean on your own..."CJ said.

"Plus, you just admitted that she's pretty..."Tuck said in a teasing way.

RJ blushed.

"S-So..."He said

"Most friends don't call each other pretty..." CJ added.

"She is pretty and I mean in a totally platonic way..."RJ said.

"Uh huh and I'm Batman..." CJ said sarcastically.

"Nobody but other girls think a female friend is pretty on a platonic level..." Tuck said.

"Besides, like you said, Annie IS fun, funny AND pretty..."CJ added.

RJ got tired of this conversation now and his brow furrowed. He threw up his arms in exasperation and looked to his best guy friends.

"Well, if you guys think she's so amazing, then how come you're not trying to date Annie?..."RJ shot back

CJ and TJ blinked at that.

Them? Date Annie?

Eww!

They shook their heads.

"Yeah, no thanks..." They both said, shaking their heads.

Sure, Annie is pretty but they have known her since they were babies and she was practically their sister for Pete's sake.

Plus, she wasn't their type..

Besides, CJ sort of had his eye on ANOTHER member of the cheer squad, though denied any attraction.. TJ, on the other hand, was happy with Candice right now.

RJ was the one exception to this. Even though they spent the most time together, they didn't feel that way. Despite knowing her for just as long, RJ seemed the only one who didn't think of her as a sister.

This is why they tease the two the most.

Plus, it was too fun not to tease them, especially with how they both get flustered and defensive.

"She's all yours, dude..." Tuck said.

"Yeah, you two would work better anyway..."CJ said cheekily..."Plus, I got my eye on another and I'm wearing her down..." He said proudly.

"Maybe we can double date one day, lover boy..."He teased.

With a groan and eye roll, RJ glared at them.

"We're just friends..."RJ repeated.

"For now..." Tuck said.

"I'm tired of this..."RJ grumbled.

"So are we..."CJ said, impatiently.

The ninja boy shook his head, very annoyed right now.

"Ugh... I need some air..."RJ groaned.

RJ headed out of the locker room, while CJ shook his head.

"Darn it, we almost had him..."He said.

"Maybe we should just lock the two in a janitors closet..."TJ told him.

"It wouldn't work. Annie can phase them out..."CJ said.

"Oh right..."Tuck said.

They weren't giving up thought. Not by a long shot.

Later

At Cheer practice

It was after school and many students were either at home or taking part of their extracurricular activities.

Annie was doing the latter, as she was enjoying one of her favorite things at school.

Cheerleading.

The squad consisted of the following people: Candice Du, Luna Baker, Gloria Renton, Rikki Marsh and lastly Tawnie Rockwaller...unfortunately.

With Annie Fenton as team captain.

She and her fellow cheerleaders were currently practicing a new routine. One involving a tower.

"Come on ladies, let's do it!..."Annie said as she and her squad got ready .

Annie had worked hard on coming up with the routine and was excited to practice with her squad.

Loud music played as the girls danced around the gym before getting into the tower. Three were at the bottom as the foundation and the other girls standing on top of each other's shoulders, making the tower with Annie on top.

All together, the girls kept their balance and started to cheer.

"The home team remains the best! R-A-V-E-N-S! GO RAVENS!..."They cheered together.

Annie and the rest of the cheerleaders smiled brightly, standing in formation. All but one, who had a reluctant smile that was barely noticeable as she sent an icy glare at Annie.

"MY cheer was so much better..." Tawnie thought.

The top of the tower was captain, where she believed to be her rightful place. Annie felt enough of the girl's glare to ignore it many times. It had nothing on some the foes her father fights at times.

"Even Box Lunch is scarier than you..." Annie thought as they continued.

Soon it was time for a water break and the other cheerleaders were speaking with their captain.

"That new cheer was great Annie.."Candice, the daughter of Will Du and Valerie Gray said nicely.

"Yeah, excellent..."Luna, daughter of Principal Mikey Baker and Star Strong said with a smile.

"No big, it was just something my mom helped me with.."Annie said humbly.

"Still cool..."Candice said happily.

Across the room, Tawnie was fuming in envy at all of the attention and praise Annie got.

"It wasn't THAT cool..."Tawnie said but the others ignored her as it was clear that she was just jealous.

They knew she would refuse any good idea for not being hers. Especially from Annie.

"Agree to disagree Rockwaller..." Rikki Marsh said, being the most annoyed with Tawnie's constant complaints.

"Definitely, and I totally agree it was awesome..." Said another in agreement.

"Like yeah!..."

"Hmph...whatever..." Tawnie replied with a twist of her head.

The other girls shook their heads at this. They were used to Tawnie acting like a brat. The only reason she was on the squad was that she WAS a pretty good cheerleader

And that was it.

Outside of that, they'd never associate with her.

"And she wonders why we don't hang out with her outside of practice..." Candice mutters.

"I heard that..."Tawnie huffed before crossing her arms.

"It's not a secret..."Candice said.

Tawnie glowered and chose to be petty and spiteful.

"At least my mom wasn't a 'henchmen'..." Tawnie said using air quotes again, referencing how Candice's mom was manipulated by Vlad Plasmius as a teen before wising up and becoming an ally to Team Phantom.

The Du girl frowned at that, but had a retort.

"No, she just married the supervillain, who dumped her after what? An hour of quality time?..." Candice said... "Her ex in high school and even the Supervillain didn't want her..."She added.

"Even my Uncle Larry didn't want her, and she was just that desperate..." Annie joked.

All of the other girls laughed. That made Tawnie's face turn red, but she turned away and pouted.

"Oh please..." Tawnie scoffed.

Annie rolled her eyes.

Most of the girls on the squad were nice and good friends of hers. The only exception is Tawnie, who still believes that SHE should be the cheer captain, not Annie.

It has been that way since middle school when they both tried out for the squad at the same time.

FLASHBACK

It was a typical day at Casper JR High and it was the first day of cheer leading tryouts.

Several girls had come, hoping to join the squad by the end of the day. One of them was a 13 year old Annie Fenton, who was here to give it an honest shot.

Annie was a little nervous but swallowed it down. She had to try.

She wanted to keep up the tradition of her mother being a cheerleader. Plus, it gave her an excuse to do some exercising without punching anyone.

Kim would love to spar with her more often, but her globetrotting adventures made that more of a weekend thing.

She watched Candice do an impressive job with her routine. Managing to execute a series of back flips and splits as she did her routine perfectly.

Everyone applauded her, Annie included.

Candice bowed to everyone as the applauce continued.

"Okay, good job Candice..."Luna said.

Candice smiled and Annie felt happy for her.

"Congratulations, Candice..."Annie said.

"Thanks..."Candice said.

Annie smiled, happy for her..

She can only hope to do as well as her. Annie watched the next girl, Luna, finish her routine and everyone applauded politely.

Annie stood straight and took a breath..

"Okay, next is Annie Fenton..." The coach said said from looking from her clipboard.

It was her turn now and she started to feel her nerves but Candice sent her an encouraging smile.

"Break a leg..."Candice said.

"Thanks..."She said as she got ready.

However, the first to pass was in her way. And she wanted Annie to break a leg... literally.

It was Tawnie, who passed her and scoffed.

"Trying too hard to be like your mom? How lame..." Tawnie said in a catty way.

"Calling the kettle black..." Annie responded.

"At least, I can actually do it without choking then crying to her stuffed animals later..."Tawnie mocked.

"At least I'm not blaming someone I never met for something that happened before we were born and that never really going to happen in the first place..."Annie shot back.

Tawnie made a face like she'd swallowed a lemon whole and fumed.

"Watch it, A..."Tawnie said before storming off.

Annie tried not to let her get under her skin. She just tried to focus on acing her try out.

She was ready.

She asked her mom to give her a crash course on cheerleading and found it wasn't that different from her learning the first 6 forms of Kung Fu, only less violent and with more music and flipping.

"You can do this. You can do this. You are the daughter of Kim Possible. You can do anything..."She thought as she Annie can't use her powers, she had to rely on her physical prowess.

It was no big, she has been seeing cheerleading since she was practically a baby anyway. Still, the nerves are still there

Annie took a deep breath, letting it out slowly before a determined look came on her face.

"I'm SO ready..." Annie said as she got in position

The music began to play as Annie dove forward.

Annie moved in beat with the music, kicking and flipping through the air, smiling the whole time.

It was nothing compared to the obstacle course her paternal grandparents made for her when she was 10. That required the kind of agility and precision her mother and Mama Maddie were capable of.

It had her running up the bleachers and easily perform back flips.

It had her run up the walls, 5 feet off the ground.

It had her do a hand stand while spinning.

It all soon came to an end when Annie landed in a splits, with her arms and pom poms raised in the air as she grinned widely.

"Go Ravens!..." She cheered as it came to an end.

Once she was done, Annie was panting and grinning.

She soon saw everyone's reaction.

They were floored.

The coach smiled approvingly. She nodded.

Candice and the other kids and cheerleaders present were amazed.

All the while, Tawnie even had her jaw drop in disbelief.

It wasn't long before the other girls snapped out of their shock and started APPLAUDING.

"We know who our future captain is!" Candice Du said.

All but one girl was seen agreeing with her.

That girl was a bitter looking Tawnie, who finally managed to snap out of her shock and began nay saying.

"No way!..."Tawnie yelled.

"Alright!..." Luna went.

"Go, Annie!..." Rikki went.

"All in favor?..."The coach asked, which prompted the rest of the girls to approve.

"NO!..."Tawnie yelled.

"YES!..." The rest went.

Meanwhile Tawnie stomped around like a spoiled brat, hating this. She then marched to Annie and looked at her accusingly.

"There's no way you could have done that by yourself. You had to have use her powers!..." Tawnie accused

"I did not..." Annie said, proving it.

She pulled up her and showed off her special bracelet that was made by her grandparents for "unique" students for competitions and other events.

"My grandparents, all 4 of them, made this to make sure my siblings and I don't use our powers. I'm not allowed to take this off at school before I'm 14..."Annie said.

"You had to have turned that off!..." Tawnie insisted.

"Care to figure out how I can do that without reprogramming it to deactivate unless a total emergency was happening?..." She asked.

Tawnie was seething now, partially because science wasn't a strong suit of hers. But pride wouldn't let her just say no. The girl opened her mouth to retort and argue, but no sound came. She tried again with no mention cement this time. However, Tawnie still looked like she wanted to argue.

"Well yeah but...but..."Tawnie tried to argue.

"But what?..."The red head said while the brunette gritted her teeth in frustration.

"I'm waiting..."Annie said before the coach appeared.

"Okay, girls. That's enough..." The coach said

"Sorry, coach..."Both girls said, but Tawnie kept glaring at her rival.

Annie just ignored her.

Soon it was time for the coach to announce who would make the squad this year.

Annie listened intently as the coach listed off names in order..

"Du, Baker, Rockwaller and, no surprise, Fenton. Congrats..."

"And captain?..." Tawnie questioned, still hoping for a shot.

"It ended up not going as she hoped.

"Lastly, the captain for the eighth grade team is..." The coach paused for dramatic effect..."Ms. Annie Fenton..."

"WHAT?!..." Tawnie screeched.

Annie blinked in surprise.

Like her mother., she somehow got to be captain

She just wanted to join the squad, she didn't expect to be made captain like this and so soon.

"Wow... Mom's genes paid off..."She thought, proud of herself.

Suddenly, all the girls lifted Annie up and began congratulating her.

"Way to go, Annie..."Candice shouted happily and the other girls cheered happily.

All the while, Tawnie was seething in anger and jealousy.

"That should be ME!..."She thought envy.

All the while, Annie was smiling, but shrugged.

"Looks like I am team captain now..."She thought.

She didn't mean to win the spot, but she can't argue.

End Of Flashback

That was how it went and Tawnie has been bitter since then and even thought it has been two years, she still hadn't given up

She has been trying to usurp her since then, all because she believes that she should be the cheer captain.

Annie would have admired her persistence if it wasn't so annoying.

Tawnie just refuses to live in anyone's shadow. Regardless of Annie's skills, Tawnie saw her only as an obstacle

Like her mother.

And like her mother, she was needlessly petty and bitter about couldn't accept that someone else was in the spotlight, even if another person earned it. Like that person having the skills and experience she did not and was better suited.

Tawnie kept trying to take what she felt was her rightful place. Despite a clear gap in skills, both cheering and leadership. And that was without the ghost powers.

Tawnie just couldn't budge.

The hierarchy didn't change even now, as the cheerleaders practiced. They had a routine to maintain for games and competitions. Right now it for a big match coming up with a rival school, Bellwood actually.

"Okay girls, guys let's do our halftime routine now..."Annie said.

"Got it..." Luna said.

"Let's rock..."Candice went.

The girl kept moving in rhythmic sync as they performed their latest maneuvers. Shaking their hips and Pom-poms, the school would love this next routine.

"Go Ravens..." They cheered

Practice continued, all the while Tawnie was still bitter.

Same as always.

Annie was unaware that from a distance, about a mile away from the school, someone was watching them...or rather Annie, with dark interest.

"Should we move on the target now?..." One voice asked.

"Negative, we wait until the right moment..."Another said.

"We will have our target soon..."The being said before disappeared in a flash.

Soon their target would be in their grasps, ready for their plans to begin.

Oh boy.

3) Not sure.

4) Depends the versions but I say they are okay.

5) Personally, I would explore more of the ghost zone, add some new characters, give Valerie and some other characters more CD and obviously, have Danny face off against Dan Phantom.

:) I hope you enjoyed this! Remember to read and review :)
