The Many Kids of Danny Fenton

Mako-chan Part 2

In The Ghost Zone

The time master and his guests had just watched the entire breakfast scene with entertained smiles on their faces.

Clockwork decided to "pause" the images and they all used this time to make comments over what they just saw.

"I like it so far..."NeoMark said.

"So, Mako's the oldest of Danny's kids? I wonder why..."61394 said.

"If I recall, her parents married young compared to the other pairings..."FP11 said.

"Oh right, Danny did propose after Makoto's graduation..."61394 said, realizing her point.

BCW shrugged.

"Well, there was that whole Christmas cake concept, though that is not the case anymore..."BeConFuzzled Writer said, noticing the stares he was getting.

"What? I'm just saying Makoto comes from a place where age does have a factor in somethings. Look it up..."He said.

61394 pulled out a laptop out from somewhere, actually looking up what his colleague said.

After a moment of typing, he got his answer.

"Huh, I did not know that..." He admitted before putting it away, and going back to snacking.

Flower Princess 11 smiled as she turned to the time master.

"So, what do you think of Danny and Mako's kids, fate wise?..."The brunette asked.

"I think that like the other children, Mako shows a lot of promise, and so do her brother and sister..."Clockwork said with a smile.

"Just like with Kim and her kids..."NeoMark said.

"Like in every world, I'm excited for more. Danny's kids always have some kinda adventure. I can't wait to see what Mako's day will be like..."61394 said.

"Me too..."NeoMark said.

"What are we waiting for?..."BCW said.

Everyone saw that the popcorn bucket was now empty and turned to Number Boy.

"Do you have any more popcorn?..."BCW asked.

"Of course..."61394 said as he refilled the popcorn bucket while the other authors got comfortable.

"Any chance you got chocolate snacks too?..."NeoMark said.

"Always..."61394 said.

"Okay... I'll take some nachos with my chocolate too..."NeoMark said.

After helping his fellow authors, 61394 helped himself to a very large soda. The time master looked amused at this before turning back to the time window.

"Now, let us continue with the show..."CW said as he pressed a button, continuing the show.

With Mako

The young heroine found herself by herself by the park. She was happy since she did not see anyone else here.

No paparazzi or pesky bad guys trying to cause trouble.

"Good..."She said as she glanced at her watch to see the time. For once, it looks like she's not going to be late.

She also noticed that is was a beautiful day today and since she still had time, she thought about just taking the scenic route to school. Makoto breathed in the morning air and walked at a slow, relaxed pace as she was enjoying the nice Amity Park weather.

She took enjoyment of these brief moments of peace and quiet, since being the child of a superhero with a public identity isn't always easy.

She wondered how one of her friends, Donna Stoppable could handle it but she admits that having parents who are well known and don't have secret identities can be tough.

"At least mom's identity is still secret..."She would often think.

Yes, a few of Danny's friends (like the ones he met years ago due to his blind dates) did know of the Sailor Guardians' identities. They were only a small amount and those who actively save people but it was only after the girls gave their consent to let them know since her dad DID promise to keep their identities a secret.

Anyway, as the tall teenager walked out the park, she saw a bus picking up some children who immediately recognized her and smiled.

"Hi Mako..."A couple of elementary kids said, waving at her.

"Hey guys..."She greeted warmly at them as she waved back.

Makoto kept on going to Casper High at a relaxed pace. The sun's rays warmed her up as she kept going, while more people waved at her and she was glad to see that they were all still safe.

"So far, no trouble from Earth, the Ghost Zone or even space..."She thought, relieved...especially after what happened recently.

Just last week, her good friend Mina and her family paid them a visit and a few ugly monsters from space, remnants of some race called the Lorwardians, attacked. Fortunately, Mako and her father were involved and the invasion was a short-lived failure and they managed to send them back to whatever armpit of the universe they came from.

The best part is that it didn't interfere with her studies, which is a relief since her mother would ground her from superhero duty if she didn't get good grades.

Speaking of which, she was also glad she managed to get all her homework done last night. The book report she was assign was big but she is not worried and is sure that she nailed it...and it seemed easier than talking to or getting a date with a certain boy who still hasn't gotten the hint she likes him and she could hope for so far is nothing interfering.

She was aiming to change that today and also survive high school.

"I hope Mr. Spudinski doesn't have another one of his pop quizzes..."She thought in dread, thinking of her tough yet fair teacher.

At the very least, he's much better then this one guy her dad mentioned used to work there. Some old guy who ended up being fired due to turning a blind eye to bullying. Her mother felt it was karmic as he used to treat service industry people like dirt.

However, before she could worry about a potential test or a certain boy that she likes, she felt a blue mist escape her mouth and she groaned.

"So much for getting to class on time..."She sighed as she knew what she had to do.

"Phantom Power! Make up!..."She shouted.

She quickly summoned a pair of rings that traveled up and down her body and soon her green top, brown khaki's and shoes were replaced by what could be described as a sailor uniform, but unlike the outfits traditionally used by the Sailor Guardians, this one is mostly black with some white and silver, and she also had a bit of green on her. Along with a DP hair clip and her mother's symbol on the white gem on her chest.

She glanced down at her costume and as usual, couldn't help but sigh a little.

"I still can't believe people can't tell who my mom really is..."She muttered as she flew up and went to find the bad guy.

"Let's get this over with. I don't want to be late again..."She thought, looking around for any sign of the ghost causing trouble.

After a few minutes of searching, Mako soon spotted who is the cause of all of this calamity.

It was a female ghost with flaming blue hair and wearing a rocker outfit and had a guitar as she she scared people, causing property damage and and laughed all the way..

It is Ember McLain, the ghostly singer who once stole a kiss from her father and was one of his worst enemies. Though, now a days she's more of a nuisance and in denial of how she feels about him, no matter how obvious it is.

Anyway, Mako saw the ghostly diva laughing as she caused panic.

"TELL ME WHO YOU LOVE!..."She shouted as she strummed again, sending a sonic boom destroying a car..

The young heroine rolled her eyes.

"Why am I not surprised?..."Mako thought in annoyance as she decided to go confront her.

"Hey! One-Hit blunder!..."The heroine shouted.

The ghostly diva turned around and smirked.

"Oh look, it's the Dipstick's little princess..."Ember said mockingly while Mako glared at her.

The ghostly diva has changed over the years. Sure, technically ghosts don't age but they can change their looks over time if they wanted to.

Ember now sported a wilder, more punk-ish look as she now had hair on the left side of her head longer and not in a ponytail anymore.
She also traded her one-strip black top for a two-strap that had a grey chest area, and slacks with grey boots for black shorts with straps attached to black boots. Her guitar changed as well, now it was white and almost star like in shape.

Mako couldn't help but remember the time she shaved the sides of her head and tattooed, or possibly dyed, the Danny Phantom logo on the side of her head. She even had a DP logo shaped guitar at one point, which she knew couldn't have been a coincidence.

"And people say I copy my parents too much but she's denying that she even has a thing for my dad when it was literally all over her..."Mako thought at the time.

However, right now, her eyes narrowed and glowed even greener as she approached the adversary.

"Evil beware, as a Guardian in training I will bring peace and justice wherever I go!..."Mako said before she descended on her foe. "I am Mako Phantom and in the name of my father and my lineage, this evil-doer will face justice..."She declared dramatically.

"Do you really have to say that every time you face a bad guy? What is this, an anime?..."Ember questioned as she rolled her eyes.

"Hey, it's how the Sailor Guardians do it..."Mako shrugged before getting back in the game.

"Lame..."Ember said.

"Says the evil ghost who still denies being into my dad, eww, even when she was dressed like his biggest fanatic at one point..."Mako remarked, causing the diva to snarl.

"Oh, shut up!..."Ember shouted as she sent a blast at her, which the other girl dodged.

"So, still trying to make yourself a big star through doing evil deed, huh?..."Mako asked in a mocking tone.

Ember scowled before deciding to act petty.

"I see your old man's been teaching you...So, are you gonna sick that giant on me again or does your mommy still care about her secret identity?..."The ghostly diva mocked.

Mako frowned hard and clenched her fists as they cackled with ecto-sparks

"Don't disrespect her, my mother's name is as important as my dad's!..."She hissed.

"Whatever..."Ember scoffed, not really caring.

She just wanted to rock on, cause a little trouble and maybe get Danny's attention. Not that she'd admit it, though. However, part of her was disappointed Mako showed up, instead of her dad... which once again, she would not admit it.

"Let me remind you he's off limits to you!..."Mako said as she quickly jettisoned to the diva, delivering a punch that was blocked by a guitar.

Ember looked at her with a cocky smirk.

"So, where IS your hot but irritating dad anyway..."She said and Mako practically shuddered now.

"Okay one: Eww! And two: he's at home and he is STILL happily married to my mom..."The brunette reminded her.

Ember had made a few unwanted advances towards her dad over the years. Whether it was because she actually liked him or just liked ticking off her mother, Mako had no idea but was too grossed out to pry further. It's very likely both but as said, she did not want to find out. Either way, she didn't have time for this.

"Let's get this over with..."Mako grunted since she had to get to school and fast.

The brunette girl sent a blast at the ghostly diva, who pushed back, infusing the instrument with enough energy to knock back Mako.

"Don't you've got school to go to, Sweetie?..."Ember asked mockingly to the teenager.

"Don't you have a have a gig at a coffee shop somewhere, like all music wash outs end up?..."Mako quipped back.

Ember's hair flared up, letting Mako know she was ticked.

"Oh, you wanna go there, little brat?..."Ember said darkly as she struck a power chord.

Mako dodged and got ready for a fight.

"Bring it, McLAME!..."Mako shouted.

"Okay... Dipstick's about to see why a kid with a human was a bad move..."She said as she turned a dial on her guitar.

"Yeah... because a kid who calls you "Mom" would do so much better, right?..."Mako said sarcastically.

"At least my kid would have style..."Ember said, arms crossed.

"Yeah... dressing like a punk rocker is style..."Mako said sarcastically, which got on the ghoul's nerves.

"Just as quippy as her dad... but not as ruggedly handsome...."She thought angrily as she readied her guitar and turned to the younger girl.

"I was saving this for your old man but you'll do..."Ember said, looking ticked off.

"Whatever. Lets get this over with. I gotta get to school..."Mako challenged.

The sailor ghost and ghostly diva locked eyes.

It was on, now.

It was Ember vs Mako Phantom.

Back at Clock Tower

"Cool, she's almost like Annie..."NeoMark said.

"Well, her mom is also hero who gets physical. It's no surprise that she'd be tough too..."Flower Princess admitted while the other authors kept watching the fight and eating.

"Indeed, now shush... you're about to see how it goes..."Clockwork said before they continued watching the battle.

Back to the fight

Mako flew at her opponent as Ember set her guitar from hypnosis to attacking.

She strummed her guitar, sending a shock wave flying towards Mako but the teenage girl dodged it.

"You missed!..."Mako shouted.

However, a swing of the guitar hit her.

"What was that?!..."Ember asked mockingly while the younger girl held the side of her head.

"No wonder Dad wasn't so quick to take interest..."Mako muttered, annoyed before she shook it off and resumed her attack.

"I'm not done yet!..."She shouted.

"Let's fix that!..."Ember said.

The two charged forward, their fists reeled back as they threw punches. They would have hit had Mako not feinted and ducked down, landing hit fist into Ember's stomach.

"Ouf!..."The diva ghost let out as she reeled back, dropping her guitar, and almost spilled her lunch from the force.

It hurt but was not enough.

"I actually learned how to use my hands by my mom!..."Mako shouted.

Ember only scoffed before she threw her guitar at Mako, who moved to her right to avoid it.

"Awww...how cute. The little princess thinks she can fight like a girl..."Ember teased.

"I can do more than that..."Mako said as she went again for a punch, her fist charged with ghostly electricity.

The Sailor ghost would have connected the blow had the guitar not rode into her from behind. The instrument flung the girl towards her foe before going back to its owner.

Ember kicked Mako in the process, sending her into the ground.

Getting up, Mako gritted her teeth.

"Looks like Mommy didn't teach you as well as you thought..."Ember mocked.

The ghost girl cursed herself. Her pride was bruised but commended her to get up and back into the ring. She got up and stared at the ghost with a stern face.

"If I wanted to get harassed by one of my dad's jilted admirers… I'd visit Camille Leon or that pink-haired alien princess...or even Paola's crazy mother..."Mako said.

"Ugh… they do NOT compare to me..."Ember said angrily. "I am so much cooler..."She added, letting her interest in Danny get to her while the heroine rolled her eyes again.

"I don't have time for this..."Mako muttered to her self.

"Neither do I!..."Ember shouted as she flew towards her to pummel her

Mako brought her hands up, blocking the guitar. She struggled against Embers attack as it starts breaking through her shield but she got her foe in position.

"At least she's close enough..."Mako thought as her eyes glowed.

Next was an attack based on her mother's most well known attack. While she didn't have a tiara like Sailor Jupiter, she's developed this as a power due to combining the Sailor power she inherited with her ghost powers.

"Spirit... THUNDER!..."Mako shouted as she fired her attack.

With a wave of electricity flowing from Mako, Ember was shocked and hit with enough to make her stunned and fall to the ground.

"S-s-s-tu-p-p-p-id kid..."Ember managed to say as she twitched on the floor.

Mako grinned and pointed at her for while winking.

"I guess what she used to say is true, filled you with regret and leave you feeling numb..."She said proudly.

Fighting off the twitch, Ember got up and gritted her teeth as she was getting more impatient.

The sailor ghost girl was staring to win. The diva was annoyed with her interference, but would not allow herself to be upstaged by a kid. She wasn't going to have that, not now and not ever.

"Time for my newest hit!..."Ember said striking her guitar.

From the chords, many sound waves erupted, forming fists in the air as they bombarded Mako. The ghost girl quickly erected a barrier that, while it blocked the attack, the force still pushed her and her shield into a tree.

"Give it up Princess. A quarter ghost like you's no match for me..."Ember taunted.

"I beg to differ, you has been!..."Mako said, getting up and bringing the shield back up.

One of the fists hit the barrier head on, causing an explosion as the shied dropped and Mako was sent back to the ground.

Ember hovered over her and sent her a smug look.

"Awe, what's the matter princess? Can't handle the heat?..."Ember snarked as she floated down.

"No..." Mako said flatly with the Fenton thermos out. "Cause I work in the kitchen..."She added.

Ember saw it and her eyes widen in panic.

"What?! Nooo!..."She shouted but it was too late as the ghostly diva was hit.

"Return to your realm, evil spirit!..."Mako said in victory while Ember tried to fight it off and fly away.

"Almost... there..."Ember said as she struggled.

In response, Mako charged a ball of ecto-energy and electricity, she threw it.

"Phantom Thunder Bomb!..."She fired.

"Stop calling out yo-..."Ember couldn't finish as the discharge connected in the back, which shocked her and made her lose focus and gets pulled in.

She was now trapped in the thermos and Mako grinned.

"Wish Mom saw that..."She thought proudly as she shut it.

Sailor Jupiter and Ember were always somewhat at odds with each other, so she'd be proud to know her daughter won.

"Kirei. Sā, hajimemashou..."Mako said in triumph.

However, she then noticed the time and almost panicked. Classes would be starting soon.

"Stupid evil ghost who thinks she has a shot at my dad. Not only that, she's ruining my morning commute..."She said, hovering into the air.

With the evil ghost diva safely trapped in the thermos, Mako soon headed to her school.

A little later

At Casper High.

Mako soon arrived to her high school and quickly changed back to her civilian form upon landing.

"Made it..."She said, relieved.

She headed inside and made a beeline for her locker, relieved that she still had some time before class started.

Once at her locker, she quickly got her books and supplies ready for class. Something godmother taught her, always be prepared for whatever school has in store for you.

Mako smiled.

It was nice to ACTUALLY be on time for once.

"And joy a moment too soon..."She said glancing at her watch.

"Yatta!..."She declared with a fist pump.

She still had some time to kill and didn't need to use her athletic speed to race to class right now, which means she can still relax and prepare for something else.

Pausing a moment, she smiled at a certain photo she had taped to the back.

It was of him, the boy she's been crushing on for a long time. She would see him every day she put her stuff in her locker, thanks to a picture that she kept in private.

As she lightly rubbed her fingers on his face, she took a breath and steeled herself.

"I need to try and say something..."She thought, feeling determined.

As the girl mentally planned her next move, that's when a friendly, and welcomed, voice came.

"Hey Mako..."Was heard

The junior girl heard her name being called, she turned around and smiled. She saw two younger boys, around 15, approach her.

They are CJ Morgan and Tucker Foley Junior, known by his friends as "Tuck" or "TJ", depending on the person speaking to him. They are the sons of her father's closest friends and Mako always saw them as younger brothers, in addition to the siblings she already has.

"Hey guys..."She said with a friendly smile.

"So, anything big happen today?..."TJ asked.

"Oh the usual, ghost fight but nothing I couldn't handle..."She said with a smile.

"Who was it this time?..."TJ asked.

"Ember..."Mako answered and CJ raised a brow.

"You mean that ghostly rock star who has a thing for your dad, but denies it?..."CJ asked.

Mako cringed as she nodded.

"Yeah, she was trying to get my dad's attention by causing trouble, so I had to REMIND her that he is happily married to my mom and still not interested in someone who wants world domination..."She said, not regretting the beating that she had given the ghostly woman.

"And I thought Paola's mom was pretty obsessive..."CJ couldn't help but say.

Mako made a face at the mention of that woman's name, especially after what happened at the last parent-teacher conference going amuck because of her insistence that she should be married to Danny and not Makoto Kino.

"That woman..."The girl said, still remembering the incident.

Paola is a classmate of hers and a good friend but her mother was a pain and an idiot who was obsessed with her father, despite knowing that he was married and his wife would break her if she tried anything. Even now, she still insist Danny made a poor choice and still thought she would be a better wife for her dad. The only reason Mako stopped going to Paola's place is because of her mother pestering her with questions, and she even once insisted Mako call her future stepmother, which the tall girl found even MORE uncomfortable than a villain hitting on him. It was enough that Danny had a restraining order on her for what she had said and done.

"I still find it hard to believe that they are related. I mean, looks aside, they have nothing in common..."Tuck said.

"That might be a good thing..."CJ commented.

"Yeah, her mom is crazy..."Tuck said..

"Let's not talk about her, okay. I already had to deal with one psycho obsessed with my dad today. I don't need to think about another one. Especially since she can't be rid of so easily..."Mako said.

"Right... so..."CJ spoke up, sounding interested. "Have any-..."

"No... sorry CJ, but Mina and Rei Jr. aren't interested in dating a younger guy..."Mako said, sounding amused by how he was hoping for it.

"Darn... well... there's always next year to give it a try. Plus, one left..."He said.

"Eww... my godsister?..."Mako said, knowing that he is referring to the daughter of another Sailor Guardian and American superhero.

"I guess that's your answer..."Tuck said in amusement.

"She's not my godsister..."CJ said with a shrug.

He's began showing interest in the fellow children of the Sailor Guardians, having been aware of their mothers' pasts a few years ago along with Tuck. Unfortunately, none of them were interested in someone younger at the moment.

"I don't think you're their type..."Mako said and the dark haired boy pouted at that.

"It could happen..."CJ said. "Plus, I heard that your dad dated plenty of older girls before he picked your mom..."He added while Mako rolled her eyes.

"That's because they were blind dates..."She said, really wanting to diffuse the idea and also not talk about her dad's teenage love life.

They soon changed the subject and went to more important teen matters, like what's in store for their afternoon.

"So, any plans for after school?..."Tuck asked.

"Oh, the usual: homework, sparring with Emi, movie with Hiro and patrol with dad. Oh, I also promised mom to taste test her new recipes..."Mako said.

"Lucky..."CJ said with some envy.

"Most teenagers have to flip burgers after school but you actually get paid to taste test desserts from the best restaurant in town..."Tuck said, just as jealous.

Mako sent them a smirk.

"It helps that she's my mother. Also, don't let my mom hear you dismiss the restaurant workers... she almost broke our janitor's legs for it after my dad graduated..."Mako told her little 'brothers'.

"Huh?..."Tuck asked, surprised since Mako's mom is usually a sweet person.

"He used to be a teacher before he was fired for turning a blind eye to bullying..."CJ explained... "Not to mention, he used the manager of the Nasty Burger as a cautionary tale about what would happen if you failed the CAT test..."He added.

"Oh..."Tuck responded, now understanding why Mako's mom got so mad at him.

"Dude was kind of zealot for higher education..."CJ said. "Plus, didn't you tell him off over his advice when you took the test yourself?..."He asked.

"I did, he gave such lousy advice and thinks I should stress over it, my mom docked his pay for it. It's so stupid, my grandfather took it and didn't end up a total failure. Admittedly, he thought he'd turn into a cat, but it's proof the test meant nothing in the end..." Mako admitted.

"Weird to think that a test could shapeshift someone..."Tuck said but was happy that stress over the test was gone.

"Back on topic… you still get the best food in town and I gotta eat something my mom still doesn't get some people are allergic to..."CJ reminds her.

"If you really want, you guys can come along..."She offered and CJ and TJ perked up instantly.

"You're wonderful..."They said, thinking of all the free dessert they could try.

"Yes I am, just remember not to let people know I treat my friends to free food..."She said with a smirk.

"Thanks Mako, you rock..."CJ said and Tuck nodded.

Mako laughed.

"You're welcome..."She said, amused.

As Mako walked and talked with her friends, she looked around for someone.

Looking for one person in particular, but she hasn't seen him yet.

"I wonder where he is..."The tall girl thought as she blushed a bit, bummed that she hasn't seen him yet.

Unfortunately for her, the two boys noticed and smirked.

"Yo, Mako..."Tuck said, snapping Mako out of her brief trance.

"Huh? What?..."The older girl asked.

To her dread, she saw the teasing looks on their faces. She may have dodged a bullet with the twins but her godbrothers would more then tease her about her not-so secret crush on the boy in her photo.

"You could've walked over someone if you weren't looking, you know..."CJ teased.

"So, are you looking for him?..."Tuck asked but Mako looked away.

"No..."Mako denied.

Since Mako is a lousy liar, they didn't buy what she said for a minute.

"Uh huh... and I'm Batman..."CJ said sarcastically with a smirk.

"Yeah Mako, it's kinda obvious. You can't hide it..."Tuck said, also smirking.

Mako blushed in embarrassment, looked away and "hmpted".

The two boys chuckled and nodded.

"Hey, relax. It can't be worse than being rejected by two people before you even ask..."CJ said.

"And at least you actually talk with him..."Tuck added.

Mako heard this and sighed as her blushing ended. She did plan to speak with him, but in private.

It's true, she talks with him almost every day. She should be used to being around him by now but it's only gotten worse and her friends teasing her didn't help.

"Don't you two have class on the other side of school?..."She asked, slightly annoyed while they still grinned.

"Trying to get rid of us?..."Tuck asked.

"Is it working?..."Mako quipped.

CJ elbowed TJ and they chuckled.

"Nope, we're not giving up and neither should you. We're rooting for you..."CJ said.

"Yeah, you can do it. Go for it..."TJ added.

Mako smiled at this.

"Thanks guys..."She said.

CJ and TJ smiled and Mako now felt relieved. That is, until this part.

"Just remember to invite us to the wedding..."Tuck said and CJ laughed.

Mako groaned.

"And the roast Mako session continues..."The older girl thought.

She sometimes wondered if they put as much effort into teasing her as they did in trying to score dates. It's a shame they succeed in the former than the latter.

"Don't you two have to get to class now?..."Mako asked while they snickered.

"Guess someone wants to be left alone with her future husband..."CJ joked while Mako rolled her eyes.

"They are lucky that they're like family... "Mako thought, still annoyed.

She then pushed that aside for her missing to get to her homeroom on time... and to get to him.

"Anyway, I gotta get to class..."Mako said.

Since she is a junior and they were still sophomore, they didn't have the same classes together, but they were still close and they were even her partners in fighting ghosts.

They have a bond and something trivial like a few years age difference wasn't going to change that, no matter what some of the "A-listers" thought about her hanging out with underclassman.

Not to mention, many of her father's potential love interests from back in his day were like 1 or 2 years older, so a friendship shouldn't be that hard to accept.

"Fine... I'll drop it for now. But only because your mom got me to taste that yummy steak without my mom knowing..."CJ said.

"Still hiding a dark secret, huh?..."Tuck asked and the dark haired boy nodded.

"Yup..."He muttered.

"You should just talk to your mother about how you don't like tofu, I'm sure that she'll understand..."Mako told him for the millionth time.

"Probably..."She mentally added.

"Have you met my mother?..."CJ asked sarcastically.

"Yeah, when I was like 3..."Mako joked..."I also know that she'll probably be less ticked with you if you tell her you don't want to be a vegetarian..."She said but CJ still didn't look too sure.

"She still picks fights with the beef industry, despite that your dad's friend co-runs a burger place on the other side of the country..."He points out.

"The same friend she wishes he'd stop hanging out with..."Mako said, knowing who he is talking about and how not so family friendly he is.

Before she could say anything else, the bell rang meaning they had to get to class and fast.

"Gotta go..."She said.

"See ya..."Tuck said.

"Later..."CJ said.

Mako smiled and waved at them.

"Such pains... but at least they're my friends..."She said to herself.

She decided to deal with their antics later, class was now.

A few moments later

Mako soon arrived to her homeroom as Mr. Spudinski was about to take attendance.

"Made it on time, Mako..."The brunette man said with a smirk.

"First time for everything, Mr. Spudinski..."Mako said as she walked and was greeted the way any child of a famous public hero gets greeted.

"Hey, there Mako..."An interested boy said.

"Hey girl..."

"Wanna go out?..."

"You're hot..."

Mako didn't want to be rude and just smiled politely as she greeted them.

"Hi..."She waved as they kept hitting on her, much to her displeasure.

"Can't they see I'm not interested?..."She thought as she went to her usual seat, right next to Paola Sanchez.

"Still a boy magnet, I see..."Paola said.

"My mom as a teen would've killed for this..."Mako said as opened her book.

Soon, class began and Mako began taking notes, since, even if she is the daughter of a famous hero, her mother expects her to do well in class. Otherwise, she'd be grounded.

While Mr. Spudinski talked about an upcoming test, her mind went on to think of a certain someone with kind eyes and a nice smile. A certain someone whom she is looking forward to seeing today and maybe finally speak to him.

The boy who had stolen her heart without even knowing it.

"You can do it!..."She thought confidently.

After all, she took down Ember and she is the leader of her own team of ghost fighters, how much harder can asking a boy out be?

A/N (1): Remember, if you have a request to see which couple's offspring and a situation they can be in, send a review or PM me and I will consider it.

A/N(2): Special thanks to NeoMark, BCW and 61394 for assisting me this chapter. As always, you guys are the best :)

A/N(3): Originally, Ember was going to look like the 10 years later design, but NeoMark suggested basing it on ScarletGhostX's design here.

REPLIES to my loyal and totally awesome reviewer:

Boris Yeltsin, DJ Rodriguez, Pokemon fan 1991, Dreams Come True 996 and Jay The Average Fanboy: Thank you :)

RonaldM40196867: I would say that he loves her kindness, her strength and her bravery.

Jebest4781: I guess we will have to wait and see.

Invader Johnny: Indeed.

Runeion: I suppose so.

The Writer's Call: Not exactly. Mako is the name of her "Parallel Sailor Moon" counterpart and she is presumably named after her mother, Makoto.
