Italicized thinking

Untill the End

" Nami!" The young redhead turned to see Celia running towards her," I'm so happy for you and Jack." Nami turned away," We're just getting married." Celia smiled, "That's a big thing.Well, I have to get back to the farm." She turned and walked away. Nami shook her head. She can be odd sometimes. Nami decided to walk along the beach before the sunset ended.

There were already two figures on the beach. As Nami walked closer, she realized it was Jack and another girl. Who is that? Nami looked harder. Oh, it's that new girl. Amy I think. Nami didn't have any more time to think because Amy reached up and kissed Jack. " JACK!" Nami was crying as Jack turned to face her. "It's not what it looks like!" He said. " I don't care!" Nami turned and ran to the Inner Inn. Jack tried to run after her but Amy held his arm, "Stay here." Jack slipped out of her grasp and tried to catch Nami. He just wasn't fast enough. Tomorrow I will tell her the truth.

Nami was not seen the next day. Jack asked Ruby if she had seen her. " I'm so sorry Jack, but Nami checked out and left last night," Ruby had tears in her eyes. Jack ran all the way home. "Nami," He cried into his pillow.

Takakura was listening at Jack's door. I guess she didn't really love him.

12 years later

Takakura was just about to step out of his door when he heard a knock. He opened the door. There stood a young girl, 12 or 13, with long red hair and brown eyes. " Can I help you? Who are you," Takakura asked. She has a familiar face he thought. " I am Janin. My mother was named Nami. Can you tell me where a man named Jack is?" The young girl, Janin, asked. " Why do you need him. Didn't your mother tell you?" Janin looked puzzled, " Jack is my father. Did my mom tell me what?" Takakura sighed. " I guess Nami didn't know," He looked at Janin, " Jack shot himself two weeks ago. He went for twelve years being depressed about Nami leaving him, so he couldn't take it anymore. Nami sent a letter to him, so I sent the news back. The letter should have arrived last Wednesday." Janin stiffened, " My mother knew about it. Last Wednesday she shot herself. The only thing she left was a letter addressed to a 'Takakura'. I came to find him." She brought out an envelope with his name on it. " I'm Takakura," was all he said. Janin handed him the envelope. She watched as he opened and read it. It said:

Dear Takakura,

I know you probably think that I didn't love Jack, but I did. I saw him with Amy on the beach the day before our wedding night. Back then I thought that he had been cheating on me. Now I realize it was a misunderstanding. But it's too late. I just wanted you to know, I loved Jack, until the very end.
