Zira was out hunting with his two children and it was a blast. Even though she lost her memory, she was still a rather fierce hunter when it comes to finding food. They all found a gigantic waterbuck to kill and eat for themselves and it tasted delicious to their taste buds, and a really good hunt for all of them to take.

Kovu and Vitani were glad to do this kind of old activity with their own mother again, after all these years. It was probably one of the best kills that these three had together has a family in a bery long time.

"I love the taste of waterbuck in the morning." Zira remarked, "i hope you teo are enjoying yourselves as much as I am right now."

"You kidding, mother?" Vitani smirked. "This is fun. One of the best kills I had in a long time. Granted, I wish it was an eland, but a good kill. This guy put up a fight I wanted."

"Heh, still not evil, are you sis?" Kovu asked

"Nah. Wel... i wasn't really evil to begin with. I was... badly influenced by... you know who."

"Right. Good point."

"And... that would be me?" Zira asked.

"Nooooo... yes." the two admitted flatly, slightly ashamed to tell her the truth like that. As they know, one false word could make Zira remember her awful past. "But, those days are over and now you're a better lion." Kovu said.

"Yeah, a waaaaay better Lion than you were."

"Still, I wish you would both tell me about what happened and how I lost my memory."

"Oh mother," Kovu sighed with his eyes closed. "Some things are better left forgotten."

"And besides, you wouldn't want to know about it anyway." the elder sister added. "Now come on, I wanna chow down on this waterbuck before the vultures come and demand some meat from us."

"Yeah, I'm starving!"

Zira made a chuckle and just began eating bits of the waterbuck carcass. It wasn't long before a number of white-backed vultures came and pestered the lions for some meat for themselves. Most of the carcass was gone and the vultures, maribou storks, and a few jackals came to eat the remains the the bones.

Right after they were stuffed with all the antelope meats the three of them went back home to take it easy and relax after a nice, long hunt together. One thing for sure was they will all do it again sometime like a trie family would do.

Yes, it was good brag Zira has changed to the good side, thanks to her memory loss. If she was still her evil, mean, and bitter self, Kovu and Vitani wouldn't know what else to do, they wouldn't want to lost their own mother like this.

Still, they decided not to worry about it too much and just be happy with this and glad that their mother is now a better Lion than she used be. they all relaxed and took it easy after that long hunt and when it was nighttime, everyone was asleep and it was in the middle of the night.

Every one of the lions were asleep so peacefully in the dream world. Zira, who was the last to fall asleep tonight, was in a dream where she was in a world of nothing but white. While she was wondering in this kind of limbo in her sleep, she saw a memory bubble of her and her oldest son, Nuka, before being exiled to the Outlands with the other members of the Pride that supported Scar.

"Come on, mother." Nuka whined. "I just asked for a simple piece of that zebra skin."

"Oh shut up, you." Zira barked looking a little scary. "You are just so worthless, and you know how to get your own food. For a teenage lion, you are such a sniveling baby!"

Nuka bowed his head in shame and whined like a dog. "Yes, mother."

"And honestly, why can't you be more like Kovu? The heir to the throne of Scar?"

A bit if jealousy and hatred built up in her eldest son about Kovu. So much jealousy was rising in poor Nuka's soul about this. He really wanted to please his own mother by trying to be the greatest henchman that she ever had, and try to be the new heir to Scar.

Another memory showed her trying to kill Simba in retaliation for supposedly killing Scar, or, sonshe thought killed Scar, and she and her followers and family were banished to the Outlands for their defiance and treachery.

"This is not over, Simba!" Her past self shouted. "I will kill you! I will avenge you, Scar!"

Then there showed some memories from when she was training Kovu to kill Simba and how she lost Nuka to the boulders during the chase, and it went all the way up to her falling in the river when she refused Kiara's help.

It was quite obvious that those memories were coming back to her, and she was remembering Scar and what she did for him when he was alive.

Zira heard a voice calling her name and she turned around to see Scar himself. "Hello, Zira. Remember me?'

Feeling silent, Zira replied: "y-yes, Scar."

The deceased evil Lion made a grin. "Perfect. I am so glad you remember me. You have regained all your memories too, and now, you will finish what you have started for me. This is a perfect chande doe revenge and no one will stop you! Avenge me, Zira! AVENGE ME!"

Like a loud boom or explosion, the words echoed in Zira's ears and she awoken from her sleep. She looked around and saw Simba. Boy, did things not look good. She saw Kion sleeping peacefully with his parents and an evil grin appeared on her face. "I remember now."

Yes, she knew what she wanted to do next in the morning, and her old self was back.

"Adorable. Kion looks so innocent and adorable in his slumber. Perhaps... yes, I would love to see the look on Simba's face when he sees that his boy has been in... accident."
