Akelah, Veya, Okove, and his siblings were lining up in front of the wild dog pack behind them all and they were talking with Rafiki, and the Lion Guard. "We desperately need all your help." Rafiki said. "Kion is in deep trouble, and his family has been brainwashed by the evil Inuwa with his dark magic." All the wild dogs gasped with surprise.
"Inuwa!?" The leading family said all at one, minus Okove. "That foul lion is back?" Akelah said, as if he had heard of this evil being before.
"You guys heard about him?" asked Fuli. The family if painted dogs looked a little scared and uncomfortable just thinking about it.
"We have." Veya replied with a sigh. "We know all about the story of how he came to be an evil lion, and how he almost took over the Pride Lands with everything he got."
"And we all thought that... we thought that it was all a story or a folktale," Akelah admitted, paying his left paw on the ground. "But it turns out, Inuwa is real, after all. We must apologize for not believing it to be true."
"You all have nothing to apologize for." Rafiki reassured the dogs, "but Kion is in trouble and we need to save him. We need every animal that is not under tbe dark influence of Inuwa to play their parts, and save our home from an impending omen."
Okove had a determined look on his face, and he said: "i gotta save my friend! Mom, dad, we need to do something!"
"We agree, and we admire your enthusiasm." Akelah chuckled, "but we need to think of a strategy before we actually do anything to stop him. Besides, he could be more powerful than we have heard about."
"Yeah, your father is correct." Veya agreed, "Rafiki will help us in defeating him." she turned to the wise old baboon, and she asked him: "do you have a plan, Rafiki?"
"I do have something that will probably help Kion." Rafiki sounded a little unsure, "Timon and Pumbaa are helping in busting the poor cub out of Pride Rock back to safety. Although... I have my doubts about those two animals when it comes to good plans. As we all know that they are... not as intelligent as they look."
"That is so true." said the oldest wild dog pup. "Those two are really something, aren't they?"
"In a way, yes." Beshte said. "But what can we do?"
"Like i have said, my hippo friend," the baboon replied: "we need every free animal here we can find to make it work first."
"Oh. right."
"And... in all fairness, I never even wanted Timon and Pumbaa on this certifiable rescue mission, but they both insisted in helping out in this time of chaos. I just hope that they are both doing alright in this rescue mission."
Meanwhile
Alas, Timon and Pumbaa had their tails tied up in a knot in this kind of situation. They were in some tarry cocoons as Kion was in before, and they were trying to get out of the cocoons in a rather fruitless way. "Help!" Timon and Pumbaa said in unison. "Somebody help us!"
"Who are you guys yelling to?" Kion said, who was bound in a cocoon again and next to Rani in the same kind of prison. "I don't think anyone will come to save us since everyone we love is turned evil by Inuwa."
The evil lion himself made a cruel chuckle before said: "He is absolutely right, you two. It's no use wasting your breath in calling out for any allies. Besides, not even Rafiki can save you now. He will realize that since I am back, he and his little followers are doomed." he gave another evil smile. "And it was a rather nice try, Kion, but you will have to do much better than sneaking your way out of here behind our backs.
"Don't worry, my lord." said Kiara. "I'll make sure he doesn't try to sneak away again." she held him tightly in her arms while laying on her belly like a baby with his elder sister or mother holding him, but it looked sinister and evil instead of out of actual love. "Isn't that right, Kion?" she grinned and showed her teeth above her own brother, making him more scared than ever (although he still didn't show it so much.)
"Yeah. I guess so." Kion sighed in defeat.
Inuwa then looked at Rani and smiled. "So we have young love in my presence." then he chuckled some more. "Rather cute and adorable." The evil lion laid a claw on her chin ij amusement. "Rather young for cubs to have a special bond together in the name of love. It can be a... rather dreadful feeling, and a dreadful bound. Yet again, it is always an intriguing kind of emotion to indulge in life."
"Don't you touch her!" Kion barked at him. "If you so much as hurt her, I will-"
"What? Unleash the Roar of the Elders at me, Kion?" Inuwa said in a mildly taunting voice. "I told you, didn't it? It will not work on me. For I am far more stronger than ever since I have returned to the Pride Lands to claim what is rightfully mine."
"This is not your kingdom!" Kion exclaimed. "You just stole it for yourself!"
"How dare you say such an insult such as-!"
"It is quite alright, Simba. Kion is quite neutralized." Then Inuwa looked at Rani again. "So, Rani, am I correct?"
"Yes. What would you like to know?" Rani sneered. She felt her face being swiped to the right with Inuwa's hand, knocking her to the ground below her.
"Rani!" Kion tried breaking free, but wss stopped by Kiara.
"Ssssshhhhh, take it easy." said Kiara in a creepy, yet soothing voice.
"Yeah Kion. No need to make a big fuss over nothing." Vitani added.
"You will pay for hurting Vitani like that, Inuwa!" Kion shouted.
"Silence!" Inuwa barked at the cub, "she will learn respect, one way or another. But not to worry, you will be my new protégé. You will see. Besides, i can usually use my magic to turn you like your family here."
"Why not turn me evil now?" Kion asked wis his left eyebrow raised.
"Because, I want to see the pain and anguish you experience seeing at how your family has turned evil, and how your friends will fall."
What the evil lion was saying made Kion's heart sink lower than it was before, and he felt a little cold.
"You'll like what our lord will do for you," Zira. "You cannot resist us. No, you will join us."
"And you will not be afraid anymore." said Nala
"I'm... I'm not afraid, I told you guys." the cub lied some more.
