Kion was feeling a little nervous on facing these unknown creatures that Zazu is squawking about. they were pointed to where the creatures were exactly at, but there was an unfamiliar smell in the air as he and Kiara were getting closer. These scents were unlike anything familiar that both Kion and Kiara would ever be familiar with. The smell was so new to their noses. Looking around the area, he noticed a couple of giraffes passing by and eating some leaves from the tall trees scattered across the savanna. "Oh, Kion, Kiara. What a pleasant surprise." said a female giraffe

"Hello, Tweeka." Kion said. "There's some kind of weird creature visiting the pride Lands, and I'm going out to see what they are."

"And i'm coming with him to make sure he's safe." Kiara said. "We don't know what these animals... or whatever creatures are capable of."

Kion looked a little irritated that Kiara was being a little overprotective of him, but she was only looking out for Kion because she loved her little brother with all her heart. "Right." he said. "Do you know where they are?"

"Oh yes! They are about one click north from here." said Tweeka. "And don't worry, these albino apes don't mean any harm. They seem to be seeking refuge of some kind. I mean, they have some strange dome made of some rubber substance and they can create fire."

"Fire?" asked Kion, sounding a little surprised. "That's deeply concerning."

"An animal creating fire like lightning can on a tree?" Kiara agreed. "That doesn't sound possible."

The lion cub looked at his sister, and he said: "Kiara, maybe we should take a closer look. No good can come out of fire."

"But, dad said that fire is only natural when it comes from nature." Kiara remarked

"True." he looked at the female giraffe. "So you said they're north from here?"

"Yep! But you should be careful with those albino apes. They can get spooked easily like zebras can, and I know spooked when I see it. Like I said, you guys will be just fine as long as you watch your step."

"Got it." said Kiara with a gratuitous smile. "Come on, Kion. Let's go."

"Right." After moving one mile in the grass, they both began to talk to one another. "So, are you worried about Zazu?" the cub asked the future queen."

"Of course I am, Kion. I hate to say this, but Kovu's right, he's not going to last that much longer. The way he was coughing and hacking like a vulture with a sore throat, he doesn't have long."

"I know that." Kion admitted sadly. "Kiara, who do you think should take his place when he... you know."

"That, I really have no idea honestly. But, I was thinking Ono could help with that. He has the greatest sight of any bird around here."

The cub made a chuckle, and he replied: "True, but Ono is for the Lion Guard, and I don't think his destiny can be changed by being mom and dad's new majordomo." an idea came in his head and he blurted, "What about Khemu? he knows how to look for some fresh kill that he can get there before other scavengers can. And he's more powerful than Zazu when it comes to fighting enemies that get in his way."

"Good thinking, little bro." Kiara said, "but I don't think Khemu would be interested. Sure, he knew our grandparents before we were born, but I think he mostly prefers to be alone."

"Hmmm... well there's gotta be someone that can be the new majordomo when Zazu departs to be with grandfather Mufasa and grandmother Sarabi." he frowned and sighed before adding: "I don't want to think about it too much, though. It's a shame Zazu probably won't be around when you and Kovu become the new rulers one day."

Kiara herself looked sad, and replied: "True. That is very true. But we should always remember that he has good friends who care about him like we do. But you're right, I don't want to think about it too much either. Least we can do is continue to support and help him in any way we can."

Her brother's face turned back to happy before he said: "Agreed!"

"Kion? Kiara?" said a familiar voice. Rani appeared out of the bush and she looked happy to see them as ever. "Oh, is this a bad time?"

"No. But, it could be dangerous Rani." the leader of the Lion Guard replied before looking to the northern position. "I don't know if you should come with me and Kiara."

"Dangerous? Bring it on." Rani scoffed. "I'm ready for any fight for what those albino apes can through at me."

"It's not that I don' want any extra- wait." the male cub paused in mid-sentence. "How do you know about the albino apes?"

"Because that's where I'm going to look, Kion." Rani raised her right eyebrow. "A couple of bee eaters informed me and my parents about these guys and I'm going check out what's going on."

"Well, us too." Kiara remarked. "Maybe we can talk or reason with them."

Rani smiled boldly and she replied: "Maybe I can help you guys with that."

Kion smiled at seeing how he was going to have a little extra support from his girlfriend. Besides, there was no use trying to talk a tough lioness like Rani, out of this kind of situation. She wanted to see these creatures as much as Kion wanted to, plus she was a little taller than him. For that, the three lions walked over to where these creatures were supposed to be at right now. All of them hoped that things will go well between them and these... creatures that Zazu talked about before.

While it was a little hard to tell if it was these creatures were, but they were sure that it had to be these animals, or whatever they were.
