Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto; it is owned by Masashi Kishimoto. Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire is owned by George R.R Martin. I own nothing. I am just a humble fan of both works.
Author's Note: Hello everyone. Here we are with the second chapter everyone. Please read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it. I thank all those who have favorite the story, who are following the story, and those who have taken time out of their busy lives to review; it all helps.
And wow… just wow. I am humbled by the positive reception this story has gotten. You all have given me much food for thought. I am not sure where this story will go and where it will end up, but I promise to do as good of a job as I can so you can read a good story. I do hope you all will continue to read and review and offer your ideas and suggestions.
There will be more Naruto/Game of Thrones stories from me in future. There will be a massive Seasons 5-8 rewrite with much happening in it. The conflict of the Human Heart and to do what is right and to leave behind a legacy; this will drive Naruto to be the best and to do right by the dragons.
There might not be a harem. Pairings are still undecided right now until more of the story is rewritten.
To Godreader: Thank you for reviewing. I am not sure if Daenerys will enter this story, but there will be more codex entries. My Naruto/Game of Thrones Seasons 5-8 potential rewrite will have Daenerys in it, but completely different. I do hope you continue to read and review and offer your ideas.
And yes… I will do my best not to nerf Naruto. He will have his chakra and his abilities as well as some new ones.
Now, let's get to chapter two. Naruto fights his way out of hell and inadvertently saves some Dragons while having a new headache of his own.
Chapter One- There is No Rest for Good Men
It is said that when you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. And so the Valyrians had played their last stupid game, and had won the most stupid and vile prize of them all; devastation.
The Fourteen Flames had erupted simultaneously, and with such sheer force and power. There was no one left to hold them back as the Valyrian Freehold screamed and quaked and sobbed. The ground shattered and the skies parted and sobbed as the Doom had come.
The sky was filled with fire and dragonglass as the mighty city of Valyria was torn to pieces. Dragons began dying brutally and painfully as the fire they were hit with was so white hot and wrathful. People either died instantly or slowly, choking on harsh black fumes and screaming for help and mercy. This day, man and woman would abandon everything and no respite would come. And as people were dying they were praying, wondering what they had done to invoke such a deadly punishment upon themselves.
The greenery of the Freehold was disappearing as ash and sulfur now filled the lands. Powerful earthquakes and shockwaves were created as the Freehold itself was splitting apart, parts of it splitting into new land. The sky was dark and smelly as the sea was on fire. And there was no end to the devastation in sight.

As the chaos raged on the surface, underground was another matter entirely. Deep below the fourteen flames lay a large sarcophagus that was chained. And inside of it lay a man with blonde hair and blue eyes; a man of a different era. This man, this warrior from the stars had appeared in Valyria, tired and exhausted from a great battle.
The Valyrians had found him and kept him underground. The mages had used their magical abilities to determine that he possessed unknown power, power that could shake the heaven and allow the Valyrians to tame the known world a hundred times over.
However, their attempts proved to be futile. They had taken samples of skin and blood but could do nothing to enhance their cause. They had used black magic and sorcery to combine these samples with their slaves and animals they had found. The results proved to be disastrous. Either the subjects had mutated into grotesque creatures that had to be put down, turned to stone permanently, or had turned into large trees that would eventually wither away.
This power was far too mighty for them to control and master. The mages had guessed that this ancient and strange power was not magic at all. And the power contained such sheer life force; it was teeming and brimming with life. It was as if things were growing around this man, life was growing around him.
They had realized that perhaps with time they could crack this man's secrets. And so they locked him in a tomb and chained it so they could revisit this experiment at a later date.
Yet, perhaps worse than this, was the Valyrians mating women with all manner of disgusting creatures to create chimeras, and other half-human abominations.
And when the Doom started, the seal broke as there was no one left to monitor it. A man had waked in the tomb and had no idea where he was. And as he broke free from the tomb and shattered his prison with his power, little did this man know that his life was about to change irrevocably further. This man would come to have a great impact on many.
No one would ever truly know why the Doom happened. Perhaps it was Karma, perhaps it was Fire and Blood, and perhaps it was all the experimentation and incest.
Nevertheless the story of Uzumaki Naruto; the last of his kind had truly begun.

He felt somewhat tired as his eyes had opened to darkness. As he focused his eyes he realizes he was in some sort of coffin or tomb. He had no idea where he ended up and how he ended up in this predicament. The great battle to save the soul of his friend had now brought him here, only he had no idea where this place was. He focused his chakra and used it to shatter the prison he found himself in as he was hit with such a foul smell.
"Ugh… what is that smell? Ugh, its so disgusting… well… this looks like nightmare fuel."
Naruto was surrounded by dead bodies, twisted, deformed, and grotesque. Men and women lay on the hot ground, dead and deformed, dried out and grotesque as Naruto shook his head. Some of these women looked like animal hybrids which reminded him of Orochimaru's Cursed Seals involving Mizuki.
Naruto saw that the ground was hot; it felt like a heat he never witnessed before. This place that he found himself in; it smelled and looked like death. There were petrified, stone corpses lying around as well as trees.
He also saw worms and other dead creatures lying about. He did not like where he ended up. Whatever was going on down here, it pissed him off. Naruto realized that experiments were happening and these experiments were about opening doors to places that should be left closed. It reminded him of Orochimaru and his never ending quest for immortality and to see his parents again and to learn everything. There were some things best left unlearned and doors kept closed for the sake of logic and right.
He would have to ponder this later. He was without his clothes and he did not want to touch anything here. He closed his eyes as he could feel his chakra within him, and he could gather Natural Energy still to become a Sage. That was a good positive. In this new hell, he was not left unarmed. He still had his weapons and his physiology. He looked deep into his mindscape to see Kurama sleeping. He had been reduced to a smaller form and when Naruto called him, he did not respond.
He figured he could bother him later. He would call upon the Six Paths Sage Mode soon enough if needed. It was time to get the hell out of here. And before he could do so, he heard something growling, something fierce and malevolent.
Naruto turned around to see something red and large approaching him and it was big. It was grotesque and ugly with hair. It looked like a large snake or a worm that was bright red and it had hands. And Naruto saw smoke and fire coming out of its mouth as it stared at Naruto nastily. And Naruto saw creatures emerge from the ground; half-human, half whatever else they were. They were snarling at him as Naruto simply grinned. He cracked his knuckles as he loosened himself up.
"Well… I can always use a workout."
The large snake, otherwise known as a firewyrm unleashed its flames as the creatures descended upon Naruto. Naruto closed his eyes and concentrated his chakra as he released it in the form of a powerful blast, knocking his opponents back.
He then leaped into the air as he unleashed wind, water, and fire upon his enemies. He smirked as he heard their screams and the painful moans. The creatures lunged at him as Naruto engaged them in hand to hand combat. He made quick work of them as they went splat against the walls. The firewyrms tried a sneak attack and he laughed at their attempts. He dodged the attack and then unleashed a thin bolt of lightning from his mouth as he split them in two.
As Naruto readied another assault, the ground started to shake and shiver as Naruto could hear the sounds of screams. It was a mix of human and a creature he did not recognize. Something was happening outside and he had a feeling he was not going to like what he was going to see. Well, he wanted out of here.
As more creatures descended upon him, he then unleashed his aura and paralyzed them in their sights. He flooded the area with such killing intent that the creatures moved back, exhibiting fear. Naruto grinned as he lightened the gravity on his body and soared high into the air. Closing his eyes, he opened them as they turned gold.
He raised his hands into the air as his signature techniques were being formed. A ball of compressed, swirling chakra suddenly had blades of wind surrounding it. The compressed balls turned gigantic as an inhuman screeching sound filled the area. He then smirked as he fired these attacks at his opponents below.
The poor fools had no time to run as they were enveloped within a swirling storm of chaos and judgment. The creatures were torn to shreds and screamed as they were engulfed in what was essentially a very powerful tactical nuke. The entire area was now consumed in light as a spectacular explosion was now created.
Naruto paid no attention to the destruction he just caused. Coating himself in Senjutsu Chakra, he formed a shield around his body as he pushed himself through one of the Fourteen Flames and came across a sight he never thought he would ever see in his life.

"Well… out of the frying pan and into the fire."
He was greeted to smoke and ash and the taste and smell of death. It was as if the Shinigami had come for its reward, and was going to claim it no matter what. Naruto realized he had come out of a fucking volcano as people were dying like flies. The sky was red with blood and molten rock and some sort of metal had been raining down from. There was lava on the ground and the water was on fire as Naruto heard that same screech again.
He looked up and rubbed his eyes to see dragons, actual dragons trying to flee from the carnage and destruction. He had never seen dragons in the Elemental Nations before. He would actually want to pet one if the situation was not so dire.
It seems karma or vengeance had truly come for these people. Naruto shook his head in sadness. These poor bastards had invited suffering and destruction upon themselves. He saw people writhing and dying on the ground; their organs and skin being torn apart as they begged for mercy and respite. He shook his head as he saw families simply hold their loved ones as they died together. There was truly nothing he could do for them.
Naruto sensed this destruction was not normal. A strange, twisted form of energy was permeating throughout the land as it even affected him. It was trying to hurt him, mutate him even. Thankfully, due to his physiology and healing capabilities, he did not feel anything. Whatever this energy was, it was not normal. It reeked of death.
He had no time to ponder this as he saw in the distance a broken, grand city, tinged black as he could see a dragon pinned under a stone column.
He rushed forward as he pushed the column off the dragon. The dragon got to its feet and roared at Naruto, while Naruto smacked him in the face. The dragon roared again, but Naruto would have none of it. He had no time for power struggles and bullshit.
"Listen here now, you overgrown lizard. People are dying and your own kind is dying. I don't have time for your bullshit. You either get out of my way… or you can help your brethren escape, or we can go to war. The choice is yours."
The dragon and Naruto were locked in a staring contest. And at last, the dragon blinked first as it turned it head and roared at the blood-red sky. Naruto turned his head to see more dragons appear. There was one dragon that Naruto noticed. It was big, bigger than the rest of the dragons that were converging near him, and yet deformed in some way with an abnormally large neck. It sounded like a dragon and a bird as it then roared at him.
Naruto shook his head. He had no time for these antics. He needed to put out this fire, otherwise it would consume everything. Before he got started, he addressed all the dragons.
"If I were you, I would stay close to me. You don't want to be in the way of my power."
To his shock and surprise, the dragons listened and stayed close to him indeed. Naruto had no time to ponder this. He closed his eyes and apologized for what he was going to do.
"Hey, partner. I am sorry, Kurama. I know you are resting. Yet, I need to borrow your power. Just hang in there for a moment."
The smaller Kurama awoke with one eye open… and smiled.
Naruto grinned as he could feel his chakra soar and shine. Something on this world was feeding his body and filling it with power unlike any other. Naruto did not care. He just grinned as he slapped his hands together. The dragons witnessed his body transform as golden flames enveloped his body. Strange, intricate black marking covered him as a pillar of golden light shot up into the blood-red sky as Naruto smiled.
He had accessed the Six Paths Sage Mode again and felt its divine strength empower him. Weaving an intricate number of hand seals, he unleashed a Water Release attack empowered by Six Paths Chakra. Water coalesced and coalesced around Naruto as it grew larger and larger. Naruto raised his hands as he controlled this cataclysmic amount of water.
The dragons meanwhile were watching with great interest, following his every move keenly. Finally, Naruto directed a cataclysmic tidal wave straight at the Fourteen Flames. The tidal wave had soaked the blazing hot ground instantly as it rushed towards the volcanoes. And as it fell on the volcanoes, the volcanoes started to cool, but Naruto was not done at all.
Six Paths Senjutsu; the gift from Old Man Hagoromo gave Naruto a unique and innate understanding of Chakra. He had gained a mastery over it which allowed him to utilize the Five Great Elemental Natures and even Yin/Yang Release. With this unique power, Naruto had the power to create pseudo Kekkai Genkai.
He slammed his hands into the ground and by combining wind and water, he generated ice. And with the power of the Six Paths Sage Mode, he unleashed gigantic amounts of it, rapidly cooling the ground. This ice had managed to cover the Fourteen Flames, even quieting those massive volcanoes.
At last, Naruto was done. He looked at the sky and thought snow was falling on him and then realized quickly that it was just ash. He turned around to see the dragons stare at him in awe, as if he invented fire.
The dragons roared as the sky was filled with tremendous flames. And the large deformed dragon suddenly looked at Naruto, realizing it had found its permanent master.
Naruto shook his head. He looked up at the sky that had turned quiet in the Aftermath of the Doom of Valyria. He had no idea why he ended up here and how he ended up here. He did not like it. It seems new problems and issues had fallen into his lap. There was no way that whatever happened here would not go unnoticed. Someone would come searching, and someone would come knocking.
Valyria smelled and looked like death. Perhaps, in time, Valyria could be rebuilt. Until then, he knew he needed to leave. He would gather whatever he could; gold, clothes, valuables, weapons. He hoped he could find a city and a place to get some answers. He needed to eat and knew these dragons were hungry as hell. It was true that life itself was just unpredictable.
He would start with the broken city of Valyria. And as he walked slowly to the city, the dragons took notice as they chirped and silently followed him. If anyone was watching this, they would think that the Warrior was reborn. Little did anyone know that Uzumaki Naruto was the Storm itself. And a storm could not be contained or controlled. It did whatever it wanted.
And now this storm would change the free world and perhaps the future of House Targaryen itself. Neither Westeros, nor the Free Cities, nor Braavos would understand what truly came out of Valyria.
For what came out of Valyria was a power unlike any other.

Codex Targaryen
Taken from the Notes of Daenys the Dreamer from the Book Signs and Portents of the Doom
Subject: Uzumaki Naruto of House Whirlpool
Titles- The Savior, The Hero, The Will of Fire, The Unchained Warrior, The Answer to all that is Evil
Description:
There is much about Dragonstone itself that I do not know still. The ancient Valyrians constructed this mighty castle with the help of dragons' centuries ago. The castle reeks of magic and many magical artifacts reside here.
Inside the castle lies a large glass candle, which allows me to see many things over vast distances. If I want, I can even see into the Free Cities.
Many years passed since the Doom occurred. And with this candle, I saw something that can only be believed if you have truly seen it. This candle does not do justice to what I saw. I saw… the great Uzumaki Naruto tame the Doom itself.
It is clear to me that Uzumaki Naruto is perhaps beyond my understanding, yet I still endeavor to uncover this mystery. The magical abilities he had displayed are unfathomable. He had conjured and tamed water, and even generated ice itself.
And his golden form… is it divine or magical? What does surprise me is that the dragons themselves are drawn to this man. They roared alongside him. And a dragon I did not see before, a dragon larger than the Black Dread looked to this man as friend and master.
All my attempts to peer into this man's mind are for naught. There is something pushing me back, something powerful, and something grand. I always see a large fox, a titanic creature that dwarfs even Valyria itself look at me with rage, as if it is trying to protect Naruto itself. And then I see Naruto stare at me with those golden eyes, eyes that fill me with fear and yet strangely, warmth.
And then I saw that man walk to Valyria, in all his naked glory with the dragons following behind him. I will never give up my pursuit of Naruto. I believe he may head to the Free Cities or Braavos. He will look for answers, and I hope he finds them.
I believe that Uzumaki Naruto has a role to play in my families' legacy. After the Doom, I have been dreaming too much, of dreams that I cannot understand. No matter what it takes, I must find this man. I believe he is the key to ensure the future of House Targaryen. I wish for my house to endure and last for a long time.
Time will tell if my decisions yield fruit.
