Author's Note: Hello everyone, we are back with another chapter. Please read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it. I thank all who are sticking by this story and who have taken time out of their busy lives to review; it all helps.

I have read your reviews and I will do my best to do different. I cannot spoil everything, but things will pick up soon enough and this chapter will have different in it to keep things fresh. Now, as for writing longer chapters, I will try. I am just too busy with real life, job, and health to write too much, but I will try.

Without further ado, let us begin.

Chapter Five- The Great Council of Slavers

XXXXXX

Once again, Uzumaki Naruto traversed the lonely road with his legion of dragons that refused to leave him alone and continued to silently follow him on his journey. He couldn't even get rid of the slithering one, who continued to insist that he fly and walk next to him; these dragons had minds and intelligence unlike normal creatures. He did wonder where they truly came from and what they were thinking following the Valyrians. If he did not crawl out of the Fourteen Flames and saved their asses, they would be dead.

There was also another matter that was irritating him. There was a presence, someone or something trying to invade his mind, learn his secrets and glean whatever information they could get their hands on. When he sensed that presence watching him, he flared his chakra violently and he could sense that mysterious presence. Yet, he was sure whoever it was, they were still watching him through unknown means, trying to communicate with him. Now, to what end that was he did not know.

For now, there were some slavers that needed to be reeducated on why the flesh trade was not a good idea with him around. The Volantene punks that he spared had told him some interesting after they soiled themselves. Volantis was not the only city in Essos with slaves; Astapor, Yunkai, Mereen were very famous Slaver Cities that were a part of something called Slaver's Bay. Slaver's Bay was built upon the ashes of the old Ghiscari Empire and had grown quite wealthy due to the slave trade.

These cities were protected by the Unsullied; eunuch slave soldiers who had obedience and duty instilled into them. Naruto did not like what he heard about them. They were comparable to the lockstep legions that the Ghiscari once employed, and the making of an unsullied was a disgusting and sick process. Their training was harsh and brutal and it was designed to strip away individuality, empathy, and self-worth.

These Unsullied were broken to the point of being the best guards. Truthfully, all this did was piss off Naruto even more. It seems some of the people in this world like honor, kindness, and basic fucking humanity. Not only did they practice slavery, but they enjoyed what they did to these slaves. He also was angry about how they were displayed in the city liked prize cattle for a prospective buyer.

Well, it was time to get his hands dirty. Using dragons would be too easy. He was not sure if these Unsullied would step aside. If they could not step aside, if they were too broken to do so, he would grant them a warrior's death. And now, it was time to get to work.

He had found the city of Astapor and it seems a welcoming party had been set up to greet him. It was the Unsullied, clan in iron armor, assuming a battle formation with their spears at the ready. And it seems there was a slaver standing in front of them. The Unsullied had maintained their position, even though they were feeling fear of the hundreds of dragons hovering in the air and the one snarling on the ground near them.

Naruto decided to try diplomacy.

"Unsullied, hear me and hear me now. You only have been led to think and broken to the point that you only have one purpose in life. You only think you serve this shit-spackled Muppet. Guess what, you don't. You can overthrow this guy, free yourselves and live lives for yourself. It is not too late. Please, throw down your arms and we can resolve this matter another way."

The Slaver simply laughed as he barked out some command in a language he did not understand. The Unsullied began moving forward, albeit with some hesitance.

Naruto sighed. He should have seen this coming. Well, there was nothing more he could do. He looked to his dragons and told them to simply watch and do nothing, including the one on the ground. He wondered if these Slavers were bold or stupid. Did they not know that he fucked up some slavers in Volantis buck-naked? Well, some lessons had to be taught the hard way.

"Well, let's get this over with. Its time to dance with these fools, Madara Style."

Astapor was a slave city. Though it was lightly defended, no one would dare to attack to it due to the Unsullied. And the Dothraki were kept away from attacking the city due to the tributes given to them on a frequent basis.

The Slaver of the city had walked out confidently, believing that no one could harm his city. It was too bad he did not realize that the man in front of him was not to be taken lightly. He was to be feared; not because he had dragons or he walked naked in the face of foolishness, but rather, it was because the golden-haired man in front of him was a natural disaster of his own.

Naruto ran forward as he leaped high into the air and threw a shuriken enhanced with wind chakra. Forming the needed hand seals, those shuriken turned into a hundred spinning wind blades as body parts now littered the ground. Using his speed and timing, he formed a powerful Rasengan and slammed it hard right into the center as the explosion launched the Iron-clad soldiers straight into the air. The soldiers in the air then fell to their death unceremoniously as the dragons roared.

Naruto then casually and effortlessly dodged spears and swords and shields as he began picking off these Unsullied one by one through hand-to-hand combat. Due to his physiology and the use of chakra, his punches were having tremendous impact and effect, as Unsullied upon Unsullied was being blasted into the city walls. Naruto even began tearing some apart with his bare hands as the spears bounced off his skin.

Naruto roared and showed his gaze as the Unsullied showed fear, sheer, horrible fear. Naruto leapt high into the air as he formed five clones. And the last thing the Unsullied and that piece of shit slaver saw was death; literal torrents of fire, lightning, water, wind, and earth had combined into an enormous elemental dragon and were unleashed.

The resulting explosion was titanic. The Unsullied and their slaver were turned to ash as they were engulfed in a white light. The walls had been destroyed as an immense shockwave rolled across the city. People screamed and ran in fear as the ground quaked and was torn asunder by one's man wrath and rage. Ash and smoke covered the city and all kinds of damage had been done to the buildings inside as well as the Old Ghiscari monuments and architecture. The city itself was now left open to attack at anytime.

Strangely enough, there was no innocent who had died in Naruto's carnage. The only dead bodies to be found were Unsullied, other household guards, and Slavers.

And when the ground stopped its screams and shudders of pain, the mist had cleared. And Uzumaki Naruto had emerged and leapt from the smoke and appeared dead center in the city. The slavers who were cowering and trying to hide in fear, but they could not. Naruto's gaze had fallen upon them and they were paralyzed.

The guards that had emerged were frozen in fear at the sight of Naruto's face. His blue eyes had turned gold as he stared at them with such laziness. And then they screamed. It was not the mighty dragons hovering in the air that made them scream, nor was it the dragon roaring at them on the ground. No, it was the spirits of nine titanic creatures snarling at them, promising such painful death.

The Unsullied who were guarding the rest of these slavers screamed in horror. Yes, the soldiers who were molded to be fearless and mighty were screaming at what they saw and witnessed. The citizens and the slaves in the city were left astounded, shocked, and terrified at what they were witnessing. The Slavers had soiled themselves and were a mix of sweat and terror.

Naruto had walked forward towards the slaves and simply removed their chains; they were too shocked to even do a thing. And the Slavers were too shocked to even protest.

And when Naruto spoke, they did not expect what he would say.

"You are free now. You are now free to live your life the way you wish. Please… do not give in to mere revenge and hate. Be better than these monsters ever were. This is still your city. You are free. Now, you must defend it."

And then, Naruto left the damaged city. He simply walked away as the dragons followed. He did not even look back as he disappeared once again. And as Naruto left this city, he had once again changed a great deal of things.

Now, songs would be sung, tales would be told, and plays would be enacted. People would proudly share the tale of the one known as "The Bane of Slavery", and the "Protector of Man". What happened in Astapor, would spread like wildfire. First, it was Volantis and now Astapor. People would be afraid.

And yet, there would be people who would silently thank "The Naked One" for his efforts in helping them. Statues and monuments would be erected, dedicated towards this man. Songs would be sung and poems would be written that would be heard and read all across the Free Cities for as long as its people existed.

It was now a new era and a new world. The Slavers would have to learn to adapt and survive in this new era that Uzumaki Naruto was affecting. The flesh trade business was at its end. The Dothraki would also learn that their ways would also come to an end soon enough.

What happened in Volantis and Astapor would be just the start. Mereen and Yunkai would be next. The Slavers would have to make a choice. The Valyrians were gone, but there was something more powerful and mighty that had replaced them. They could choose to throw all the Unsullied they had at this man. They could choose to throw tributes and riches at this man. Hell, they could pool all their gold to hire a Faceless Man to kill him.

They could do all of this at their own peril. Little did they know, there was absolutely nothing in the world known as Planetos that could stop, hinder, or defeat Uzumaki Naruto. The Maelstrom was coming for them; his wrath would be quick, swift, deadly, and unforgiving. There was no one who could stop him.

And in the end, no matter how bitter and how heavy the truth was, the truth was the best medicine for anyone. There was no point to outsmart it or hid it. It was better to let it have its day and run its course.

In Yunkai, a council was called; it was an event unlike any other that was taking place. Perhaps, it may have been the first and last time that a council like this would be called.

The events of Volantis and Astapor had spread like wildfire. The "Naked One's" actions were hard to pinpoint and understand. They had no idea if he attacked and Volantis and Astapor due to slavery or whether he was showing his strength. Nevertheless, the Slavers were now on alert. The thing that gave them cause for concern was that this man did not use his dragons to wage war, he did it himself.

There were whispers and rumors floating abound in the Free Cities. There were some saying the naked one was an ancient, long lost Valyrian god, who had come to reestablish his dominion over the world. Some said it was the God of Many Faces who had come for his due, and some said it was the Warrior or the Stranger come to punish the slavers for their crimes against humanity.

Regardless, the "Naked One's" appearance led to another issue. No one dared to attack Astapor due to the might and strength of the Unsullied. And when the "Naked One" arrived, the Unsullied were destroyed as if they were annoying termites. Some even soiled themselves and some even ran for the hills.

It's why a Great Council had been arranged. Normally, such a thing would happen in Westeros, but desperate times called for desperate measures. While they wished to hold onto their power, keeping their lives and wealth was also an enticing idea. They hoped that when this man came to see him, they could negotiate great terms.

As the slavers sat and talked among themselves in the secret area constructed for them, they decided to listen to one of the Slavers who received the missive from Volantis. When he spoke, they paid attention.

"Listen to me everyone, and please listen well. We have all heard about what happened to Astapor and the Unsullied. I know, its hard to believe and understand. Yet, it has happened. There is nothing we can do about it now."

"Is it true… that the Unsullied ran?" One slaver, particularly fat and bald spoke quietly.

When the young Slaver nodded to him, the others gulped and began to sweat. The Unsullied were molded to be the ultimate in protection. The Unsullied' reputation was so great that not even the Dothraki would dare to attack them. For them to run… this was serious.

"Does anyone know what the man wants?"

Another slaver then decided to speak. "I refuse to believe this man showed up from nowhere, least of all the rumors, that he crawled out of the Stranger's wrinkled old ass. We heard about the Doom and it came for Valyria? Is he a Valyrian?"

While the Slavers were talking, the young Slaver spoke once more.

"We have no idea where he came from, and whether or not he is a Valyrian. All we know, is that he showed up in Volantis and killed many Slavers naked, before getting a meal. Then, he appeared in Braavos and got cattle and more food, before laying waste to a great deal of Astapor."

"My friends… I am sure he will be coming here to this city soon. If we are to keep our wealth and our lives, we must come to a compromise. The dragonlords are gone. They were easy to negotiate with. We heeded them, accepted their authority and paid tribute. The Freehold let us be. This man is not them. He is more noble and nastier than they ever were."

"No to mention the fact, that he is magical. He can wield the very elements, he is able to move faster than any warrior I have ever seen. And the slavers that were left alive, they swear by everything that he can walk on water and… fly. Tell me, how are we supposed to defeat something like that?"

One Slaver then spoke. "These things could just be embellishments… mere lies and rumors meant to destroy our way…"

The Young Slaver then banged his fist on the wooden table. "You fucking fool, think for a moment. This man has hundreds upon hundreds of dragons following him without question. Dragons are power; they are neither sheep nor slave. If they choose to follow someone of their own free will, it means this man is not one to be fucked with."

"I heard a rumor that someone in Volantis hired a Faceless Man to kill him. After the first attempt failed miserably… the Faceless Men went back to that men and told him- "not for all the riches in the world."

Now, there was only silence. If a Faceless Man could not stop him, then what could?

"We are forgetting about the Dothraki. They will take advantage and try to take over the Free Cities…"

"We will cross that bridge later on. Right now, we have a greater matter to deal with. Prepare a large white flag, everyone. And pray to all you hold dear that the "Naked One" comes to negotiate with us and that he does not come to slaughter."

The next city Naruto had found was Yunkai, otherwise known as the Yellow City and the Queen of Cities. Naruto could see large, crumbling towers and triangular shaped buildings. The architecture here was something.

He expected that he would have to lay waste to the city. Instead, a man with a white flag had come out of the city and had placed it on the ground. Naruto was curious now.

"Greetings, Lord Naked One. The Slavers here wish to speak to you. Please, welcome yourself inside to our fair city. All that we ask is that the dragons stay outside."

Naruto simply nodded at the dragons who complied with his orders, albeit it with reluctance. Naruto then turned to the man and spoke to him clearly.

"If this is a trick… you will not like what I do."

The man gulped and nodded as Naruto was led to a palace to speak to the Slavers and Masters present there. Well, this ought to be interesting.

Naruto walked inside the small building as he saw guards everywhere keenly watching him and trying to understand his every move. There were some that were shocked as hell that indeed a naked man, the one they heard about, was standing in the flesh in front of them. This meeting was indeed a historic one.

Naruto entered the main hall as the slavers sat around him in the center, with looks of anxiety, apprehension and curiosity. The Young Slaver who had organized all of this, decided to speak.

"Welcome, Oh High and Mighty Naked one. We could get you some clothes and food if you like."

"I am not hungry… and I do not need your clothes. I have some hidden away. Besides, I like to make an entrance."

"Yes… we can see that. You are quite the talk of the Free Cities; a man who has come to save the slaves and protect the innocent from us cruel slavers and Masters. It is interesting to see a man with dragons; hundreds of dragons come to a negotiation so willingly. Mostly, the dragonlords would simply demand and we would comply. You, however, are very different."

"Yeah… I am. I don't enjoy these pathetic games, but I can play them well. However, I believe in negotiation and coming to terms in a peaceful manner."

" How about we get down to business? I don't like slavery, and what it stands for. It's disgusting and its repugnant, not to mention a crime against humanity. I wish for you all to stop slavery and stop it forever, okay? I am sure we can come up with a way…"

Naruto's speech was drowned out by the laughter of the slavers. The Young Slaver banged his head on the table, asking and yelling for order and calm. He then spoke to Naruto again, all though could not ignore the mocking smile and scowl in his eyes.

"I admire your passion. Yet, slavery is an institution, it is our right and freedom to have slaves and to do whatever we will to the lives we have bought. The Ghiscari along with the Valyrians practiced slavery. It is something that belongs to Essos. These Slaves help make our lives easier. Who are you to deny us our traditions?"

Naruto sighed. It seems this Young Slaver was a dumbfuck like the rest. Naruto's eyes changed and turned gold as the building, no, all of Yunkai itself began to shake and shiver as the ground quaked. Naruto flared his chakra as the building began to crack and groan and the wooden tables shattered. The walls began to break as the slavers screamed and begged for mercy.

Naruto then walked up to the Young Slaver and placed a hand on his shoulder as the chaos ended. Everyone there was too paralyzed to do anything and they all had shit themselves.

"Tell me, do you feel in charge? Do you feel… that you have power over me?"

The Young Slaver could not say anything as he started crying.

"Now, now, there is no need for that. I thought that you all were capable of reason, it turns out I was wrong. That is my mistake, not yours. Here are my terms, and these are non-negotiable. You have one year to end all your slaver practices. The slaves and the Unsullied are to be freed, this is not up for debate. They are to be given an honest day's work, food in their bellies and proper pay. They are now free men and women, free to choose and forge their own destiny."

"I will come back to Essos in one year. If I do not like what I see, I will recreate the Doom of Valyria over this fucking shithole. It's really easy, you know? I can fill the air with ash, smoke, and dragonglass. Together, these dragons and I will unleash a calamity unlike any other upon you all. I will turn these slave cities into glass; nothing will grow and thrive here. It will be a warning to those who desire to toy with the lives of the innocent."

"Now, feel free to ignore my warning."

Naruto simply began to walk out of the building, as the slaver fell to the floor and wanted him to stop.

"Who… who do you think you are?! Who do you… ANSWER ME! Will you not kill me… am I not worthy of that?"

Naruto looked back at him and savored his confusion and idiocy.

"You don't deserve to know who I am. You are nothing but prey… and I only kill predators."

As Naruto walked away… he could hear the Slaver yell some more.

"Do you think we slave masters are the only ones who own slaves? You do not know about the Dothraki… they are fierce, powerful warriors with no fear…"

The Slaver collapsed to the floor, exhausted by the day's events. As he fell unconscious, he could hear Naruto's laughter. It was cold, cruel and callous.

This Slaver had no idea what he truly was dealing with. It would behoove him and the others to heed his warning and find a new career path.

And as for the Dothraki, after he was done with them, a new song would be sung, a new tale would be told, and new poems would be made. Soon enough, the Dothraki would be reduced to nothing but a handful of idiots, harmless idiots. And from this carnage, the name of this new tale would be known as the "Grand Culling of the Horselords".

Codex Targaryen

Taken from the Notes of Daenys the Dreamer from the book Signs and Portents of the Doom

Subject: Uzumaki Naruto

Titles: The Naked One, The Savior, The Will of Fire, The Father of Dragons, The Targaryen Fucker

Description:

Well once again, Uzumaki Naruto has continued to impress me. The man that I am quite intrigued and interested by has a pure and good heart and soul. Truthfully, I too detest slavery. It was a worthless aspect we Valyrians adopted from the Ghiscari. It should have died with them. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the show that I got to see.

For Naruto to make the Unsullied run away, and to reduce them to a pathetic joke makes me realize that Naruto possesses more power and strength than I realized. Is his power rooted in magic, or is it something else? I feel with his presence, magic is returning to Westeros, and I feel the magic in my veins growing stronger by the minute.

So now, Naruto is headed to destroy the Dothraki. I do not feel sorry for them I saw terrible things about them in my dreams. If they are to be culled so be it then.

I can see Naruto now interested in meeting me. I am truly ashamed to have invaded his mind, but I have no choice. The things I see in my dreams haunt and frighten me, and feel me with hope. Naruto is the key to the future of the Targaryen Dynasty and for the House of the Dragon to endure for a long time. I am not sure what my dreams are trying to tell me, but one thing is for certain; for Westeros to live and endure, and for my house to live on, a child born from the union of a Targaryen woman and that man is a necessity.

Am I that woman, or is there another?

Next chapter is the culling of the Dothraki. And the next one after that is Naruto returning to Valyria, and/or, Uzumaki Naruto meeting Daenys the Dreamer for the first time. That should be exciting.

Stay safe and much well wishes to you all. See you all in another update.
