Synopsis: The Old Republic military arrives at Ryloth and begins the battle to repel the Separatists. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Vaessa Orin have the difficult mission of taking out a mega weapon controlled by the Separatists.

Invasion!

Separatist leader Wat Tambor has taken control of the planet Ryloth

and subjugates its people through a brutal droid occupation.

In a daring surprise attack, Jedi Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano

defeated the space blockade guarding the planet.

Now, Jedi Generals Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi along with Commander Vaessa Orin

lead a massive invasion to liberate the starving people...

"First trick will be getting our troops on the ground," my master said, climbing into the gunship.

"If you take the city of Nabat first, we'll have our landing zone," Master Windu replied.

"Well, it's time to meet the natives," Obi-Wan said, crossing his arms.

"You sound unimpressed," I commented after the doors closed.

"This won't be an easy mission," he explained. "We have no idea what the citizens are going through."

We descended into the atmosphere of Ryloth. "We need to remember why we're here," he ordered. "We came to aid the twi'leks, not destroy their homes. Cody?"

"That means we'll be taking it back the hard way," Cody said, stepping forward. "Minimal destruction with blasters and droid poppers only. No rockets or detonators. Check your aim. Keep an eye out for the locals. Am I understood?"

"Sir yes sir!" the troopers chanted.

The sky was suddenly filled with explosions. "That can't be good," I commented.

A hologram of Mace Windu appeared at the centre of our ship. "We can't risk landing the larger transports until you take out those guns," he explained.

"Pull back," Obi-Wan told him. "We'll take care of it."

The hologram shut off. "Uh, how, master?" I asked.

"That's what I'm trying to figure out," he answered. Eventually, he looked up. "Who's up for a challenge?" he asked, then, without waiting for troops to respond, "We're not getting any reinforcements until those guns are out of commission!"

"Here we go again," A trooper muttered to his friend.

We got out the gunship and charged through a forest to the separatist location, me and my master deflecting blaster shots, the troopers shooting them.

"That bunker's gonna be a problem, General," Cody said.

"Leave the bunker to me," he ordered. "Bring in your troopers on my signal. You two wanted action? Follow me."

He left me and Cody to secure the wall. Eventually, we managed to cut down the final droid. "Good work, Cody," I said. "Let's go find my master."

We found him in an abandoned twi-lek village. Cody spoke to Obi-Wan as I checked troops for injuries. "Not many casualties," I informed him. "Coric's patching up the unlucky ones now. Uh, where's Cody?"

"I sent him and a couple clones to scout ahead," he told me. "He should be back by nightfall."

Cody returned well before nightfall, but his men didn't. "Where are Waxer and Boil?" I asked my master.

"Cody says they never returned from scouting," Obi-Wan said.

"That isn't like them," I said.

"I know. We'll wait until nightfall and if they're not back by then, we'll send someone out to look for them," he told me. We continued to move until we found the monsters.

They came bounding in from behind us. "Do something!" Obi-Wan yelled at me.

"What can I do?"

"I'm not the one who tamed a wild nexu!"

I tried to connect to them, but their minds were uncontrolled, yet somehow determined. "They're hungry," I realized. "They must need organic meat."

"Oh, great!" Obi-Wan yelled, and we attempted to cut the things down, but they were surprisingly fast.

"Try again!" he yelled.

"Can't you just do it?" I asked, ducking one of beasts.

"You have to learn!"

Sighing, I closed my eyes and concentrated. This time, it worked. I managed to lead the beasts away from the troops and into a cavern. Obi-Wan lifted a hand and brought the bridge down with the force. I jumped out of the cavern, landing next to my master.

"Good work," he told me. He then ignited his lightsaber. I followed his line of sight to see a sewer hatch shaking. I ignited my own lightsaber as the clones prepped their blasters for firing.

I sensed something familiar about the prescence and turned off my lightsaber. "Don't shoot," my master instructed, turning off his own lightsaber.

The hatch opened and out climbed none other than Waxer and Boil. "Waxer, Boil, where have you two slackers been?" Cody asked.

"Sir, there is an explanation," Waxer said.

"We got... side-tracked," Boil explained, glancing down at a small twi'lek girl climbing out of the hatch.

I raised an eyebrow. "I think I see what side-tracked you," my master said amusedly.

Obi-Wan knelt down to the girl's level. "Hello, little one," he greeted. She covered her eyes in fright.

"She brought us here through the tunnels," Waxer said. "Knows her way around them pretty good, sir."

Obi-Wan looked down at the girl. "Loonala kwee jannweelo?" he asked.

"Ooh yana-yana. Wah nerra. Kumee nerra." she replied.

Nerra? I wondered. What did Waxer and Boil do to earn that?

"The girl can lead us through the tunnel to the prisoners," Obi-Wan confirmed. "Cody, we're going to need a diversion."

Me, Obi-Wan, the girl and a pair of clones snuck into cages inside the separatist base.

"Yup, this is just about the worst job in the droid army," a battle droid groaned, scrubbing the floors.

We cut down the others. "And it just went into overtime," the droid groaned. I clicked a button and deactivated it.

"We'll take care of this," Obi-Wan instructed the clones, handing them the girl. "You keep her here." We ran up the steps and hid behind a tank. Cody and his forces began firing, and we rushed to the twi'leks, cutting through their handcuffs with our lightsabers.

"Wa janeel," Obi-Wan ordered once everyone was free. We ran away from the battlefield, leading the twi'leks away. I then ran back to join the battle while Obi-Wan fiddled with machinery.

A large bomb suddenly went off, decimating the droids. "Master," I muttered, smiling.

Once the ash cleared, I spotted the twi-lek girl attempting to support Obi-Wan. A tank turned in their direction, and my breath caught in my throat.

But then, literally every twi-lek climbed up the tank and physically pulled the tactical droid apart. "You ok?" I asked, running over to them.

"We're fine," Obi-Wan told me.

The huge shadow of a star destroyer appeared in the sky.

We left, the twi-lek girl calling 'nerra' after us. "Sir, what is that she keeps calling us?" Boil asked.

"Nerra," Obi-Wan replied, smiling.

"Yeah, but what does it mean?"

I laughed. "It means brother."
