-1Ginny sat by a bedside in St. Mungo's. The battle for the fate of the wizarding world had been a few days ago, and Harry had come out victorious. But, he had fallen into a coma after killing Voldemort. Ginny had sat by his bedside ever since, waiting for him to wake.

"Oh Harry," Ginny sobbed into his chest, "why? Why do we have to lose you to the world?" Ginny continued crying for a while, until she felt a hand touch her hair. Harry? she thought in hope. But when she turned, it was only Draco Malfoy, with a smirk on his face.

"Your saviour's gone, sweetheart," Malfoy said. "Nobody can help you now…. Except perhaps me." His smirk spread.

Ginny's eyes narrowed in fury, and she slapped Malfoy across the face, leaving a red mark. "You can never replace my Harry, you scum. He is brave, and kind, and good. You are slime."

"Oh princess, you really do not want to say that I can never replace him…. I mean, he is only a scarhead. Others could be found…."

"Leave….. Her…. Alone…." a voice croaked out. Ginny jumped at the noise, and sat in her chair again.

"Harry? Harry, love, was that you? Come on……"

But Harry only smiled weakly, and closed his eyes once more. A doctor ran into the room, and pushed Malfoy out. "What are you doing here? Only Miss Weasley is allowed in here!" The doctor raced over to Harry's bedside, and took his pulse. He read the readings from the boards, and smiled in relief.

"Doctor, doctor, what's happening!" Ginny asked impatiently.

"Miss Weasley….. He is asleep. Pure, natural sleep. His coma is broken."

Without answering, Ginny put her head on Harry's chest, and wept once more. But this time, they were tears of joy.
