"BROTHER! NO!"

"AL! Don't leave me!"

"Please Brother! Help me!"

"NO! It can't end like this. This wasn't supposed to happen…"

Edward Elric woke up suddenly, in a cold sweat. It was still dark outside. For the past month he'd been having terrible nightmares, but lately they've been worse. Ed glanced across the room to where Al was. "Brother, are you alright?" Al asked him.

"Yeah, just a bad dream again."

"That's the second time this week. Are you sure you're okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine Al, I just need to get away from all this for a while, that's all." Ed put his feet on the floor and rubbed his face with his hands. He got up to get a glass of water. He walked as if he had a limp. Over the past two months Ed had grown considerably taller and he hadn't made time yet to visit Winry in Risembool.

"Well, when we get to Risembool, then you'll be able to have some time to relax."

"Yeah, I hope so."

Currently Edward and Alphonse were staying in a hotel across from Central Headquarters. Fuhrer King Bradley had summoned all of the State Alchemists there. Al got up from his spot on the floor. "So what exactly does the Fuhrer want from all the state alchemists?"

"Who knows? All I know is that I have better things to do then to sit around and wait for when the Fuhrer gathers us together, to do whatever the heck it is he's wants to do." Ed walked back over towards his bed and looked out the window. It was a little bit lighter. "Well, there's no point in going back to sleep now, it's almost time to leave anyways."

"And I'm expecting them all to be here," hissed the Fuhrer. Juliet Douglass, the Fuhrer's secretary nodded in agreement and left the room. The Fuhrer was looking out the window. "How, the mighty will fall… especially you, Edward Elric."
