Queen and Country
A/N: Be kind, I'm new to Doctor Who. I just felt the character deserved a little bit of tribute(yes, I know there's another on the site, but still). Oh, might have a little thing wrong, I didn't pay full attention for the second this was on, the dog was mauling my chair.
Cold.
All I felt was a numbing, almost painful coldness. It was the only sensation I knew, as I marched down the corridor. My legs were moving, yet I could not feel them. My arms were holding a gun, yet I could not feel it or them. If there was one thing I could feel above the coldness though, it was freedom. The voice of the Cyber Leader echoed through my head - the same voice that commanded just over five million Cybermen. Yet it was different - a suggestion, not an order - I could resist him. The unfamiliar grinding of gears continued to echo throughout my armour as I turned left, towards the stairwell. A large force of Cybermen could be heard advancing up the stairs. I held my gun out and blocked the top of the stairs, declaring they shall not pass.
"What is the meaning of this?"The Cyberleader demanded, his voice completely void of emotion. I merely pulled the trigger on the gun. In bright blue blasts, the Cybermen colapsed. As I fired, I said,
"I did my duty for Queen and country. I did my duty for Queen and country. I did my duty for Queen and country."
