The two surprisingly worked well. None of his Spider-senses went off from the masked girl. The two knocked all of the bad guys and Spider-Man tied the men up with his webbing as the masked girl inspected the stolen trucks.

"Food, Medicine, and Toys..." She listed off.

"W-Who are you?! Please spare us!" One screamed.

"Just why were you stealing them?" Spider-Man asked as both of them walked to the tied up men, the masked girl with her arms crossed.

"We didn't mean to!" One guy panicked.

The girl cracked her knuckles, scaring them.

"We just saw supply trucks and thought it would be worth something." One answered honestly. The other gulped. She crouched down to their level.

"Please, they already had enough," Spider-Man begged. "Uh-- what do I call you?"

"Uh... I am... Widowmaker." She sighed. The tied up men looked at each other confused whether to laugh or be scared at the name.

"It's a... Code name. You all can laugh at it, It's a ridiculous name that I made when I was 11." She took off a knife and held it in front of her. At their scared face, she sighed.

"Now, please tell me why do you all need trucks of medicine and food." She asked softly. "I promise I won't hurt you. I don't know about him though," She pointed the knife to Spider-Man.

"I won't. I'm just here because there was a report on a stolen truck full of presents." Spider-Man explained. "Please just tell us why."

"We were going to give them out to the homeless people in need." One finally answered truthfully.

Spider-Man could tell that Widowmaker wasn't satisfied by the answer.

"...But there are communities like F.E.A.S.T. that give them out for free." She countered.

"Those aren't enough." The honest guy argued back. "There are still lots of people out there. They need the stuff too."

Widowmaker seemed to think. Spider-Man watched curiously. Usually he was the one doing stuff like this, and this feels new. He didn't know why he trusted her.

"Alright." Widowmaker turned to Spider-Man. "You okay with me taking over?"

"You've been doing it the whole time. I just need that truck back." He shrugged.

Widowmaker turned to the men again.

"We'll return the trucks to their respective owners." She concluded. The honest guy seemed to argue.

"BUT I will give you money for food and medicine so you can give them to the ones in need. Buy them in a legal way. I don't want you guys to suffer from trying to do good, no matter how illegal that is. The presents are for the kids at F.E.A.S.T. so we need to return them."

The guys looked stunned. Spider-Man too.

"Deal?" She offered.

The guys looked at each other and nodded. "Deal."

"Alright," She tried cutting the webbing with her knife, but she couldn't.

"How is your web this thick? What the hell is it made of?! I can't cut them!" She turned to Spider-Man.

"Oops. They would dissolve in a few hours though." Spider-Man chuckled.

"Alright guys I can't let you all go so maybe this could be your punishment for stealing."

"You're already generous enough! Thank you!"

"Lemme take your phone here... And then... Here you go." She gave back the phone. The guys eyes seemed to widen.

"Done! Please don't do bad stuff anymore." She stood up and walked to Spider-Man while looking at his watch.

"I've done the interrogation, but can you return the trucks back to their owners? I have an appointment to do."

"Sure?"

"Great! Thank you, Spider-Man!" She patted his back and ran out of the place in a hurry. "See ya!"

Then she was gone, and the sound of a motorcycle was heard.

"Jesus Christ," One guy mumbled. "She gave us fifty thousand dollars!!!"

"We can give more out then!"

"Or invest!"

"Don't do that cryptocurrency crap, bro--"

"It's a Christmas miracle..."

The guys seemed excited and thankful of Widowmaker. Spider-Man was ignored. as he contemplated on how he'll return the trucks. Hopefully he can drive them safely (he finally had his driving license) to their respective places.

"Widowmaker's so nice! I thought we were dead, bro."

"She had a mean punch, man."

"Sorry for everything, Spider-Man!" They apologized.

"It's alright. You guys had good thoughts so she let you all go. Thank Widowmaker, not me!" He chuckled as he went inside the food truck.

He had a long day ahead because of Widowmaker.

He returned the food and medicine truck first then the presents truck last. Dave was excited and thankful that the presents were back. Spider-Man helped prepare the presents for the Christmas party.

"Who donated these presents, Dave?" He asked curiously.

"Somebody with the initials... W.M... They were supposed to be anonymous but I begged them to at least have an initial so the kids would know who to thank. They were really nice!" Dave praised.

W.M...

Widowmaker?

Just who is she?

Missneonkst: Thanks for the review! I really want the story to go a little fast paced since I don't really like writing long descriptions of normal like stuff haha! More progress over more words! Also regarding the projecting feelings- I completely agree!
