Drabble Prompt: "You're warm"

"You're warm," Stef crooned as she wrapped her arms around Lena's waste, burying her chilled nose into the crook of her partner's neck.

Lena closed her laptop and leaned back against her, allowing Stef a little more room to burrow around her. "Kids still outside?"

"Mhmm. They're relentless. You'd think they were born in the arctic, not California." Her hands were searching for somewhere warmer.

"It's March," Lena laughed. "It can't be that bad."

"Oh, really?" Stef slid her hands underneath the hem of Lena's shirt, finding relief on the skin of her belly.

"Stef!" Lena screeched. "No-oo!" She squirmed in her partner's arms.

"So warm," Stef hummed, sounding pleased with herself as she held on a little tighter.

Lena's whimpered protests were laced with laughter. "Mean," she panted when she'd caught her breath and their temperatures began to even out a little.

Stef laughed against her neck. "Payback for all the times you use me to warm up those icicles you call toes at night."

Lena scrunched her face into a pout even as she slid her hands over Stef's, the same way Stef would always wrap her own feet around Lena's for added warmth. Fair's fair and she couldn't really argue with that, could she?
